“Now, one thing you have to understand about advocacy groups and their advocates is that survival is their first priority – not fixing problems. This is why you’ll see groups like BLM, in their own material expressing their desire to destroy “the patriarchy”, the “heteronormative” view of society, as well as the Western-derived nuclear family.

“Clearly, none of these things help any people, black included but what you have to understand is that none of these groups want to. They are created to disrupt and to continue the sowing of division. And in connected news earlier this year, Mr. Soros has launched his open societies University Network with a $1 billion gift and he will thus continue to help mold the thoughts of young people in the increasingly stifled halls of academia worldwide long after his death. While there is much back and forth, as to whether Mr. Soros has paid out of pocket for the mysterious flats of bricks conveniently left for looters and rioters to use in the recent round of violence, arson, looting and murder, it doesn’t really matter.

“He has for decades helped build the infrastructure the organization and the command-and-control that can immediately be fielded, once a single case of police brutality is caught on video and within a few days, have cities put to the torch with elected government officials bending the knee to violent mobs while the corporate mainstream media cheers it all on from the sidelines.

“These recent waves of violence were the result of the use of calculated resentment and then with organized finesse, focusing this outrage to bring about radical social change via the faux dialectic of the Motte-and-Bailey, in that you have an isolated case of police brutality somewhere in the Midwest of the United States and this has resulted in statues of Thomas Jefferson being ripped down and calls for police departments countrywide to be abolished, reparations for slavery and across the pond, the Mayor of London has now called on a council to photoshop that city’s 2,000 year history so it pleases the sensibilities of the most frenzied ideologues of these manufactured mobs and makes their political desires paramount to all other groups in a democracy.

“So, then the question is, ‘How on earth do you go from a singular event in Minneapolis to what we are seeing globally as a result?’ Well, it’s simple it’s the Motte-and-Bailey. The premature death of anyone, including Mr. Floyd in Minneapolis is a tragedy but without all of the facts, I will reserve judgment on that particular case.

“For now, I do also believe that many believe that they are oppressed by the state and the wider society. However, it is important to note that the level or amount a person feels oppressed has been shown to be an inverse ratio of age and education. Meaning, the younger you are, the more you will feel that you are oppressed and the more educated you are, the more still. This is clearly the result of being told that some people are oppressed over and over and over again, with the rise of the grievance industry over the last several decades.

“But how then do we go from an isolated instance of police brutality in the middle of America to allowing a collection of Antifa, BLM and assorted anarchists to be ceded a police precinct in Seattle – and then allowed to LARP on as being ‘comrades’ that have won some kind of ‘revolution for the oppressed’?

“How, on the other side of the Earth, is a statue of Captain Cook in need of being protected from a mob in Australia? And the street Penny Lane, made famous by the Beatles being put on a list to be canceled in Liverpool?

“Well, firstly, is the fact that the infrastructure the organization and the command-and-control has already been put into place with the help of Mr. Soros and his billions that is waiting to pounce on any hot-button issue with the intent on piggybacking off it to push for radical social change and the moving of the Overton Window wildly to the Far Left.

“Secondly, and just as importantly is the use of the Motte-and-Bailey fallacy, which is named after Medieval Motte-and-Bailey style castles, as it applies to politics. This is where an advocate conflates to positions with similar properties. For example, one modest and easy to defend, the Motte. For example: Police reform to eliminate unnecessary brutality. Okay but then there is the second one which is much more controversial, the Bailey. For example: Abolish police departments in cities, altogether.

“While most people can agree that police brutality is something society should seek to eliminate, the more outlandish demand, to end police departments altogether or that statues of Mahatma Gandhi now need to come down because he was a pervert and a racist doesn’t correlate for most – but this is how the Motte-and-Bailey are used – and as we’ve seen, used very effectively in 2020.

“But as Lenin said, ‘Without revolutionary theory, there can be no revolutionary movement.’ And this theory has been put into spectacular action recently, via the revolutionary infrastructure and organization put into place over the years with the help of ideologues like Soros, who himself has said of himself, and I quote, ‘I fancied myself as some kind of God. If truth be known, I carried some rather potent messianic fantasies with me from childhood, which I felt I had to control, otherwise they might get me in trouble.’

“This revolutionary theory is also being used by the street paramilitary groups and their use of wanton violence. And strife and the organizers of BLM, that focus the resentment of the black community for their use in Marxist ends. Well, this is classic revolutionary tactics and what the late KGB defector, Yuri Bezmenov called the ‘deployment of the useful idiots’.

“And what is clearly going on here is the tactical use of a manufactured let’s say ‘Black Color Revolution’ and it being hijacked to bring about a Red social revolution by stealth.

“Moreover, the centers of demoralization that used to be called ‘schools’ have manufactured over the years countless comrades for the ranks of the social revolution that is to be led by focusing manufactured outrage on whatever social event can kick off the destabilization of the country and this is why Antifa, as well as BLM wish to destroy the family. It’s the bedrock of society.

“This is also why they are using the Motte-and-Bailey it’s used to fling absurdly dangerous social division to the forefront and why they seek to socially photoshop history into oblivion, as a society that has historical amnesia can be much more easily molded by the rhetoric of the Revolution.

I often forget that the average person is so enthralled by this world that they carry only the information last deposited in their minds the night before by the 10 o'clock news. The most prominent public figure people think of when it comes to wealthy people funding international Leftist revolutionary causes is billionaire hedge fund manager and philanthropist, George Soros. Over the course of his life Soros is rumored to have given away as much as $30 billion of his money, something that might look strange for a miser. He is said to be currently "only" worth $8 billion. Since he gives away such a large amount of the money he's made over his life it's clear Soros is far from a miser.

For Soros it's about playing the game to make the money, not the money itself. Once you understand **that** you have an easier time seeing what he's doing.

Soros himself is very much aware that if a Marxist revolution actually occurs, he'll be one of the first put against the wall. I suspect Soros is not attempting to engineer such a fate for himself. For this reason, I think a lot of people need to stop and think hard about what Soros is really trying to accomplish.

"Following massive nationwide awareness and blowback to his infiltration of law and order in America, George Soros is speaking out in his defense, and all he has is newspeak and lies.

A longtime funder of any leftist cause he's seen, Soros has made an increasing effort to go local in U.S. politics in the past decade, which has been wildly successful for him at the expense of the American public. Soros has spent over $40 million backing 75 far-left prosecutors that now represent half of America's largest jurisdictions, giving them control over law and order in the lives of 72 million Americans. In what must be a first, certain district attorneys have become household names in recent years, and they're all backed by Soros. Among them includes Kim Foxx (known for trying to cover up the Jussie Smollett fiasco), the recently-recalled Chesa Boudin in San Francisco, Larry Krasner in Philadelphia, George Gascon in Los Angeles, and Alvin Bragg in Manhattan, among many, many others.

In reviewing the prosecutors backed by Soros in researching for my book "The Man Behind the Curtain," it became immediately evident that they're all cut from the same ideological cloth, with the only real difference between them being how their warped worldview manifests in policy. Generally speaking the typical Soros-backed prosecutor openly makes anti-police statements, supports defunding police, speaks about criminals as if they're the true victims in any situation, pushes for the lowest possible sentences for criminals, wants to redefine most crimes out of existence, wants to abolish bail and significantly reduce the prison population, believes that major institutions are racist, and opposes enforcing laws against quality of life offenses.

Yesterday Soros published an op-ed titled "Why I Support Reform Prosecutors" in the Wall Street Journal (which has been overwhelmingly critical of Soros-backed prosecutors in their past reporting) to try to justify his indefensible ideology.

Soros starts by claiming that the prison system is racist because people who commit crimes go to jail, writing that "We need to acknowledge that black people in the U.S. are five times as likely to be sent to jail as white people. That is an injustice that undermines our democracy." Soros is making a basic statistical error here, in that there being five more black people in prison (per capita) than white people does not mean they are five times more likely to be sent to jail. If they were five times more likely to be sent to jail, that would mean that was for committing the same crimes at the same rates - yet the demographics of America's prison population perfectly overlaps with the demographics of those charged with committing crimes. If Soros can find an example of a single country where the prison population perfectly matches the demographics of the population at large, he's free to provide it.

Another common tactic of the progressive prosecutors movement is to vaguely claim to only be against "non-violent" criminals. Soros claims his agenda "includes prioritizing the resources of the criminal-justice system to protect people against violent crime. It urges that we treat drug addiction as a disease, not a crime. And it seeks to end the criminalization of poverty and mental illness."

Bizarrely, in a nation ravaged by the fentanyl epidemic, it's still somehow the case that most people think "non-violent drug offender" is a synonym for someone who got caught smoking a joint at a block party (of drug offenders in federal prison, 99.5% are there for trafficking). While one can debate how much enforcement is appropriate for lower level drug offenses (particularly those involving the use of hard drugs), it's clearly not enough in cities like San Francisco and Philadelphia where open air drug markets and public use are common, making those areas uninhabitable for local residents, and breeding more crime in the process.

Similarly, for Soros, ending the "criminalization of poverty and mental illness" is just more word play, which simply means not enforcing laws against shoplifting (as became clear in San Francisco).

Soros blames other factors for the recent national crime wave, including "a disturbing rise in mental illness among young people due to the isolation imposed by Covid lockdowns, a pullback in policing in the wake of public criminal-justice reform protests, and increases in gun trafficking." Soros is all over the place here - as he himself advocated lockdowns and called for keeping the economy in "sleep mode" in the early days of COVID back in April 2020, and has supported the exact kind of people responsible for pullbacks in policing.

Soros pumped nearly $1.5 million into backing Larry Krasner in the Democrat primary for the Philadelphia district attorney election, which Krasner won. He campaigned on “social reform” and reducing the prison population. Chants of “f*** the police” could be heard at his victory party.
In the case of the since-recalled Chesa Boudin in San Francisco, chants of “f*** the police” were to be heard at his victory party. He pulled off his victory with $620k from Soros and other backers including Chloe Cockburn, a Democracy Alliance partner, and the Tides Foundation, and since being recalled, Soros has tried to deny backing him.

In Suffolk County Soros backed DA Rachael Rollins (who is now US Attorney for Massachusetts), a woman reportedly “exhausted” because police officers “shoot us in the street as if we were animals.” In an op-ed titled “The Public Safety Myth,” Rollins argues that “We have been told that our communities are safer with each criminal that our local law enforcement locks up—often for low-level offenses like drug possession, shoplifting, or loitering. The problem with this narrative is that it’s largely false, predicated on a pervasive and pernicious myth known as ‘broken windows’ theory.”

Ten days after taking office, Portland DA Mike Schmidt (backed with $320k from Soros) he announced that he’d refuse to prosecute the city’s rioters, defending them as people who “represent the instinctive reactions of people who have been gassed repeatedly, who have been struck with kinetic projective weapons.” Even though rioting is a felony, he doesn’t prosecute those cases. He refuses to prosecute individuals for “interfering with a peace officer, disorderly conduct in the second degree, criminal trespass in the first or second degree, escape in the third degree, and harassment and riot when it isn’t accompanied by a separate charge.”
Soros spent $652k on José Garza, who won his race to become DA of Travis County. Three weeks into the job, Garza indicted an officer on use of force charges, even though that officer's 2019 case was investigated by the previous DA and he wasn’t indicted. The political stunt failed and Garza ended up having to drop charges after another review of the incident. Garza claimed that “new evidence” was behind his decision to drop the charges he brought—but the supposed “old evidence” had already led to the same conclusion years prior
Soros also tries to claim hypocrisy on the right because "Many of the same people who call for more-punitive criminal-justice policies also support looser gun laws." This is hardly hypocritical, as guns can be used in self-defense too (and often are, with estimates on self-defensive gun use ranging from a bare minimum of 100,000 cases to 2.5 million). On the flipside, "many of the same people" who call for stricter gun control for you and I support lesser punishments for career criminals when they're caught breaking gun laws. Given that the majority of gun homicides in America's major cities (up to 80% according to some estimates) are committed with illegal guns, putting up barriers to legal gun ownership clearly does little to deter them, and thus only enforcing laws against illegal guns can impact them (such as issuing harsh sentencing for criminals caught illegally carrying guns).

To give just one example; Philadelphia has an accelerated rehabilitative disposition (ARD) program; a pretrial program for some first-time offenders that allows them to get off with a lighter probationary sentence. In the year before Soros-backed Larry Krasner’s election, only twelve cases qualified for diversion. During his first year in office, seventy-eight were referred to ARD. One such case involved a man charged with carrying a concealed gun in what was his first arrest in June 2018. He qualified for ARD and was given two years of probation. In the following March in 2019, he was arrested again on gun-possession charges, released from jail after the judge granted a defense motion for unsecured bail, and then by June, a full year after his first arrest, he was charged with murder.

Krasner went easier on that criminal than another Soros-backed DA, Kimberly Gardner, went on the McCloskeys for daring to stand outside their home armed as a mob broke into their neighborhood.

Non-firearm self-defense isn't viewed favorably by the Soros-backed DA's either, as we just recently saw in the case of Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, who only dropped a murder charge against a bodega owner who defended himself with a knife after mass public outcry.

Making matters even more laughable, Soros also included an argument that surely even he is too intelligent to believe; that it's red states, not blue states, that are the most violent in America.

Of course, the entire reason Soros has gone local and backed DAs is because they enjoy a great deal of autonomy in what laws get enforced, and the penalties for them. If a blue city in a red state has a Soros-backed DA, any "tough on crime" policies that may exist elsewhere in the state don't exist there.

OneWest Bank, which Steven Mnuchin ran from 2009 to 2015, repeatedly broke California’s foreclosure laws, according to a previously undisclosed 2013 memo from top state prosecutors.

In an internal memo published on Tuesday by The Intercept, prosecutors at the California attorney general’s office said they had found over a thousand violations of foreclosure laws by OneWest bank during that time, and predicted that further investigation would uncover many thousands more.

But the investigation into what the memo called “widespread misconduct” was closed after Harris’s office declined to file a civil enforcement action against the bank.

The previously undisclosed 2013 memo from top prosecutors in the state attorney general’s office alleges that OneWest rushed delinquent homeowners out of their homes by violating notice and waiting period statutes, illegally backdated key documents, and effectively gamed foreclosure auctions.

In the memo, the leaders of the state attorney general’s Consumer Law Section said they had “uncovered evidence suggestive of widespread misconduct” in a yearlong investigation. In a detailed 22 page request, they identified over a thousand legal violations in the small subsection of OneWest loans they were able to examine, and they recommended that Attorney General Kamala Harris file a civil enforcement action against the Pasadena based bank. They even wrote up a sample legal complaint, seeking injunctive relief and millions of dollars in penalties. But Kamala Harris’s office, without any explanation, declined to prosecute the case.

The consistent violations of California foreclosure processes outlined in the memo would indicate that Mnuchin’s bank which is owned by George Soros didn’t merely act callously, but did so with blatant disregard for the law. According to the memo, OneWest also obstructed the investigation by ordering third parties to refuse to comply with state subpoenas.

The memo also raises questions about then California Attorney General Kamala Harris (https://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?112570-Why-Kamala). Why did her office close the case, deciding not to “conduct a full investigation of a national bank’s misconduct and provide a public accounting of what happened,” as her own investigators had urged?

Though the state investigators could not subpoena OneWest and were obstructed from obtaining more documents, they extrapolated that a full and unencumbered inquiry would yield at least 5,600 violations of foreclosure sale auctions, and turn up instances of backdating in nearly all of the 35,000 foreclosures OneWest had completed in California from 2009 to 2012.

The case did not contemplate criminal indictments, even though many of the violations described were felonies. Consumer Law is a civil enforcement section.

Consumer Law Section attorneys recommended “that the attorney general authorize us to file a civil enforcement action against OneWest.” Two months later, they were told that the office would not move forward with the complaint. OneWest representatives were not even brought in for a meeting to discuss the matter.

So why didn’t Kamala Harris leap at the chance to take on a bank that her staff said was illegally rushing Californians out of their homes? Why did she reject a case that her office had already spent significant resources on during a year of line level investigation?

Kristin Ford, communications director at the attorney general’s office, did not respond to a detailed request for comment. Without an official explanation, we can only speculate why Harris passed up the opportunity.


The investigators who actually did the ground work in the OneWest case were not present for executive committee decision making.

Harris’s prodigious fundraising also raises questions about how attentive she is to the needs of campaign contributors. Steven Mnuchin gave $2,000 to Harris’ Senate campaign in February 2016, it was the only Democrat he contributed to that year. Among the investors in OneWest Bank was major Democratic donor George Soros, who maxed out to Kamala Harris’s campaign in 2015.

“I don’t know why they didn’t move forward,” said Paulina Gonzalez of the California Reinvestment Coalition, a state housing advocacy group. “There’s some really concerning information in this document that would say to us there needs to be further investigation. This is damning evidence of clear violations.”

Gonzalez, whose organization has been tracking OneWest for several years, also received a copy of the package memo and sample complaint in the mail. Her copy came “with Wonder Woman stamps and the return address of Planned Parenthood,” Gonzalez said. The copy sent to us had no return address.

With Mnuchin set to take over the Treasury Department, Gonzalez said the memo raises “real concerns about his ethics and potential for illegal behavior.” She said her organization would take up the matter with OneWest’s federal regulator, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), along with Harris’ replacement as California attorney general, Xavier Becerra.

The government watchdog overseeing the agency also warned USAID’s leadership in a stinging January memo that it had created serious "vulnerabilities" by doling out billions of tax dollars to overseas countries and groups without fulling vetting for terrorists. That inspector general’s report also determined that USAID grants were being insufficiently monitored.

In one egregious example, a Syrian national was charged by the Justice Department last year (https://www.justice.gov/usao-dc/pr/syrian-national-charged-diverting-9-million-us-funded-humanitarian-assistance-terrorist) for diverting more than $9 million worth of humanitarian aid paid for by USAID to a designated terrorist group affiliated with Al-Qaeda in Iraq.

That money was designated to pay for food kits for Syrian refugees fleeing conflict zones.

During this contract, the Justice Department alleges Al Hafyan worked with co-conspirators to funnel “millions” in food kits on the black market to the Al-Nusra Front, a local Al-Qaeda affiliate in Syria that is also designated a terrorist organization by the United States.

Former top Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin and Alex Soros, son of billionaire left-wing donor George Soros, married in a lavish wedding in New York on Saturday that reportedly drew attendance from high-profile Democrats stretching from former Vice President Kamala Harris to former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.
