I spoke to a friend of mine who works at Disney. He received an email today from the higher ups informing him of the "diversity training" he'll be forced to participate in in the coming weeks.
It gave me an ominous feeling, but I wasn't too surprised. It's Disney, after all.
And then my sister told me the same exact thing. She works at a chain hair salon/beauty store here in Florida, called Ulta. She received an almost identical email. Compulsory "diversity training" will be going on in the next couple of weeks.
Diversity training at a hair salon???
I knew it was all coming, but I'm still in a sort of shock. This is all going to happen very quickly, and there isn't a damn thing we can do about it.
It's like being 5 feet away from a speeding tractor trailer; you know it's coming but you only have just enough time to think "f#ck".
And this is only the beginning.
No one is safe. Even if you're not in the work force, you're screwed too. It'll find a way to get you. It'll just take a little more time.
Even those of you who these new procedures are ostensibly designed to help, you're also screwed. You just don't know it yet.
Hell, if you live in a cave, you might also be f#cked.
If I had one wish it would be that everyone wake the f#ck up right this moment and realize just how sinister this type of sh!t really is.
Ok: the purpose of this thread is to document any forced "diversity" training (or anything similar) that any of you or your friends or family are being required to take part in.
Like I said, this is only the beginning. Wait till we get to "equity" and "inclusivity". Whoooo! Those are gonna be doozies!

Interesting. Is it "in house"? Or do they pay someone big money to come and run a seminar?
That is a big company and a chain, so, I suppose we nuked so many small businesses so there will be less employers who may opt out.
Boycott/divest/sanction, well, I don't buy any Disney products, and it takes mere moments to cut all three of my hairs at home. Are either one of those businesses remotely important? No, they're not. Since we know for sure what is non-essential, and found we can live without a trip to Disneyland because it is just too dangerous, what do we need it back for?
I doubt it will come to me. My boss does not like Americans, all kinds. I may hear of it from a major company who had no troubles getting $47 Billion in profit already this year.
It isn't exactly new, but it is perhaps telling that the Wiki page for Diversity Training (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diversity_training) only has two sub-headings:
Controversial Issues
Purported Benefits
The benefits are such as:
An analysis of data from over 800 firms over 30 years shows that diversity training and grievance procedures backfires and leads to reductions in the diversity of the firms workforce. Other research shows that people "were less likely to take discrimination complaints seriously against companies who had diversity programs".
So it enables discrimination, and reduces women and blacks. How ironic.
My closest personal experience is "reverse racism", as in quotas. There were time periods when we were told to specifically hire a hispanic, black, or female, which obviously discriminates against the "best candidate". The eventual goal was a store that always had each "kind" of person, so that every "kind" of customer would feel comfortable. Emotional schmoozing.
Remark from a hispanic female employee: "They see me, they see my round face and think that because they speak the same language that I care about them. I don't care about them."
Utter dishonesty in pandering to the public, putting on false acts, etc., and in the long run, diversity made the lamest, lowest morale bunch of creeps anyone would want.
I'm guessing the ones being mentioned now are in relation to customers? Usually it pertains to hiring.
That is maybe even dumber, if you are in a retail position and cannot handle it, you won't get much from this, either.
Aside from diversity, some of the modern training I have experienced at a major company, was targeted at a sixteen-year-old with a learning disability. Well, they hire those too, for diversity, like a "token handicapped employee". So the mind pollution was set to that lowest common denominator. It was just stupid, on its own, without talking about "kinds" of people. That is the only time I worked for a major company, and, I left, because there was no way to make a living from it. Although they have billions in profits, throw away unions, and lobby against minimum wage increase. I doubt any "diversity teachers" are much different.

Mike: that's tremendous. I'd downloaded the "And here, we, go!" ages ago with an intention to use it at some point and it seems you've found a way :)
Um, diversity training. None on the horizon thankfully and I doubt my boss would have any truck with that anyway. We're a small local business, three of us work there. However it does remind me of a management meeting we were sat in on in a previous workplace around this very issue.
I'd said something like: "What's the point in this equality and diversity anyway. Can't you all see the contradiction here?" Words to that effect.
The head of publishing (Jane) laughed, and I wasn't sure she wanted to, but did, and said: "Oh [real name here], you naughty boy!" to which my response was something like "Well, you get my point, right ..etc".
That was some twelve years ago now, and counting. Goodness only knows what malarkey they'll have buried in the documentation too these days. Commitments to NDAs, endorsements of Zionism, etc..?
The Project Veritas exposé of the "Diversity Initiative" Facebook document, have you seen that? Well this information from you re Disney kind of cements the reality of that despite Facebook's (predictable) protestations to the contrary.

What's starting now in public schools in the US is frightening.
A mother of a school age child just told me about the description parents in my area were just sent as to what the curriculum will be in the local grammar school, and it sounds like a prison camp.
I didn't get a lot of details as yet (but I will) other than masks and social distancing will be required, no art or physical ed., very strict policing.
With the distancing, they are going to need bigger buildings, but apparently they are counting on more parents deciding on home schooling.

Glad you brought it up Nat.
The kids are being trained/brainwashed the most. Some are getting very confusing "lessons" about gender and sex at a very early age. It's so pernicious and damaging...I'm at a loss for words when trying to describe it.
That Ex KGB guy there, in the video I posted just before your post, he was so eerily accurate about all this stuff that it left me frozen in my tracks.
Shaberon, your boss being rebellious - although I applaud it! - may work against him and you at some point. I hope to hell I'm wrong! The BLM fascists are compiling lists of corporate entities who aren't publicly and financially supporting BLM and making them public. In order to get off the list you have to comply. Not complying will often result in cancellation.
It's already happening everywhere. Many, many examples. I posted maybe a week ago about a theater director compiling a witch hunt list of theaters who didn't immediately pledge support to BLM in the aftermath of George Floyd's death.https://www.latimes.com/entertainment-arts/story/2020-06-09/theaters-not-speaking-out-list-george-floyd-protests-black-lives-matter Once that list was made public, nearly all of them publicly pledged support or donated to BLM. But some of them were still left on the witch hunt list. When they requested to be taken off the list, their request was denied...because their mea culpas were too "problematic" according to the lunatic fascist director who started this madness.
They have many, many ways to screw people.

We are all one.
The trouble with that is....
Government/ Corporations (and the like) sees themselves fit to instruct you/ me on what that LOOKS like. God help the individual that has had little to no problems with different people/ opinions but disagrees with the direction a narrative is going.
Maybe this is a part of the formation of an insidious one world religion?

All sides support a similar authoritarian regime under the watchful eye of tech surveillance. It is Fascist. If there is no fundamental change for the underclass, through the justice system, there is fascist authoritarianism.
If there is only a veneer of change, through the adoption of enforced corporate codes of conduct, etc...there is no change where it actually needs to take place.
If people have to examine the way they relate to others as if they are under a magnifying glass, while people in desperate need are still being thrown under the bus, this IS textbook fascism.
It is contempt for the truly vulnerable conducted under the auspices of a melded government/corporate class that appears to not only becoming more liberal, but liberal to the point of complete lunacy.

No, I think his wife will work against him, she just told him to shut up and retire. They are rich and own a major operation in a foreign country, and just have a small place here, maybe an LLC or at least not publicly traded. We hire any "kind" of person and the sad fact is he is right anyway, the American workforce is sheerly disappointing. You can see the old social engineering in place:
it is in a rich neighborhood, and none of the workers live there. We come from outlying areas which were settled as residences for "help", and, we know what that means in the distant past.
So we get a lot of poor, uneducated folk, out of prison or something, working subserviently for doctors and lawyers who are white to a considerable majority.
That gives me a pretty good view of "white stratification": in the real American system, the doctors and lawyers would not be able to do the majority of stuff they do, and there would be no real estate, and those agents would become merely clerks. Everyone would be "leveled" to near-social equality, since there wouldn't be such major financial gain in those professions.
Because they refuse to do "menial" tasks, are dependent, then perhaps general labor would look less disposable and might be worth something. What amazes me is I have never found any job I couldn't have done at eight years old. No further training is really necessary. Despite having a degree and over thirty years work experience, it is worthless, next to impossible to make a living and prosper, the only reason I am still going now is I can't tell you. Secret. It has nothing to do with work or the normal get a paycheck/take care of things.
Since I am not "diverse", but, apparently, am part of the "unfair majority", here is the closest way I can relate to whatever the problem supposedly is:
Ok, so I have heard the complaints where females say they are sexually objectified. Whoever sees them thinks of them as a "sex object", and so they are offended or intimidated and complain they're not taken seriously as a "complete being".
Well, I like being a piece of meat. I would actually prefer that.
Instead, it seems to me, I am "worker objectified", in other words, I am just a set of hands being told what to do, and my "total humanity" is ignored and is "my problem". You're not young and cute any more, and all the world seems to say is:
Shut up and do your job.
And it is not much different off the clock. Just an object. With the overall shutdown and ruining of psychology, this perhaps turns into a less-than-desirable object.
This is after escaping the area where I grew up, it is so diverse, it tried to kill me by discarding me and lying about the "economy" and the "safety net", neither one of which was adequate for survival at a far-from-rich standard. It would not have been a problem, if, for instance, there was no such thing as Usury or Real Estate, but those stupid laws combined with stupid public attitudes have long since degraded and reduced me.
So the idea of "work full-time for someone else so you can try to claw your way through this tax, that insurance, and scampering for resources" is not very good for people. If it did not exist, it could not oppress blacks, me, or anyone.
In "reversal", therefor, on finding the agents of this regime, my attitude becomes:
Cover your face. Stay well away from me. Don't dare say a single thing I don't like, or there will be retaliation.
That applies to BLM, Democrats, Republicans, whoever. Anyone from the field of diversity who is spouting nonsense. Including almost the entire population. Well, they have treated me as a de-humanized object who is not really allowed to say anything for as long as I can remember. Will "diversity training" include "lending an ear" to a supposedly generic person backlashing at it?
I'm being fair. Anyone is welcome to dislike or hate me. That's never been a problem, compared to the system itself. Like mask business. Don't enforce it. This is optional. Like smoking. When you banned it from all public buildings, we quit going to them. Should have been an individual decision. If "you" want to spend all day re-breathing your moistened carbon dioxide, go right ahead and give your money to that swindler. Government is not supposed to compel any behavior, it is only supposed to restrict certain things like vandalism, theft, murder. Most people hate the masks--or, everyone I talked to that is compelled to do it hates it.
Heck, some are even saying nicotine thwarts Covid. Maybe you should start smoking. It's not bad until you get post-1950s American cigarettes loaded with 3,000 non-tobacco ingredients.
Again, I am not "anti-diversity" as in against any "kind" of person by physical appearance, I oppose the dictation and emotional manipulation.

This could go in a quite a few threads at the moment but i'll stick it here
I listened to this today and found it very interesting. A discussion between Bret Weinstein and John McWhorter. Brett shares your fears for the future, John is a bit more hopeful.
A big further concern is the inevitable backlash, which could either lead to civil war or the rise of fascism against this marxist attack on culture. Think late 20s, early 30s Germany for where we are now.

KGB Defector Yuri Bezmenov reveals Russian Subversion Tactics - Full Interview [description]
This is G. Edward Griffin's shocking video interview, Soviet Subversion of the Free-World Press (1984), where he interviews ex-KGB officer and Soviet defector Yuri Bezmenov who decided to openly reveal KGB's subversive tactics against western society as a whole. Bezmenov explains how Jewish Marxist ideology is destabilizing the economy and purposefully pushing the U.S. into numerous crises so that a "Big Brother" tyranny can be put into place in Washington, how most Americans don't even realize that they are under attack, and that normal parliamentary procedures will not alter the federal government's direction.
He then explains how Marxist leaders use informers to make lists of anti-Communist and other politically incorrect people who they want to execute once they - actually a Jewish oligarchy - come to power. The oligarch's secret lists include "civil rights" activists and idealistically-minded "useful idiot" leftists as well.
Bezmenov provides several real world examples of how Marxist leaders even execute and/or imprison each other. Also he explains how American embassy employees were known to betray Soviets attempting to defect, how there existed a "triangle of hate" in the Soviet government, why he realized that Marxism-Leninism was a murderous doctrine, and how the CIA ignored (or didn't care) about Communist subversion.
He also mentions that revolutions throughout history are never the result of a majority movement, but of a small dedicated and highly-organized group who seize power, whether for good or bad. Next he explains how the American mass media spread lies about life in the Soviet Union.
Bezmenov also explains how the LOOK magazine article falsely claimed that the Russian people were proud of their victory in the Second World War, where in reality the Judeo-Bolshevik-Communist-Marxist government was happy that Hitler had been defeated so that they could remain in power.
Find out how the KGB utilized various individuals to undermine the Western society in its morals and values.

I can't help myself.
When it comes to diversity, and people following what government 'leadership' dictates as necessary for societal development, I'm always reminded of a gem from Monty Python. One of my favourite moments in Life of Brian.
Brian : “You are all different!”
Crowd in Unison : “Yes, We are all different.”
Random Loner : “I'm not.”
Genius.

No art? That's insane. Though I shouldn't be surprised. The arts in general are usually the first to have funding cut in times of austerity. Engaging in arts and drama is not necessarily about prepping yourself to be a painter or an actor. Part of their value lies in opening the mind to creative thinking and individual expression. Nurturing access to the subconscious and unconscious realms and drawing them to the surface. Fusing the mental, emotional and physical through specifically creative activity. Exploring the landscape of the soul that lives deep beneath the skin, and dancing with instinct. Beyond the noise of everyday roles and repetition.
If you want true diversity, you need the arts. And children benefit from being immersed in them alongside sciences and humanities, while their minds are forming.
Maybe that was an irrelevant rant. I've just had half a bottle of wine, so I'm not sure. Although to lose the arts and add 'diversity training' in society does sound like some kind of Orwellian ploy, deliberate or otherwise.
Sometimes I think the people pushing these policies (defunding creative pursuits) would benefit from mandatory arts classes. Take them into the woods and teach them how to ride a horse and build a cabin. Encourage them to sing while they paint the walls. They seem to be possessed by some kind of A.I. robotic void. Although some of them know all too well the value of the arts. They just don't want the rest of us to learn it.
As to whether or not diversity training is a valuable or time-wasting addition, that may depend on the nature of the training, and the individuals in any given workplace. One man's waste of time is another man's revelation. In any given workshop, one mind may be opened to examine its own biases, whilst another becomes unhealthily fixated on differences between people. Hence why it helps to be able to think for yourself. A bit like the gentleman in Life of Brian who thought he wasn't different.

Not to mention no physical education!
I remember when I was in grammar school, sitting at a desk all day, how very necessary it was to have an hour outside playing every day, or at least exercising in the indoor gym.
With rising obesity rates in the young, and general ill health on the rise, P.E. should be a priority.

No art?
Throughout history, everywhere on earth, art in some form or another has at times become the sole remaining means of slipping something true past the censors ("owners"). It generally gets every part of the brain working.
Somebody doesn't like either of those things.
Something I've been pondering for decades:
How does unity by any form of coercion differ from a chain gang?

Because they refuse to do "menial" tasks, are dependent, then perhaps general labor would look less disposable and might be worth something. What amazes me is I have never found any job I couldn't have done at eight years old. No further training is really necessary.
So, the general idea I was getting at, is that mostly, upper management, ownership, and many higher authorities can really only do one thing: tell you what to do.
Boss lady wanted to go home the other night, so, she came over and tried to help me. After about sixty seconds of helplessness, she says:
"I can't do this kind of work".
Ahem.
So today, we put in another new employee, and boss lady says:
"He's not used to training people".
So I said:
"I have been training people for almost your whole life".
Fact. Not very much in the menial labor she was unable to perform, but, actually, in a variety of things.
No wonder these people are so heavily bamboozled by "experts".
The new employee is a 25-y. o. black female, and, in about an hour, she more or less swooned for me and is tucked under my wing.
That, I guess, is how you reach the utter absence of racism or sexism or whatever: experience and ability. Not by dictating to someone or repeating some expert's psychological spiel. The dang stuff does not work, in fact, "Diversity Training" works completely backwards from what it claims.
I see the color, it is hard to avoid the fact she is a pretty dark black. I'm pretty sure she is a girl because my hand got mashed into her boob. But the amount of anxiety or politically-inspired agitation between us is zero. If you don't pick it up and throw it out there, it is not there.
I hope that makes sense. Today there was no Coronavirus and no white guilt trip, and I doubt it will be there tomorrow. If we get sick or in an argument, we will cross that bridge when we come to it. We don't need to manufacture it according to what the important people are trying to tell us.
