THANKS to DANNY SILVA at SILVA RECORD source here :-

Thanks to Steve McDaniel for this lead and “Post Disclosure World” for alerting me to it.

A bill written by Marco Rubio and others is now on the agenda for Fiscal Year 2021. It includes references to UAP and Advanced Aerial Threats. The work that TTSA and the current UAP program have done to brief politicians and others has worked. However, now the bill has to be approved and become an Act. Contrary to previous directions to contact lawmakers, the UFO community must now give these lawmakers space to work and get this bill approved. Otherwise the lawmakers and politicians may become overwhelmed and drop the effort. This bill represents years of hard work and the progress it can lead to if passed is very exciting.

More analysis is on the way and this blog will be updated.

Office of Naval Intelligence...is the most interesting selection of words from that document

In regards to TTSAs efforts to "brief" people within government?

We have no evidence of that and I very much doubt that any outside company would have to be brief anyone within government on defense related issues. If the US Military / Government needed to be briefed by someone from TTSA, I would be quite concerned.

We have proof that TTSA has taken credit on their TV Show for "Changing the USG mind on UFO reporting" - but if you dig beyond a questionable History Channel program - you will find that evidence exists where briefings were held before TTSA was formed and amendments to such reporting was already in the works.

That specific episode of "Unidentified" had some "editing" in my opinion...

"It further legitimizes the issue," said Christopher Mellon, a former top Pentagon intelligence official and Senate staffer who has pressed for more research on the topic. "That in itself is extremely important. People can talk about it without fear of embarrassment."

He said the potential implications cannot be overstated. "Assuming the report is properly prepared and delivered, there is no telling what the impacts could be," Mellon said. "That could range from revealing an unknown threat or military vulnerability to there have been probes visiting our planet, or anything in between."

It remains unclear how the legislation will be received by the full Senate, which has yet to take up the intelligence bill, or where the House will come down on the issue. There could also be resistance within the Trump administration, particularly regarding the requirement that the information be made public.

But what is clear is that UFOs are now on the agenda. "If they don't respond to something like this, what do we have an intelligence community for?" Mellon asked. "We are talking dozens of incidents in restricted military airspace over years."

Christopher Mellon is one of the board founders back in 2012 of www.UFODATA.org, well before his prominent present role in the TTSA. This may have been an invitation to join by Leslie Kean, another board member.

Anything to do with the ttsa gives me the creeps. From my understanding this is a three letter agency psyop, as most of its members are from that realm. The cia's raison d'etre is to propogate lies and misinfo. Buyer beware.
