What are the charges?

The indictment says that Maxwell "assisted, facilitated, and contributed to Jeffrey Epstein's abuse minor girls by, among other things, helping Epstein to recruit, groom and ultimately abuse victims known to Maxwell and Epstein to be under the age of 18”.

She is charged with conspiracy to entice minors to travel to engage in illegal sex acts; enticing a minor to travel to engage in illegal sex acts; conspiracy to transport minors with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity; and transporting a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.

There are also two counts of perjury. The charge sheet says she "repeatedly lied when questioned about her conduct, including in relation to some of the minor victims”.

Between 1994 and 1997 Ms Maxwell was among Epstein's closest associates and was also in an "intimate relationship" with him, the indictment says.

During the same period she groomed multiple minor girls to engage in sex acts with Epstein, the indictment says. She attempted to befriend them by asking about their lives and families and then she and Epstein built the friendships by taking minor victims to the cinema or shopping.

Having built a rapport, Ms Maxwell would "try to normalise sexual abuse for a minor victim by... discussing sexual topics, undressing in front of the victim, being present when a minor victim was undressed, and/or being present for sex acts involving the minor victim and Epstein”.

What is the background?

Some of Epstein's alleged victims say Ms Maxwell brought them into his circle to be sexually abused by him and his friends.

One of Epstein's alleged victims, Virginia Giuffre, has accused Ms Maxwell of recruiting her as a masseuse to the financier at the age of 15.

Details of that allegation against Ms Maxwell emerged in documents unsealed by a US judge (https://www.scribd.com/document/421334361/421319777-Maxwell-All-Searchable#from_embed) last August in a 2015 defamation case, but are not part of the charges against Ms Maxwell unveiled in July 2020.

Other women have also made allegations that Ms Maxwell was involved. One, Sarah Ransome, told the BBC's Panorama that Ms Maxwell "controlled the girls. She was like the Madam”.

Ms Maxwell has denied any wrongdoing.

Who is Ghislaine Maxwell?

Ms Maxwell is the daughter of late British media mogul Robert Maxwell.

A well-connected socialite, she is said to have introduced Epstein to many of her wealthy and powerful friends, including Bill Clinton and the Duke of York (who was accused in the 2015 court papers of touching a woman at Jeffrey Epstein's US home, (https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-49305967) although the court subsequently struck out allegations against the duke).

Buckingham Palace has said that "any suggestion of impropriety with underage minors" by the duke was "categorically untrue".

Ms Maxwell has mostly been out of public view since 2016.

In a BBC interview last year, the Duke of York said he had met up with Ms Maxwell last year, before Epstein was arrested and charged.

However they did not discuss Epstein, he said.

'Maxwell was a monster - but much more, too'

In a new BBC drama, David Suchet brings to life the fatally arrogant media tycoon Robert Maxwell. James Rampton reports

Robert Maxwell invites two of his bankers on to the roof of his sky-scraping Mirror Group HQ and plies them with charm and champagne. After a while, one of the bankers announces that he's bursting to use the loo. Not a man to argue with, Maxwell insists that the banker join him in gleefully peeing off the edge of the building. As they both empty their bladders on to the pavements several dozen stories beneath them, the banker asks nervously, "Don't the people down below notice?"

"No," booms the incorrigible Maxwell, "no one notices anything."

This scene comes at a pivotal moment in Maxwell, an absorbing new BBC2 biopic, which focuses on the last 18 months of the media magnate's life, as his business empire was imploding. It is a telling metaphor for the way Maxwell treated people: taking great delight in pissing on them from a great height.

"Playing him, I felt the sheer power of the man," says David Suchet, who is a force of nature in the role of Maxwell. "That's a dangerously intoxicating feeling for anyone. If you know that when you click fingers people will instantly jump, you click your fingers."

Maxwell is a man for whom the phrase "larger than life" might have been coined. "He was a terrific showman," says Suchet. "He went on Russell Harty's chat show and started boasting about how patriotic he was. He said, 'I came to this country out of my own choice and I'm proud that I did so.' And then, without the slightest hint of embarrassment, he started to applaud himself.

"You couldn't make Maxwell up - and that's why he makes for such great drama. We love watching these huge figures because we know we could never be like them ourselves."

Maxwell certainly has an operatic grandeur about him. Born Jan Ludvik Hoch in 1923, he grew up in abject poverty in the mountains of Czechoslovakia - he did not own a pair of shoes until he was four years old. But he rose to a position of stupendous wealth and influence in Britain, before his hubris brought him crashing down.

Fuelled by an obsessive rivalry with Rupert Murdoch, Maxwell cripplingly over-extended himself with the purchase of the American publishers Macmillan in 1988. As his interest repayments spiralled to an unsustainable £3 million a day, Maxwell's empire began to haemorrhage cash. In a despairing bid to stem the losses, he stole £1 billion from his own companies' pension funds. It was one of the biggest frauds ever perpetrated.
As his creditors banged on his door and his weight ballooned to a life-threatening 22 stone, Maxwell took refuge on his luxurious yacht, the Lady Ghislaine. He died on November 5 1991, after apparently falling overboard, but his body was only found several days later, floating in the waters off the Canary Islands. It is a tragedy of almost Shakespearean dimensions.

Scripted by Craig Warner (The Queen's Sister), the drama attempts to explain why Maxwell was driven to the point of mania. "He was driven by a sense of being ostracised from the mainstream," says Suchet. "He constantly said he didn't care about being accepted, but I think the lady doth protest too much. He wanted to be part of society, but society didn't want him. In fact, the more he tried to fit in with the Establishment, the less they let him in. He became a media tycoon, because he was desperate to have influence and a voice."

Maxwell's other defining trait was a belief that he dwelt on a superior plane to the rest of us mere mortals. Colin Barr, who produced and directed Maxwell, observes: "He had a fatal arrogance. He had come back from the abyss so many times, he believed he was invincible. A former aide described him as a prehistoric figure who existed in a moral-free universe. Maxwell certainly didn't operate by the same rules as the rest of us: he never saw what he was doing as wrong or criminal."

The makers of the drama are keen to emphasise that they are not depicting Maxwell simply as some moustache-twiddling, cape-swirling baddie.

He could be immensely charming, did a vast amount of work for charity and had to cope with the loss of two children (a daughter to leukaemia; a son following a car accident and six years on a life support machine).
"The public perception of him is that he's a monster," says Barr. "Of course, he was, but he was a hundred other things as well. It's not interesting merely to make him a pantomime villain."

Suchet, who insisted on staying in character throughout the shoot, certainly captures his undeniable magnetism.

He points out that figures of this colossal scale pass only rarely through our lives. "Whether people loved him or loathed him, no one was indifferent to Maxwell," he says. "When he died, we all felt that we'd lost a figure of great power and magnitude and colour. He added to the gaiety of nations."

One aspect that the drama does not portray is the actual moment of Maxwell's death. "We leave it up to the viewer to decide what happened," says Barr. "To this day, people will tell you he's not gone. Some have said to me, 'You have got the final scene where he's sipping a cocktail on the beach in the Maldives today, haven't you?' They just want the myth to continue."

Suchet concludes that, "The internet is full of conspiracy theories, from 'confessions' by Mossad agents to bizarre suicide plots. Is he still alive? Is he - like Elvis - now working in a chip shop in Huddersfield? No. Robert Maxwell was such a self-publicist that if he were still alive, we'd all know about it!"

It is true that rich people have the influence to evade justice on many occasions, however Epstein's homes were searched by the FBI and his Paris apartment searched by the French police. It has been said that his guests were filmed in compromising positions for blackmail so if there is concrete evidence of that nature, it will be hard for their lawyers to discount it. We have yet to learn what they may have found, and if there is damning evidence then even people as rich as Croesus will find it hard to evade justice. I would imagine that the best they could do is cut a deal. There's also the public mood about this and much closer scrutiny, this has been a revelation to a lot of people who normally don't dig deeper than the mainstream media and they are absolutely disgusted and angry; they'll find it a whole lot harder to pull strings.

That isn't what I said. It may be what you read but it's not what I said. I said the people being arrested would rather want to deal and why they would prefer to do that turning in all their friends for lenient treatment themselves or so on. Explaining the content of this map requires many hours, but in summary we can see:

- Epstein was connected directly to more than one nation’s intelligence agency.

- He was in business with the world’s largest arms dealers.

- He was directly involved in the business of CIA front companies.

- The Maxwell family, including Epstein’s partner Ghislaine were also heavily connected in with intelligence agencies. Robert Maxwell and some of his daughters were instrumental in the distribution of compromised software (PROMIS) that was used by numerous governmental agencies to store and track sensitive information.

- Donald Trump’s disgraced mentor ‘Roy Cohn’ was directly involved in sexual blackmail operations going back decades. Trump then took over one of the hotels that had been used and continued running parties there.

- There are clearly many questions that need to be answered regarding CIA and Israeli secret service activity in the US and globally, plus just how many of the world’s political figures are being blackmailed into supporting policies under the threat of having compromising images of them released and their careers and families destroyed.



Clearly the nature of this information means that some of it is hard to corroborate and we must always maintain an open mind that some if it is incorrect. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. She posts a lot about age of consent in countries,supports legalizing child porn, upvotes creepy ritualistic pedophile posts, and is responsible for a ton of the anti-Trump posts on R/WorldNews. IMO this remains the most important story today in the Western Hemisphere and has been for the last year and even before that. If she talked and the wheels of justice were clean, I genuinely believe two dishonest and corrupt governments would topple starting with B Clinton and P Andrew and continuing from there.

It became instant common knowledge upon Epstein's arrest that he had cameras in every room of every property he owned. The identities of visiting celebrities also became instant common knowledge (although I suspect there are more unrevealed – that will stay unrevealed). The public should have seen censored versions of these videos and the individuals involved should've been arrested within weeks, after which the sex crimes would become the least of B Clinton's (and others) worries.

That didn't happen. And still hasn't.

Why didn't she stay in France where she couldn't be extradited? That's mystifying. Well, she knows the French authorities better than I, maybe they're hard guys and she figured she had no chance. Whatever the case, she went to New Hampshire, and by all accounts expected to be playing house indefinitely.

Last week I heard for the first time from Geraldo Rivera and his "journalists" there may have been a romantic relationship between Maxwell and Clinton. To be honest, I would rather believe Clinton went to the Island 26 times to see a grown woman rather than an ungrown one. If true, I'm guessing she figured that at the end of the day, Clinton would protect her. Or did she gain some form of immunity in Florida 2008 along with child handler and present-day millionaire Sarah Kellen Vickers?

At the end of the end of the day, however, I think Maria Farmer may be right when she says the FBI's main job is to cover up the crimes of the elite (Franklin, Sandusky, JFK, et al etc). I know for a fact the wheels of American justice are pretty much the opposite of clean. I'll enjoy my schadenfreude now while I can, knowing the spoiled, child-molesting Ghislaine Maxwell is alone in a tiny cell with a toilet and bad food. British socialiste Ghislaine Maxwell is seeking a release from jail as she awaits trial, her lawyers said on Friday, citing concerns about coronavirus outbreaks in federal prisons.

Well timing is everything. The fact that they arrested her 3 months before the elections is significant in itself. We all now that there is a power struggle to control the Unites States Corporation and we are in crunch time now. Maybe she is will be used as a deterrent against the Democrats so they would cease to create more chaos. For example in Michigan I was kicked out of a store yesterday for not wearing a mask! and I could face a $500 fine if I get caught without one outside. What’s next? A mandate to wear a mask inside my home?

With a fortune the size of Ghislaine's and the connections she has, it doesn't seem impossible that she could have had a clone made of herself and that's what is actually in the prison cell. Last I heard, they don't last long, but if it's "suicided" or murdered in timely fashion, it could still do the trick, and would certainly make for a more authentic looking corpse in the photos than Epstein's did (if it really was Epstein).
Could be that's why she made herself so easy to catch, as she probably knew they would catch her sooner or later, and just wanted to get it over with.

That may be true in the context of a criminal proceeding, but not in the context of a civil lawsuit. Such a civil lawsuit could and likely would involve claims of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, conversion and the like.

A successful civil lawsuit would result in a money judgment against the bad actor(s). Attempts by the bad guy and the family or associates to hide assets from the judgment creditor will make it harder, but not impossible, to collect the judgment. Judgments that are obtained based upon claims proved to be due to the fraud of the defendant, are generally not dischargeable in bankruptcy.

But, courts are unaware of the facts of a case and the location of any assets of the parties that may be reachable to pay a judgment. It is the responsibility of the litigants to apprise the court of the operable relevant facts. If a judgment is not voluntarily paid by the defendant in some way, it is the responsibility of the plaintiff judgment creditor to locate the defendant’s assets with which to satisfy any judgment. The courts do not do that. The court can only assist in that regard, if asked by the judgment creditor, by compelling the defendant to respond to the plaintiff’s discovery request seeking the location of assets, money, real estate, etc..., to satisfy the judgment and even hold a defendant in contempt for refusing to do so, but that’s it.

And I would try to have Ms. Maxwell placed on Rikers Island with the New York City Department of Corrections. The jails are empty because de Blasio has police reform and Cuomo has bail reform, so everybody’s on the street. There’s plenty of room at Rikers Island.

Since the story is nothing new and we know that information has been released every now and then.. with the arrest and death of the pedo Epstein, a lot of others know they are in boiling water now and have nowhere to run, their time is ticking soon or later they will fall.. these elite globalists they had been doing it for ages, they do in the plain sight, they are shameless.
