Ernie Nemeth and agape have just kindly PMed me to say they can't post here. So (as is often the case :P ), the mods have no idea what's going on, just quite yet

Edit to add: we think we may have fixed what was actually a bug. norman and edina shouldn't have been able to post. :) We'll ask them now if they can try to post again.

An explanatory note from Bill:

EDIT: Where's my auto rebuke message? :PWell, we're truly sorry you weren't rebuked! You should have been soundly scolded and put in your place. :P

But I think it was because I moved the thread to a new section just before you replied, where the permissions are evidently different. (This is very geeky, but forum posting permissions are really hard for the best of us to (a) understand and (b) to get right.)

We need to debug this, so I've just moved it back to where it was originally. Can you try replying again?? (And if you're unsuccessful, could you PM me?)
