I want to dedicate this thread to all the video's, articles and thoughts that have educated, empowered, inspired, nurtured and nourished my soul.

What sets your soul on fire might be completely different for you and I honour that completely. If you see a video or a comment that you don't agree with, I only ask that you consider that my only aim, intent and purpose for this thread is to share what has personally kept me in a state of flow and growth and to share this with you.

Some of these videos may already have been shared on Avalon previously by others. Thanks to all that have shared over the years because you have (whether you have known it or not) helped light my path. :heart:

Edited to Add: If anything I have shared has inspired you, please feel free to build upon any inspirations you may have here, for in doing so, all will benefit. :heart:

A Mods' Announcement:

This is a new thread, originally created by having moved a bunch of posts in reply to Constance's very own Constance's Empowerment Portal (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?111432-Constance-s-empowerment-portal).

The reason we did this (having consulted Constance herself) was simply to keep that thread 100% for Constance's empowerment posts only. So we've adjusted things so that only she can now post there.

This isn't to diminish anyone's valuable, high quality replies, all of which are now here. It's simply so as not to dilute the thread. There was always the risk that Constance's own posts might be at least a little lost among a possible flood of discussion from others.

Constance wants to sincerely thank everyone for their support, feedback, and comments. That's important. She understands (as do we) that this thread-split makes replying to specific posts a little cumbersome, but we do think it's for the best.

If it turns out somehow not to be the best thing, we can always adjust things again, as it's a new forum experiment. We've never done this before — for anyone, ever!

But Constance's personal empowerment archive is so exceptional, and she herself is so exceptional in how much she always gives to everyone around her, that we do think this is the very best thing to do.

“If you’re going to do something naughty, I don’t think you can get away with it in the same way anymore. So what do you do? You level up. You go meta-, instead of trying to deceive people and work behind their backs, as to what it is you’re really doing, it’s way more efficient to just confuse them about what’s right and what’s wrong. Cognitive dissonance, nobody knows right from wrong. The really clever thing that they’ve done, the evil thing that they’ve done is the slow encroachment of the boundaries.”

ALICE IN WONDERLAND TECHNIQUE: THE POWER OF APPLIED CONFUSION

May 24, 2020
[article & hyper links (https://forbiddenknowledgetv.net/alice-in-wonderland-technique-the-power-of-applied-confusion/)]

"On May 12th, Anthony Fauci testified before the Senate that reopening the economy too quickly could lead to “suffering and death that could be avoided [that] could even set you back on the road to…economic recovery.”

On May 23rd, Anthony Fauci appeared to reverse course when he told CNBC that the stay-at-home orders could end up causing “irreparable damage” and “I don’t want people to think that any of us feel that staying locked down for a prolonged period of time is the way to go.”

This about-face triggered tweets of exasperation. Then I saw Amazing Polly’s tweet that what Fauci did was an example of the “Alice in Wonderland Technique”.

I’ve heard of Alice in Wonderland – but a technique by that name? This sent me down a rabbit hole for which I’m grateful, because for the past three years, I’ve been talking about the “psychological civil war” being waged against us, not knowing that the orchestrated gaslighting we’ve been subjected to is a scaled-up version of what was originally developed as an interrogation technique.

In other words, what we’ve been being put through is literally torture and the technique described in “Alice in Wonderland: The Power of Applied Confusion”, a chapter starting on page 129 of a manual entitled, ‘EDUCING INFORMATION – Interrogation: Science and Art’, published by the National Defense Intelligence College in 2006, citing a 1963 torture manual entitled, “KUBARK Counterintelligence Interrogation Manual, Human Resource Exploitation Training Manual,” based on CIA research, much of it conducted through the MK ULTRA program but some of it going all the way back to the 1350s, to the work of Nicholas Eymerich, Inquisitor General of Aragon, Spain.

In this video, Richard Grannon does a good job explaining the details of this torture technique that I feel could help us to cope with the madness of COVID-19. When we know that it’s called Alice in Wonderland and that it incorporates Gregory Bateson’s double-bind theory of Schizophrenia, scaled-up to the level of a global psyop, it can help us release ourselves from its thrall.

Grannon explains:

“You bring the person to be interrogated into the room, and you have the three interrogators immediately to start to badger them…with nonsensical questions. The pitch and the tone and the pacing of their questions will not match the subjects which they’re covering. Often times, the subjects that they’re asking the person being interrogated about are nonsensical. They go nowhere, they mean nothing.

“The purpose stated in the interrogation technique is not just to obliterate the normal. The purpose is also to replace that which is normal, with the mindbogglingly bizarre. So the person goes into a state of deep trauma that is so awful, they would rather give up their secrets and return to a reality that makes sense, than have to continue with more days [of this]. It takes days for them to crack, usually.”

To me, this describes the antics seen in the unrelenting #FakeNews, the Mueller Investigation and the fake impeachment, concomitant with things like #MeToo and the transgender putsch that have become the themes of this era.

Christine Blasey Ford, Jussie Smollett and the media crucifixion of Nick Sandmann were illogical orchestrated psyops designed to badger everyone into agreement, in order to just make it stop.

We’ve known that this was unconventional warfare but knowing that it’s called the Alice in Wonderland technique empowers you to identify it when it’s happening, to help you distance yourself from the fragmentation that it is attempting to induce.

Grannon likens the psyop currently being unleashed upon the global populace (he recorded this last October) to 9/11, which he believes would be much harder to pull off today, with so many people carrying smartphones at all times.

He says, “If you’re going to do something naughty, I don’t think you can get away with it in the same way anymore.

Here is something that greatly interests me. Why are some people geniuses and others not? We have a whole cosmos inside of our heads so if not, why not? How can we become our own genuises? What if it has to do with our state of being?

The Neuroscience of Genius, Creativity, and Improvisation, with Heather Berlin

The transcript...

Carl Zimmer: Hi, I’m Carl Zimmer, a columnist for The New York Times and I’m in conversation with Heather Berlin, a neuroscientist at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. So Heather, I mean genius is this word that we all use but I am really curious what people like you think about the word.

Heather Berlin: Yeah, I guess well, I mean I can describe it looking through my lens as a neuroscientist. I mean I think just the word genius is a really all-encompassing term and what we try to do is kind of break it down to the constituent parts and try to understand the neural mechanisms that drive those things.

So, for example, I think a really big part of what it means to be a genius is to have a great deal of creative or like novel thinking. Making these novel associations between ideas. Having a lot of pattern detection. So it’s not just about collecting a bunch of data and knowing a lot of facts but it’s making these novel connections between ideas.

And I think what we want to look at is, for example, what is the neural correlate of something like divergent thinking or thinking outside the box, having novel associations between ideas. And that’s the kind of thing that we can begin to measure.

Carl Zimmer: So how can you measure something like that?

Heather Berlin: So it’s been actually quite a problem how to quantify this not just genius but let’s say creativity. We’re breaking it down – particularly what I’m interested in is improvisation. So when people are being spontaneously creative.

Carl Zimmer: Why is that important to you? What does that get at?

Heather Berlin: So I think that a lot of what’s happening in the brain is happening outside of awareness and we – when we have our sort of conscious brain highly active it’s kind of suppressing a lot of what’s going on outside of oneself. Sometimes when people are being creative they say it almost feels like things are coming from outside of them when they’re in this sort of flow state.

And we’re starting to understand a little bit more about that state and it seems to be that when people are being creative in the moment that the part of their brain that has to do with their sense of self, self-awareness, self-consciousness is turned down. It’s called the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex.

Carl Zimmer: Where is that?

Heather Berlin: It’s sort of like right here. It’s part of the prefrontal cortex on the lateral side.

Carl Zimmer: So you can actually see that change? Like the activity in there is changing in these kinds of situations?

Heather Berlin: Yeah, so for example there’s been a few studies and we’re doing a new one now but in the studies all seem to show that, for example, when a jazz musician is improvising compared to when he does a memorized piece or even a rapper when he’s doing a freestyle rap compared to doing a memorized rap there’s a similar pattern of activation across the improvising rappers and the improvising jazz musicians. And they have a decreased activation in that dorsolateral prefrontal cortex which has to do with self-awareness, monitoring your ongoing behavior and making sort conforms with social norms.

But they have also increased activation in a part of the brain called the medial prefrontal cortex which is sort of like right here if you go straight back a little bit. And that is turned up and that has to do with the internal generation of ideas. It’s coming from within. It’s stimulus independent.

So if you think of this state you’re having this sort of free flow of unfiltered information coming from within that’s not being inhibited by that dorsolateral prefrontal cortex. You don’t have to worry about how do people think about me.

And that free flow of information allows for the novel associations to be made. If you think about a similar pattern of brain activation happens during dreams or during daydreaming or some types of meditation or hypnosis where you lose your sense of self and time and place. And it allows the filter to come off so that novel associations are okay, you know. Dreams don’t all make sense. That’s where the creativity comes in. So that’s why I’m interested in that state to see what happens in people when they’re in that state because I think that’s a big part of what is involved with genius.

Carl Zimmer: So I’m picturing like someone in a scanner rapping. And it’s hard to picture. So I mean what does this look like? I mean how do you – these experiments are so difficult to set up. You’ve figured something out so how does it work?

Heather Berlin: Yeah, so what we’re doing is – and again it’s hard to make something ecologically valid or sort of simulate what it’s like in the real world when you’re lying in this, you know, tube and there’s this big clicking sound. So what it is is so there’s a loud clicking noise in the scanner and we picked a beat that matches the clicking beat in the scanner, you know, so that it’s not distracting. And what we do is in one condition we have them do a memorized rap. And there was a similar study that was done by another group and a small group of rappers but we’ve kind of elaborated on that. And in the improvised state we have – we show them random images and they have to improvise and incorporate those images into their rap in real time and we’re giving them real time audience feedback.

So we’re having other professional rappers with a dial going up or down. Because that’s part of the real world situation. When you’re improvising it’s about audience feedback whether it’s comedy improv, theater improv. And we want to see how that feedback affects their sort of creativity.

Carl Zimmer: But how does that feedback in other people, being aware of other people listening to you – how does that connect with your ideas about how these circuits that are involved with the self are coming down when you’re being creative?
I mean I would think like, you know, if you’re in that flow state you could be performing in front of an empty room because you’re just all – it’s all about what’s coming from within.

Heather Berlin: Yeah, so what we think is – so there’s something called the default mode network. And that seems to be sort of active. It’s sort of a neurocircuit of the brain that’s active when your focus of attention is internal.

So when they’re in a kind of flow state we see activation of the default mode network. But what we think is that there’s occasionally this – they have to monitor the environment seeing, you know, how am I doing? So then they’ll switch into what’s called the executive network which is looking externally and sort of monitoring the behavior.

Carl Zimmer: So a different circuit of neurons we’re talking about?

Heather Berlin: Yeah.

Carl Zimmer: We’re sort of flipping back and forth.

Heather Berlin: Yeah, between these two sort of internally focused and generating new ideas and externally focused kind of to monitor your situation. Because if you think about it when – if you just are having a random flow it’s not like a jazz musician is just playing random notes or a rapper is just saying random words. It has to make sense, you know. It has to be kind of have a certain appeal. And so you do have to monitor at some level. If it’s just like a dream state – although it’s getting at that novel thinking it’s not necessarily being creative because just random thoughts with making no sense isn’t really what we’re looking for either.

So there’s that switching back and forth between the two networks.

ATTENTION: All you rule-breakers, you misfits and troublemakers - all you free spirits and pioneers - all you visionaries and non-conformists …

Everything that the establishment has told you is wrong with you - is actually what's right with you.

You see things others don't. You are hardwired to change the world. Unlike 9 out of 10 people - your mind is irrepressible - and this threatens authority. You were born to be a revolutionary.

You can't stand rules because in your heart you know there's a better way.

You have strengths dangerous to the establishment - and it wants them eliminated, So your whole life you've been told your strengths were weaknesses

Now I'm telling you otherwise. Your impulsivity is a gift - impulses are your key to the miraculous,

Your distractibility - is an artifact of your inspired creativity,
Your mood swings - reflect the natural pulse of life, they give you unstoppable energy when you're high and deep soulful insight when you're low,

Been diagnosed with a "disorder"? That's society's latest way to deny it's own illness by pointing the finger at you. Your addictive personality is just a symptom of your vast underused capacity for heroic, creative expression and spiritual connection.

Your utter lack of repression, your wide eyed idealism, your unmitigated open mind - didn't anyone ever tell you?!

These are the traits shared by the greatest pioneers and visionaries and innovators, revolutionaries, procrastinators and drama queens, activists on the social scene, space cadets and mavericks, philosophers and derelicts, business suits flying fighter jets, football stars and sex addicts, celebrities with ADD, alcoholics who seek novelty, first responders - prophets and saints, mystics and change agents.

We are - all - the same - you know
'cuz we're all affected by the way
We are - all - the same - you know
'cuz we're all attracted to the flame.

You know in your heart that there's a natural order, something more sovereign than any man-made rules or laws could ever express.

This natural order is called "the Way.”

The Way is the eternal substrate of the cosmos. It guides the very current of time and space. The Way is known by some as the Will of God, Divine Providence, the Holy Spirit, the implicate order, the Tao, reverse-entropy, life-force, but for now we'll simply call it "the Way."

The Way is reflected in you as the source of your inspiration, the source of your passions, your wisdom, your enthusiasm, your intuition, your spiritual fire. Love. The Way takes the chaos out of the Universe and breathes life into it. Giving it divine order. The Way, when expressed by the mind, is genius, when perceived through the eyes is beauty, when felt through the senses is grace, when allowed into the heart ... is love.

Most people cannot sense the Way directly. But then there are the Wayseers. The keepers of the flame. Wayseers have an unexplainable knack for just knowing the Way. They sense it in their very being. They can't tell you why or how they arrived at the right answer. They just know it in their core. They can't show their work. So don't ask. Their minds simply resonate with the Way. When the Way is present, so are they.

While others are blind to it, and society begs you to ignore it, "the Way" stirs you inside. Neurological repression blocks most people's awareness of the Way - censoring all thoughts and impulses from the unconscious is their prefrontal cortex - the gestapo of the brain -  nothing which violates its socialized programming even gets through; but your mind is different.

Your mind has been cracked wide open to the Way - by some miraculous genetic trait, some psychotropic chemical or maybe even by the will of your soul, your brain's reward pathways have been hijacked - dopamine employed to overthrow the fascist dictatorship of your prefrontal cortex - now your brain is free of repression, your mind free of censorship, your awareness exposed to the turbulent seas of the unconscious. Through this open doorway divine light shines into your consciousness showing you the Way.

This is what makes you a Wayseer.

90% of human civilization is populated with those who's brains are blocked to the Way.  Their brains are hardwired to enforce the social programming indoctrinated since birth. Unlike you they cannot break out of this programming, because they have not yet experienced the necessary revolution of mind.

These programmed people take social institutions and rules very seriously. Society is full of games programmed to keep peoples' minds occupied so they will not revolt. These games often cause sick fixations on peculiar protocols, power structures, taboos and domination - all subtle forms of human bondage. This distinct form of madness is not only tolerated by the masses but insisted upon. The programmed ones believe in rules so forcefully they become willing to destroy anyone who violates them.

Wayseers are the ones who call their bluff.

Since Wayseer minds are free to reject social programming, Wayseers readily see social institutions for what they are - imaginary games.  Wayseers comfort the disturbed and disturb the comfortable. Helping those who are lost in these games and refuse to help themselves is a calling of many Wayseers. Since Wayseers are the ones who keep contact with the original source of reality - they are able to disrupt societal conventions and even governments to realign humanity with the Way.

The Wayseers are an ancient lineage. A kind of priesthood - carriers of the flame - ones "in the know."  There must always be Wayseers to reform the dizzying psychotic spinning wheels of society - giant mindless hamster wheels obscuring the pure blue sky, keeping humanity shackled in a darkened cage - so Wayseers are called - to shed light on the madness of society - to continually resurrect the timeless transcendent Spirit of Truth.

Wayseers reveal this divine truth by devoting themselves to the birth of some creative or disruptive act expressed through art or philosophy, innovations to shake up industry, revolutions for democracy, coups that topple hypocrisy, movements of solidarity, changes that leave a legacy, rebellions against policy, spirit infused technology, moments of clarity, things that challenge barbarity, watersheds of sincerity, momentous drives for charity.

Constance and Paula, I have not yet listened to this video, but I DO have first hand experience of this technique being applied to me, in what was the most intense journey of my life.

I was badgered, deliberately confused and yes, tortured.

I won't go in to the "who" of it because it encompasses so much.

I want to offer this. The way out is through oneself. I mean you have to be very pure in your intent, with all interactions and sure of your own thoughts and sanity.

I'm not explaining it well, but the way out is through. And then there is a breakthrough and then they can't break you. No one or no thing can, if you just hold fast.

Constance, you are a powerful inspiration. Paula, you have the heart of an angel. :flower::flower:

I'm forever grateful to Gabor Mate for his work.

I first watched this video years ago but I do occasionally revisit it because it helps me to understand so many things around the human condition. In particular it helped me to understand why we have immature adults, why parents need to matter more than peers, and last but not least, why children act out. My apologies for the quality of the video.

Gabor has also written a book with Gordon Neufeld called, Hold onto your kids, why parents need to matter more than peers. (https://drgabormate.com/book/hold-on-to-your-kids/)

One of the most compelling arguments I have read for homeschooling came from one of his books called Dumbing us down, the hidden curriculum of Compulsory schooling. Whilst I am still on the topic of education, I want to make a mention of Charlotte Iserbyt. Charlotte was a senior former advisor for the department of education and her father, a member of the infamous skull and cross bones. She wrote a book called The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America. (http://deliberatedumbingdown.com/ddd/)

Charlotte Iserbyt had this to say about her interview: This interview took place in 2000 or 2001. The person who interviewed me did a fabulous job! I consider this interview "one of the" if not "the most important" I have ever done, especially today, in 2016.

I was completely inspired by little Felicity. What blows me away is that in part 2, she is also reading Chinese characters.
I'm aware that there is a Steiner philosophy that says that we shouldn't be teaching our children to read before they are seven because they need to develop fine motor skills first but what if that child has already developed the fine motor skills (eg. my son. He was holding a pencil like pro at the age of six months and was drawing like a madman and basically hasn't stopped) and is naturally eager to learn? Why would we stand in their way of their passions?

When my son was nearly two and had only just started talking, we were driving by a shopping centre when he pointed to a sign and said out loud, "Sushi". You could have knocked me over with a feather. When a child is motivated, the sky is the limit on what they can learn.

The Wayseer's Manifesto has been one of the most important contributions as was THIS manifesto "Let There Be Light"

15pOr1E6hvc

In the lat few days, I have been receiving reveals form ME (wherever S/He may be... the part who is so far out of this mess I have seen that I have to reach deep to find the connection)

I know that negation has a specific definition but I have my own. Negation is making what I believe POOF into nothing.This is a mighty responsibility. What is poofed cannot be eliminated without repercussions. It would be horrifying to willy nilly eliminate the "good" we were confused about.

In the last few days, I have been shown that all my life I never understood my power to NEGATE any any any thing. I failed to feel the POWER be cause I was not ready. I could have blasted people into NOTHING, destroyed EVERY THING. But NO is MINE now to use without concern of hurting anyone.

I had an experience last Friday. It was the day before the 4th and the Spa was very busy. Two people had called in. Then I developed the worst migraine isn a very long time.

At the last minute, I had to call in. I felt unbelievably nauseated and was puking so unable to do anything.

In retrospect that was JUST UNACCEPTABLE. The revelation came that is my POWER to negate migraines FOREVER. I will not bother with all the backstory of "new Thought" and all I have researched and researched about the MIND/Reality causation theory. Suffice to say I have a CORE knowing that all events have cause and I am that cause (for me in my "world").

I now say NO NO NO to the feelings of helplessness, sheer misery to the point of howling and losing a day or two while I have to shirk my chosen responsibility. I CHOOSE to completely obliterate this possibility. It is so. I know that as well as I know I am breathing.

This is an IMPORTANT revelation. When we 100% take responsibility about our own cerations, we have the power to CREATE any aspect. It may be a LONG time before we see the consequences but when we deliberately choose, IT WILL HAPPEN.This includes the polar opposite of creation... it includes negation. This ability to remove needs to be one we feel comfortable invoking. We have to TRUST our Selves.

I am now negating all suffering. I feel the resolve working in me. Suffering is unacceptable. I will no longer agree to have suffering in my world. I will see the results.....

I know that my creations do not change YOURS. But I had to know I no longer need suffering to progress. I know some othet things about me too that are confidence building. I have an amazing shift in confidence about managing the illusion. It makes me happy. I am grateful. I am powerful and will not be confused about my good..

If you trust yourself enough to know that you cannot use negation irreverently, childishly and with half a heart.... GO FOR BROKE and NEGATE the undesirable Now. It is CHOSEN "thought form" that plays out. IMO here must be a lawful way to undo the thought? It is NO!!!!!!

...But I had to know I no longer need suffering to progress.

The Coconut Revolution

The Bouganvilleans are a plucky and courageous folk. I was awe-inspired by their abilities to fight off a large mining corporation, the Australian government and the Papua New Guinea government initially using only sticks and stones and bows and arrows. They fought fiercely for the love of their land, for the love of independence and for the love of their people.

The Australian and Papua New Guinea government set up a blockade to bring these people to their knees but instead of being brought to their knees, the exact opposite happened. The people of Bouganville thrived. They created the first eco revolution.

At the time of filming for this documentary, every villager was self-sufficient. They say that necessity is the mother of invention. Well, these folk took that to a whole new level with the most incredible innovations and improvisations. As the narrator so aptly commented, they made something out of nothing. :heart: :muscle:

Fire the Grid

Shelley Yates had a life changing experience when she and her son had a near-death experience. It is something that we Avalonians are used to hearing about. However, how this changed her life, what was happening whilst she was going through her near-death experience and the miracles she and her son experienced still sends shivers down my spine whenever I think about it.

Fire the grid is a story about empowering ourselves and each other, the miracles that occur when we lead by example and a return to wholeness. Song and dance is mentioned :dancing:

The Man Who Lost his Body

I live at the edge all day every day

Ian Waterman was just 19 years old when he was struck down by a virus in 1971. The virus affected his entire body. The nerves which once told his body what it was doing were so damaged from the neck down that he could move his limbs but he just couldn't tell them what to do.

He was pronounced as 'incurable' and was sent home in a wheelchair.

But Ian had an indomitable spirit. He was determined to walk again and he set himself a gruelling schedule.

Ian began to sense that the solution might lie in some hidden part of his mind. He had a hunch that if he could visualise a movement, he might by sheer force of concentration make his body perform it...

Using powers of visualisation, his eyes would have to tell his limbs what they were doing."

He had to forge a new link between mind and muscle. For many weeks, he couldn't sit up in bed. He had to teach himself how to recruit the stomach muscles to enable him to sit up.

Ian has made an unprecedented recovery - at the time of the video there were only 10 people in the world who had this disorder.

The only way that Ian can walk is if he looks down at his feet. If the lights go out, he goes down. Every movement he makes has to be anticipated, all day, every day.

He said, "Every day is like running a marathon."

This guy is un****ing believable. John Plant doesn't live in the wild and only does this for a hobby but what a hobby! He first came to my attention when I was learning how to slake lime and looking for an alternative to cement. The only tools he has are the ones that he has made from his local surrounds in the Australian bush. When we are immersed in nature, the divine intelligence of the universe reveals itself to us.

In this highly engaging and revealing video, Penelope introduces this presentation by saying that we have thirty to fifty thousand chemicals in our bodies that our grandparents didn't have.

In 2012, when this presentation was made, 1 in 70 boys were diagnosed with autism. Zach Bush more recently said that we are now on schedule for 1 in every 3 boys to have autism by 2025.

This was my first deep dive into understanding how the chemical atrazine has affected wildlife, why and how it is potentially wreaking havoc with our hormones now, and how it may affect our future generations.

~~~
A Mods' Announcement:
This is a new thread, originally created by having moved a bunch of posts in reply to Constance's very own Constance's Empowerment Portal (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?111432-Constance-s-empowerment-portal).
The reason we did this (having consulted Constance herself) was simply to keep that thread 100% for Constance's empowerment posts only. So we've adjusted things so that only she can now post there.
This isn't to diminish anyone's valuable, high quality replies, all of which are now here. It's simply so as not to dilute the thread. There was always the risk that Constance's own posts might be at least a little lost among a possible flood of discussion from others.
Constance wants to sincerely thank everyone for their support, feedback, and comments. That's important. She understands (as do we) that this thread-split makes replying to specific posts a little cumbersome, but we do think it's for the best.
If it turns out somehow not to be the best thing, we can always adjust things again, as it's a new forum experiment. We've never done this before — for anyone, ever!
But Constance's personal empowerment archive is so exceptional, and she herself is so exceptional in how much she always gives to everyone around her, that we do think this is the very best thing to do.
This is a new thread, originally created by having moved a bunch of posts in reply to Constance's very own Constance's Empowerment Portal (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?111432-Constance-s-empowerment-portal).
The reason we did this (having consulted Constance herself) was simply to keep that thread 100% for Constance's empowerment posts only. So we've adjusted things so that only she can now post there.
This isn't to diminish anyone's valuable, high quality replies, all of which are now here. It's simply so as not to dilute the thread. There was always the risk that Constance's own posts might be at least a little lost among a possible flood of discussion from others.
Constance wants to sincerely thank everyone for their support, feedback, and comments. That's important. She understands (as do we) that this thread-split makes replying to specific posts a little cumbersome, but we do think it's for the best.
If it turns out somehow not to be the best thing, we can always adjust things again, as it's a new forum experiment. We've never done this before — for anyone, ever!
But Constance's personal empowerment archive is so exceptional, and she herself is so exceptional in how much she always gives to everyone around her, that we do think this is the very best thing to do.
Here's a short intro and a review by Alexandra Bruce of Forbidden Knowledge:
Richard Grannon:
“Hopefully, these thoughts will help you assert your cognitive boundaries and will help you to insulate yourself to a some degree during the storm."
“If you’re going to do something naughty, I don’t think you can get away with it in the same way anymore. So what do you do? You level up. You go meta-, instead of trying to deceive people and work behind their backs, as to what it is you’re really doing, it’s way more efficient to just confuse them about what’s right and what’s wrong. Cognitive dissonance, nobody knows right from wrong. The really clever thing that they’ve done, the evil thing that they’ve done is the slow encroachment of the boundaries.”
ALICE IN WONDERLAND TECHNIQUE: THE POWER OF APPLIED CONFUSION
May 24, 2020
[article & hyper links (https://forbiddenknowledgetv.net/alice-in-wonderland-technique-the-power-of-applied-confusion/)]
"On May 12th, Anthony Fauci testified before the Senate that reopening the economy too quickly could lead to “suffering and death that could be avoided [that] could even set you back on the road to…economic recovery.”
On May 23rd, Anthony Fauci appeared to reverse course when he told CNBC that the stay-at-home orders could end up causing “irreparable damage” and “I don’t want people to think that any of us feel that staying locked down for a prolonged period of time is the way to go.”
This about-face triggered tweets of exasperation. Then I saw Amazing Polly’s tweet that what Fauci did was an example of the “Alice in Wonderland Technique”.
I’ve heard of Alice in Wonderland – but a technique by that name? This sent me down a rabbit hole for which I’m grateful, because for the past three years, I’ve been talking about the “psychological civil war” being waged against us, not knowing that the orchestrated gaslighting we’ve been subjected to is a scaled-up version of what was originally developed as an interrogation technique.
In other words, what we’ve been being put through is literally torture and the technique described in “Alice in Wonderland: The Power of Applied Confusion”, a chapter starting on page 129 of a manual entitled, ‘EDUCING INFORMATION – Interrogation: Science and Art’, published by the National Defense Intelligence College in 2006, citing a 1963 torture manual entitled, “KUBARK Counterintelligence Interrogation Manual, Human Resource Exploitation Training Manual,” based on CIA research, much of it conducted through the MK ULTRA program but some of it going all the way back to the 1350s, to the work of Nicholas Eymerich, Inquisitor General of Aragon, Spain.
In this video, Richard Grannon does a good job explaining the details of this torture technique that I feel could help us to cope with the madness of COVID-19. When we know that it’s called Alice in Wonderland and that it incorporates Gregory Bateson’s double-bind theory of Schizophrenia, scaled-up to the level of a global psyop, it can help us release ourselves from its thrall.
Grannon explains:
“You bring the person to be interrogated into the room, and you have the three interrogators immediately to start to badger them…with nonsensical questions. The pitch and the tone and the pacing of their questions will not match the subjects which they’re covering. Often times, the subjects that they’re asking the person being interrogated about are nonsensical. They go nowhere, they mean nothing.
“The purpose stated in the interrogation technique is not just to obliterate the normal. The purpose is also to replace that which is normal, with the mindbogglingly bizarre. So the person goes into a state of deep trauma that is so awful, they would rather give up their secrets and return to a reality that makes sense, than have to continue with more days [of this]. It takes days for them to crack, usually.”
To me, this describes the antics seen in the unrelenting #FakeNews, the Mueller Investigation and the fake impeachment, concomitant with things like #MeToo and the transgender putsch that have become the themes of this era.
Christine Blasey Ford, Jussie Smollett and the media crucifixion of Nick Sandmann were illogical orchestrated psyops designed to badger everyone into agreement, in order to just make it stop.
We’ve known that this was unconventional warfare but knowing that it’s called the Alice in Wonderland technique empowers you to identify it when it’s happening, to help you distance yourself from the fragmentation that it is attempting to induce.
Grannon likens the psyop currently being unleashed upon the global populace (he recorded this last October) to 9/11, which he believes would be much harder to pull off today, with so many people carrying smartphones at all times.
He says, “If you’re going to do something naughty, I don’t think you can get away with it in the same way anymore. So what do you do? You level up. You go meta-, instead of trying to deceive people and work behind their backs, as to what it is you’re really doing, it’s way more efficient to just confuse them about what’s right and what’s wrong. Cognitive dissonance, nobody knows right from wrong. The really clever thing that they’ve done, the evil thing that they’ve done is the slow encroachment of the boundaries.”
Hopefully, these thoughts will help you assert your cognitive boundaries and will help you to insulate yourself to a some degree during the storm."
I am very grateful to you and the mods for initiating this idea. :heart: When I was modding, there were always a lot of great ideas shared and talked about so I'm really glad that I could help you bring one of those ideas to life! Plus, I'll admit it, I'm a bit of an experimenter myself at heart. I'm always open to new ideas and suggestions, and I'm always more than willing to trying out new things. :)
As you said Bill, if what has been initiated here doesn't serve others in the highest possible way, we can always adjust things again. There is nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Folks, from my heart, I just want to say that I am more than grateful for all the inspirations and for everything that has been shared so far by your wonderful selves. Thank you, and keep up the great work! :heart: I really look forward to sharing in all of the inspirations that you have for whenever we share an inspiration, or when we become inspired, everyone benefits in the most unimaginable ways. :flower:
It's a good video. To put it simply: everybody's being gaslighted.
I have been seeing the toll of gaslighting. People are literally feeling torn apart by internal dissonance based on "abstract" info. I am aware that this is intentional and a thick tangled grid in which we may easily wrapped around and ensnared. I have been a part of seeking info all my life. I more than most love "knowledge" but I am as sure as I can be that the internal pathways of my neurocognitive landscape MUST be resurfaced.
I have loved to watch and hear SO MANY presentations of various kinds. It is like drinking... one drink leads to another (when addicted). I am sure that watching one more will not make any difference as to my ability to make sense of my reality BUT part of me believes maybe THAT next SEGMENT has the "answer"? In this fascinating video, there is a test that was conducted by CBC/Harvard back in 2016 that could potentially reveal unconscious racial biases. I went looking for the test because I was curious as to what was involved in the test, and if possible, I wanted to take the test.
I didn't feel that I had any unconscious biases, after all, I had grown up in a very multicultural family and community. However, maybe this test would reveal something about myself that was hidden even to me and if so, by bringing direct awareness to this, I could understand myself better?
So just for fun, I took the test. :) If you want to do the test yourself, you can remain anonymous. You don't need to register your email address. :flower::flower::flower:
At the time of this filming, Amy was living in a beautiful mountain area in Costa Rica and was living a solitary lifestyle. She slept outside underneath her rancho and spent most of her time naked. She only ate food that was on her property.
She talks here about how we can have access to all the cosmic energies that are available to all of us when we sleep out underneath the stars. There are certain times of the day when the cosmic energies are at their most potent and so if we maintain a daily ritual, we can become sensitive to, and receive all of those energies.
For some reason, I cannot find the full length interview. The rest of the interview is as equally good so if anyone does manage to find it, could they please share it on Constance's Empowerment Portal - Share your inspirations here thread?
However, there is a dark side to the electronics recycling industry and it involves the unofficial and often illegal dumping of this electronic waste in third world countries such as Africa and Asia. The Agbogbloshie dump in Ghana is the subject of this report by SBS dateline.
From beginning to end, this beautifully made film featuring Edgar Mitchell, captivated my heart. It is a story about one mans quest to find out if there were major benefits to be had from walking barefoot on the earth.
The narrator and producer of this film, Steve Kroschel - a National Geographic filmmaker for over 30 years, begins the story in minus 35 degree temperatures and record snow falls in Haines, Alaska. Naked, he lay underneath his home for 20 minutes to see if he could alleviate his back pain by Earthing. The results had him say
It is a moment like this that you just want to jump on your snow machine and get to the first person who you can think of who is suffering.
The story goes from strength to strength as he discovers that many of his skeptical neighbours and business colleagues who had suffered from various chronic ailments were recovering almost overnight. It raises some very deep questions about our connection with nature and Mother Earth.
Paul Hawken gave this rousing speech back in 2014. Paul mentioned that at a minimum, there were over 130,000 grassroot movements and potentially anywhere up to 500,000. Memberships within many grassroot movements at the time were thought to be in the order of the millions. That was in 2014. Imagine how many there might be in 2020? I find this every bit as relevant and inspirational today as I did back then.
Here are some highlights from the video:
There is another superpower here on earth that is an unnamed movement.
It is far different and bigger and more unique than anything we have ever seen.
It flies under the radar of the media.
By and large it is non-violent.
It is grassroots.
It has no cluster bombs, no armies and no helicopters.
It has no central ideology
________________________
It is my belief that we are part of a movement that is greater and deeper and broader than we ourselves know or can know
___________________________________
There is no justice without caring for the earth and there's no way to save this earth of course without caring for its people
__________________________________
It's so new, we can't recognize it. We're familiar with armies and governments and war and churches and religions but there's no precedent for what we're doing. What we are creating is completely unknown. It is everywhere. There is no centre, there's no one spokesperson.
It's in every country and in every city on earth. It is within every tribe, race, every culture and every ethnic group in the world. This is the first time on earth that a powerful non-ideological movement has arisen and during the span of the 20th century. Big ideologies will worship like religion, they dominated our beliefs.
_______________________________
Ideologies dominate us: capitalism, socialism, communism. In the words of Ed Hunt, ideologies stalk the earth clad in armor. They fought for the control of our minds and our lands and it wasn't pretty. We were told that salvation would be found in the domination of a single system and this is where salvation will be found. We know that as biologists, we know that as community organizers, we know that as ecologists, it's found in diversity, not in domination.
This movement does not seek power, this misunderstood that way. It seeks to dismantle power. Very very different. It doesn't mean that it's politically inactive, it means this though; that its overriding agenda is to create a world where the kind of political power we're seeing is criminal, illegal and unnecessary.
It is only visible in its parts occasionally and when they are seen, they're labeled by the media as environmentalists, anti-corporate ragtag, marginal poorly funded, ex- hippies liberals, and it's all true actually but what's missing from these labels and which cannot be tagged so easily is the underlying vision and values and heart and that is what makes this movement a movement.
Because if you ask every one of these groups in the world to write down what informs them, what is it that creates you know, the passion to do the work that they're doing; it is six, seven, eight or nine things and write it down a piece of paper. And if you had a room or a hall big enough, and you put it on the wall, and you walked down and you read every one of them, they do not contradict themselves.
This is coming up.
This is grassroots.
This is the real deal.
This has never happened in the history on earth ever.
It's singular
I asked her why she was asking them as we have salt at home. She replied, "It's because they are always asking us for things, they're poor. So, I thought I'd ask something small from them so as not burden them, but at the same time make them feel as if we need them too. That way it'll be easier for them to ask us for anything they need from us."
Films can be a very powerful medium to convey universal truths and A Hidden Life (http://avalonlibrary.net/A_Hidden_Life_(2019).mp4) is no exception to this. It is chock full of universal truths but what makes this film even more extraordinary is that it is based upon a real life event.
It is about an Austrian farmer living in the time of war-time Germany who refuses to pledge his allegiance to Hitler. There is no happy Hollywood ending to this story but it is a message about courage, truth, inner-strength, connection to spirit and a conviction of the heart.
I don't think I've ever seen a film quite like this in terms of the way it was filmed. The backdrop of nature, the way it was directed and the credible way in which the actors emote is nothing short of magnificent.
In a time where there is so much confusion, this movie can provide clarity.
This fascinating documentary made in 2002, explores the supernatural abilities of a yogi who has performed a Fire Ritual for a total of 1000 days over the last 45 years. The yogi uses a particular breathing technique to be at One with the element of Fire.
Imagine if we were all at One with nature? What might the possibilities be?
What is interesting is that the Yogi, weighing a mere 94 pounds (43 kilos), has been able to survive on only two bananas and a glass of milk with a few drops of water, twice a day for the last 28 years. Food is just one of the ways we can receive sustenance.
Mind control in a different way than you know it. Confronting what is going on in the mind.
Joe Marshalla is a philosopher who has created a new model and system for humanity to bring itself into balance.
He endeavours to share the mechanism of how the brain works, how we formulate thought, the current conditions of the brain and then what we can do about it. His intention is to share how we can truly understand ourselves and each other.
His quest to understand life began at the age of 13 when he had a car accident and had his first out-of-body experience.
The majority of the bananas that feed the world are grown via monoculture crops.
Monoculture crops are not ideal because they invite pests and disease.
At a nutritional level there is a lack of nutrients in the soil which creates a deficiency in our diets and at a metaphysical level, monoculturally grown foods are not ideal for us because there is a lack of love, diversity and synergy in the food. Input = output
This is Sam Harris at his finest. Here he is sharing about what he calls, The Delusion of freewill. Science, neuroscience and philosophy comes together here as he provides a compelling argument for why there is no such thing as freewill.
As Sam says, this subject touches upon everything we care about.
At one point he says, If you can't control your next thought and you don't know what it's going to be until it appears, where is your freedom of will?
Freewill and the brain.
This is an excellent and earnest discussion between Robert Sapolsky, a neuroscientist at Stanford University and actor Alan Alda, around the brain and the law.
The first five minutes of the conversation begins with Robert sharing that whenever we are making any moral decisions or moral judgements that these are actually post hoc justifications for things that subliminally our brains knew long before we consciously headed in that direction.
Our capacity to regulate our behaviours as adults begins with the health and wellbeing of our frontal cortex. The thickness and development of our frontal cortex is determined by two factors. The first being the health and the wellbeing of the mother whilst we are inutero, and the second being parental and environmental influences in early childhood.
Robert says that the term 'responsibility' almost becomes irrelevant if someone cannot regulate their behaviours due to an undeveloped frontal cortex. He implies that you cannot make someone responsible if they cannot regulate their behavior any more than you could hold someone responsible for something that they had nothing to do with the making of, eg. the shape of their cheekbones.
He went on to say that it doesn't change in the slightest, the need to protect people from those who cannot regulate themselves, the need to protect the offenders themselves or the need for deterrents but what has to be completely removed from the table are concepts like evil.
There are the types of brain damage where a person affected cannot regulate their behaviours. They may be able to tell us precisely what the appropriate behaviours and responses are supposed to be, for example solving a puzzle, or what one should or shouldn't do to our fellow human and yet still be unable to regulate their behaviours. A minor equivalent to this would be someone who eats junk food. They know they shouldn't be eating it but they are unable to stop themselves from eating it. Robert says that these things need to be taken into account and I wholeheartedly agree with him.
Something I discovered along the path was that it is possible to be on the leading edge of consciousness...
Here is a fantastic introduction to the 18 origins of our thoughts (http://www.thewholespectrom.com/blog/2017/7/27/the-18-origins-of-thoughts?rq=origins%20of%20thoughts). It brings everything together so that we can have direct awareness around how we can truly empower ourselves.
The more we can determine the nature and origins of our thoughts, the more we can determine who we are, the person we were born to be, and the person we were made to be.
This video covers:
How we can know exactly the nature and origins of our own thoughts
How we can know exactly where a person is coming from and the nature and origins of their thoughts.
The intuitive process; how it works and how we can stay permanently connected to our intuition (and a whole lot more). :heart:
(https://drdingle.com/product/is-your-home-making-you-sick-ebook/) is a great book for identifying the hidden dangers in our homes so that we can be empowered to take action and make our homes a healthy place to be.
Mold (mould) is one the biggest issues we have in our modern day homes.
Here are some snippets from the documentary Moldy - >
45 million people in the U.S at any given time, live in a moldy building
Common symptoms are brain fog, cognitive dysfunction, mood issues, sleep issues, autoimmune, inflammatory problems, joint pain, fatigue
Exposure to mold, water damage conditions has been widely documented to cause significant neurocognitive effects. One of the most disturbing was a study in Poland of young children in water damaged buildings that showed significant IQ drops
VI0_azQv6N8 Moldy (Full Documentary) feat. Dave Asprey
and... in this enlightening video, I found out that if someone has mold related neural damage, there is a simple test that can be taken to diagnose it. Please see this post by Bill here (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?91913-BLACK-MOLD-symptoms-remedies-treatment-elimination&p=1292467&viewfull=1#post1292467).
It is packed with studies to demonstrate why getting enough sleep is universally urgent and imperative for us all.
This is a brilliant, brilliant interview. It really pulled me into line, gave me some practical tools for better sleep hygiene, gave me an excuse for having a guilt free-seista every single day of the week, and inspired me to share this with anyone who will listen. :bigsmile: In all seriousness, it could be a life raft for someone. :happy dog:
A snippet or three:
@ 76:52 testosterone in men plummets when sleep gets short. In fact, men, who are sleeping five hours or less will have a level of testosterone which is that of someone 10 years their senior.
@132:33 One out of every two adults in first world nations is chronically sleep-deprived. I think it leads to a release of stress chemistry, particularly cortisol. Cortisol is known in the gut microbiome to produce this imbalance.
@142:03 Caffeine has a quarter life of about 12 hours. In other words, if you have a cup of coffee at noon, a quarter of that caffeine is still circulating in your brain at midnight. So if you have a cup of coffee at noon, it's the equivalent of getting into bed at midnight.
And finally this - probably the most relevant with what we are experiencing right now with lockdowns...
The title might appear to be a bit misleading because what Sadghuru refers to is not the law of attraction that was popularised by The Secret, but a missive on how to direct our mind for what we do want, and to have absolute clarity around it.
Sadhguru emphatically states that what has not happened on this planet can happen tomorrow. He says that human beings are capable of making it happen tomorrow. If we want to change the world overnight, we can. So what is possible and what is not possible, he says, is none of our business. It is natures business. Nature will decide that. We just ask ourselves, what it is that we really want?
Imagine if 7 billion people around the planet had the faith, the conviction and felt the inevitability of this one thought - peace?
I do not underestimate the power of an organised mind. :muscle::muscle:
The impossible made possible
This video really caught my attention. Just about every cell in my body became excited watching this. Steven Kotler's work regarding the flow state is phenomenal.
What he discovered was that no matter where you look, in every domain imaginable, you will find that ultimate human performance has the exact same signature.
It is a state of consciousness, known to researchers as The Flow State.
Key points:
The Flow State can help us do the impossible
Major paradigm shifts are a flow state of the heart
The Bannister Affect - you have to believe you are capable of the impossible
Why time slows down in a flow state
The deep now has a huge impact on performance (I love that expression 'deep now')
Our sense of self disappears, our inner critic is silenced
How five neurochemicals = the triangle of high performance - motivation, creativity and learning
The flow state creates high speed, creative decision-making
Creativity is key to the flow state
How data acquisition goes up in the flow state
For more information on how you can hack into the flow state:
Amongst many things, Brian introduces a wholistic model for how we can live and share in, and fulfill our individual and collective highest potential. He talks about all the factors for how we can fully empower ourselves. Brian has created a new universal language so that there is no room for conflict and confusion for as he says, if everyone is on the same page, we might get somewhere.
He says that peace is our natural state. If we are not at peace, then if everything we know and understand about isn't serving us to live the truth right here, right now. If we want a shift in the current paradigm, we need to know exactly how.
Philip Mckernan is not afraid to tell it like it is. He reminds me of someone else I know. :bigsmile: His story is that he grew up with dyslexia. He could neither read nor write going through school and felt absolutely stupid. I don't know if anyone else can relate to this kind of learning disability but if you can, you would know what kind of challenges he would have had to have faced.
But Philip discovered that there was another kind of intelligence - intuition. He learned how to tap into his intuition in order to tap into greater depths of information and to make decisions about what to do in his life.
He says that we have the wrong relationship with our mindset; we are striving to create goals that we have created with our minds, from our intellect, and not driven or connected by our intuition. Philip says that we can develop an authentic life by nurturing and nourishing our soul set. He challenges people to look within, so that they can tap into their 'flow'. (Notice a re-occurring theme here? :bigsmile:)
Two quotes from Swami Vivekananda that pierced my heart.
In the history of mankind, you will find that there come the messengers.
When they speak, each word is direct; it bursts like a bomb-shell.
What is in the word unless it has the power behind?
Truths do not pay any homage to any society
ancient and modern.
Society has to pay homage to truth or die.
Society should be moulded upon truth
and truth has not to adjust itself to society.
That society is the greatest, where the highest truths
become practical
1. Who are you not?
2. How do you give yourself away to get your emotional needs met?
3. Who's expectations are you still polarised around?
I have had a direct experience with the vibrational sound that Tommy heard too. It was a constant 'om' sounding from my heart and vibrating outwards in my electromagnetic field. Just thinking about it makes my energies go, 'kaboom'. (expansion)
Strange but this is what I have been doing. If I silently "sound" OM and feel it deep inside my heart yes, it does cause an expansion. It can also stir up some "friction" and actually the last couple of days, terrible friction has been welling up. I feel lonely, tired and my chest hurts and I feel bitter tears because of some personal stuff and some frustrated thinking.
This has been an excruciating weekend but it is better to bring that friction out and feel the discord and let it be released. That is my experience with a sounding of OM and I do recommend it as medicine...
One day I was looking at some magazines that I found at a used bookstore in the 70's. They were a of series (kind of crude) of a monthly magazine about spiritual "new age" writings. Back at that time I had never heard of Rumi. I found the poem I will quote below.
This is the most important poem I ever read.
It is a poem that shows in a few words a major boon. This poem changed my gut feeling of fear of my "wrongness".
“Come, come, whoever you are,
wanderer, worshiper, lover of leaving,
it doesn't matter.
Ours is not a caravan of despair.
Come, even if you have broken your vow a hundred times.
Come, come again, come.”
― Rumi
This PM I was chatting with a friend who is struggling with his marriage because his wife is (IMO) in a SERIOUS confrontation with the same energies we all are facing. She is generally feeling so without power that she both SHOVES her power away and then feels resentful anger and cannot forget what others do with it. She is unaware of the inner conflict and is somatizing her process. She does not tolerate any reflections from him because she feels already so "worth less" that any suggestions feel sharp and unloving. She has shut down a lot and stays home brooding but feeling guilty for "not contributing". IMO many are experiencing spiraling out of a lifetime of suppressed pain.
I feel MOST empowered by the a NEW day every day and chance to leave the past in forgiveness. I told my friend when I last saw her about my visceral sense of being loved, aided and supported by something wholely dependable which LOVES me. She has a "god" who is out there and judges. She feels she has failed to serve this deity because she is "sinful".
We make vows and then feel shame about breaking them and a huge power returns when we know we are forgiven (by god ourselves). I love Rumi more than any other poet.
I am certain of "god" but I have absolutely no idea of god as it is impossible to imagine. I feel god. this started happening when I started to learn how to relax. I went through decades of such intense pockets of contraction that a general tension was just normal. BUT, it was NOT.
This beginning of learning to relax used "techniques" but one evening, I started to feel a melting in various parts... that melting has continued. I associate the sense with being in touch with my beloved.
I am writing personally but I want to convey some principles that excite me because I feel they will unlock us. Yes, relaxation is a KEY. I will go so far as to surmise that we cannot FEEL ourselves when we are in contraction.
So many events have come though to help me. One was taking a course to learn a Mayan Healing Technique.
The healing technique is to establish an empty space for Divine Intervention. One of the distinctions claimed is physical manifestation from patients with the healings. Little spirals and specks of a black material may materialize. It was brought here to the states by Starr Fuentes who taught my teacher. It is in retrospect an authentic teaching as I have proved it.
I had learned that a blue torus is in the original teachings passed through Mexico and to the US. The Torus is like a space we spin. The blue flash was described as associated with connection for Divine to use. The process for me was an initiation but I would have just thought the two weeks as a "psychological" method except.... one day when I was putting the table sheets in the washing machine something REAL and Magical happened.
ON the day something REAL happened, I looked down into the washing machine and an electric blue flash came at me. It was like an upsplash.
I have seen these flashes ever since. I can see how the path was toward my soul intention.
The experience of dematerializing/rematerializing through some connection is part of the heritage. In modern times, there are stories of disappearing out a path of a oncoming car and things like that.
In Mexico, through Divine Intervention, Curanderas transported miles dematerializing and rematerializing to reach patients in trouble.
I was worked on by this teaching ever since 2006. When I became licensed as a massage therapist 3 years ago, I started using the method. The other day as I was massaging a clients shoulders, it was as if black grains of sand emerged. I have already seen "smoke" rise from the skin of clients.
I feel certain of god (but have no name and am agnostic). My work on "reality creation" however is showing its POWER of intention. My NOW seems in a quite wonderful "place" coming together of many threads for me. All the current affairs seem all confused and absurd though, and I am trying to dematerialize this construction I observe as insufferable.
But back to the being a minister, we named our church when I became a DI practitioner. I immediately knew mine as "Beloved Being, Being Beloved". The symbol is the moebius strip and these words are repeated all around the strip.
At that time I had really NOT relaxed. Then when I began, I started feeling my Beloved. It is extraordinarily visceral from the inside out. It is an intentional gripping onto my spirit rope to maintain the contact.
I cannot describe the fight of habit against being beloved! I only need to keep in my field the knowing that all IS well but that is hard!.
The struggle makes slow progress. I cannot just let that GOODNESS be everything. When I feel the inner friction, I use Divine Intervention for me in the form of an imaginary vacumm cleaner. This imagination is like what Jon Rappaort considers imagination. It is MORE than day dream. It effects my body. It heals my heart aches on every occasion. I have committed to confide in the god I imagine. I give all my pain and I relax. More pain, more confidence in god.
A different kind of sight is opening up, my heart eye is quivering. This is all REAL not just me. The reason I am posting is that hearing what makes me feel connected and true is like a gift from the beloved. Maybe someone will like hearing god is REAL.
I think god is working on us and there is a grand beauty of creation HERE and NOW whether we know or not. I feel excruciating whole being pain from terrible images. They are so horrible and I feel the friction of cognitive dissonance. My heart is choked at times.
These images need dematerializing so fire is sought to burn them for good. The fire burns all the dross. We are being burned because we choose it actually. There is fear about it but when one imagines that it need not be painful, and that one has a friend through the valley of death, the heart does not shut down any longer IMO.
If the truth exists, IMO it will show up in various places. This was inspiring to me and I felt uplifted. I appreciate the mind food.
In this intriguing film by National Geographic, called, Make Me A Genius, I learned that by unlocking the potential of the brain, we can become our own geniuses. :heart:
The story begins with Susan Polgar. Her father embraced the theory that any ordinary child could be turned into a genius and so he created a very unique education for her that kept her learning on a steep upward climb. Susan fell in love with the game of chess and so her father nurtured and nourished her passion. She became the top-ranked female player in the world and was the Women's World Champion from 1996 to 1999. :dancing:
Here is a delightful short video of Rupert Sheldrake's and Pam Smart's research experiment with Jaytee the dog. You will need to look at the subtitles if you don't speak german.
Pam's parents, who looked after Jaytee, were convinced that Jaytee knew exactly when Pam was coming home because they had observed the phenomenon for years. However, Pam was highly sceptical that this was true and so with Ruperts help, they set up an experiment to see if Jaytee was indeed able to anticipate her return home. :happy dog:
Amber Hartnell talks about her experiences with what she calls, ecstatic birth experiences. She shares how we can redefine the birthing experience, how we can tap into our intuition, and how we can empower our children.
When my son was tiny, I was led by my own intuitions to allow him to use sharp scissors and knives. He was very careful and never cut himself or hurt anyone else. I also used elimination communication with him from the time he was born. What this meant was that I was cued into all the responses he would give for when he would need to eliminate bodily waste.
For expectant mums and anyone else who wants to understand more about the conscious birth experience, Elena Tonetti-Vladimirova has made a documentary called Birth into Being (https://www.birthintobeing.com/film).
Elena talks extensively about her experiences with Russian women, the limbic imprint and the part it has to play in a childs development and offers some suprising insight into animal birthing too.
I'd also like to make mention of Jean Liedloff. She wrote the classic book called, The Continuum Concept (https://www.amazon.com/Continuum-Concept-Happiness-Classics-Development/dp/0201050714)
This is what Wiki had to say about her book:
During a diamond-hunting expedition to Venezuela, she came into contact with an indigenous people named the Yequana. Over time she became fascinated with the Yequana, and made a decision to return to Venezuela to live with them. She wrote her book The Continuum Concept to describe her new understanding of how we have lost much of our natural well-being, and to show us practical ways to regain it for our children and for ourselves.[3] Her book is based on her experiences while living with the Yequana, and discusses in particular their style of child-rearing and its fundamental effect on their later lives.
Jeans book changed the entire way I looked at child rearing and it gave me the confidence to be a relaxed mother in my sons first years of life.
When I was first starting working with EFT, (The Emotional Freedom Technique) I was completely astonished by what I could do with it. It is one of the most versatile self-healing techniques I've come across.
The most interesting thing about it is that it works on a person, even when a person doesn't believe in it.
It also works really well for animals. You can either work remotely via a surrogate tap or tap on the animal directly, affirming whatever it is that is required.
The most practical and beneficial way to use the EFT technique and the umbrella for what supports and underlies every other pyschological modality you can possibly think of eg. The Sedona Method (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-QIIitJ_itQ), Byron Katie (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?111432-Constance-s-empowerment-portal&p=1365241&viewfull=1#post1365241), NLP (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MIl3WGKVBn4), self-hypnosis (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Ry54D1SNdM) etc. is Universal Kinetics (http://www.thewholespectrom.com/universal-kinetics). Mark Boyle has earned himself the title of moneyless man. He lives in a strawbale house that he built himself. There is no technology in this house. No running water, no electricity, no solar panels, no lights, no internet, no fridge, no mobile phone, and no washing machine.
He believes that anyone can build a house, however he also believes that we are living in a culture where we are told that only experts can do things because that is what capitalism wants. As he rightly says, we have been building our own houses since the beginning of time.
Mark was writing a book at the time of this interview. He says that even though he doesn't have a computer, he gets more done in less time because there are no distractions. It has changed the way he writes and he finds himself thinking twice before he puts pen to paper.
I have observed for myself that whenever I put pencil to paper, it changes the entire way I process information. I strongly suspect that it has something to do with the way that our brains are wired (http://neurorelay.com/2013/08/07/how-does-writing-affect-your-brain/). I profess that I have my own concerns regarding the promotion of digital technology for our children; our children are no longer encouraged to use the natural pathways to develop the fine motor skills that handwriting brings, and which we have always relied upon to build healthy neurological systems.
Mark believes that technology is distracting us from our inner selves; it separates us from nature, our loved ones and every aspect of what it means to be human. He says that we need to understand the consequences that technology has brought to us, it is convenient, but it comes at a cost to our mental and physical health.
He believes that living this way has helped him to develop a more intimate direct relationship with the world around him. He acknowledges that there is less comfort to be had but more feelings of being present and alive to the elements. The challenges that come with living a natural life means that there is less comfort but a greater appreciation for life. He says that, tough is a good thing, we need to be in our bodies, we need to be in physical work.
A neighbour up the road from Mark asked him one day, what technology do you think had the most impact on rural Ireland? When he responded with the usual suspects, the car, the TV, the internet, the neighbour responded with, none of them. The answer surprised him. It certainly surprised me!
Something that has always been self-evident to me is that the reason we crave nature and go on holidays into nature is because it is a part of our natural state.
Master Penman Jake wants our children to fall in love with writing by hand.
He says that we are abdicating so much of what we are learning and retaining not to our own memories but to the memories of our computers and other devices. By doing the different tactile movements of forming the individual letters and linking those letters, one to the other, then putting those words into the context of a sentence you are actually engraining the information in your brain. :dancing:
As we challenge ourselves to master whatever gift, talents and skills we immerse ourselves in, new neurological pathways are forming, and there is growth and evolution taking place within all of that.
It was Jakes passion for art and writing that set him on the path to master penmanship. He was very much self-taught because he had already surpassed anything that his college teachers might have to offer.
Jake is led by nature and in particular, by birds for his inspiration. It is a love for the grace and beauty that they are. He says that what he is doing is the same story but a new chapter of history, for the penmen of old had these obsessions with birds. There was this appreciation for artwork where the brush strokes were feathered, the whimsy, grace and beauty that was in a flowing script.
Jake wants to bring the realism aspect into his work. His intentions are to bring new expression to the old for he says
You cannot honour the past by repeating it, you honour it by giving it relevance in the modern age.
This very much ties in with what Joe Marshalla has to say about the law of repeatlessness.
When we put back what is missing from our lives, we can be unrecognisable, even to ourselves. We can grow and evolve beyond our wildest imagination. Tony is proof of this. Imagine if absolutely everyone who was awake and aware (who is able to) gathered together now to celebrate their lives with each other; playing, having fun, and sharing in uplifting homespun music and wholesome raw organic foods (the hugest love and peace festival the world has ever seen) with the intention of having a wonderful heart-connected time and just ignoring all the authorities and anything else that was an insult to their souls?
And then imagine if we just decided just to fill and to occupy all the spaces that have been unloved with the view of building a true community. People teaching others how to build natural homes and rebeautifying all that was required (all naturally of course) and sharing in everything; loving all and serving all, and turning our backs on anything that no longer served us.
Imagine if this caught on because we were like a beacon of light; people were just irresistibly drawn to being in the kind of space where unconditional love and creativity overflowed; all the answers to everything we needed to thrive as a community present as we connected with the true nature of who we are.
Imagine if people were able to let go of all the technology and anything artificial that drove their lives? Imagine if people were growing their own food, sharing in, and reciprocating in the abundance of it all.
Imagine if beautiful wilderness was a part of our rightful space to inhabit 100% of the time and we were living at one with nature and all its creatures.
Imagine if we all began to put back what was missing in our lives and we were able to do whatever it was that fulfilled our souls, nurtured our gifts, talents and skills and offered us the opportunity for growth?
Imagine if we just turned our backs on it all and just started to live the way that we really need to live in order to thrive? If there were enough of us doing this simultaneously, what could they do?
We need to be brave enough to be all that we are. :heart: :sun:
"A SPIRITUAL "CONSPIRACY"
On the surface of our world right now
There is war, violence, and craziness
And things may seem dark.
But calmly and quietly
At the same time
Something is happening underground.
An inner revolution is taking place
And certain individuals
Are being called to a Higher Light.
It is a silent revolution
From the inside out
From the ground up.
This is a global co-operation
That has sleeper cells in every nation.
It is a planetary Spiritual Conspiracy.
You won't likely see us on T.V.
You won't read about us in the newspaper.
You won't hear from us on the radio.
We don't seek glory.
We don't wear any uniform.
We come in all shapes and sizes, colors and styles.
We are in every country and culture of the world
In cities big and small, mountains and valleys
In farms and villages, tribes and remote islands.
Most of us work anonymously
Seeking not recognition of name
But profound transformation of life.
Working quietly behind the scenes
You could pass by one of us on the street
And not even notice.
We go undercover
Not concerned for who takes the final credit
But simply that the work gets done.
Many of us may seem to have normal jobs.
But behind the external storefront
Is where the deeper work takes a place.
With the individual and collective power
Of our minds and hearts
We spread passion, knowledge, and joy to all.
Some call us the Conscious Army
As together
We co-create a new world.
Our orders come from the Spiritual Intelligence Agency
Instructing us to drop soft, secret love bombs
when no one is looking.
Poems ~ Hugs ~ Music ~ Photography ~ Smiles ~ Kind words
Movies ~ Meditation and Prayer ~ Dance ~ Websites
Social activism ~ Blogs ~ Random acts of Kindness…
We each express ourselves
In our own unique ways
With our own unique Gifts and talents.
"Be the change you want to see in the world"
That is the motto that fills our hearts.
We know this is the path to profound transformation.
We know that quietly and humbly
Individually and collectively
We have the power of all the oceans combined.
At first glance our work is not even visible.
It is slow and meticulous
Like the formation of mountains.
And yet with our combined efforts
Entire tectonic plates
Are being shaped and moved for centuries to come.
Love is the religion we come to share
And you don't need to be highly educated
Or have exceptional knowledge to understand it.
Love arises from the Intelligence of the Heart
Embedded in the timeless evolutionary pulse
Of all living Beings .
Be the change you want to see in the world.
Nobody else can do it for you.
Yet don't forget, we are all here supporting you.
We are now recruiting.
Perhaps you will join us
Or already have.
For in this spiritual conspiracy
All are welcome, and all are loved.
The door is always open.
Rapid eye movements when dreaming are a way of releasing trauma
The cranial nerve in our eyes are connected with the spiritual - turn your eyes upward and imagine your life as if you were living a heaven-on-earth and see what happens
Everyone needs access to this technique (not just in the hands of a few professionals)
For those who haven't access to this technique, therapists could be treating people successfully for PTS/grief etc within minutes - not hours, weeks, months or years - saving a lot of money and time and suffering
Emotions block the light.
Sadness is the root cause of our suffering - anger and guilt are the subsidiaries. Deal with the sadness and the rest falls away naturally.
Our natural state is to experience communication with those we love, whether they are on this planet or not.
We are perfect, whole and complete - all we have to do is put back what is missing from our lives.
[/LIST]
I agree that the information concerning EMDR and the vast capacity of using the eye movement to tap into reprogramming the brain does deserve a unique thread but I like posting here since you invited us to participate. Empowerment is the most beautiful contemplation.
I am very very happy these days. I feel as if I grok my own paradigm. All my life I have been a seeker. I love information. Now I am receiving the notion that I am to use the best of what I learned to create a world. The implicAtion that I have synthesized is that we ARE ALWAYS CREATING "OUR' WORLD.
THE MATRIX SHATTER HAS OPENED DOORS TO OUR POWER TO DITCH THE EGREGORES.
We see it now. There are layers and layers of grouped minds that are all splintering. These created a huge paradigm of war, scarcity, guilt, pain, SUFFERING. This paradigm which I will claim is all based in a single idea of DEATH and the reaction to death of FEAR is falling to pieces. The disillusionment can propel people outside the confines. This is POWER. We can now create the world our hearts all ways know is possible.
BUT we have to ditch our focus in a profoundly deep way. The thing is here in the alt community, people are feeling it is necessary to be realistic (fix up what already is) in some way... count the crimes, stock the supplies and share all about the plans of the New World ORDER and on and on. Lots of people are asking others to come be in a new Egregore they started (well meaning) This is a TRAP!!!!!!! (CONT> INFINITE EXCLAMATION).
IMO the most important thing we must do is turn our backs on giving any importance to problem-reaction-solution and head mentally to what we would choose with our whole being to experience. IMO we are absolutely needing to Believe OUR IMAGININGS to see the manoifested because we are in a MATRIX of matrixes. IMO this is a simulation from God (and I don't know God except by the Effects). We have free will and the simulation is FOR US to thrive. IMO we are here to CREATE OUR WORLD(S) in fractal pattern of self similarity to Ideals that are arising from principles in the causal plane and step denser and denser until it is our very body and surroundings. There is an astral cloud of congested thought forms which we may each clear in our own minds.
PEOPLE congregate in EGREGORES and all of them have been corrupted. The repeat and repeat of the concepts we have taken as "true"has devolved into a life less pattern of ugliness. BUT we can tap into the beauty that is in each of us and believe it's manifestation. We can DO THIS NOW!
My synthesis for me at the moment of "what's happening" is the shattering of the collective matrix is a gift. IMO the light IS shining through the shards. Betrayal hurts but the disillusion is the chance to understand how we create our own experience IN WHATEVER. This is very very exciting for me and all I want to talk about is the good news that I am receiving.
I have been using my imagination for a really strong world creation. I actually imagine my world in my heart. It is surrounded by the most exquisite field. I don't know that it needs description but I see it today as a shimmering gold flecked cloud that immerses EVERYTHING in and around the earth. I feel it in my surroundings TOO.
I imagine everyone and that includes all beings already happy and free. I love the feeling of this world: friendly, all having unique experiences but all able to empathize and share despite TOTALLY different POV and therefore "reality". I have no idea how that could work but I feel it done.
I live alone, spend ,most of my time with just my friends the animals cats, dogs, chickens and the other animals around. I feel very cognitively centered and peacefully confident. I call the light I KNOW is the light of" THE PRINCIPLE of Christ": just because I like that as a way of picturing. I am KNOWN by this light and loved. I have my own religion Beloved Being, Being Beloved and this is an endless chain of relationship.
I would so enjoy being able to meet others who already know that we create our experience and want to use the tool to make a beautiful world for ourselves. I imagine there is already COMMUNITY. We all work together all over the world. IMO we all are tasked with this "job" of world recreation. It is just be cause by way of being here on earth. To be conscious about it and in touch with the infinite intelligence who is also personal is my deepest joy.
I work as a massage therapist and love my job. I enter into a rapport with people just because they have allowed me to touch them and that feels so holy! The sense of trust and love and appreciation that the Light gives me spreads and people do feel good.
I had a terribly dark night and empathize with the pain we are ready to release. Just a few years ago, I was an RN then and my husband had passed away from a brain tumor. I was so confused because what I have always believed is that our bodies heal naturally and I could not figure out how to tell others. No one seemed to hear me?
Since then I realize that showing others is the only way and actually in a small way I feel proud of myself because I feel less and less needy to say anything. I am more centered in just being kind, being myself and learning what I need to be loving on my surroundings. It has even become something more deep! I am accessing my areas of resistance and transmuting the resistance and feeling that is GOOD and the WAY! My way hehe.
I am laughing at myself more and more because I sincerely believe we are each meant to create a world and yet I have still been addicted ti looking for validation. I still needed someone to verify to me that my idea of how "things should be" is not crazy weird. Seeking the need to be validated, I wanted everyone to be like me to prove my POV. How hilarious.
I laugh and laugh because the truth is that whatever I might choose to believe, the Light says "Yes" and that means that the appearance is so malleable and the "REALITY" is of being with the light ALL WAYS. Here there and everywhere consciousness uses attention and makes worlds. Illusions or simulations or whatever, worlds have a structure and we can choose patterns. IMO the ultimate structure is filtered into forms and we have been given free will. My big question was always, if we have free will, then we must have huge leeway in expression in form so why always the same?
I would love to live in this body for many years exploring my questions and playing with being and creating without having to start over as a baby. I feel surrounded by a nature that is thriving, transmuting all poisons, transposing fearful ideas that need an up grade, all in MY world.
This will be such IMO that your sphere, my sphere, all spheres of "being with" will move to more fertile ground for soul to embody. I feel a gathering with those embracing principles we know on deep core levels.... This means to me we will be sovereign inspirited awareness WITH OTHERS and then we will enjoy sharing our worlds.
Love and hugs and blessings,
Maggie
The dead paradigm is a husk. But it has gnarly seeds that we can pick up and which will replicate the paradigm
Raymond Moody says at the end of this conversation that he is curious. He is obviously a very happy man. He has accumulated evidence suggesting observing our lives as dramatic stories makes sense. "God loves stories". Being so immersed in the story line is the challenge. Being curious is a very happy way of stretching beyond limited story lines. IMO when we 100% know we are creating our story, we immediately experience a shift that is IMO irrevocable... as if we eneter a new "game level". One just cannot be as attached to the plot when one KNOWS there are alternatives. One just cannot feel afraid when one knows we have authority.
I have a different take on the whole notion of freewill but I will just leave it at that.
Thanks for your lovely response and I want to single out this thought of free will.
Our 3D/4D reality is gross physical matter which whatever the cause feels soild and we create an inner sense of resistance "to some thing". I am thinking a great deal about resistance. "Path of least resistance". "Resist not evil". ideas like that I have learned.
In pain, we feel an excruciating tension. In massage, I find muscle and fascia resistance. Poeple as aging become more stiff. We call resisting new ideas a way of growing aged. BUT we don't have any way to gauge what it feels to have relaxing of resistance when in the middle of the welter we have created a hard and fast "self" with habits ingrained.
I think that when we each embrace the larger idea that we are the creators of our experience (wholely!), the rules appear different and everything is upended in a wonderful way.
I Entertain the working hypotheisis that "matter" is also psychic and we cement into form tenaciously as a process. Tenacity is holding fast to whatever one is dedicated to having be so. I think that when I embrace the process of "letting go", releasing hold, forgetting, changing our mind and becoming rather a blank state of expectations of every kind, I MUST be letting go of resistance then. My body feels its release.
IMO free will cannot REALLY be free if subject to impinging from an "external" agency. It has several implications such as parallel having parallel realities. It implies that one COULD choose any possible condition. Unfortunately in my experience, releasing the "pattern" challenges.
However, this is completely new kind of challenge... to exercise free will in a meaningful way.
What I perceive is an open system where information and energy are not enclosed in a box of boxes but where the flow is molded in my life by my pattern of resistance. It is without a conscious plan if I allow the old habitual to form the channels where "least resistance" can carry the flow of "my reality". If I want to carry any previous "way of being" CONSCIOUSLY, it becomes my free will. If it is all unconscious, it is NOT free will. The unconscious is shadow and operating as our default "reality".
I am quite excited about the potential of simple expecting "how great can it get" as a free will attention. I am actively working on forgiving, relaxing and rejoicing into a new experience. I do NOT think that I am needing education from an authority about "how to create" and yet I feel like a child learning the practice. I have no idea where being in the intention to release my resistance against "what I perceive" will lead me. It seems already that it is leading me to a simply satisfying life at the moment. It feels happy and free. I experience free will as much as I will allow my self to lose its "hold" on reality. Little by little becoming loosened and ever more manifesting what I know I choose!
I imagine we will be so amazed at how we really ARE without all the habitual shadows. We each have to give up the unconscious by bringing all of what we have learned to light. It is like a new day to be focused on release. Problems disappear and to just decide to drop burdens off makes them dissolve. One sees this close in such as in the body and immediate surroundings. But its REALLY true that we are one and many in the FIELD> No longer is it possible to doubt that all is well and everything is moving according to a beautiful design.
Paramedic Mountain Response!That's very, very cool — and long ago, I used to LIVE in that valley, where I was friends with some folks in the Mountain Rescue Team at that time. I know every inch of the ground they were on in the video. :sun:
Many regard it as the most beautiful in England... and you can just about see my cottage in the distance in HD. Happy Memories!
A Shaolin monk shares his insights into the five hindrances to being all that we are.
Ultimately, when we practice being all that we are, we can be fully empowered.
I have been in a small bubble for a long time. I went to Tuscaloosa Alabama with my brother. It was a trip to witness his commencement form undergrad school in liberal arts. He started at the University of Alabama over 40 years ago. So, I went to the collesium masked and socially distanced. It did not matter. In my own personal bubble, I mask at work. That does not bother me. I noticed how little I am bothered and the world is my own arms length.
What I learned over the weekend was that I REALLY commit to relinquishing my judgements on every observation. These judgements all have long stories attached. It is so tempting to want to record with an example. Basically, I encountered an Uncle and my cousin after not seeing them for about as long as John has been in college...decades of separation. I have a HUGE history painted on a conspiratual level about my family and its role in "the world".... really truly NOT my personal world but a painting I created of a collective where some people are minions of a great evil. The family I imagined explains all anomalies as "they are minions to the Illuminati".
I realized that I have a deep personal story that just is no longer serving me. But how to let go?
Home again I am imagining the way I have been perpetually focused on an "external" portrait. Tending to be looking out, then assigning meanings cobble together quite a fractured picture these days. Tonight I penned a poem.
The Pinwheel of Fortune has now spun so fast that it is disintegrating.
Throwing off its bits and pieces spun out and morphing now to a Kaliedescope that is making me dizzy.
I warn you to know his crazy Kaliedecope is entrancing.
One sees a bit of pattern and the eye follows and the mind spins too.
I Will myself to turn away and be patient.
WAIT (even if impatient) while the minds eye stills.
Let the information which though shattered has me enthralled fall.
The picture has been imprinted such that the room is still in motion even with eyes closed.
I am standing still and yet the whirl continues.
My heart is not bothered.
It reassures that my world is in GOOD hands.
Bidden or unbidden, the Silence IS.
The wheel is broken and must disintegrate.
No need to watch the end.
Remember WHO is Still HERE where reality lives and breathe and wait.
This is a very long video (3 hours) but this workshop by Marshall B Rosenberg is well worth setting the time aside to watch because as one of the youtube commenters said, you can literally feel your thought processes changing as you watch.
Marshall Rosenberg shares why how so much of what we communicate towards another is violent and how to remedy this.
What Marshall has to share does take time and practice because we have been so programmed and conditioned (through no fault of our own) to communicate in unnatural ways but it is probably one of the most life-changing videos I've ever watched and it helped me to appreciate even more so why I practice and cultivate The Conditions of Unconditional Sharing. (http://www.thewholespectrom.com/blog/2017/7/6/wvsms7q2239k0hf0umnucfprj4zhmz)
Marshall also wrote a book called, Non-violent communication - A language of life. It is a practical how-to; well written and outlined.
Happy watching. :happy dog:
