A 27-year-old member of a tactical police unit of the Queensland Police Service (QPS) is mounting a Class Action after Katarina Carroll APM, Commissioner of Police sent a directive implementing mandatory vaccinations for all members of the Force.

The directive, emailed to all 13,000 members of the QPS on Thursday 2 September said that effective immediately, “all members of the QPS will be required to receive at least one dose of the COVID-19 Vaccination by 4 October” as well as “receive a second dose by 23 January 2022, and provide evidence of receiving a COVID-19 vaccination if requested.”

Those who refused would be stood down until given further notice.

Members were given almost no advance notice of the directive, except by way of an email sent a few days prior.

Within days of the Commissioner’s statement members received a follow-up email from the Queensland Police Union, not only affirming the directive as “lawful” but warning members that the “Commissioner is lawfully able to take action” against those who refuse the vaccination “up to and including dismissal.”

Frustrated by several unsuccessful attempts of contact and eventual stonewalling from the Union, as well as “frankly useless” referrals to the internal Safety and Wellbeing team, our officer reached out to others on Telegram.

Within days, over 300 sworn QPS officers have joined a Telegram group expressing their concerns and outrage at this latest mandate against medical autonomy, “and it’s growing quickly,” he said.

Police, he said, need to be among those “driving” resistance to the daily violations of human rights and overreach under the guise of safety.

When asked if he would take the vaccine, he responded strongly in the negative: “There’s no way I’m having it,” he sees how many others are being coerced with financial and other fears.

“I am in conversation with one single mum in NSW who has doubts about it and doesn’t want to take it, but she feels like she has no other option,” he said.

Being the sole income earner for his family, supporting a partner and two children (aged 5 and 2), his decision would also come with considerable financial stress.

“However, I wouldn’t want to stay in a company or an organisation that is known for forcing things on their employees,” he said.

While the QPS in northern Queensland have been largely supportive of protests and freedom of speech, some even giving a sneaky thumbs up to the thousands that have taken to Cairns’ streets, he is concerned about the “disgusting” behaviours of fellow officers committing violence against unarmed citizens in Sydney and Melbourne.

When asked why he was speaking out, he answered that the time has come.

“I just think there needs to be more people to stand out there in the open … health professionals like doctors and nurses and especially police need to be driving this.”

“The doctors are the ones being told to give out this vaccination, and the police are the ones being told to enforce all the public health orders and whatnot, so I think it’s important for police to speak out.”

“I want [people] to know that they can say no, as much as it feels like they’re being coerced and pressured into taking it that they can say no. Even though they might be scared of what the consequences might be of saying ‘no’, just to know there’s a large number and a growing number at that, of people who are starting to stand up and speak out.”

Australia's corporate sector has finally had enough of the ongoing lockdowns that have left the country's economy hobbled and its people cut off from the rest of the world for months.

Increasingly frustrated by a slow vaccine rollout and the ongoing lockdowns, the leaders of many of Australia’s biggest companies, including BHP, Macquarie and Qantas have signed a letter demanding that the government acknowledge it's time to "learn to live with the virus," as many other countries have done, since "COVIDZero" has finally been exposed as an impossible dream.

In the letter - which was reported on by the FT - the signatories allege that Australia is making “big mistakes” in failing to reopen to the world. By making the lockdowns so severe (and so unceasingly long), the Australian government is putting politics before the well-being of the Australian people ahead of the federal elections that must be held by the end of May - when the Senate's present term is slated to expire.

The companies that signed the letter "...employ almost one million Australians" and warned that lockdowns were having "long-lasting" effects on the economy. However, this shouldn't be news to Australia's political elite: Economists at Australia's central bank, the RBA, already lowered their growth projections after a stronger-than-expected Q2 GDP print.

But all the incremental data seen so far suggests that Q3 could be a disaster - well that, coupled with the intensifying economic pressure from Beijing, which is trying to win a geopolitical stare-down contest with the Australian government by blocking a growing number of imports.

As for Australia's infamous "drawbridge" border policy, the letter's signatories insisted that the decision to close Australia's borders was a colossal mistake.

"The borders should have never been closed,” Graham Turner, chief executive of travel company Flight Centre, told the Financial Times. “We’re making some very big mistakes here.”

"It’s time for corporate Australia to turn its disquiet and rumblings into a roar,” said Greg O’Neill, the chief executive of Melbourne fund manager La Trobe Financial, one of the signatories to the open letter sent by the Business Council of Australia. “It is time for courage and honesty. Not politics.”

...Yet, the country still has among the lowest vaccination rates in the developed world. Only 41.4% of the population is fully inoculated — well behind the UK (66.7%) and Canada (70.4%) and below the US, where 54.7% are inoculated.

In the letter, the Business Council of Australia also warned about a quiet "mental health crisis" plaguing the country, a result of the lockdowns and other anti-COVID measures - "some of the impacts of current lockdowns are hidden, and the effects will be long lasting."

Corporate behemoths aren't the only ones struggling with Australia's COVID rules. Groups representing small businesses have made similar complaints. Alexi Boyd, CEO of the Council of Small Business Organizations, said the refusal to reopen internal and external borders has hampered the country's economic recovery.

Anti-lockdown protests have flared in Melbourne in recent weeks, leading to hundreds of arrests and chaos like protesters shutting down a major highway. The government in Victoria tried shutting down construction sites in the area after workers participated in the protests. Unsurprisingly, this only made demonstrators angrier.

In recent weeks, the Aussie government has shown some acknowledgement that they might have chosen the wrong course. But with his conservative Liberal Party trailing the Labor opposition in the polls, PM Scott Morrison is under a lot of pressure to stay the course and pray that the latest delta-driven wave finally subsides.

Final Comments

[179] Research in the context of COVID-19 has shown that many who are ‘vaccine-hesitant’ are well educated, work in the health care industry and have questions about how effective the vaccines are in stopping transmission, whether they are safe to take during pregnancy, or if they affect fertility. 37 A far safer and more democratic approach to addressing vaccine hesitancy, and therefore increasing voluntary vaccination uptake, lies in better education, addressing specific and often legitimate concerns that people may hold, and promoting genuine informed consent. It does not lie in censoring differing opinions or removing rights and civil liberties that are fundamental in a democratic nation. It certainly does not lie in the use of highly coercive, undemocratic and unethical mandates.

[180] The statements by politicians that those who are not vaccinated are a threat to public health and should be “locked out of society” and denied the ability to work are not measures to protect public health. They are not about public health and not justified because they do not address the actual risk of COVID. These measures can only be about punishing those who choose not to be vaccinated. If the purpose of the PHOs is genuinely to reduce the spread of COVID, there is no basis for locking out people who do not have COVID, which is easily established by a rapid antigen test. Conversely, a vaccinated person who contracts COVID should be required to isolate until such time as they have recovered.

[181] Blanket rules, such as mandating vaccinations for everyone across a whole profession or industry regardless of the actual risk, fail the tests of proportionality, necessity and reasonableness. It is more than the absolute minimum necessary to combat the crisis and cannot be justified on health grounds. It is a lazy and fundamentally flawed approach to risk management and should be soundly rejected by courts when challenged.

[182] All Australians should vigorously oppose the introduction of a system of medical apartheid and segregation in Australia. It is an abhorrent concept and is morally and ethically wrong, and the antihesis of our democratic way of life and everything we value.

[183] Australians should also vigorously oppose the ongoing censorship of any views that question the current policies regarding COVID. Science is no longer science if it a person is not allowed to question it.

[184] Finally, all Australians, including those who hold or are suspected of holding “anti-vaccination sentiments”, are entitled to the protection of our laws, including the protections afforded by the Fair Work Act. In this regard, one can only hope that the Majority Decision is recognised as an anomaly and not followed by others.

Why the “Police Lockdown Powers” are Unlawful (In NSW)


Since 26 June 2021, New South Wales has been subject to the longest and harshest lockdown the State has experienced since the start of the Pandemic.

While the restrictions and conditions have increased substantially with time, surprisingly, so have the powers that have purportedly been given to the NSW Police Force.

Never before has the State of New South Wales, experienced such a large and unchecked increase in police powers. Unsurprisingly, many now referring to it as a “police state” with the Premier at the whims and desires of the Police Commissioner.

While some may not see the concern that such overarching police powers have, the reality is that such powers can and will be exploited and often they are exploited against the most marginalised members of the community.

According to the latest Public Health Order, police have purportedly been given the power to:

Stop and ask any person for their identity without any suspicion that the person has done something wrong.
Ask a person for their medical documents including vaccination status, covid test results, and mask exemptions.
Ask a person for proof of their employment.
Request a person to go home.
The question however remains, are these powers lawful?

Our interpretation of the law is that many of the police powers under the current Public Health Order are unlawful and legally invalid.

We equally believe that many of the fines (in regards to mandates) that have been issued by the NSW Police can be subject to challenge in court.

While this may all sound good, unlike many, we did not want to make bold assertions about the law without explaining the fundamental legal basis and logic behind why we have come to hold these views. We have therefore set out a detailed explanation of our interpretation of the law.

To be clear, this article is not intended as legal advice and we are not encouraging people to rely on this article as legal advice. This article is the opinion of the writer as to the interpretation of the law. This interpretation might not necessarily be accepted by a court, however we think many of these issues require ventilation before a court.

As a final constraint to this article, we do not in any way recommend or encourage that people breach the Public Health Orders. The Orders are in place for the safety of the community. This article is not concerned with validity or the necessity of those Orders. Covid-19 is a serious public health risk and should be considered as such.

This article is solely concerned with the validity of police powers under the Public Health Order and the implications that might arise if our interpretation of the law surrounding those powers is accepted.

How does the Public Health Order work

To properly understand the legalities, it is important to first understand how the Public Health Orders work.

The Public Health Order is not an Act of Parliament, it is not legislation, nor is it a regulation. The Public Health Order is an instrument that is made by the Health Minister (Brad Hazzard) under the powers provided under Section 7 of the Public Health Act (The Act).

So, the starting point is to consider the scope of the power given to the Health Minister under the Public Health Act to make Orders.

Under Section 7 of the Public Health Act if the Minister considers on reasonable grounds that Covid-19 is a risk, or is likely to be a risk, to public health, the Minister can take such action and by order give such direction that the Minister considers necessary to deal with the risk and its possible consequences.

It is undisputable that the Minister has a wide power under Section 7 to make orders and give directions to deal with the public health risk. However, does that power also include enforcement power.

Our view is that it does not. We will explain why.



What is the offence of breaching the Public Health Order?

The starting point is to identify the legal source for the offence in order to then consider how it might be enforced.

Despite common misconception, the Health Minister does not have power to create offences. The offence is not contained in the Public Health Order itself. Rather, the offence is contained in Section 10 of the Public Health Act.

For relevant purposes, section 10 of the Public Health Act states that a person who is subject to a direction under Section 7 and fails to comply with the direction without a reasonable excuse is guilty of an offence.

Therefore, if a person fails to comply with the Public Health Order they are committing an offence under Section 10 of the Public Health Act. They are not committing an offence under the Public Health Order.



What are the enforcement powers?

Part 8 of the Public Health Act is titled “Enforcement of Act”. That is that it contains all the sections enacted by Parliament that deal with Enforcement of the Public Health Act.

It is important at this stage to note that the offence provision, being Section 10 of the Act, is subject to these enforcement provisions. That is that Part 8 of the Act gives the powers to enable the enforcement of Section 10.

So, what are the actual enforcement powers under the Act?

Well interestingly, the only power given to the police under Part 8 to enforce the Act is under Section 112 of the Public Health Act.

The power in Section 112 allows a police officer to request that a person state their name and residential address if they suspect that the person has breached the Public Health Order.

It is important to highlight that section 112 uses the word state. There is nothing in Section 112 that requires a person to provide their identification documents to the police.

What is however most important to note is that Section 111 of the Public Health Act, which provides the power to request other information or documents from a person is not a power that has been given to the Police.

Under Section 111 an authorised officer may request information and documents from a person by giving them notice in writing. However, the definition of authorised officer in the Act does not include a police officer.

Unlike Section 112, where police officer has specifically been included into that power in the section, the same has not been done in Section 111. Clearly indicating that Parliament did not intent to give police the power to request documents or information.

Secondly, in regards to the power under Section 111 which allows an authorised officer to request information and documentation, such a request may only be made by notice in writing.

So to conclude, the only power that has been given to the police under the Public Health Act to enforce Section 10 (the offence provision of not complying with the Public Health Order) is Section 112, and that is the power to ask a person to state their name and address but only if the police officer suspects that the person has breached the Order.

The question to turn to now is whether the Minister can provide the police with additional powers that exceed the powers given to the police under the Public Health Act.

Our interpretation of the law suggests that the answer is no.



Interpretation Act

Section 32 of the Interpretation Act provides as follows:

(1) An instrument shall be construed as operating to the full extent of, but so as not to exceed, the power conferred by the Act under which it is made.

(2) If any provision of an instrument, or the application of any such provision to any person, subject-matter or circumstance, would, but for this section, be construed as being in excess of the power conferred by the Act under which it is made:

(a) it shall be a valid provision to the extent to which it is not in excess of that power, and

(b) the remainder of the instrument, and the application of the provision to other persons, subject-matters or circumstances, shall not be affected.

(3) This section applies to an instrument in addition to, and without limiting the effect of, any provision of the instrument or of the Act under which it is made.

The Public Health Order is an instrument that is made under the Public Health Act. Therefore, the enforcement powers given to the police under the Public Health Order cannot exceed the enforcement powers under the Public Health Act.

The only enforcement power given to the police under the Act is under Section 112 and that is to ask a person to state their name and address if they suspect that the person is in breach of the Public Health Order.

Accordingly, any enforcement power that is given to the police that exceeds the power under Section 112 in our view is unlawful and invalid.



Which police powers under the Public Health Order are unlawful

Basically, any power that exceeds Section 112 is unlawful in our view. This includes the following powers purported to be given to the police under the Public Health Order:

1) The power to ask for a person’s name and address to determine if they are from a Local Government Area of Concern or if they are exercising outside of their relevant radius,

2) The power to ask a person for their medical documents including vaccination status, covid test results, and mask exemptions.

3) The power to ask a person for proof of their employment.

4) The power to request a person to go home.



What happens if a police officer asks me for this information

There is nothing in the law that stops a police officer asking a person these questions. The question is what happens if a person does not comply with answering them.

There is nothing that a police officer can do compel a person to answer question outside of the power under Section 112. However, the police officer might then decide to fine the person.

Just because a police officer issues a person with a fine does not mean that the fine is valid. A person is entitled to challenge the fine at Court.

What is important to note that it at all times it is for the New South Wales Police to prove that a person is guilty of an offence. There is nothing in our reading of the Order that reverses the onus of proof so that a person must prove that they are not guilty.

Take for example a situation where a person refuses to provide a police officer with their vaccination status. The police officer fines that person for breaching Section 10.

The person elects to go to Court, it will be incumbent on the police to prove that the person was not vaccinated at the time. The police will need to place that evidence before the Court. In doing so, the police will not be able to rely on the powers given to them under the Order if they are deemed invalid.

In our view, it really is a house of cards for the prosecution. Yet it only get worse when considered in light of the right against self-incrimination and right to silence that we discuss below.



The right against self-incrimination and right to silence

This is the most important aspect of the operation of the Public Health Order that needs to be understood.

The right against self-incrimination and the right to silence are the most fundamental common law rights that all Australians have.

This is not only recognised by a plethora of cases in Higher Courts, most important is the fact that it is recognised and protected in Part 8 (The Enforcement Part) of the Public Health Act.

The way that this works in the Public Health Act is as follows:

1) Section 114(2) of the Public Health Act removes a person’s right to silence if they are given a direction Part 8 of the Public Health Act. For our purposes such a direction will be under section 112 where a police officer asks a person for their name and address if they suspect that they have breached the Public Health Order. A person must provide this information once directed.

2) However, this removal of a persons right to silence is subject to the very stringent protections against self-incrimination in Section 114(3) of the Public Health Act which provides:

Any information furnished or answer given by a natural person in compliance with a direction under this Part is not admissible in evidence against the person in criminal proceedings (except proceedings for an offence under section 113(2)) if–

(a) the person objected at the time to doing so on the ground that it might incriminate the person, or

(b) the person was not warned on that occasion that the person may object to furnishing the information or giving the answer on the ground that it might incriminate the person.

Therefore, even in a circumstance where a police officer suspects that a person has breached the Order and requests their information, if the person objects to answering the question or if the police officer does not warn them that they can object to answering the question, then any information obtained from that person is inadmissible in criminal proceedings.

It is important to note that the section 114(3) is not discretionary in its terms, Section 114(3) states clearly that the evidence is inadmissible in criminal proceedings.

The effect of this is that it essentially makes most fines that have been issued by the police subject to possible legal challenge.

Essentially, the only enforceable fines under the Act are those where the police have investigated through other means, other than by questioning the person and gathered enough evidence to determine that the person is in breach of the Public Health Order. If that is the case, then the police officer can ask the person for their identity however this request can only be made for the purpose of issuing the person with a fine or court attendance notice and not to investigate or attempt to prove the offence against the person.

That is the inherent power under Section 99 of The Law (Enforcement Powers and Responsibilities) Act to request a person’s identity for the purpose of initiating proceeding against them. However, the High Court has made it clear that the powers in Section 99 cannot be used for investigative purposes.



A summary of the Public Health Order

To summarise how the Public Health Orders work:

1) Section 7 of the Public Health Act gives the Health Minister the power to make the Order.

2) The Health Minister issues an instrument pursuant to the power in Section 7 of the Public Health Act which contains the directions and orders.

3) Section 10 of the Public Health Act makes it a criminal offence not to comply with a direction that is made pursuant to an instrument under Section 7 of the Public Health Act.

4) Part 8 of the Public Health Act gives Powers for Enforcement of the Act (including enforcement of Section 10.

5) The only power given to police under Part 8 of the Act is under Section 112, and that is to ask a person to state his or her name and residential address if they suspect that the person is in breach of the Order.

6) However, under Section 114(3) if the person objects to providing their name and or address or they are not informed that they can object, then any answer that they give to the police is inadmissible in criminal proceedings.

What to do if you have been fined for breached the Public Health Order
You can elect to have your fine determined in Court where the Court will need to determine your matter according to law. The application of the law is not discretionary, and the Court must apply the law even if the end result does not align with the views of the decision maker.

Life in Victoria under Daniel Andrews is getting worse

"More than 1 million Victorian workers – including faith leaders, MPs, judges and personal trainers – will be forced to prove they have had at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccination within a fortnight or be banned from workplaces, under new rules being enforced by the state government.

IIRC it was NSW police commissioner that said the police will not be enforcing the mandate of having to be vaccinated to enter businesses, but that they will assist business owners who do. This will be a global approach, it’s been seen in the US already. I saw US police arrest a woman at what looked like a hockey ring and they were careful to add that they were there at the request of the owner, the woman was charged with trespassing. This is always their approach, they get other parties to do the dirty work so they don’t get their hands dirty.

They’re not enforcing it because they can’t.

NSW Police Commissioner says officers won't force businesses to comply with vaccine passport

NSW Police Commissioner Mick Fuller said that officers under his command will not force private businesses to comply with any measures that the government plans to impose on unvaccinated citizens.

As Victoria Premier Daniel Andrews prepares to institute a vaccine mandate for all authorized workers, another Australian state is refusing to enforce the state’s vaccine passport mandate.

Earlier this week, the police commissioner of New South Wales refused to enforce the state’s vaccine passport mandate, stating that officers will not check anyone’s vaccination status in public venues. The move appears to go against efforts by the government to pass a mandate that would ban all unvaccinated people from gaining entry to restaurants and other public spaces until at least early December.
In recent weeks Australia has come under increasing scrutiny for its brutal enforcement of pandemic-related lockdowns and masking policies, as extensively reported by Rebel News.

NSW Police Commissioner Mick Fuller said that officers under his command will not force private businesses to comply with any measures that the government plans to impose on unvaccinated citizens.

“The role of police in terms of vaccine passports, we will not be walking through restaurants, cafes and pubs checking if people are double vaccinated,” he said, the Guardian reported.

Speaking on Sydney radio, the police chief said, “the police will assist restaurant owners and shop owners if they are refusing entry to someone — we’ll certainly respond to assist those people.”

However, Fuller’s remarks were later contradicted by NSW Health Minister Brad Hazzard, who remarked that “If the law says you have to be double vaccinated, then, of course, the police will enforce that, they have no choice but to enforce that.”

Hazzard also stated that businesses would not face fines if they allowed the entry of an unvaccinated person. When pressed on why businesses would even bother to enforce the vaccine passport mandate if they don’t face any consequences for refusing to enforce it, Hazzard fired back at the media for obsessing over the details.

Much like France, not too many Australian businesses are too keen on implementing the heavy-handed requirement on their customers, with many businesses waiting to see the exact details of the forthcoming public health orders expected to drop in the coming weeks.

Despite efforts to resist vaccine mandates, some companies like national airline Qantas, have announced a ban on unvaccinated persons on international flights.
“What needs to be remembered is that there are many, many businesses who will actually make it very clear that as at 1 December, if you haven’t been vaccinated, you won’t be welcome and I think the airlines have made that very clear,” said Hazzard. “There are a lot of other businesses saying the same thing and I think people need to understand that a balancing act had to be struck.”

The Australian Government is developing a claims scheme for people who suffer a moderate to significant impact following an adverse reaction to a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine.

The scheme will provide a simple, streamlined process to reimburse/compensate eligible people for their injuries without the need for complex legal proceedings.

The scheme will cover the costs of injuries $5,000 and above due to administration of a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine or due to an adverse event that is considered to be caused by a COVID-19 vaccination. The recognised side effects to the COVID-19 vaccines are included in the approved Product Information and include thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS) associated with the AstraZeneca vaccine and myocarditis and pericarditis associated with the Pfizer vaccine.

For claims between $5,000 and $20,000, claimants need to have been hospitalised for at least one night, will need to nominate they are seeking less than $20,000 and provide applicable evidence of:

the nature of the injury and medical documentation of its likely relationship to a COVID-19 vaccination
hospitalisation, due to a vaccine-related injury
medical costs
lost wages.

The evidence requirements for claims $20,000 and over, including death, are still being developed and will be advised as part of additional information on the scheme in the future. Claims relating to a death will not require evidence of hospitalisation.

Wow! 5000-20000 $ won't go very far for a vaccine injury. The main benefit I see is if they are absolutely bombarded by claims and this information becomes available to the Australian people.

It's very interesting. I have worked as a nurse for years in the US. The flu shot was offered annually to all nurses at no cost to us. Out of hundreds of nurses and technicians on staff myself and another person where the only ones to decline the flu shot. Most nurses didn't give it a second thought. There is a HUGE reason now that so many are saying NO and willing to lose a lucrative job. I guarantee you, most nurses are not antivaxxers or antimedicine. COVID-19 vaccine scheme offers $1 million cash prize

A new campaign is giving Australians a million reasons to get the COVID-19 vaccine in a bid to fast track the nation's push towards a key double-dose milestone.

The campaign will give away $4.1 million worth of prizes, with the big ticket item of $1 million in cash drawn on November 5. Some 3100 $1000 gift cards will also be drawn throughout October.

Had lunch today with Mum, an old friend of Mum and Dad's, and his son.  Inevitably the conversation went to Covid.  I sat quietly until they said "and then you have these people that won't get vaccinated at all".

Took a deep breath and launched with "I'm one of those people".  To my surprise I was coherent, informative and confident in my verbal delivery, which ended up with the Great Reset Agenda and China.

When I paused and the conversation did not quickly change back to the mundane (sigh), I knew I had them eating out of my hand.  Genuine interest, questions, and requests for help finding links, kept coming.

I have been avoiding social settings for years now as I can't tolerate the mind numbing boredom, so this was a terrific confidence booster test run for future social events I have coming up.

I'm sure they won't all be that easy but I'm now looking forward to the challenge.

The takeaway from this that prompted this post was the fact that they had actually been looking for information but defaulted to lets just listen to the doctors.  I assume because of the overwhelming flood of information.

They just didn't know how to find the facts behind the two narratives coming from the same controlling sources i.e. the talking heads narrative and the controlled opposition narrative designed to make searchers find the conspiracy bullsh!t instead of the conspiracy facts behind these two firewalls.

Anyway, it renewed a bit of faith that their ignorance was not bigotry.

Then the other point is what will happen when those that are vaccinated begin to succumb to this bioweapon.

Will the unvaccinated be reinstated to fill the void, I think not, or will the government seek emergency measures and ask the UN for assistance and import workers from overseas e.g. China. (Then game over).

So even though resigning seems noble she like so many other good people might be playing right into the hands of globalists.

Maybe they should stay and fight back via class action lawsuit, a little pain now might set the precedent later which will stop all this nonsense in it tracks.

The purposes of the legislation are to:

Finally the last question came straight out.. should they be mandatory for attending on campus.

“This policy is basically saying your [unvaccinated] 13-year-old can’t get a haircut indefinitely from a hairdresser,” said Julie Leask, a leading immunisation policy expert at the University of Sydney.

I am a big tennis fan and avid player and knew about this a from a week or two ago.

Here's what I don't get.

As many know 'Djokovid' is the all-time prize money leader in professional tennis with more than $153 million in earnings, eclipsing even Roger Federer's $130 million. When you add his endorsement income he's worth way more than $500 million.

We've talked about buying vaccine passes here on the forum many times. If anyone on the planet is capable of buying one, Djokovid certainly is. Money is no object here. He could buy off almost any doctor on the planet.

So this story has to be more than just a vax pass.

And those who are following pro tennis and his career know that he is currently at a threshold.
He dearly wants to win slam #21 to claim the outright lead over Federer and Nadal and make tennis history.

I came out against all this CHO (Covid Health Order) nonsense – and that’s what it is, that’s all it is, ‘nonsense’ – and my colleagues, my former colleagues back here, they know this. They know it’s nonsense.

I came out because I could see the divide that was coming, the divide that was caused, and it was caused because I could see my colleagues who were trapped by a pay-cheque following unjust orders. I saw the community calling for violence against them, and it was breaking my heart because I know that every single one of these people is a saint at heart and wants to help the community, I know that.

I signed up to be a police officer because I wanted to be part of the ‘thin blue line’. I have read some nonsense stories, even from the leadership of the police force saying that that’s about ‘white supremacy’. Whoever says that is a goddamn idiot.

The ‘thin blue line’ is a layer of protection that is there to protect the good, hard-working, decent citizens of Victoria from those that seek to do them harm. Now, what I am seeing, and what many have seen, but many have yet to grasp, is that those who seek to do them harm are in that building (Parliament House).

Now, I would challenge every one of my former colleagues – I speak to you directly – you know that this is nonsense. You know that the last two years have been nonsense. I don’t expect any of you to do what I have done. I understand the risk is great. There’s much to risk, I understand that. But we’ve got to start to talk to each other. Start to realise the bigger picture.

This is not about a ‘jab or no jab’.

It is about freedom.

It is about democracy.

So far, even though I know most of you don’t agree with it – the CHO directions and all these restrictions on people’s lives that have happened so far – I know you don’t agree with it, but all you’ve shown so far is instead of showing loyalty to the people you’ve shown loyalty to a pay-cheque.

You haven’t even been able to show loyalty to your co-workers, some of whom have been in the force for thirty years who Daniel Andrews has thrown out! How about you come out and stand up for them?

You need to understand that you are in the unique position of being able to create history.

Now, this is a dictatorship that’s trying to be ushered into Victoria and then it’s going to be ushered into the rest of Australia, and the world is watching – and they are watching for good reason – they’re watching because what’s happening here is absolutely ridiculous. And we are a laughing stock.

You need to make a decision. You need to make a decision as to whether or not you want to go down in history as the ‘private army’ of a mad man…

You can either go down that path and be known for that in history, or you can be known in history as the people’s protectors that stood up and prevented this tyranny from happening.

Understand that what happens to us, happens to us all.

When you take that uniform off at night, you won’t be the oppressor anymore, you’ll become the oppressed just like us.

Realise that this is a fight for the freedom of our future – of everyone’s future and for our children’s. What happens from here is in your hands. You can change history. You can do it right here today and start making amends with these people who are here fighting for you.

Same as you mate. Here in SA and near a major hospital.. this last couple weeks a very clear increase in Ambulance sirens.. I couldn't help thinking they were vax related, indeed the comments from the nurse seems to fit.

That was a real tear jerker - Max had a message during the interview (around the 18 min mark) that a dog he was close to at home had spent the night howling in pain and was going to have to be 'put to sleep'.... then he got another message that the dog had been euthanized... he wiped away the tears but was trying to hold it together - then had to end the interview a little while later -

That set me off.... :(



Max Igan (which it turns out is a pen name...).... had to flee Australia before he was arrested and silenced - he listened to his intuition and the situation that was building with his own life and the life of the country - and although he loved his home ...he made a difficult decision and made run for it while he could and one of the reasons was that he could continue to speak out for Australia ....

The Premier of the Australian state of Victoria, Daniel Andrews, has just tabled legislation in parliament which is possibly the most monstrous ever introduced into a country calling itself democratic. Basically, it gives Andrews the power to do whatever he wants and whenever he wants it. He has been turning Victoria into a police state for the past year and a half but behind the bland face and earnest manner, the legislation openly stamps him as a totalitarian psychopath.

Here are some of the salient points of the Public Health and Wellbeing Amendment (Pandemic Management) Bill 2021. Read on and be amazed that this can actually be happening in Australia, the laidback happy country of beaches, sunshine, beer and prawns on the barby.

The legislation allows Andrews to declare a pandemic even if there is not one. He only has to think there could be one. This antipodean combination of commissar and gauleiter is taking complete personal control of the state and its people. He can close down parts of the state or the whole state and prevent people from entering or leaving in whole or part. He can extend closures without limit.

Enforcement will rest in the hands of police and ‘authorised officers.’ For those who don’t do what they are told there will be heavy fines, up to $90,000 for individuals and $450,000 for businesses. People can be detained for two years and will have to pay the cost of their own detention in the massive internment camp that has been built at Mickleham, on the outskirts of Melbourne. The legislation authorizes police to use ‘reasonable force’ to help an ‘authorised officer’ when he/she detains them.

The Mickleham camp is capable of taking in thousands of people. The likely victims in this Australian gulag will be the minority who have refused vaccination either on the basis of their human right to reject medical intervention they don’t want or because of the known dangers to health of the vaccines on offer, known to them but suppressed from public knowledge by the media. Abused by the politicians and media commentators, shut out of many normal activities of daily life, they have already been turned into social pariahs whom those who obey orders without asking questions will no doubt think will deserve to be locked away in this Australian gulag.

The legislation includes a points system as punishment for bad behaviour. Individuals and business owners who don’t obey an authorized officer will lose points and more points if the offence is regarded as aggravated. What Andrews has done here is slip into the legislation the beginning of a social credit system of full state control of the individual’s life.

People can be detained on the basis of their ‘characteristics, attributes and circumstances’ as assessed by an authorised officer. This extraordinary clause surely has no parentage in any legislation passed in any country regarding itself as democratic. It would seem to allow the detention of anyone for any reason. Detained individuals can be required to submit to medical testing and their detention can be extended if they refuse to accept it. If they cannot pay the cost of their detention, however long it might be, they will be fined. All orders can be extended or varied without limit by

Andrews or his health minister. Police can enter premises without a warrant. Information can be extracted from people who have been detained, not just names and addresses but ‘any other information’ an authorised officer might want. How this might be done if the detained person does not want to give this information is not explained. Public and private meetings can be banned and businesses closed.

Daniel Andrews has spent the last two years turning Victoria into a police state, The damage he has done has been colossal at the economic, social level and even medical levels. Thousands of businesses have been ruined and the state has been plunged into debt (from $29 billion in 2019 to an estimated $155 billion in 2023/24). Mental health problems have soared because of close to two years of lockdowns and many have been blocked from receiving the medical treatment they need because of the focus on the virus. In 2020 more than 650 people died in aged care homes. Official inquiries have pointed the finger of blame at the federal and state governments and their management of the homes for neglect and/or maladministration. Of the 915 people who died from./with the virus from January 2020 to July 2021, 820 were in Victoria.

The record is shocking yet thanks largely to the complicity of the media and the ignorance of indifference of a panicked/terrorised population Andrews has never been held to account, The national broadcaster, the ABC (Australian Broadcasting Commission) and the Melbourne newspaper the ‘Age’ are especially culpable, They have run Andrews’ propaganda campaign for him, suppressing all information that gets in the way of ‘vaccine hesitancy,’ from deficiencies in the PCR test to the tens of thousands of post-vaccination deaths in Europe, the UK and the US. Hundreds have died already in Australia but this is not up for discussion. Neither is the limited efficacy of the vaccines.

In the past year the editor of the ‘Age’, Gay Alcorn, has gone to far as to suppress 12 cartoons drawn by Michael Leunig, officially designated as a ‘living national treasure’ for his artistry and drawing for the ‘Age’ for half a century. She followed her suppression of his cartoons by removing him completely from the news pages. Leunig has been alone dissenting voice amidst a torrent of government propaganda yet even he had to be silenced, One of his most striking suppressed cartoons is a play on the lone protestor facing the tank in Tiananmen square. Leunig turns the gun barrel into a syringe aimed at one of his typically bewildered characters. ‘Age’ readers were incensed and supported the censorship but this legislation shows that Leunig’s instincts were 100 per cent spot on.

This permanent pandemic legislation now shreds what is left of human rights in Victoria. The head of the Victorian Bar Council has compared it to the laws enforced by the state security service (STASI) in former East Germany. He said it allowed virtually unlimited interference in the civil liberties of the Victorian people, with little in the way even of consultation. A human rights council will be set up, but clearly, for cosmetic purposes as it has no power to restrain Andrews. There has been no public debate because nothing was known about the legislation outside the government until the day before this 121 page document was introduced in parliament.

The law is now effectively what Andrews says it is. The barriers to stopping him are very thin. He has a majority in parliament, and a weak opposition, Even the Greens and the Animal Welfare Party have supported this legislation, no doubt having struck some kind of deal with Andrews.

The federal government could possibly override the legislation on any number of grounds but its silence indicates not just that it will not intervene but that Victoria is perhaps being set up as a template for what is to come across the country and elsewhere to bring about the dystopian ‘great reset.’

Thanks to Scott Morrison, the Prime Minister, Australia has been closed off to the world for close on two years. Its citizens have been unable to return and they have to apply for an exemption to leave. Few exemptions are being granted. Their rights under international law have been completely violated. The tens of thousands of Australian nationals stranded in other countries have no access to government services and state and federal governments and the media are indifferent to their plight.

State borders remain closed. with thousands of elderly Victorians who had travelled north to escape winter stranded in NSW for three months because Andrews closed the border in July before they could reach it. How they survived in their caravans or hotels was their problem. Andrews didn’t care and neither did the media.

MPs who have refused vaccination cannot enter the Victorian parliament building, allowing Andrews to narrowly defeat an attempt to set up an inquiry into his mishandling of the pandemic. On the national front. the deputy president of the Fair Work Commission has been suspended from the bench after issuing a dissenting opinion in which she described mandatory vaccination as a violation of medical ethics and international law. She has been ordered to undergo ‘professional training’, re-education in other words, so she does not repeat her mistake, She is completely correct in her reading of the law. Mandatory/coerced vaccination also violates the ethics of the AMA (Australian Medical Association) but it has refused to take a public stand.

This is Australia 2021, not Germany 1935/36. Those who sneer at the comparison are deceiving themselves as the essentials are the same, Just like middle class Germans, the majority of Victorians will be able to enjoy the same comfortable life as before as long as they do what they are told, believe what they are told and look the other way as the police break into homes and the internment camp fills up. It must be hoped the day will come when Andrews, the cabal around him and all those in public life who have deceived and betrayed the Victorian people, beginning with Daniel Andrews, will be held accountable, preferably in a court of criminal law.

I found this out last night from a guy who's very much in the know that at 2pm yesterday afternoon Dan Andrews was served papers from a magistrates court in rural Victoria and he is being charged with treason against the people of Australia. There's another name for it but it's written down at home, but that's essentially what it means.

Mega quick history lesson, 1st Nov 1999 all of Australia was corporatized, in other words, police force, courts, Parliament, councils, everything! has an ABN (australian Business Number), we are a corporation and registered in the US and no longer have a government, it is all false. 8th Nov 1999 all of Australia voted in referendum to be either a republic (what they thought we would choose) or stay under the Queen (which is what Aust did vote) but too late, oops, they sold us already. Everything a lie since.

All those in government who swear in to the Queen know this and are guilty of treason. That's the charges being laid against Andrews. Obviously everyone in Parliament is guilty but he was the chosen one to go after first for obvious reasons.

Now he must attend this criminal court on the 17th of December and if he does not attend (which is what they are expecting) the criminal court magistrate must place a bail upon Dan Andrews. He then has a criminal record. No person in government can have a criminal record and he must stand down. So Dan Andrews is f#@ked!!!!!

Further ramifications..., the emergency power bill he wanted to pass is now also put on hold and can no longer proceed through Parliament because of court proceedings.

Further ramifications are that letters are going out to the other state premiers and other MP's asking that this information about Dan Andrews and the corporatisation of Aust be read into Parliament. Now here's the thing right, if they refuse, which they most likely will, they can also then be charged with treason!!!

So we are at the beginning of the end for them all.

We need to let every person we know, know this information because so many are scared and this is so so important it comes to light because they and the media will try to hide it.

Already Dan Andrews used police and fire departments yesterday to try and cover it up. On the news it was said that his office "received a mysterious package" and they boarded up the front windows. Nothing mysterious about it, it was stamped with magistrates Court seal and signed for upon receipt. He knows what it is.

All courts in Vic are by video now so we are going to try and see if we can find out if it can be openly viewed by live stream. Info yet to come and I'll try and keep you all informed as I find out.

But wait there's more... someone else has filed papers and another different case and proceedings against Andrews yesterday at the world Court in Hague, apparently there is no court higher than this across the globe. I'm only guessing but I'd say these proceedings are tied in with the work toward the Nuremberg trials. I have not been given any more details about this one yet.

Now nothing like this has ever happened in history so no one knows exactly what will happen and there's probably a tonne of questions we all have. But there is so much hope. There are many people working tirelessly to bring these evil people down. It will happen. Surveillance State Grows Under the Cover of COVID

Just quietly over the past couple of months, with the rest of Australia conveniently distracted by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Federal Government has introduced draft legislation with a view to creating what it calls a ‘trusted digital identity’.

Perhaps with a view to deflecting accusations of a lack of accountability, Morrison and his cohorts formally invited public feedback on the proposal – although that invitation had an abridged timeframe and came with virtually no publicity.

This ‘consultation process’ is now over, and the draft Trusted Digital Identity Bill 2021 (https://www.digitalidentity.gov.au/sites/default/files/2021-09/Trusted%20Digital%20Identity%20Bill%202021%20exposure%20draft.pdf) (Cth) will go through Parliament sometime in the coming months.

What is a ‘National Identity System’?

The legislation proposes to create what is known as a ‘National Digital Identity System’.

The official Government website claims (https://www.digitalidentity.gov.au/) this identity “helps you prove who you are when you want to access services online” by providing a single point of access which means a person does not need to establish their identity over a number of different government platforms.

The website emphasises convenience and accessing of services, promising, as in the past, that user data will be kept safe and secure – something we know that the Australian Government doesn’t have a strong track record in.

Government’s appalling track record in technology projects

Time and again, expensive national information technology projects have failed, and user data has been hacked or otherwise leaked due to poor security measures.

The most recent Federal Government write-off has been the CovidSafe app (https://www.sydneycriminallawyers.com.au/blog/covidsafe-yet-another-federal-government-bungle/) which, despite its promises, proved to be virtually useless despite costing tens of millions of taxpayer dollars.

The government’s technology schemes have, without exception (https://www.sydneycriminallawyers.com.au/blog/will-covid-passports-be-yet-another-expensive-government-failure/), been the subject of large numbers of breaches, without anyone in government being accountable for these.

The breaches have included dozens of the My Health Record scheme (https://www.sydneycriminallawyers.com.au/blog/dozens-of-breaches-of-the-my-health-record-database-have-already-been-recorded/), the meta data retention scheme (https://www.sydneycriminallawyers.com.au/blog/government-lies-about-metadata-scheme/) and even the 2016 national Census (https://www.sydneycriminallawyers.com.au/blog/2016-census-change-another-attack-on-privacy/) – resulting in the government reverting back to a paper Census.

myGovID

Currently, a person can create a digital identity using a “myGovID” to access a number of government services.

This service allows facilitates access to data across Government agencies like Medicare, Centrelink and the Australian Tax Office.

Expanding the scheme

The new draft legislation proposes an expansion of powers in order to outsource the process of identity verification to approved Australian businesses. This would be done by linking your MyGov account and proof of ID (such as a passport, birth certificate or driver licence) to an identity provider.

The proposal enables any Australian business to apply to join the “Trusted Digital Identity Framework” to become an identity accreditor. A Government agency will be established to oversee these accreditations, and to govern how data will be handled in the scheme.

Surveillance state

With a public that has been largely complacent for many years over the loss of freedoms and legal safeguards, and the increasing powers of government, there are concerns this new proposed legislation is just the latest step in the move towards an all-powerful surveillance state – whereby the privacy of individuals is superseded by pervasive surveillance and monitoring.

Just recently, both houses of Federal Parliament passed the Surveillance Legislation Amendment (Identify and Disrupt) Bill 2021 (https://www.aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Business/Bills_Legislation/Bills_Search_Results/Result?bId=r6623) which gives law enforcement authorities extraordinarily intrusive and concerning powers (https://www.sydneycriminallawyers.com.au/blog/identify-and-disrupt-laws-put-nail-in-the-coffin-of-democracy/) to hack, alter and take over the online accounts of citizens.

With this latest proposed Bill, our nation is now one whereby the surveillance powers of government are far in excess of any other Western ‘democracy’ – raising concerns about whether we are moving towards the levels of authoritarianism and control of countries like China – where citizens are constantly monitored and even given social ratings which determine their levels of ‘freedom’.

Cyber fraud, Identity theft and data breaches

Another concern is over the safety of personal data, given that under the new scheme a cyber-criminal may only need to hack one database to have access to several linked to any particular individual.

Since the ‘explosion’ of the internet, cyber security and IT experts have warned repeatedly that individuals should never link personal information online, should keep passwords separate, should change passwords often and update security settings regularly.

As both governments and businesses push more services online, rather than face-to-face, the idea of one single identity (without the need to keep plugging in login details and remembering passwords) sounds tempting. But it is a considerable risk. Remember the Facebook data scandal in 2018 (https://www.sydneycriminallawyers.com.au/blog/facebook-defiant-in-the-face-of-data-scandal/) when a company called Cambridge Analytica harvested the data of about 50 million users to send personalised political advertisements with a view to influencing the recent US election?

Facebook shares plummeted tand the social media giant was forced to face the backlash. It remained defiant that Facebook had not notified users of the unauthorised use of their data, pointing out that users had voluntarily provided the information to the platform.

Since then, people are more aware about checking apps and social media updates to ensure they have the right security settings in place to share only data they want to. But it is still a problem. British Comedian Michael McIntyre once famously joked that he’s never read Apple’s terms and conditions, and he’s a bit concerned that one day the company’s executives will knock at his door and he’ll find out he agreed to hand over his house!

It’s funny, but it’s not. Most of us don’t read terms and conditions and even if we did, it’s unlikely that without an IT degree or a law degree we would understand the full implications of them anyway. With technology changing so quickly, in some cases there are not adequate protections in the law, even though it aims to keep up with these advancements.

That said, the ‘datafication’ of society is well underway. It is not something we can ignore, nor can we continue to blindly stumble through it, unaware of our rights and responsibilities in the online space.

Datafication has been supercharged by the Covid-19 pandemic, which forced people into lockdown, and to undertake even more activities online than ever before.

While at this stage the Federal Government says the proposed digital identity system will be voluntary, who knows where it may lead?

Not enough safeguards in the proposal

It is not clear how the Government will ensure the complete trustworthiness of the businesses that can apply to be identification verifiers, who it is understood, will store the data.

And this also presents a problem. If the Government was solely managing this, then it would be clear ‘where the buck stops’ if there’s an error in the system, but with multiple third-parties involved, it has the potential to dilute accountability. Experts say that the legislation in its current form does not have sufficient safeguards around third-party access to the data and onselling the data either.

The experts also warn that the system effectively creates a situation where Australians will (should they choose to) hand over their data, and the control of that data, to the Government.

This might seem like technological advancement, but it is really just another nail in the coffin for democracy. People should be encouraged to, and empowered to, govern their own personal information, just as many generations have before.

If the future means that Governments will invest in harnessing the use of technology to store this information, then they need to ensure that people are appropriately educated and informed, so they can manage their own personal information and make decisions about it with confidence.

What’s more, the government needs to ensure equitable access to these technologies, so that no one gets left behind.

I was just exposed to this over-reach when wanting to access my bank account online. I was prompted to load a program to verify my identity, tied to my bank. This access app would allow me access to CRA, Health Canada, Employment Insurance, etc. and would be my official identity on the web. What a crock...

While the app is new, the government has for quite some time now used my bank to verify my identity. When I want to access government services I am prompted to select my banking institution. Then I am redirected to my bank who verify my identity before sending me back to the gov.

Banks and government go hand in hand now, with barely a distinction between the two. Soon it will be social media that gets tied to government, and then the major corporations will assume more of a governmental role as our public servants divest themselves of their direct responsibilities, and give the power we lend them to those we did not elect and who are not accountable to the people.

Sadly my test came back negative for having evidence of exposure to SARS-Cov-2.  I've never had any symptoms but was trying to wing a detection from exposure due to shedding, or something, so I could begin an exemption process.

My Doc was also disappointed.  Said if we lived over East, (instead of McGowan's fortress bubble in the West), I might have shown something he could work with.

"We and all the nurses prayed when we were forced to have our vaccinations" he said, then clasped his hands, bent his head in prayer fashion, and added, "This is what I did on the day I had mine".

Authorised officers have raided a surgery in Melbourne, taking confidential patient documents pursuant of Covid health orders according to a rattled Melbourne doctor shocked by the experience.

Seven authorised officers were recorded on a Facebook livestream arriving outside the surgery in the Western suburbs at 1.15pm today after Dr Mark Hobart allegedly refused to surrender private patient information to Victorian health officers.

“I have just been invaded by seven authorised officers from the Department of Health and they have seized my confidential patient files and my appointment book and various other documents. They say they are going to give me an itemised list of what they’ve taken. And there was quite an intimidating experience. I think they’ve gone now...” said Dr Mark Hobart. “They just came here to seize files […] they all just came in and started walking around.”

Dr Hobart said that he was not served with any kind of warrant.

“This means that the government can go to any doctor and enter their premises and seize patient files for no reason. They haven’t given me any reason why they wanted to see my patients’ files,” added Dr Hobart.

A sign affixed to the inside of the surgery window reads:



‘The Victorian Government has banned patients from entering this surgery because Dr [Mark] Hobart refused to surrender your private and confidential patient files.’

“I was told by these people that there is no such thing as patient confidentiality under the news laws,” said Dr Hobart, when asked about the status of patient confidentiality.

The authorised officers were allegedly acting under the current Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008, citing several sections to Dr Hobart while the files were being removed. Dr Hobart is not sure exactly what was taken. He had to hurriedly copy part of his appointment book, which was also confiscated.

Dr Hobart was also issued with a prohibition notice and told to cease training, meaning he is only allowed to speak with patients over the phone. He can no longer treat patients in the surgery or earn an income from his work.

One of the authorised officers interrogated the receptionist at the surgery, asking if she was fully vaccinated – she replied that she was.

“The doctor has to supply that to me. He [Mark Hobart] has to supply proof that you’re double-vaxxed or you’ve got an exemption,” said the authorised officer.

“I don’t feel comfortable with giving out people’s medical information,” replied Dr Hobart.

The staff were distressed at the Victorian government removing patient information without their knowledge. The authorised officers left with their arms full of private medical files.

They were asked if they would like to make a comment for the media, but the authorised officers did not reply.

Dr Mark Hobart is a family practitioner who has worked for three decades in the profession.

Rod Culleton files private prosecution against Western Australian Chief Health Officer

Today Rod Culleton attended the Crown Court in the Port of Broome, WA and filed private prosecution paperwork under s13 of the Crimes Act 1914 against Western Australia’s Chief Health Officer for mandating drugs still under clinical trial.

The Former Senator of the 45th Parliament, Rod Culleton establish Commonwealth jurisdiction under the Crown, with the Courts Registrar confirming the jurisdiction. However, the Registrar was overwhelmed with certain Acts and information presented.

The Registrar informed Mr. Culleton she would need time to go through the filing before accepting it.

Sky News host Paul Murray says it's amazing how many of Victoria's COVID restrictions “just melted away” when Dan Andrews’ controversial pandemic bill hit a hurdle.

From 11:59pm capacity limits will be scrapped for venues across the state and there will be no limits on household gatherings.

It comes after ex-Labor MP Adem Somyurek announced he would return to parliament and vote against the pandemic powers bill.

“As we told you his vote means that it would be a tied vote of 20 votes apiece or 19 depending on whether Labor and the Liberal Party pair each other for one of them being sick,” Mr Murray said.

“So now Daniel Andrews is going to go shopping for somebody else to help him extend his pandemic powers that of course give him more power when it comes to locking down a state that is celebrating being even freer tonight.”

I wish they wouldn't use Forrest Place, it is so easy to control and capture people there! King's Park would have been a better option, then we could all march to Parliament or Dumas House. Forrest place it is, but there are few places to seek refuge in there. Another advantage of King's Park is the visuals, overlooking the city. Just having a whinge.

I have said many times over the last couple of months that the world MUST pay attention to what is happening in Australia right now. It is very reminiscent of Nazi Germany, something I, and many others would never have thought we'd see or say in our lifetime.

I attended the rally @ Forrest Place, it is a huge turnout for Perth, many thousands with plenty of trucks and cars beeping their support! Just thought I would report a member's experience.
I am not good with large crowds, I cannot help this, I feel uneasy and images of being squashed flash through my mind, so I only managed 45 minutes or so, but I am so pleased we now have a significant resistance to the tyranny, and unacceptable vax mandates which are forcing so many out of work! These are principle issues, we cannot allow them to succeed with this.

Thousands .. Tens of Thousands in every major city today. We had 30k or more in Adelaide alone and that's saying something. Gathering began in the east city park-lands then marched through the CBD... I'm hearing up to 500k people marched in Melbourne & in Sydney, which is fantastic. It was very good and positive energy, great spirits, lots of smiles, people dancing singing, hugs.

On the way home though I was listening to radio in the car and heard the news update report that hundreds were there in Adelaide.

Much the same as you mate, crowds is usually where I am not... Glad you stepped out of that comfort zone, as did I, it's not easy at the best of times but at least it feels good learning something within or reaffirming a position supported by action with regards to certain principles which will not be compromised.. I think standing by as a spectator will be more unsettling and uncomfortable than any uneasiness coming from being in a crowd. I'm there again next week and the one after, because we ain't getting out of this tyrannical nonsense by complying.

At Friday's walk off in SA, one of the speakers mentioned an Australian developed vaccine based on more traditional types (sorry I don't know what that means other than it's not mRNA, but please don't take my word on it-do check for yourselves), well the point being that if you register to be part of the study, currently in phase 4.. then this grants a participant exemption from the others, apparently they're still in phase 3 and causing all kinds of problems we hear about but that gets buried & many miss it.. Or choose to not listen.

Anyways...This might be useful to anyone in your circles that are ready or just about to fold their hand due to the increasing number of jobs and industries facing mandates.

My stance is a firm no to all of them but everyone has their own choice to make.

It's has been my question for the last two years where is our military where is our police?

When we have such obvious abuse of power by our politicians and those that are meant to stand up and fight and protect the people are nowhere to be found.

Their inaction is beyond disappointing.

When mum's, dad's, children, grandparents and the disabled have to stand up to fill the void by protesting taking the place of the police and military, that brings a level of shame for your position and uniform that you will be carrying for the rest of your life.

Will you ever be able to hold head up again in pride of a job well down, I don't think so.

That respect and trust that was " given " to all aspect of government is going to take decades to be " earned " again.

Ex-senior constable Craig Backman on why he quit the force at height of the pandemic and his call for others to stand on the 'right side of history'

Former Victorian Police senior police constable Craig Backman spoke with Rebel News at the ‘Kill the Bill’ protest rally over the weekend.

“I am just an angry dad who wants to protect his kids, just like everyone else who’s out here,” said Craig Backman.

Backman famously addressed an earlier rally on the steps of Victorian Parliament in which he directly urged the police officers lined up behind him to ‘do the right thing’ and stand with the people of Victoria.

“One of the things that I find about what you’re [Rebel News] are doing and people like Rukshan are doing, is that you provide the proof of what’s going on down on the ground. When you do it, it’s called ‘out of context’ – when the police do it, it’s called ‘evidence admissible in court’ on their body cameras,” continued Backman. “It is a shame that they have not embraced you guys, because guys you are the news now.”

The mainstream media has been notorious throughout the pandemic for demonising Freedom protesters and misrepresenting their message. Various publications have run hit pieces on independent journalist Rukshan, criticising him for livestreaming protests or referring to him simply as ‘a wedding photographer’.

Similar behaviour was documented when CFMEU workers protested against mandatory vaccination outside CFMEU headquarters only for John Setka, the press, and Labor figures like ex-leader Bill Shorten to call to them far-right Nazis.

“The disparity between what goes on in the media – in the mainstream media – and what you guys show, shows how dishonest they are and how much of an enemy to the people they really are.”

Backman served as a senior constable throughout most of the pandemic. He said that some police officers ‘protested’ pandemic rules by not enforcing them, mistakenly believing that ‘sanity would prevail’ eventually.

“If I stay here, I am on the wrong side of history,” said Backman, on why he quit the police force during the pandemic. “I have been speaking out ever since. These guys [the police] could end this tomorrow. They all complain about it behind closed doors. In the tearoom, they all whisper about how rubbish it is and they don’t want to be a part of it, but they don’t have the courage to stand up and say that publicly because they’re worried about their pay-cheque.”

Backman joined the force later in life and urged police to remember that they are citizens of the state above all else, saying that too many in the police were ‘trapped like robots’ in the force.

When asked if he was in a minority position in the police by standing against pandemic laws, Backman replied that there appeared to be a lot of verbal support, but not many prepared to stand up and risk their jobs.

“You can see the stone faces that you get when I’m talking to those people [the police]. You can see how under the thumb – under control – they really are. There is a fear in that structure that they just will not speak up,” said Backman.
