As far as i can tell there are no issues talking to anyone, as long as there is no legal issues. Some time ago i was also put on a restrictive lockdown, i was not able to say anything due to some legal issues going on, with US sanctions. But it was because i had a working relationship with one of the companies that got affected, even if not directly i was still part of it in ways. So i was not able to say anything at all, out of extra precautions.

Once i came back home to Moscow and later St Petersburg, i had no problem talking anymore, as i can't be detained or in any way touched legally anymore, like other people may risk if they are on a western country that enforces and possibly takes action for the legal sanctions

Hard to say for that person, but i don't know of any restrictions, if the person was not able to talk online, they would not even risk having a FB account, because FB doesn't respect Russian law about where and how long your data is stored, or who can access it

Indian Hills, a small census-designated place tucked in Jefferson County, has been Vince’s home for 12 years. Seven years ago, Vince became a volunteer at the community center where one of his first tasks was to build a new sign for announcements, weddings and other notes for locals.

Twitter urls are narky for images. It makes it easy to use in a browser, but scraping urls for image links for forums is not intuitive imho.

There's some redirect magic happening with that image link. The image link is a twitter page url rather than an image url

I remember when we started using memes for things like political commentary and such, and not just for dumb fun. just came back from a 8 day trip in Cancun.... my budy tested neg otw out of mexico and after a 2 hour "line ride" at the US customs... The artist’s Instagram account features a photograph of the painting, which confirms that the version on Facebook has been edited. The version spreading online features a boy wearing a mask with an Israeli flag. But in the original, that boy is actually wearing a mask with a Palestinian flag.
