Came across this method of breathing which is not completely different than others but is a twist on them. I found it easier for me to do than some of the others as many others count each breath, hold and exhale. This one has a 2 count hold and allows inhale and exhale that is natural to the individual. Also explained are benefits and how it can evolve to be one's normal way of breathing.
