The news of the death of the Instagram "influencer" and Covid denier, Dimitry Stuzhuk who died from Covid recently made me think about how many deaths from Covid I had seen in the press/media of people who had been vocally calling foul of the whole Coronavirus narrative.
I decided to do a little digging, light digging to be fair and I am sure there are many more layers to these individual stories lurking beneath the surface.
Two things I have learned, denying the official narrative too loudly seems to attract the virus and secondly double this if you are a person of the cloth...

Oct 2020 Dimitry Stuzhuk, an Instagram fitness influencer with over 1.1 million followers, died recently after a battle with complications of COVID-19. The 33-year-old social media star's ex-wife, Sofia Stuzhuk, announced his death in a heartbreaking Instagram post Saturday. Stuzhuk insisted the coronavirus was a hoax and did not need to be taken seriously, but he tested positive for the virus after a recent trip to Turkey.

Dr Jane Appleby, chief medical officer for Methodist Hospital and Methodist Children’s Hospital in San Antonio, said that the unidentified man’s last words were: “I think I made a mistake. I thought this was a hoax, but it's not.”

Amy and Tyler Hinton say their father, Joe Hinton (78), thought COVID-19 was a hoax and didn't believe in wearing masks.

Then when restrictions were lifted, he decided to go out, Macias's brother-in-law, Gus Lopez, told CBS News. He later said he regretted it, when he tested positive for COVID-19 after attending a party.
Macias wrote a poignant Facebook post about his regret, urging others to follow safety precautions and take the coronavirus pandemic seriously. One day after writing the post, he died, his family says.

An Ohio man who died due to complications from COVID-19 has drawn criticism for his staunch refusal to wear a mask earlier in the pandemic.
Richard Rose III, an Army veteran who spent nine years in the United States Army according to his obituary, died on July 4. He was 37.
Rose’s death gained notoriety on social media after expressing that he was “not buying a (expletive) mask” less than three months before his death.
“I’ve made it this far by not buying into that damn hype,” he said in a post published April 28.

Donald Trump supporter and conspiracy theorist Tony Green (43) used to laugh at people for wearing masks before two of his family members died after contracting coronavirus
Two relatives of a man who said the coronavirus pandemic is "an overblown media hoax" died after he invited them to his house party.
Green is now warning others of the dangers of hosting parties or family gatherings.
"Take a little bit of extra precaution," he said, recommending events be held outside if possible or in spacious place.
"But if you're nervous about it, I don't say to don't be afraid of it, I think that you've got a reason to be afraid of it. I think maybe you should bow out this year."
