My understanding of my purpose for being on this planet, at this time is to Hold The Light. My way of doing this is to fall asleep with love in my heart for all. I wake up the same and my challenge is to keep my energy that high all day.

Instead of worry, worry, worry, about this and that, stop, get right into love and feel it. Keep it, Hold The Light.

With Love, MBee

Speaking from your heart indeed, MargueriteBee. ;)

Most of us are probably finding it hard to fall asleep at night because we have so much on our mind. Certain thoughts from the day seem to roll around in our mind for the longest time. One thought leads to another and before we know it, our mind has gone off on another tangent and if left uninterrupted, turns our thoughts into pure fantasy or nonsense. Usually the major culprit of all this unnecessary thinking is worry. We worry, speculate and dream up all sorts of what if scenarios. Other times it is as if we have all the answers to the world's problems. The root cause of this type of self-abuse or excessive mental excitation is for the most part, an inflated ego.

Love always, ~ Dan

In this moment, stop, focus on your heart, think of what/who you love and hold that feeling of love/light in your heart/mind.

Lovely MB, thanks for this post. Its a good reminder. A lot of people think they have to be doing, rather than just being. We are here to hold and anchor light, most certainly, to help raise the vibration of the planet.

Blessings,

Astrid

As far as I know or understand, anybody who's reasonably aware gets invited to do constructive work during part of the time when they're sleeping. Because you're not so tied down to your body while you're asleep, your energies can travel to anywhere on the planet. And people do. They go to places where there's war or starvation or natural disasters, and so on, and they do psychic healing work there, or just give people some positive energy, some strength to keep going, etc. Just because you don't remember you did such a thing, that doesn't mean you didn't visit such people. After all, how much do you remember of your dreams, for instance?

You can't eat enough, drink enough, smoke enough, read enough, watch enough or post enough to make up for simply being the Light.

This is beautifully stated!

P.S.

Dark chocolate, ya get more bang for the buck!

It's an interesting thought about what we do when sleeping, helping others. I like that!

The Miracle

What a gift I’ve given me,
This exciting wonderful present,
The past is gone and I am free
To love the eternal moment.

What a prize I’ve won,
My fears undone,
My idols reduced to dust.

What a height I’ve risen to,
Yet nothing eternal compares,
And while I’m here I choose to do
Whatever God’s Will should declare.

What a grail I hold,
My tale be told,
My armor is forged of trust.

What a feat I’ve managed now,
Here immersed forever woken,
I’ve come to see that I know how
To be the miracle happen.

What a joy it is,
My will is His,
My motive is true and just.
