There's always some malfunction or some problem with electronic voting machines somewhere, and people will have to use provisional (paper) ballots until that issue is resolved. NORMAL is that there are so few of these that they don't impact the election results. Just like, NORMAL is that the mail-in ballots are so few that they don't impact the election results either. Yes. Given the unprecedented number of unsolicited mail-in ballots (which is problematic to say the least), it is reasonable to assume they may take longer to count. This isn’t the problem.
What is unusual--and much more indicative of widespread Communist voter fraud--is the tally of these ballots. In no universe without massive election/voter fraud is it possible to tally 138,000 votes for one candidate (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?112801-US-Election-results-coming-in--slowly--&p=1387539&viewfull=1#post1387539) without registering a single vote for the other.

In 2000 the deep state Republican Bush stole the election from the deep state Democrat Gore. In 2020 the deep state Democrat Biden stole the election from Republican Trump. The average person will think the scales are even now, but not if you look at the deep state connections.

I don't have the link, but I heard on the radio that the Wall St Journal is reporting Biden, as soon as he's declared the winner, will send people into the federal agencies to secure any information that Trump may be hiding. Which means, within a matter of hours, the Biden video and emails could be gone.

You can't just "trust the plan" with a determined opponent.

My prediction as to what will happen today in the U.S. political media circus freakshow:

- At about noon, Nevada will announce that all precincts are in and report that the state is voting for Biden, which will give him the 270 votes to win. (Probably North Carolina, Georgia and Pennsylvania will stay Trump, making this a 270 to 268 vote win, the closest vote in U.S. History)

- At that point the media will announce that this is the point where Trump should make his concession speech so that Biden can make his victory speech.

- Media cuts to the White House and Trump instead discusses inconsistencies in the election that need to be addressed. Perhaps, he will say that as Executive he is charged with making sure the election is a fair and accurate process. He will be particularly concerned about either Michigan or Wisconsin. A battle will ensue that is a lot like what happened in Florida in 2000. Instead of hanging chads and poorly designed ballots, there will be charges about ballot stuffing or other shenanigans such as the 4 am ballots.

- While the vote is much closer in Wisconsin, Michigan is the state that will really turn into a real battleground. You have a left that includes numerous disaffected people living in Michigan's slum cities (e.g. the people of Flint, MI, who have had to drink toxic water for years) and a disaffected right that has seen their businesses crumble under Gov. Whitmer's lockdown. Expect FOX NEWS to focus on how the left has failed Michigan and CNN and MSNBC to show how the right has done so (they will both be correct.) The networks that have geared up for George Floyd demonstrations and counter demonstrations, will be the backbone for the next events. Demonstrations will not only take place in cities but in college towns like Ann Arbor. Michael Moore, wwho has extensively criticized the Democratic party for abandoning the cities of Michigan, will suddenly become a media darling.

I am putting this prediction out there because I have a really bad track record for being correct, and hopefully, my batting average will continue to be 0.000, and these things will not happen.

I have never seen conservatives more angry at Fox News than they are right now. Fox News was launched on October 7th, 1996 and it immediately struck a chord with millions upon millions of conservatives that were deeply frustrated with the endless liberal bias of the mainstream media.

The last holdout bails on the president knowing well that his fight isn’t over until the count is clear and accurate.

But the network as a whole has just continued to drift left, and at this point it is hard to distinguish Fox News from CNN most of the time.

Up until just recently, most conservatives were willing to overlook the decline of the network as a whole because they could still tune in to Tucker and Hannity at night.
But this election has changed everything. Fox News didn’t just call Arizona for Biden a few hours before CNN and many other major networks. When Donald Trump supporters gathered outside a vote-counting centre in Phoenix, Arizona, on Wednesday night, they had a simple and perhaps unexpected chant: “Fox News Sucks!”
Although the channel has become synonymous with Trump’s rise to power, in the last two days Fox News has become the focus of the Trump campaign’s anger after it made an early call on Tuesday night that the state of Arizona was going to Joe Biden.
Inexplicably, Fox News had a Democrat named Arnon Mishkin in charge of their decision desk, and many feared that he would be way too eager to call states for Biden.
That concern turned out to be well founded, and many will never trust Fox News again because of it.

Multiple source claimed she had been suspended for her pro-Trump stance during election broadcasts and her support of the notion that election fraud played a role in the current ballot counts in several states.

Republican attorney Sidney Powell has vowed to “expose every one of” the officials who helped allegedly steal the 2020 election for Democrat Joe Biden, claiming voting machine maker Dominion Voting Systems facilitated the theft.

Powell, who is representing former Trump National Security Advisor Michael Flynn in his Russiagate-spawned legal battle, leveled her own allegations of foreign collusion and election meddling on Fox News’ Lou Dobbs Tonight show on Friday. Threatening those responsible with a “new American revolution,” she called for a sweeping probe into what she described as a longstanding pattern of election interference.

Claiming Dominion Voting Systems, one of the largest makers of voting machines for the US, “was created to produce altered voting results in Venezuela for [socialist leader] Hugo Chavez,” Powell argued that the system – which she said was funded by Cuba and China as well as Caracas – is little more than an election-fixing operation.

Dominion has “been used all over the world to defy the will of people who wanted freedom,” she declared.

President Trump won this election in a landslide. It’s going to be irrefutable.

“Patriots are coming forward all day every day” with “statistical evidence that shows just hundreds of thousands of votes being put in and replicated” to swing the vote to Biden, Powell said, suggesting Big Tech and the media establishment had finished the job by covering up for Dominion and its political cronies.

“There needs to be a massive criminal investigation and it’s going to affect just millions of voters and elections,” she told the Fox News host, urging viewers to “come forward now and get on the right side of this issue and report the fraud they know existed in Dominion Voting Systems” while she prepares to pull up the curtain on the entire operation.

Powell seemed unconcerned about the December deadline looming for states to certify their election results, arguing that “for fraud this serious, I think… even if the states are stupid enough to go ahead and certify the votes where we know the machines were operating and producing altered election results… they will be set aside by the fraud also.”

Nor were members of law enforcement safe, she intimated – not only does the Department of Homeland Security’s election security team need to be fired “yesterday,” but FBI director Chris Wray is long overdue for firing, she said, slamming the intel chief for wasting taxpayer resources intimidating a postal service whistleblower into recanting his story.

American voters in 28 states cast their ballots using Dominion technology, including the areas where vote counting has come under scrutiny in Georgia, Michigan, Arizona, and Nevada. The company has “categorically denied” any issues with its voting machines affected last week’s election.

yes, in federal cases or constitutionally based ones, generally a lower court decision is appealed to a higher court, this can happen a couple times before it reaches the SCOTUS (kind of a filter for meaningless cases) but if the state's highest court decision is appealed it goes to the Supreme Court for decision.

Again, this is a very summarized version of how it goes, but it works to answer your question.

The constitution out lines and restricts the federal powers per the 10th amendment, reserving all powers not described in the constitution to the states.

President Trump has told close allies he plans to pardon his former national security adviser Michael Flynn, Axios reported Tuesday. Several unnamed sources with knowledge of the president's thinking confirmed to Axios that a possible Flynn pardon would come as part of a series of pardons he plans to issue in his remaining days in office. White House representatives did not immediately return a request for comment from The Hill.

Fox News reporter Kevin Corke later confirmed the report.

Flynn, who pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his contacts with Russia's former ambassador to the U.S., Sergey Kislyak, in 2017, has been involved in a protracted legal battle since the beginning of this year over whether his charges should be dropped due to prosecutorial misconduct.

A prosecutor tapped by Attorney General William Barr to review the charges against Flynn has recommended that they be dropped, but an appeals court sided with (https://thehill.com/regulation/514416-appeals-court-rejects-flynns-effort-to-dismiss-charges) U.S. District Judge Emmett Sullivan's decision to not drop the charges and order an outside legal expert to evaluate the case. A Trump pardon of Flynn would potentially end his former adviser's legal woes before an attorney general appointed by his successor, President-elect Joe Biden, could be installed next year.

"The left-wing news media didn’t just poison the information environment with their incessantly negative coverage of President Trump going into the 2020 election. They also refused to give airtime to important arguments of the Republican campaign — both pro-Trump and anti-Biden — which meant millions of voters cast their ballots knowing only what the media permitted them to know about the candidates.

To measure the true effect of the media’s censorship on the election, the Media Research Center asked The Polling Company to survey 1,750 Biden voters in seven swing states (Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin), six of which (all but North Carolina) were called for Biden (survey details below). We tested these voters’ knowledge of eight news stories — all important topics that our ongoing analysis had shown the liberal news media had failed to cover properly. We found that a huge majority (82%) of Biden voters were unaware of at least one of these key items, with five percent saying they were unaware of all eight of the issues we tested.

This lack of information proved crucial: One of every six Biden voters we surveyed (17%) said they would have abandoned the Democratic candidate had they known the facts about one or more of these news stories. A shift of this magnitude would have changed the outcome in all six of the swing states won by Joe Biden, and Donald Trump would have comfortably won a second term as president.

Here’s what we found:

■ Burying Biden’s Bad News: The media’s censorship of Biden’s scandals had the strongest impact on this year’s election. According to our survey, more than one-third of Biden voters (35.4%) were unaware of the serious allegations brought against the Democratic nominee by Tara Reade, a former staffer who said Biden sexually assaulted her in the 1990s.

If they had known about Tara Reade’s sexual assault allegations, 8.9% told us they would have changed their vote — either switching to Trump or a 3rd party candidate, not voting for any presidential candidate, or not voting at all. By itself, this would have flipped all six of the swing states won by Biden (Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin), giving the President a win with 311 electoral college votes.

Even more Biden voters (45.1%) said they were unaware of the financial scandal enveloping Biden and his son, Hunter (a story infamously censored by Twitter and Facebook, as well as ignored by the liberal media). According to our poll, full awareness of the Hunter Biden scandal would have led 9.4% of Biden voters to abandon the Democratic candidate, flipping all six of the swing states he won to Trump, giving the President 311 electoral votes.

The ticket’s left-wing ideology was another issue barely mentioned by the national press. A GovTrack analysis found Biden’s running mate, California Senator Kamala Harris, had the most left-wing record of any Senator in 2019 (even more than self-described socialist Bernie Sanders). Our poll found that 25.3% of Biden voters said they didn’t know about Senator Harris’s left-wing ideology. If voters had the complete story, it would have led 4.1% of Biden voters to change their vote, flipping Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin to Trump. The result would have been a Trump victory, with 295 electoral college votes.

Hiding Trump’s Successes: The liberal media also prevented many Biden voters from learning about record-breaking positive economic news in the months leading up to the election. The five pre-election jobs reports from June 5 to October 2 showed a record 11,161,000 jobs were created in the extraordinary snapback from the pandemic recession. Yet a large number of Biden voters (39.4%) said they didn’t know about this achievement. If they had, 5.4% said they would have changed their vote; this would have swung Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin to Trump, who would have won with 295 electoral votes

On October 29, the government reported a huge jump in economic growth — 33.1% on an annual basis, double the previous record. Yet nearly half of Biden voters (49.0%) said they had no idea about this record-breaking achievement. Armed with that information, 5.6% said they would have changed their vote, swinging Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin and a total of 295 electoral votes to Trump.

We saw the same effect when it came to foreign policy. The President and his team made history by brokering peace agreements with Israel and several of her Arab neighbors — one reason Trump received three nominations for the Nobel Peace Prize. Yet 43.5% of Biden voters had no idea about these historic agreements. The information would have led five percent of overall Biden voters to change their vote, putting Trump in front in Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, for a total of 295 electoral votes.

Energy independence was another Trump success. The President took action to start long-stalled pipeline projects and expand drilling offshore and in the Arctic, and it paid off with America becoming a net exporter of oil for the first time in September 2019. More than half (50.5%) of Biden voters said they did not know about this important accomplishment, either. If the information was known by all, 5.8% of Biden’s voters say they would have changed how they voted. This would have changed the outcome in Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, putting Trump in front with 295 electoral college votes.

One important issue that did get a lot of coverage in 2020: the coronavirus pandemic. But what made the news every night was criticism of the President and his administration. Lost in the blistering barrage of bad news were successes such as Operation Warp Speed, which even before the election was well on track to deliver 300,000,000 doses of a safe vaccine as soon as next year.

Our poll found 36.1% of Biden voters said they did not know about the administration’s key role in promoting vaccine research through Operation Warp Speed. If they had, 5.3% told us they would have abandoned Biden, flipping Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, giving the President 295 electoral votes.

■ Putting It All Together: Looking at all eight of these issues together, our poll found that a total of 17% of Biden’s voters told us they would have changed their vote if they had been aware of one or more of these important stories. This would have moved every one of the swing states into Trump’s column, some by a huge margin. The President would have trounced Biden in the electoral college, 311 to 227.

In Pennsylvania, 15% of Biden voters said they would have defected. Using the reported vote totals as of noon on November 19, this would have reduced his total by 518,204 votes, flipping the state to Trump. In Michigan, the percentage who would have left Biden was 14%, deducting 392,966 from his tally and flipping that state, too.

In Georgia, 15% of Biden’s voters say they would have defected based on full information, taking 370,838 votes out of his column, and putting Trump comfortably ahead. In Arizona, 21% say they would have changed their vote, deducting 351,150 from Biden’s column and putting Trump in front there, too.

In Wisconsin, Biden would have lost 13% of his voters, taking away 211,987 from his column. In Nevada, the percentage of those who would have left Biden was 18%, or 126,627 voters. Such a shift would have put both of those states in Trump’s column, too.

[In the final state we polled, North Carolina, 21% of Biden’s voters say they would have changed their minds, deducting 563,703 votes from his total and significantly bolstering Trump’s margin of victory in that state.]

It’s important to note that not all of these voters would have switched to President Trump, of course (although about 6% of Biden’s voters say that’s exactly what they would have done). Just by choosing to abandon Biden, these voters would have handed all six of these states, and a second term, to the President — if the news media had properly informed them about the two candidates.

The most basic principle of our electoral system is that our leaders are chosen by the people themselves. But if the people are given systematically one-sided information, with crucial facts omitted, then the real power to choose has been stolen from them.

This unique study of the media and voters suggests that’s exactly what happened in 2020.

This is to me a very telling and very chilling video. I was particularly struck by the comments that not only imply, but explicitly state that the lack of a smooth transition from the Clinton administration to the Bush administration following he 2000 "election" contributed to or caused the events of 9/11/2001. Reference is made in the call to the 911 Commission Report and statements therein about the transition being linked to 9/11.

I put no faith in the Commission Report, as it spins a web of deceit about 9/11, but for CNN management to refer to 9/11 and the Twin Towers coming down due in some manner to the transition from Clinton to Bush and the problems related to the transition, is a huge crumb that needs to be followed. That remark had a level of meaning that these CNN folks on the call understood or at least had some understanding of. That trail needs to be followed.

Thank you. This may be the most important speech I’ve ever made. I want to provide an update on our ongoing efforts to expose the tremendous voter fraud and irregularities which took place during the ridiculously long November 3rd elections. We used to have what was called, election day. Now we have election days, weeks, and months, and lots of bad things happened during this ridiculous period of time, especially when you have to prove almost nothing to exercise our greatest privilege, the right to vote. As President, I have no higher duty than to defend the laws and the Constitution of the United States. That is why I am determined to protect our election system, which is now under coordinated assault and siege.

For months, leading up to the Presidential election, we were warned that we should not declare a premature victory. We were told repeatedly that it would take weeks if not, months, to determine the winner, to count the absentee ballots and to verify the results. My opponent was told to stay away from the election, don’t campaign. “We don’t need you. We’ve got it. This election is done.” In fact, they were acting like they already knew what the outcome was going to be. They had it covered and perhaps they did, very sadly for our country. It was all very, very strange. Within days after the election, we witnessed an orchestrated effort to anoint the winner even while many key states were still being counted.

The constitutional process must be allowed to continue. We’re going to defend the honesty of the vote by ensuring that every legal ballot is counted and that no illegal ballot is counted. This is not just about honoring the votes of 74 million Americans who voted for me, it’s about ensuring that Americans can have faith in this election and in all future elections.

Today I will detail some of the shocking irregularities, abuses and fraud that had been revealed in recent weeks but before laying out just a small portion of the evidence we have uncovered, and we have so much evidence, I want to explain the corrupt mail-in balloting scheme that Democrats systematically put into place that allowed voting to be altered, especially in swing states, which they had to win. They just didn’t know that it was going to be that tough, because we were leading in every swing state by so much, far greater than they ever thought possible. While it has long been understood that the Democrat political machine engages in voter fraud from Detroit to Philadelphia, to Milwaukee, Atlanta, so many other places. What changed this year was the Democrat party’s relentless push to print and mail out tens of millions of ballots sent to unknown recipients with virtually no safeguards of any kind. This allowed fraud and abuse to occur in a scale never seen before. Using the pandemic as a pretext, Democrat politicians and judges drastically changed election procedures just months, and in some cases, weeks before the election on the 3rd of November.

Very rarely were legislatures involved and constitutionally, they had to be involved, but very, very rarely, and you’ll see that as we continue to file our suits, it’s constitutionally, absolutely incorrect what took place, even from a legal standpoint. Many states, such as Nevada and California sent millions of live ballots to every person on their voter rolls whether those individuals had requested ballots or not, whether they were dead or alive, they got ballots. Other states such as Minnesota, Michigan, and Wisconsin, instituted universal absentee balloting right in the middle of an election year, sending absentee ballot requests forms to all voters on all rolls. It didn’t matter who they were. This colossal expansion of mail-in voting opened the flood gates to massive fraud. It’s a widely known fact that the voting rolls are packed with people who are not lawfully eligible to vote, including those who are deceased, have moved out of their state, and even our non-citizens of our country.

President Donald Trump: (05:05)
Beyond this, the records are riddled with errors, wrong addresses, duplicate entries, and many other issues. This is not disputed. It has never been disputed. Dozens of counties in the key swing states have more registered voters on the rolls than they have voting age citizens, including 67 counties in Michigan. All of this is evidence. In Wisconsin, the state’s Board of Elections could not confirm the residency of more than 100,000 people, but repeatedly refused to remove those names from its voter rolls before the election. They knew why, nobody else did. I knew why. They were illegal voters. It is a travesty that in the year 2020, we do not have any means of verifying the eligibility of those who cast ballots in an election and such an important election it is, or determining who they are, whether they live in the state or whether they’re even American citizens. We have no idea.

President Donald Trump: (06:21)
We have an in all swing states major infractions or outright fraud, which is far more in numbers or votes then we need to overturn the results of a state. In other words, in Wisconsin, as an example, where we were way up on election night, they ultimately had us miraculously losing by 20,000 votes. I can show you right here, that Wisconsin, we’re leading by a lot and then at 3:42 in the morning, there was this, it was a massive dump of votes, mostly Biden, almost all Biden. To this day, everyone’s trying to figure out, “Where did it come from?” But I went from leading by a lot, to losing by a little and that’s right here. That’s at 3:42 in the morning, that’s Wisconsin, a terrible thing, terrible, terrible thing.

President Donald Trump: (07:33)
But we will have far more, many times more than the 20,000 votes needed to overturn the state. If we are right about the fraud, Joe Biden can’t be president. We’re talking about hundreds of thousands of votes. We’re talking about numbers like nobody has ever seen before. Just as an example, in certain states, we’ll be down by, let’s say, 7,000 votes, but we’ll find later on 20,000, 50,000, 100,00, 200,000 discrepancies or fraudulent votes, and that includes votes that went through when they were not allowed to be seen by Republican poll watchers, because the poll watchers were locked out of the building. Or people that innocently came to vote on November 3rd, who were all excited about their vote, they were happy. They were proud to be citizens of the United States of America, and they went up and they said, “I’d like to vote.” They were told that they can’t vote. “I’m sorry,” they were told, “I’m sorry. You’ve already voted by mail-in ballot. Congratulations. We received a ballot, so you can no longer vote.”

President Donald Trump: (09:03)
They didn’t know what to do. They had no one to complain to, most just left and said, “That’s strange.” But many people complained and complained vehemently, and in a lot of cases, they filled out a provisional ballot, which was almost never used, but in virtually every case was a vote for Trump. In other words, they went in to vote and they were told that they voted and they didn’t vote. They left and they felt horror and they lost respect for our system. This happened tens of thousands of times all over the country. That’s how desperate the Democrats were. They would fill out ballots of people not even knowing if these people were going to show up. When they did show up, they said, “Sorry, you’ve already voted.”

President Donald Trump: (10:07)
On top of everything else, we have a company that’s very suspect. It’s name is Dominion, with the turn of a dial or the change of a chip, you could press a button for Trump and the vote goes to Biden. What kind of a system is this? We have to go to paper, maybe it takes longer. But the only secure system is paper. Not these systems that nobody understands, including in many cases, the people that run them. Although, unfortunately, I think they understand them far too well.

President Donald Trump: (10:46)
In one Michigan County, as an example, that used Dominion systems, they found that nearly 6,000 votes had been wrongly switched from Trump to Biden, and this is just the tip of the iceberg. This is what we caught. How many didn’t we catch? Are there 100s of other examples throughout the country? Are there 1000s? We just got lucky and they called it a glitch, but we found numerous glitches that evening. 96% of the company’s political donations went to Democrats, not surprisingly. Frankly, when you look at who’s running the company, who’s in charge, who owns it, which we don’t know, where are the votes counted? Which we think are counted in foreign countries, not in the United States, Dominion is a disaster. Election authorities in Texas have repeatedly blocked the deployment of Dominion systems due to concerns about security vulnerabilities and the potential for errors and outright fraud. Every district that uses Dominion systems must be carefully monitored and carefully investigated-

[inaudible 00:12:00] monitored and carefully investigated, but not only for the future. Right now, we’re worried about the present, and what went on with an election that we won without question. Under my lead, the Republicans won almost every state house in the United States, which they weren’t expected to do. We went up to 16 seats in the house. The numbers are still being tabulated, because there are nine seats that nobody really knows. They don’t know. Two weeks later, it’s still under consideration, because it’s a mess. Republicans were supposed to lose many seats, and instead they won those seats in the house, and a very important election that’s coming up will determine whether, or not we hold the Senate.

David Perdue and Kelly Leffler are two tremendous people. Unfortunately, in Georgia, they’re using the same horrible dominion system, and it’s already been out that, think of it, hundreds of thousands of absentee ballots have been requested. You check it out who’s requesting those ballots. The difference is, it’s one state, and we will have our eyes on it like nobody’s ever watched anything before, because we have to win those two Senate seats. The tremendous success we had in the House of Representatives, and the tremendous success we’ve had so far in the Senate, unexpected success all over the country, and right here in Washington.

It is statistically impossible that the person, me, that led the charge lost. The greatest pollsters, the real pollsters, not the ones that had us down 17 points in Wisconsin when we actually won, or the ones that had us down four or five points in Florida, and we won by many points, or had us even, and down in Texas, and we won by a lot, not those pollsters, but real pollsters. Pollsters that are fair, and honest said, “We can’t understand a thing like this. It’s never happened before. You led the country to victory, and you were the only one that was lost. It’s not possible.”

President Donald Trump: (14:43)
The speaker of the house of a certain state said, “Sir, I expected to lose my seat, and instead, because of you, and because of that incredible charge, and all of those rallies, we had a tremendous victory, and everybody knows it. You are much more popular than me, sir, except I got many more votes than you did, and it’s impossible that that happened. There is something wrong.” I’ll tell you what’s wrong, voter fraud. Here’s an example. This is Michigan. At 6:31 in the morning, a vote dump of 149,772 votes came in unexpectedly. We were winning by a lot. That batch was received in horror.

Nobody knows anything about it. By the way, there’s your line. This is one of many. Here’s what is normal, and all of a sudden, look at that. This is normal, normal. Look even here, normal, and then boom, all of a sudden, I go from winning by a lot to losing a tight race. It’s corrupt. Detroit is corrupt. I have a lot of friends in Detroit. They know it, but Detroit is totally corrupt. Look at this, look at this. That’s at 6:31 in the morning, unexpectedly came in. In the recent recount in Georgia, which means nothing because they don’t want to check signatures, and if you’re not going to check signatures in Georgia, it doesn’t work, but we have a secretary of state, and a governor who made it very difficult to check signatures.

President Donald Trump: (16:41)
Why? You’ll have to ask them, but without a signature match, or a check, it doesn’t matter. They found thousands and thousands of votes that were out of whack, all against me. This was during a recount that I didn’t even think mattered. They found many thousands of votes, and that recount didn’t matter. The one that matters is the one that’s going on now, that because of the fact it’s so close, they had to by law give another recount, but the recount has to be a recount where they check the signatures. Otherwise, they’re just checking the same dishonest thing. It won’t matter.

President Donald Trump: (17:22)
In this case, the signatures on envelopes are the only thing that is relevant. We will compare the signature on the envelope to the signatures from past elections, and we will find that many thousands of people signed these ballots illegally. The Democrats had this election rigged right from the beginning. They used the pandemic, sometimes referred to as the China virus, where it originated as an excuse to mail out tens of millions of ballots, which ultimately led to a big part of the fraud, a fraud that the whole world is watching, and there is no one happier right now than China.

Many people received two, three and four ballots. They were sent to dead people by the thousands. In fact, dead people, and we have many examples filled out ballots, made applications, and then, voted, which is even worse. In other words, dead people went through a process. Some have been dead for 25 years. Millions of votes were cast illegally in the swing states alone, and if that’s the case, the results of the individual swing states must be overturned, and overturned immediately. Some people say that’s too far out, that’s too harsh. Well, does that mean we take a precedent, and we’ve just elected a president where the votes were fraudulent?

But no matter when it happens, when they see fraud, when they see false votes and when those votes number far more than is necessary, you can’t let another person steal that election from you. All over the country, people are together in holding up signs, “Stop the steal.” To understand how we will challenge this fraud, it is important to know the problems with mail-in balloting. Pennsylvania, Michigan, Nevada, Georgia, Arizona, and most other states allowed anyone to get an absentee ballot and cast their vote without showing any ID. The voting took place entirely on the honor system, no identification of any kind was required.

Most Americans would also be shocked to learn that no state in the country verifies United States citizenship as a condition for voting in federal elections. This is a national disgrace. No other advanced country conducts elections this way. Many European countries have instituted major restrictions on mail-in voting, specifically, because they recognize the nearly unlimited potential for fraud. Out of 42 European nations, all but two prohibit absentee ballots entirely for people who reside inside the country, or else they require those who need absentee ballots to show a very, very powerful ID.

Throughout the Democrat effort to dramatically expand mail-in voting, the Democrat party leaders were also, feverishly working to block measures, designed to protect against fraud, such as signature verification, residency verification, or voter ID. These are the actions of people who want to steal elections, who are willing to create fraud. The only conceivable reason why you would block common sense measures to verify legal eligibility for voting, is you are trying to encourage, enable, solicit, or carry out fraud.

It is important for Americans to understand that these destructive changes to our election laws were not a necessary response to the pandemic. The pandemic simply gave the Democrats an excuse to do what they have been trying to do for many, many years. Dramatically eroding the integrity of our elections was the Democrats number one priority for a simple reason, they wanted to steal the 2020 presidential election. All of the Democrat efforts to expand mail-in balloting laid the groundwork for the systematic and pervasive fraud that occurred in this election.

In Pennsylvania, large amounts of mail-in and absentee ballots were processed illegally. And in secret, in Philadelphia, in Allegheny counties, without our observers present. They were not allowed to be present. In fact, they weren’t even allowed in the same room. They were thrown out of the building and they looked from outside in, but they had no way of even seeing, because there were no windows. And the windows that were there were boarded up. Democrats even went to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to block observers from receiving access. There is only one possible reason that the corrupt Democrat political machine would oppose transparency during the vote counting. It’s because they know they are hiding illegal activity. It’s very simple.

This is an egregious, inexcusable. And irreversible harm that stains the entire election, yet this unprecedented practice of excluding our observers, our vote watchers, as some people call them, occurred in Democrat run cities and key states all across the nation. Here are just some of the additional facts that we’ve uncovered. Many voters all across Pennsylvania received two ballots in the mail, and many others received mail-in ballots for which they never applied. So many get ballots, they didn’t even know what they were for. And again, so many received more than one ballot. In some cases, more than two ballots. And they happened to be, for the most part, Democrats.

In Fayette County, Pennsylvania, multiple voters received ballots that were already filled out. They didn’t know what happened. In Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, a poll watcher, overheard unregistered voters being told to return later to try to vote under a different name. Tens of thousands of voters across Pennsylvania were treated differently based on whether they were Republicans, or Democrats. Voters who submitted floored ballots in some Democrat precincts were notified and asked to fix their ballots, while Republican precincts, and in particular Republican voters, were not so notified which plainly violates the Equal Protection Clause of the United States Constitution.”If you are a Democrat, we’re going to fix up your ballot. make sure it’s perfect. If you are Republican, don’t even talk about it.”

President Donald Trump: (33:16)
In Michigan, a career employee of the city of Detroit, with the city workers, coaching voters to vote straight Democrat, while accompanying them to watch who they were voting for, violating the law and the sanctity of the secret ballot. You can’t do that. The same workers say she was instructed not to ask for any ID and not to attempt to validate any signatures. She was also told to illegally backdate ballots, many, many ballots, received after the deadline. This is something that is so unconstitutional and she estimates that thousands and thousands of ballots were improperly backdated by her and many others.

Other witnesses in Detroit also saw our election officials counting batches of the same ballots many times, as well as illegally duplicating ballots. One observer testified to seeing boxes and boxes of ballots, all bearing the same signature. Another observer in Detroit gave sworn testimony that he saw countless and valid ballots that did not belong to properly registered voters and then witnessed election workers in Wayne County entering fake birth dates into the system, in order to illegally count them. Witnesses of science wore an affidavit, so in other words, you go to jail if you lie, testifying that after election officials announced the last absentee votes had been received, a batch of tens of thousands of ballots arrived, many without envelopes, all voting for Democrats.

President Donald Trump: (35:02)
In Wisconsin, a record number of voters were categorized as indefinitely confined. A status reserved for severely disabled individuals, also for the elderly that allow them to vote without showing ID. Last year, approximately 70,000 people claimed this status statewide. This year, the number miraculously was nearly 250,000 voters, after election officials in Milwaukee and Dane County, a couple of the most corrupt political places in our country, urged citizens to improperly register under this status. And register they did in levels that don’t exist. In Wisconsin, there are approximately 70,000 absentee ballots that do not have matching ballot applications as required by law in Georgia, nine observers have testified to seeing countless irregular ballots without…

President Donald Trump: (36:03)
Testified to seeing countless irregular ballots without the creases or typical markings indicating that the ballots did not arrive in envelopes as required. A poll watcher in Fulton County estimated that approximately 98% of the large number of unusually pristine ballots that she witnessed were for Biden. Highly unusual number. In addition, thousands of uncounted ballots were discovered in Floyd, Fayette, and Walton counties weeks after the election, and these ballots were mostly from Trump voters. They weren’t counted. They were from Trump voters.

President Donald Trump: (36:43)
In Detroit, everybody saw the tremendous conflict and the horrible way that the two Republican canvassers were treated so horribly because they wouldn’t vote when they saw that 71% of the precincts didn’t balance. Also, there were more votes than there were voters. Think of that. You had more votes than you had voters. That’s an easy one to figure, and it’s by the thousands. In Arizona, in-person voters whose balanced produced error messages from tabulation machines were told to press a button that resulted in their votes not being counted. Also in Arizona, the attorney general announced that mail-in ballots had been stolen from mailboxes and hidden under a rock.

President Donald Trump: (37:37)
In Clark County, Nevada, where most of the state’s voters reside, the standards for matching a signature using the signature verification machine were intentionally lowered to allow large numbers of ballots to be counted that otherwise would never have passed muster. This machine was set at the lowest level. According to one report, in order to test the process, nine voters in Clark County cast ballots with intentionally incorrect signatures, and eight of the nine ballots were accepted and counted. They said you could sign your name as Santa Claus, and it would be accepted. Last week, the Clark County Commission threw out the results of a local election after the registrar reported finding, quote, “discrepancies that we can’t explain.” Also in Nevada, some voters were entered into a raffle for more than a dozen gift cards worth as much as $250 if they could prove they had voted.

President Donald Trump: (38:42)
This took place on Indian reservations. One of the most significant indications of widespread fraud is the extraordinarily low rejection rates for mail-in ballots in many key states. These are the states that I had to win. In swing state after swing state, the number of ballots rejected has been dramatically lower than what would have been expected based on prior experience. That means years and years of voting. In Georgia, just 0.2%, that’s substantially less than 1%, of mail-in ballots have been rejected. In other words, almost none have been rejected. They took everything. Nothing was rejected, practically, compared to 6.4% in 2016. There are those that think that 6.4 was a low number.

President Donald Trump: (39:36)
Think of it. Almost none were rejected. The previous election, 6.4% were rejected. We have seen similar declines in Pennsylvania, Nevada, and Michigan. Ballots weren’t rejected, especially if they happen to be in Democrat areas. These irregularities are inexplicable unless there is a deliberate effort to accept ineligible ballots or fraudulent ballots.

President Donald Trump: (40:06)
In Pennsylvania, the secretary of state and the state supreme court in essence abolished signature verification requirements just weeks prior to the election, in violation of state law. You’re not allowed to do that. It has to be approved by the legislature. A judge can’t do it. A state can’t do it. An official can’t do it. The only one that can do it is the legislature.

President Donald Trump: (40:33)
The reason for this is clear. They were not verifying signatures because they know the ballots have not been filled out by the voters in whose names they were cast. In other words, people filled them out that had nothing to do with the names on the ballot. A simple recount of the ballots under these circumstances only compounds the fraud. The only way to determine whether there was an honest vote is to conduct a full review of the envelopes in the relevant states. You will find that many of them, tens of thousands, have fraudulent signatures. A full forensic audit is required to ensure that only legal ballots from lawfully registered voters that were properly cast are included in the final count.

President Donald Trump: (41:25)
This election is about great voter fraud, fraud that has never been seen like this before. It’s about poll watchers who were not allowed to watch. So illegal. It’s about ballots that poured in, and nobody but a few knew where they came from. They were counted, and they weren’t for me. It’s about big leads on election night, tremendous leads, leads where I was being congratulated for a decisive easy victory. All of a sudden, by morning or a couple of days later, those leads rapidly evaporated. It’s about numbers of ballots that were sent that nobody know where they came from. It’s about machinery that was defective, machinery that was stopped during certain parts of the evening, miraculously to open with more votes.

It was about many other things, but above all, it was about fraud. This election was rigged. Everybody knows it. I don’t mind if I lose an election, but I want to lose an election fair and square. What I don’t want to do is have it stolen from the American people. That’s what we’re fighting for. We have no choice to be doing that. We already have the proof. We already have the evidence, and it’s very clear. Many people in the media and even judges so far have refused to accept it. They know it’s true. They know it’s there. They know who won the election, but they refuse to say, “You’re right.” Our country needs somebody to say, “You’re right.”

Ultimately, I am prepared to accept any accurate election result, and I hope that Joe Biden is as well. We already have the proof. We already have tens of thousands of ballots more than we need to overturn all of these states that we’re talking about. This is an election for the highest office in the greatest country in the history of the world. Every reasonable American should be able to agree, based on what we have already documented, that we need a systematic analysis of the mail-in ballots to review the envelopes. It’s about the signature. If they’re on the envelopes, we can only review the envelopes, and that will tell us everything.

This is the absolute minimum we should expect. This is not just about my campaign, although it has a lot to do with who’s going to be your next president. This is about restoring faith and confidence in American elections. This is about our democracy and the sacred rights that generations of Americans have fought, bled, and died to secure. The only ballots that should count in this election are those cast by eligible voters who are citizens of our country, residents of the states in which they voted, and who cast their ballots in a lawful manner before the legal deadline.

Massive fraudulent ballot evidence: When you register to vote you have to mark down what your actual residence is. You can have a separate mailing address, but you have to mark down what your actual residence address is. We have found many thousands of people who have listed themselves at address’ listed themselves at address that are postal facilities. Facilities that the postal service either leases or owns. That could include a post office, the UPS store, FedEx or anything similar. Not only do they list themselves there, they disguise a P.O Box as an apartment. For example, rather than saying P.O. Box 123, the address is listed as apartment 123. That is a major red flag. 🚩
What is remarkable about these individuals is that virtually almost all of them voted early absentee, very few voted in-person. It is a red flag because they are illegally registered. This is not not incidentally, but intentionally meant to deceive by listing suite number or unit number rather than technically what it is as a box number. People are using these P.O. Boxes or mail address as home addresses to get early early mail-in ballots and then they were disguising the fact they they were P.O. Boxes by saying they were apartment numbers or suite numbers or unite numbers anything other than a box number. 1,000 in Georgia and 1,400 Pennsylvania have been found thus far. There is a number people in all 6 swing states who the state has marked as requested an absentee ballot, but they did not return it. After calling many of the people, they asked them whether they have requested the ballot and in many of the cases the individual said no. A big red flag because someone had to have request that ballot and by law it has to be them. That is another red flag. 🚩
This needs to lead to judicial remedies that could bring greater scrutiny to the elections such as signature evaluations or manual recounts as well as law enforcement looking into who requested those ballots and also why the ones that did return it did not have their vote actually counted. Another red flag is that they have called people who have moved yet they were told they had a ballot cast in their name. They have called and asked them if they have cast a ballot and they have said no they have not. That is another red flag. 🚩
They have dialed into precincts with very high turnout and spoke to people who have shown to voted in this election, but did not have a record of voting much at all, if not ever at all and found people that said no they did not cast a ballot and that ballot was cast by someone else using their name. That is another red flag. 🚩
They have found people that no longer live in that state and had ballots casted in their name who are no longer legal residence or who have applied to vote in another state. That is another red flag. 🚩
They have found people who have cast multiple ballots in their name. So for example, they are voting in both Ohio and Pennsylvania. The number of questionable ballots easily surpasses the margin needed in atleast three states as of right now for Arizona, Georgia and Wisconsin. Actual names, that we can point at, not projections. Georgia by a substantial amount. Substantial higher margin, not even considering other questionable ballots. This is hard evidence.



Three different buckets of things to understand on the IT of this election:

1) technical functionality of dominion election systems. By that I mean because they were built by Hugo Chavez in order to make himself president for life, they were built with functionality you would not imagine any legitimate voting system to have. For example precinct administrators of the system can do all kinds of things. Like drag and drop votes to the candidate of their choice. They can allocate votes, generate blank ballots, and all types of admin over-rides that really destroy election integrity. Even worse than that, if you want to understand the foreign involvement, these dominion servers are widely infected with a type of malware called QSnatch. What QSnatch is a credential stealer. 75,000 dominion servers are infected with it in the country. That means if an administrator or poll worker at any precinct logs on to the machine and it is one of the ones infected their credentials get zapped and sent out on the the dark web for sale or there is someone in Chao An, China at the military hacking base who has them, and now they can log in. Bad enough that in Maricopa county, Arizona some precinct workers/administrators can do mischief and slide votes around. It’s especially bad when someone who steals their stolen credentials from China can log in to maricopa county and that guy in China can move votes around. That’s horrendous. Their is absolutely Chinese involvement. Based on traffic going to Frankfurt.

2) if you go up to a voting booth with your ballot all filled out and you turn it in and they feed it in the machine and the machine has a hard time reading it, it gives you a warning sign. Precinct Worker will tell you can either take it fill it out again and stand in line again or you can hit a green button and adjudicate it later meaning humans will look at it later and it will go in. 95%+ hit the green button. What that really does to your vote is it adds it to a pool and the pool accumulates of these adjuticable votes, but the admin can come by and drag and drop all of them to Joe Biden. Which is why you might see the sudden spike of thousands of votes to Joe Biden. Workers in Maricopa counties were told to remove ball-point pens and replace it with sharpies. What this is about is that when you were told to fill out a ballot with a sharpie and it bleed through and the person says you can hit the green button, it becomes a drag and drop pool to give to Joe Biden.

3) Look at outcome and statistical outcomes. If heavily Biden district, even if 96% Biden district. Had 100 people come in to vote the chance that 100 people in a row vote for Biden is about 1.6%. The chances you see 123,000 votes for Biden as near to 0 as you can get. These three together told the immediate aftermath story..

It always bugs me on how all the last minute ballots came in. I don't pay attention to politics that much, but I'm still unsettled.

If I remember correctly, some states stopped counting at around 8PM EST. Then, at the dead of night, hundreds of thousands of Biden ballots showed up and were counted. Suitcases upon suitcases of Biden votes were shown and the story of the pipe bursting was seen as a way to stop counting Trump votes. When everyone woke up, Biden both made up a huge margin of votes and took the lead in mostly Republican states (like Georgia). It's just interesting how this happens. I don't really have much room to talk about the demographics of the states as I don't live in any of the ones that suddenly flipped. I live in a primarily blue state (Maryland), so it's not like I live in Trump country.
