All hijacked precincts after release report: 93,327 Trump out of 504,700. That is 18.49%, if we subtract the hijacked votes from the final aggregate state we get: 51,218 Trump out of 217,276, which is 23.57% Trump.

That the final hijacked state of all precincts can have their total votes changed to a uniform number, such as 20,000 total votes per precinct, and the percentage remains the same (14.65%), which is proof that a simple linear algebra algorithm was adjusting requisite precinct totals against a flat polarized template.

The precincts seized more than once were most likely to be early in alphanumeric order, proving the software takes the first available precinct from an ordered alphanumeric list by County, Precinct.

1: There are 371 unique precincts were this investigation. 2: There are 182 unique precincts involved in more than one ratio transfer. 3: There are 217 unique ratios were transferred.

4: That… A: Clayton County has only 2 precincts in multi ratio transfers. B: That Dekalb has 19 precincts in multi transfers. C: That Fulton boasts a staggering 157 precincts in multi ratio transfers. D: That Gwinnett has only 3 precincts in multi ratio transfers.

5: In accordance to the Mothersheet and the original SCYTL and NYT Data, there are 1041 total precincts 6: In accordance to the Mothersheet and the original SCYTL and NYT Data, there are 12681 unique overall ratios.

7: That 1.71% of the unique ratios are confirmed, post analysis and investiation, to be true positives, that no false positives were caught, nor any false negatives ignored.

That of these 1.71% of the ratios, (217/12681), 246 precincts from Fulton are involved (66.30% of all precincts caught), and 71 precincts from DeKalb (19.13% of all precincts caught are involved.

Furthermore that this means 37.3% of DeKalb’s precincts are involved, and likewise that 64.2% of Fulton’s precinctswere involved, and that this “Ratio Transfer” phenomenon does not even occur once in several of the counties in the Mothersheet (Rockdale and Newton), only twice in Henry County, and only 6 times in Cobb, which itself has over 100 precincts (thus less than 6% of its precincts have been flagged. Which is ten times as many less than Fulton’s by proportion)."

The state legislatures in the respective states chose a method for choosing electors to the Presidency that cabined who qualified to vote, constricted the manner in which a vote could be cast, and circumscribed how the vote could be counted. Many of the restrictions and requirements for each of those three were not followed by several of the states in question. President Carter warned in 2005 that absentee ballots posed the greatest risk of fraud. The New York Times agreed in 2012 that absentee ballots posed the greatest risk of fraud. Jurists, experts, and election officials all concurred that mass mail-in balloting posed the greatest risk of fraud. We just had the biggest absentee-ballot driven election in American history. Yet, the very safety guardrails of this election were systemically and systematically removed, often without the assent or consent of the state legislatures, despite the express promise and explicit protection of the Electors Clause to the Constitution. Midnight counts outside the meaningful observation of poll-watchers. 11% signature mismatches according to the Democratic expert in the election contest in Arizona. Votes from dead people, non-citizens, and non-residents found in the research of Matt Braynard and Richard Baris. Is it really too much to ask that states publish the ballots they promised to publish? Is it really too much to ask that states allow an independently confirmed signature match, at least to a statistically significant sample, of the absentee ballots? Is it really too much to ask for the states to affirm that only those qualified to vote cast ballots for the Presidency?

The Supreme Court directed any remedy to you, and Congress, when it declined to hear the case brought by the state of Texas, a suit joined by the Attorneys General for 18 states representing more than 100 million Americans, 126 members of Congress, high ranking state legislators from the objectionable elections of the states at issue, and public interest advocacy groups representing millions of Americans. I ask that you do me the small favor of simply objecting to electors under the circumstances herein described. At a minimum, it can give confidence to me, and more than 74 million Americans who voted for President Trump, that our concerns about this election were taken seriously and meaningfully addressed in the only place the courts have directed remedy can occur: the halls of Congress.

"Election fraud is the secret “assassin’s mace” of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) that has long confounded security hawks, according to tech billionaire and entrepreneur Patrick Byrne, who back in August assembled a cyber intelligence team to analyze the U.S. voting system.

“For 10 years or more, there have been references to a coming ‘assassin’s mace’ in the Chinese literature—where they take out the United States with one stroke,” Byrne told The Epoch Times’ “American Thought Leaders” program. “The national security community in the United States has been trying to figure this out: Is it their new aircraft carrier? Is that the hypersonic missile? Is it this, that, is it an EMP?”

“I don’t think so, ” he told host Jan Jekielek. “The one stroke that takes the United States out is what we’re experiencing right now.”

The 2020 vote involved “massive election fraud,” he says. “Not voter fraud, but election fraud.”

Byrne has been a driving force in the research for lawsuits filed by attorneys Lin Wood and Sidney Powell. He has also been working together with ASOG, the company that recently carried out the forensic audit on voting machines in Antrim County, Michigan.

Byrne said he started investigations back in August, and that as a result, he anticipated the very irregularities which he later observed in the November election.

He says his team of online security experts now believes Chinese developers are “under the hood” of the software that has infiltrated at least two of the main voting systems in the United States.

Suppliers of such election software and systems involved in the U.S. election have responded to allegations of voting irregularities with consistent denial that their systems can be manipulated or that they have any such connection to foreign governments.

‘Reverse-engineering the Coup’
Byrne described the election as a soft coup.

“We are basically reverse-engineering this coup,” said Byrne, in reference to his team of 30-40 people.

Byrne says that he fell in with cyber experts who had been looking at election manipulation since 2018 when they were hired as part of a blue-ribbon commission set up to examine potential election fraud in Texas.

“That group has had two years to really reverse engineer what the rest of America has had a couple of weeks to understand,” he said. “They had already figured out really about a dozen different ways you could defeat an election or hack an election—in a broad sense of hack, not necessarily just electronic cyber guys hacking.”

According to Byrne, they found cheating was possible “at an industrial level, in terms of generating hundreds of thousands of fake votes.”

Byrne says the pattern of manipulation can be identified through examining three key points—what he calls “three buckets of facts.”

“One bucket is understanding the systems themselves and how they were built: the functionality that was built into them and the vulnerabilities that exist.”

The second bucket, he says, relates to how the election process played out. “[In the event of fraud] you would expect people to have certain experiences when they either go in and vote or if they volunteer and work in the precincts.”

He gives the examples of vote tabulating being shut down, of poll watchers being denied entry, and of the video of election workers pulling out cases of ballots from under a table after observers had gone home and then scanning them.

The third bucket, he says, is the extreme statistical outliers that would be thrown up by such a manipulation process.

“Things like that happened—these statistical outliers: Having 123,000 votes in a row going to one candidate; or in Pennsylvania, I believe it was 580,000 votes got processed that were 99.4 percent for Biden… and they came through exactly when all the Republicans had been told they had to leave.”

“They’re on the order of you winning the Powerball lottery this week, and next week and the week after—and that happening in dozens of places around America at the same time.”

“When you put those three different narratives together, they also just come together perfectly. They all reinforce each other.”

Traced to China
Byrne says that the manipulation of the voting systems can be traced back to China.

“There’s a chain of command basically from China through Iran to Cuba and Venezuela,” he said. “The Chinese are funding Smartmatic through the Panamanian division of Smartmatic, but it bounces through Venezuela.”

“There is code buried within the Dominion machines that has been turned up that seems to show Chinese provenance.”

“There are Chinese developers under the hood of this stuff back in China who are actually getting their software into the Smartmatic systems which have infiltrated at least two of the main voting systems used domestically.”“I say this as a guy who loves China,” he adds. “I speak Chinese, I have a great affection for China and the Chinese people—but I’m not such a big fan of the CCP.”

Smartmatic says its products were used only in one LA county in the U.S. 2020 election and has consistently denied any claims of wrongdoing or involvement in voter or election fraud past or present. It says it has no involvement with any governments or political parties or with Dominion.

Dominion Voting Systems has also consistently denied any wrongdoing or vulnerabilities in its systems and said that it does not use software owned by Smartmatic and that it has no ownership ties to the governments of China, Cuba, or Venezuela. Dominion products are used in 28 states.

Byrne, however, says that software created by Smartmatic went through a series of corporate mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and licensing agreements before ending up in at least two of the main commercial voting systems being used in the United States, including Dominion. “Its genetic lineage [goes] back to the software,” he says.

A number of other analysts have signed affidavits to the same effect.

Dominion has also come under scrutiny for its ownership structure after its parent company raised funds with the help of a Swiss bank before the 2020 U.S. presidential election. The transaction, peculiar in several ways, has led some to speculate that a Chinese entity could be an indirect investor in the company.

Byrne says that stealing the national election doesn’t require cheating across the board. “There are six counties that you need to steal. If you steal these six counties around the country, that flips the six states they’re in, which flips the electoral college votes that come with them, which flips the nation, ” he said. “You’ve got to take six places and cheat like crazy there.”

He says that some online security experts, who he describes as white hat hackers, say that they would give the election systems a rating of just one or two out of 10 for security."

DNI John Ratcliffe Says There Was Foreign Interference in November Elections: Report


Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe confirmed that there was foreign interference in the 2020 election, according to CBS correspondent Catherine Herridge.

Well DNI Ratcliffe leads the 17 intelligence agencies and he has access to the most highly classified information that is held by the US government. And he told CBS News that there was foreign interference by China, Iran, and Russia in November of this year and he is anticipating a public report on those findings in January,” Herridge said.

Ratcliffe’s office did not immediately respond to The Epoch Times’ request for confirmation of the report.

Ratcliffe’s statement contradicts others made by national security officials.

Christopher Krebs, the recently-fired top cybersecurity official during the presidential election, testified before the Senate’s Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee on Wednesday.

“While elections are sometimes messy, this was a secure election,” Krebs said.

On a Nov. 27 “60 minutes” interview, Krebs was asked what he thought of the Trump legal team’s allegations that votes were tabulated in foreign countries and were manipulated.

“So, all votes in the United States of America are counted in the United States of America,” Krebs said. “I don’t understand this claim. All votes in the United States of America are counted in the United States of America. Period.”

Adding, “So, again, there’s no evidence that any machine that I’m aware of, has been manipulated by a foreign power. Period.”

Sidney Powell a former federal prosecutor who has been seen working alongside President Donald Trump’s legal team pushing election challenges, filed a letter with the Supreme Court on Dec. 13 to notify them of two batches of recently obtained evidence about Dominion Voting Systems voting equipment.

Her letter outlines new affidavits from two forensic experts who allege that international interference took place in the 2020 election and that Dominion systems were connected to foreign systems around the globe.

Powell said that two military intelligence analysts have signed sworn affidavits stating that the SSL certificates from dominionvoting.com were used multiple times from Canada, Serbia, and the United States.

Meanwhile, the office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) confirmed that their upcoming report includes information about “relevant” foreign threats from the recent election.

“The IC has received relevant reporting since the election and a number of agencies have not finished coordinating on the product,” said Amanda Schoch, a spokeswoman for the office, adding that Ratcliffe remains committed to an expeditious release of the report.

ODNI announced late Wednesday that the Intelligence Community (IC) has notified Ratcliffe that they will not meet the Dec. 18 deadline set by President Trump’s executive order to submit the report on foreign threats during the November election as “agencies have not finished coordinating on the product.”

“This afternoon the DNI was notified by career intelligence officials that the Intelligence Community (IC) will not meet the Dec. 18 deadline, set by executive order and Congress to submit the IC’s classified assessment on foreign threats to the 2020 U.S. elections,” said Schoch.

Dec. 18 marks 45 days after the Nov. 3 general election, when, according to Trump’s executive order from 2018, the DNI was expected to deliver a report regarding “to the maximum extent ascertainable” whether any interference attempts took place, and the nature of such interference, methods used, and who was involved and authorized such efforts.

There are two paths for the country at this point. Either Trump goes full Caesar, sets up military tribunals to find and put before the country all evidence of fraud and foreign influence in our election and government, and prosecute all of those involved in it,

Or

He ends up accepting this fraud, accepts having he and his family hounded into bankruptcy and possibly prison once he leaves office, perhaps living long enough to see the country slip into banana republic status, and eventually go through a violent revolution.

As dramatic and unwelcome as the first option may be, in the end it would be less damaging and bloody than the second. Chile didn't just survive Pinochet, it came out the other side of his rule as a more stable, more prosperous, and more free country than if he had not taken power.

California has been mostly absent from the discussion of election law violation, but new information reveals that wording legally required to be on its ballots was missing, in direct violation of its own state law. This means the ballots should not have been cast or counted, yet California certified its ballots, anyway, and thus illegally cast its electoral votes for Joe Biden.

Let’s be clear about something: Our nation’s founders tried for years to work out their differences with England’s King George. But George was a tyrant, and a war broke out that lasted eight years. After that war, our founders avoided creating a government that was ruled by a man—they decided to be governed by laws.

Unfortunately, we now have states ignoring their own state and federal election laws, and by disregarding these laws, their election results must be nullified. Either that, or we’re no longer a country governed by laws.
California violated its own election laws

In California state law, the election code is titled “Division 13. BALLOTS, SAMPLE BALLOTS, AND VOTER PAMPHLETS.”

In Article 1 of this code we find Election Code 13200, which reads as follows:

“Ballots not printed in accordance with the chapter [Chapter 3] shall not be cast nor counted at any election.”

That’s straightforward English. It’s at the 9th grade reading level, so assuming California’s election officials can understand it, her it is one more time, with emphasis:

“Ballots not printed in accordance with the chapter [Chapter 3] shall not be cast nor counted at any election.”

When we read a little further, we find Section 13205. Since we’re talking about the election of the President and Vice President, we’ll look at the applicable subsection:

13205 (b). In elections when electors of President and Vice President of the United States are to be chosen, there shall be placed upon the ballot, in addition to the instructions to voters as provided in this chapter, an instruction as follows:

“To vote for all of the electors of a party, mark the voting target next to the names of the presidential and vice presidential candidates of that party. A mark of the voting target next to the name of a party and its presidential and vice presidential candidate, is a vote for all of the electors of that party, but for no other candidates.”

I was listening to a video recently ( I do that while I work) and now I can't remember which one it was. I only recall that
it was from a formerly insider source that I trust/respect. He said that Pence cannot be trusted while he is the one in

I have always had the feeling that vice presidents are the ones with more power because all the 'attention' is aimed at

Peter Navarro releases 36-page report alleging election fraud ‘more than sufficient’ to swing victory to Trump

Director of the Office of Trade and Manufacturing Policy Peter Navarro published a lengthy report Thursday outlining several examples of voting irregularities that are “more than sufficient” to swing the outcome of the election in President Trump’s favor.

The 36-page report “assesses the fairness and integrity of the 2020 Presidential Election by examining six dimensions of alleged election irregularities across six key battleground states” and concludes that “patterns of election irregularities … are so consistent across the six battleground states that they suggest a coordinated strategy to, if not steal the election, strategically game the election process in such a way as to … unfairly tilt the playing field in favor of the Biden-Harris ticket.”

The six dimensions of voting irregularities in the report include: outright voter fraud, ballot mishandling, contestable process fouls, equal protection clause violations, voting machine irregularities, and significant statistical anomalies.

All six of those voting issues were present in at least two key states, according to the report, and a total of six battleground states experienced multiple examples of the other dimensions.

“Evidence used to conduct this assessment includes more than 50 lawsuits and judicial rulings, thousands of affidavits and declarations, testimony in a variety of state venues, published analyses by think tanks and legal centers, videos and photos, public comments, and extensive press coverage,” the report claims.

Additionally, the report cites affidavits alleging the exploitation of the elderly and the infirm by “effectively hijacking their identities and votes” and accuses Democrats of using the coronavirus pandemic to relax voter ID requirements to the point that ballot harvesting and fraud could slip by unnoticed.

The report outlined incidents in the key states of Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, where ballots allegedly were illegally harvested and dumped into drop boxes.

The election was marred with examples of dead people voting, according to the report.

“In Pennsylvania, for example, a statistical analysis conducted by the Trump Campaign matching voter rolls to public obituaries found what appears to be over 8,000 confirmed dead voters successfully casting mail-in ballots,” the report claims. “In Georgia — underscoring the critical role any given category of election irregularities might play in determining the outcome — the estimated number of alleged deceased individuals casting votes almost exactly equals the Biden victory margin.”

The report concludes: “The ballots in question because of the identified election irregularities are more than sufficient to swing the outcome in favor of President Trump should even a relatively small portion of these ballots be ruled illegal.”

Navarro, who worked on the report in a private capacity, is scheduled to hold a news conference at 1 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday to discuss the findings.

Trump has launched legal battles across the country since the November election, which has been called for President-elect Joe Biden by all major news networks and certified by the Electoral College, and as recently as this week stated that it’s “too soon to give up.”

Dozens of legal challenges across the country, however, have been lost, and the Supreme Court has declined to hear cases from both Texas and Pennsylvania challenging the election, which Trump’s supporters have decried as a politically motivated ducking.

Several Republicans, including Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, have broken with the president and conceded that Biden is the winner of the election. McConnell congratulated Biden on Wednesday, declaring that “the Electoral College has spoken.”

Additionally, Biden slammed claims of voter fraud this week, saying, “Thankfully, a unanimous Supreme Court immediately and completely rejected” efforts to overturn the election.

I can only speak for myself and the situation here.
Normally I smile at the idea that America is the saviour of the world -- however this evil is affecting the whole world and me too.
I believe that Trump has it in mind to drain the swamp and if he is succesful there will be a knock on effect to the UK and every other country that is affected by Draconian measures --It comes from the same source worldwide --its not just an American problem.

WikiLeaks documents reveal CIA agents were given cover identities and diplomatic passports to enter the country. The base was used to develop hacking tools as part of the CIA's massive digital arsenal.

WikiLeaks released a trove of CIA documents on Tuesday that it claimed revealed details of its secret hacking arsenal.

The release included 8,761 documents that it claimed revealed details of "malware, viruses, trojans, weaponized 'zero day' exploits, malware remote control systems and associated documentation."

The leaks purportedly revealed that a top secret CIA unit used the German city of Frankfurt am Main as the starting point for numerous hacking attacks on Europe, China and the Middle East.

Frankfurt base

WikiLeaks reported that the group developed trojans and other malicious software in the American Consulate General Office, the largest US consulate in the world. The programs focused on targets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The documents revealed that CIA experts worked in the building under cover and included advice for life in Germany.

"Do not leave anything electronic or sensitive unattended in your room," it told employees, also advising them to enjoy Lufthansa's free alcohol "in moderation."

The Frankfurt hackers, part of the Center for Cyber Intelligence Europe, were said to be given diplomatic passports and a State Department identity. It instructed employees how to safely enter Germany. A WikiLeaks tweet published an section of the Frankfurt information.

The consulate was the focus of a German investigation into US intelligence capabilities following the 2013 revelation that NSA agents had tapped Chancellor Angela Merkel's phone.

German daily "Süddeutsche Zeitung" reported the building was known to be home to a vast network of intelligence personnel including CIA agents, NSA spies, military secret service personnel, Department of Homeland Security employees and Secret Service employees. It reported the Americans had also established a dense network of outposts and shell companies in Frankfurt.

Televisions turned into bugs

An intelligence expert who examined the dump, Rendition Infosec founder Jake Williams, told news agency Associated Press the documents appeared legitimate.

Bob Ayers, a retired US intelligence official currently working as a security analyst told AP the release was "real bad" for the agency.

Jonathan Liu, a spokesman for the CIA, told AP: "We do not comment on the authenticity or content of purported intelligence documents."

According to WikiLeaks the documents revealed that the CIA could remotely activate certain Samsung smart televisions equipped with cameras and microphones to turn them into bugs.

Smartphones hacked

WikiLeaks also claimed that if the CIA had hacked a cell phone, it could then bypass encryption methods used by popular chat programs such as Whatsapp, Telegram, Signal and Confide. This prompted some concern at first online that all such messaging "Apps" were no longer effectively encrypted - but the exploit only applied to people whose phones are already compromised. According to the leaks, the CIA has undocumented exploits on popular smartphone models.

In a series of tweets NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden said deliberately leaving vulnerabilities in software and hardware open left public users susceptible to attacks.

Snowden said the documents appeared to be genuine.

The documents also revealed that the CIA had the ability to conduct false flag attacks using malware stolen from other nations.

According to WikiLeaks the trove showed that the CIA had lost control of its arsenal of hacking tools.

WikiLeaks said it was given the files by an anonymous source who wanted to shed public light on the hacking programs.

The collection of documents vastly outnumbered the trove on the NSA released by Snowden.

The report goes on to claim that Rudy Giuliani, Trump's personal lawyer who publicly distanced their legal team from Powell's efforts to prove widespread election fraud through rigged Dominion Voting Systems machines, opposed the idea - despite rumors that the former NY Mayor sought to have the Department of Homeland Security to seize voting machines to analyze them.

Mr. Giuliani joined the discussion by phone, while Ms. Powell was at the White House for a meeting that became raucous at times, according to one of the people briefed on what took place. Other administration officials drifted in and out of the meeting, two of the people briefed said, and the White House counsel, Pat A. Cipollone, pushed back on the ideas being proposed.

The notion of Powell becoming a special counsel reportedly "sent shock waves through the president's circle," as Trump has been in contact with her in recent days despite the campaign's public distancing. According to the Times, her claims that Dominion machines were used to rig the election are 'baseless' - despite claims to the contrary.

The Times also notes that President Trump has pushed outgoing Attorney General William Barr to appoint a special counsel to investigate election fraud, as well as a separate one to investigate Biden family corruption centered around Joe Biden's son, Hunter - whose laptop contained evidence that Joe was involved in Hunter's Ukrainian and China dealings. These claims were backed up by two former Biden family business associates in both sworn affidavits and electronic evidence.

I have to agree. This is something much larger than typical party affiliation/ideology. Both parties have lost their way. That's the vehicle you're employing, and partnering with, to see that evil is vanquished. Left and Right are bandied about here all the time (it's all over the place), with virtually all links going to hard Right Wing sites. Why is it so difficult to just simply say "yes, this is the vehicle to victory" if nothing else?

I'm confused. Why are we pigeon-holing these concepts to the left/right? Can you define what the "right" is, as you understand it?

I'm talking about freedom--as those explicitly enumerated in the Bill of Rights--vs. serfdom, as the living conditions of those living under Communist China, North Korea, Eritrea, Turkmenistan, etc.

Can't we just say liberty vs. oppression? Or would that render our ideologies into cognitive dissonance if former is associating with the right and the latter to the left?

I just watched The Outpost, on Net flix/ on Jeffrey Prather's reccomendation to me. A now historic battle with our soldiers and the Taliban. Incredible! and a real gut check! and makes me embarrassed for anyone that doesnt get that this is way beyond politics.

President Donald Trump heaped praise on a 36-page report by Peter Navarro on alleged irregularities across key battleground states in the 2020 presidential election.

“Peter Navarro releases 36-page report alleging election fraud ‘more than sufficient’ to swing victory to Trump. A great report by Peter. Statistically impossible to have lost the 2020 Election,” the president wrote on Twitter in the early hours of Saturday.

Navarro, who is a White House adviser to the president and the Director of the Office of Trade and Manufacturing Policy, released the report on Dec. 17 in his capacity as a private citizen.

“From the findings of this report, it is possible to infer what may well have been a coordinated strategy to effectively stack the election deck against the Trump-Pence ticket,” Navarro wrote.

“Indeed, the patterns of election irregularities observed in this report are so consistent across the six battleground states that they suggest a coordinated strategy to, if not steal the election, then to strategically game the election process in such a way as to unfairly tilt the playing field in favor of the Biden-Harris ticket.”

The report examined “six dimensions” of alleged election irregularities in the battleground states of Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin, as well as Arizona and Nevada.

Two weeks ago, Michigan 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin A Elsenheimer agreed to allow Mr. DePerno’s client, William Bailey, and a highly skilled team of IT experts to perform a forensic examination on 16 of the Dominion voting machines in Antrim County. On Monday, Judge Elsenheimer agreed to allow the results of the forensic examination to be released to the public. DePerno explained that when ballots are put through the machine, a whopping 68.05% error rate means that 68.05% of the ballots are sent for bulk adjudication, which means they collect the ballots in a folder. “The ballots are sent somewhere where people in another location can change the vote,” DePerno explained. The allowable election error rate established by the Federal Election Commission guidelines is 1 in 250,000 ballots or .0008%.

Based on the Allied Security Operations report, Constitutional Attorney Matthew DePerno states: “we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified.

The stunning report was widely criticized by the Democrat Party mainstream media and by the dishonest Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson.

For an RLA to meaningfully support confidence in the reported election outcome, the standard is higher, and requires the following:

Paper ballots preferably marked by hand and supplemented with a ballot marking device for those who need to use one.

A deliberate and intentional step for a voter to check the paper ballot for accuracy before casting the ballot (voter verification).
Rigorous ballot accounting and a properly maintained chain of custody of the ballots.

If photographic evidence proves seals on the Dominion voting machines were broken on November 27, how can a “properly maintained chain of custody of ballots” be assured. The answer is, it can’t.

Before her so-called audit was completed, Sec of State Benson explained the purpose of the “risk limited audit” to the media while ensuring the integrity of the elections in Michigan:
“While we know the machine tabulators functioned properly in Antrim, we are conducting this audit to assure the public of what countless officials from both parties at the federal, state and local levels have already confirmed – that this was the most secure election in our nation’s history and the certified results are an accurate reflection of the will of the voters,” adding, “It is time for Michigan, and the nation to once and for all dismiss the meritless disinformation campaign that seeks to undermine the integrity of our election and move forward in support of our collective democracy.”
Mr. DePerno, who acted as an observer to the “risk-limited audit,” doesn’t agree with Ms. Benson about the integrity of Michigan’s election and has provided us with video and photographic evidence to prove that he was again able to debunk her statement about the “most secure election in our nation’s history.”

The bin was delivered to three of the 20 bi-partisan volunteers that included several Antrim Co. city clerks who agreed to assist with the “risk-limited audit.”

Inside the bin, tabulated ballots were mixed in with ballots that were never tabulated, and several blank ballots were mixed in as well. Mr. DePerno referred to the bin of ballots as “an absolute mess!” On December 16, we reported about photographs taken at Mancelona Township’s Precinct #1 on November 27, 2020, that showed both of the security seals on the Dominion Voting machine were missing.

The volunteers can be seen questioning why there were fewer ballots in the bin than the original number that was recorded in the previous recount? Shortly after asking the question, a male SOS official approached the table with a bag marked “spoiled ballots” and told them to count them. ATtorney Matt DePerno witnessed the unidentified male SOS rep pulling the “spoiled ballot bag out of the bin and delivering it to the volunteers who were “auditing” the ballots. DePerno also witnessed the SOS official telling them to add the “spoiled ballots” to the count.

In the video, a male counter can be seen questioning “multiple ballots with the same signature.” According to Matthew DePerno, 138 ballots had write-in-votes where the penmanship was exactly the same.

In the video below, the SOS official can be seen demanding that the counters ignore what they believe is voter fraud and count the ballots.

“We need to do the counts because if we don’t have the counts, then we can’t move forward. And we understand that there is a concern with this precinct—but this is not a time for you to be investigating right now.”

“Did you find something else?” the male counter asks.

“No,” she replies, adding, “So, you need to move forward with the audit, so we can get the numbers, so we can see how many ballots are here.”

The female counter asks, “So when we’re done with the audit, there’s still the opportunity to challenge the fact that we have multiple ballots with the very same signature?” she asks.

“I don’t know if ‘challenge’ is the right word,” the SOS official says.
“But we’re challenging—” the volunteer says.

The male volunteer tells the SOS, “We’ll go ahead and count the ballots moving forward, but we will separate out, and count those— there’s going to be an asterisk, saying ‘these ballots have the same signature.'”

“And again, we know that you have a concern with this precinct,” she tells them, explaining, “That’s not your role at this very moment,” as she continues to push for them to ignore the multiple matching signatures and only count the ballots.
“What I need you to do right now is finish the audit,” she tells them again. Both of the volunteers explain that they are going to make a note of the ballots, to which the SOS official replies, “Again, that is not the process.”

The SOS official implores them to continue to count the presidential ballots.
At no point does the SOS official assure them that the issue of the multiple potentially fraudulent ballots will be addressed, but instead demands that they count them as if they were all legitimate ballots.

On December 16, one day after Dominion Voting Systems CEO John Poulos testified in front of the MI Senate Oversight Committee, Mr. DePerno contacted us to say Poulos was incorrect in his statement that the ballots were securely stored. In fact, Mr. Derno provided us with photos showing seals were broken on one of the tabulators. DePerno explained, “In Central Lake, the lock that protects the side data port where you can insert a thumb drive in order to perform a software upgrade, that could change the program, was missing.” He explains, “The missing lock gives the ability of any person, including a voter to change the Dominion Voting machine program.”

Mr. DePerno explained to us that once the seals are broken, and the lock is removed, the integrity of the machines has been compromised. “It definitely showed that someone had accessed the inside of the tabulator, and it no longer represents a secure voting platform,” DePerno said.

The bin (or box) seen in the image below is where the ballots are stored. DePerno explained, “If you remove the tape, it gives you the ability to separate the tabulator from the box that contains the ballots.”

The photo below shows the stack of ballots in Central Lake that were cast for Joe Biden. The ballots that are pulled forward are all ballots that the counters pulled forward after objecting to the legitimacy of the ballots.

Mr. DePerno was stunned by the number of blank ballots that were mixed in with actual ballots, saying that he believes he observed more blank ballots in the recount than there are registered voters in Antrim County.

DePerno told us, “The guidelines from RLA were not followed. What they did yesterday was not an audit under those guidelines. It was a hand recount of the presidential race only and failed to address many of the problems with down-ballot races. Members of the public who assisted in the hand recount were not allowed to ask any questions or question any ballots. This hand recount also failed to address any of the glaring problems from the erroneous counts conducted on November 3 and November 6. Yesterday was nothing more than political theatre designed to allow the Secretary of State to again publish the same false narrative to the Michigan voters. Yesterday, when the people conducting the count dared ask questions, they were shut down.”

DePerno’s forensic and photographic evidence should be enough to call the entire Michigan election into question. Will the media or the courts care, or have we now entered a period in our nation’s history where we have officially become a Banana Republica after decades of Republicans ignoring the corruption of our media and our judicial system.

President Donald Trump alleged Sunday that “we’re getting closer and closer,” in reference to his ongoing challenges to election results in key battleground states.

“We’re getting closer and closer. And I hope you let everybody know we’re actually very close,” Trump said on WABC radio.

“The fake news will not tell you that. They don’t want to talk about it. They’re trying to suppress it. We don’t have freedom of the press at all. It’s suppressed news. It’s a terrible thing that’s happened in our country. It’s been going on for, it started a long time ago, but it’s gotten to a point, it’s a terrible thing. It’s not freedom of the press, and we got to bring that back, because the press is so suppressed. It’s so dishonest. I don’t even call it fake news anymore. I call it corrupt news,” he added.

Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s team didn’t respond to a request for comment on Trump’s remarks.

Biden has declared victory in the Nov. 3 election. “Altogether, Vice President-elect [Kamala] Harris and I earned 306 electoral votes—well exceeding the 270 electoral votes needed to secure victory,” he said on Dec. 14, after electors met in their respective states to cast votes.

But Trump, his campaign, and other Republicans are challenging results in states including Pennsylvania and Georgia, pointing to irregularities and possible fraud.

The Epoch Times hasn’t called the race at this time.

None of the legal challenges have so far led to changes in the results, but an ongoing case in Michigan produced a report on a forensic audit of Dominion Voting Systems machines and software, concluding the infamous vote flip in the county was a result of the voting system’s design.

Trump sounded upbeat while calling into a radio show hosted in part by his lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, wishing the hosts a merry Christmas and saying his team and other people “have uncovered voter fraud, the greatest voter fraud in history.”

“It’s the most corrupt election this country has ever had by far,” he said.

Giuliani over the weekend challenged states to let him and others examine voting machines. If they did so, he said, they would be able to prove fraud.

“The machines, number one, and every machine we’ve looked at, you know what the results there have been,” Trump said.

“The machines and also the signature verifications. Let us see the signatures in Fulton County in Georgia, and a couple of other places, let us see the signatures, you’ll find that hundreds of thousands of signatures either don’t exist or were fraudulently written.”

Asked to respond, a Fulton County spokeswoman told The Epoch Times via email, “That is false.”

Georgia is launching a statewide effort to match signatures on Monday, but Trump said they’re not going to do it properly.

“They’re not starting them in the right location. They’re starting them in areas which are not very troubled, and will still find a lot, even though those areas, but they should let us do signature counts in the proper locations. And you will see hundreds of thousands of fraudulent signatures, or signatures that don’t even exist,” he said.

Last Thursday, Dr. Peter Navarro released an explosive report outlining the fraud in the 2020 election. The report explained how Democrats cheated in the 2020 election in various contested states. Notably, however, the report did not include a detailed breakdown of Michigan. At the time of the report, Dr. Narravo explained there was insufficient data to draw estimates of how the various types of irregularities in Michigan translate into possible illegal votes.

This morning, Dr. Navarro joined Steve Bannon’s War Room: Pandemic. During the interview, Navarro told Bannon he now has the “receipts” for Michigan. Dr. Navarro explained that Biden’s lead in Michigan is currently alleged to be 154,000 votes.

“My top line number at this point for illegal, possibly illegal ballots, is 379,000,” Navarro said. “That’s more than twice the victory margin,” he continued.

Dr. told Bannon that figure includes about 174,384 ballots that were cast without proper voter ID verification, another 195,000 of “inexplicable vote surges,” and about 9,5000 confirmed dead voters who cast ballots.

Navarro pointed to the timestamped data from the New York Times. He said on November 4, Trump had taken a substantial lead over Biden during a nine hour period. Navarro said that within “five seconds” at around 6:30 am ET, Biden’s vote total “skyrocketed by 141,258 votes.” Dr. Navarro said that vote surge is over 30 times the expected vote count. “Within that same time frame, do ya know how many Trump got? 5,968 [votes],” Navarro remarked.

Dr. Navarro said there was another suspicious dump at around 3:50 am ET where Biden got over 54,000 votes while Trump only garnered about 4,700 votes.

Dr. Navarro told Bannon these new receipts for Michigan show there was a “coordinated” scheme to stretch or break the law by “stuffing the ballot box.”

The Arizona senate may be one day away from calling to decertify their results. Not sure what the legal process is there at that point. A GA senate subcommittee chairman said the evidence that hanky panky took place in GA is clear and it looks like the subcommittee will vote on that and move it to the committee and then the senate. That would be grounds for some sort of action, and plus there is other movement in GA as well. Looks like Trump gave Special Counsel status to Sidney Powell. Think of all that info she has already collected, now she will have Subpoena power! Also, Trump wrote an EO removing the ability of the CIA and others to veto information used by Durham for his grand jury.

It's crazy how corrupt the judicial system is. The left is blocking every way possible just to delay delay delay. Clearly elections should be like 6 months before inauguration.

Video evidence of inspectors being denied access to oversee means its impossible to provide proof of fraud and clearly corrupt supervisors who have no right to do that. That should be enough for an easy win in court to have a voting redo.

It like everyone is ignoring the obvious. One possibility is that it is all theatre in order to enrage the american people to start a civil war, breakup of the union. Or the Aliens must be threatening that they will eat all their family members if they try anything. lol They must have dirt on practically everyone for blackmail.

President Donald Trump Tuesday night released a 14-minute long video through Facebook declaring the election had been stolen from him in favor of Joe Biden because of “monstrous fraud.”

“The truth is: We won the election by a landslide, we won it big,” Trump said in his video.

He added that he has proof of “overwhelming election fraud.”

“None of this should ever have been allowed to happen in the United States of America,” said Trump. “The rigging of the 2020 election was only the final step in the Democrats’ and the media’s years-long effort to overthrow the will of the American people and destroy our movement by any means possible.”

Trump said he was leading by “several hundreds of thousands of votes” by midnight on election night, but that soon disappeared.

He said that he was ahead in several key battleground states like Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania, and Biden would not have been able to catch up to him.

“Then suddenly everything started to disappear, everything started to change,” said Trump, adding that he was starting to get calls from leaders congratulating him. “The vote-counting abruptly stopped in multiple states.”

By the next morning, the states were starting to swing the other way, said Trump. For example, he said that at 6:31 a.m., Michigan had a sudden boost of votes that went more than 90% for Biden, and soon after that, other states started reporting that the former vice president was winning.

“These gigantic and ridiculously one-sided spikes were miraculously just enough to push Joe Biden into the lead in all of the key swing states,” Trump said. “These glaring anomalies are just the tip of the iceberg.”

He also said that in individual states:

Pennsylvania broke state law by suspending signature verification requirements.
Michigan’s Democrat secretary of state “illegally flooded the state with absentee ballot applications” even though Michigan law strictly limits the distribution of absentee ballots.
Wisconsin’s Democrat cities deployed over 500 unmanned, unsecured ballot drop boxes.
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger started processing ballots “weeks before Election Day” and also “destroyed the signature verification systems in violation of the law.”
Absentee ballot rejection rates proved that “hundreds of thousands of illegitimate ballots” had been counted in key states, which was “sufficient to change the election results all in their own.”
“The same phenomena occurred in Pennsylvania and other states,” he said. “They were accepting all of these ballots, many of which were absolutely illegal.”

The rejection rates for ballots in most states, he added, were “magically” the lowest they had been. “The only possible explanation is that tens of thousands of ballots were unlawfully processed … hundreds and hundreds of witnesses have come forward to testify under penalty of perjury about the cheating and fraud they saw with their own eyes.”

He also mentioned video showing security camera footage from Georgia “that shows officials telling poll watchers to leave the room before pulling suitcases of ballots out from under the tables and continuing to count for hours.”

Keeping up with all the news is something I simply cannot do so I rely on the opinion of others who do. I respect immensley Joesph Farrell and Catherine Austin Fitts and both have serious questions regarding Q.

Plus, in this post, mention is made of Harris not giving up her senate seat yet as a sign that she believes she may not be inaugarated (sp) as VP. But there are many other reasons why one would wait until the last minute to do so. So that one point in this post makes me skeptical.

It is now just a matter of time, as we prepare for the Holidays, but the sands-have-shifted, where the crimes of stealing an election with illegal ballots or massive machine-driven-voter-fraud, will soon become irrelevant. No, the crimes have now escalated to being complicit in cyber warfare with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) interfering with an American election process with the intent of removing a sitting President of the United States from office, where many may soon be charged with treason for aiding and abetting the enemy during a time of war.

At present, President Trump has two diverse paths laid out in front of him both of which will keep him as POTUS for four more years. Let us refer to the first as a more delicate path of diplomacy with the potential change in electoral states, which is now known as the Pence-Raiklin-Maneuver, the declassification of documents, appoint Sidney Powell as special counsel, and other policies where words and negations still matter.

The second, the more perilous path, will target the cyber warfare criminals, wherein President Trump may invoke the 2018 EO, the Insurrection Act, and the 14th Amendment, using swift Special Ops forces, military tribunals, where talk and documents, negotiations, at least during the first phase, will no longer matter. He may initially choose the first more diplomatic path but, dependent upon the level of opposition, he could crossover to the second where, at that point, there would be no turning back.

It is now time in America as we wind down the final days of 2020, where confusion, misdirection, and disinformation have ruled the day, to finally come to grips with the realities of our present situation. Our government has become dangerously corrupt. And, that corruption has become all encompassing, far too deep to rectify, wherein our body politics have become irremediably broken. Our judicial system of law and order has become worthlessly coerced, politicized, and blackmailed to the point of uselessness. Xi Jinping’s Chinese Communist Party has invested heavily in our politicians, legacy, and social media outlets, and corporate America, and is now looking for a return on their investment. The CCP will not be denied. They are so close. They desperately need Biden’s handlers to get him to that inauguration on January 20, 2021. Joe Biden must be sworn in as President of The United States in order, at that very moment, to remove the dreaded President Donald Trump from power.

Please know that Joe Biden will Never-Be-President of The United States – Never!

Should President Trump choose, for a limited time, the more delicate path of diplomacy he might begin by having acting Attorney General, Jeff Rosen, appoint Sidney Powell as Special Counsel for election fraud, now that the deep state protector Bill Barr is finally gone, where Ms. Powell would have the power to issue federal subpoenas, use US Marshalls to conduct search warrants, take formal depositions, certify witness statements, hold grand jury hearings and, potentially, issue indictments for a number of related crimes including treason.

The Pence-Raiklin Maneuver is based on the Constitutional power that the State Governors do not get to decide who will be elected president, the State Legislators do. Vice President Pence, as the head of the Senate, has the authority to discard the electoral slate of the six (6) swing states which were certified by the Governors, where they were knowingly based on fraudulent results and return them to the Legislators to certify their Electoral State Votes for President Trump on January 6th.

Simultaneously, President Trump could declassify all the FBI documents..and expose all the treasonous business dealings with Hunter Biden and the CCP that were found on Hunter’s computer drive, a drive showing where Joe Biden himself took a major financial-interest-in, using the code name ‘Big Guy’. President Trump could also invoke certain provisions of the 2018 EO on foreign interference with US elections and begin seizing the assets of the complicit legacy media outlets and treasonous Internet-based-big-tech-firms.

Staying within the scope of the more diplomatic path, President Trump could activate the National Emergency Broadcast System, where he would seize presidential control over all media broadcast stations (* we were just told President Trump may do this on Christmas Day) where he will address the American people directly, succinctly laying out all the evidence of election fraud, and to advise the American people why the state legislators and Congress must agree, that on January 6, 2021, President Trump was the rightful winner by a landslide. But, again, dependent upon the amount of resistance he receives, crossing over to the second path will still be an option, where once done, there would be no turning back.

The second physical option, acting now with the charge of treasonous cyber warfare, words and negotiations will no longer matter, where this path has become abundantly clear with all the data points showing the hold/ready-position of military assets on standby throughout the CONUS in preparation for a near-term major-ops to remove and arrest, with great expediency, as many of the known... criminals as possible...

As an aside, Jill Biden might be the deal maker if/when either path is chosen, to have husband Joe concede from contention in exchange for full pardons for Joe, Hunter, and the entire Biden family. This act may well be a double-edged sword in that it would save all of them from prosecution and, at the same time, it may also prevent the needless deaths of hundreds of street marauders who were told, under the script of their Color Revolution, how it was Trump who stole the election..

But, the more immediate question on everyone’s mind is – when?

President Trump will more than likely choose the diplomatic path which could begin as early as Thursday, December 24th within the minutes of Jeff Rosen being sworn in as Attorney General. There are rumors that Rosen may have to recuse himself but, minutes later, Richard Donoghue will be sworn in as Deputy AG where he could turn around and appoint Sidney Powell to special prosecutor. And, most know that ‘The Kraken,’ who is well up to speed and knows where all the bodies are buried will be moving at mach-two-with-her-hair-on-fire so to speak...
If Sidney Powell receives any opposition, President Trump could in-turn invoke the 14th Amendment to suspend the January 6th Electoral vote with Congress, and even the January 20th inauguration until all the election-fraud... issues are legally resolved.

There are two issues for any of you who doubt my thesis herein. One: Do you honestly think that President Donald J. Trump would let Biden and the Communist Chinese steal this election from the American people? Two: Trump may..go to war with China.... Think of it this way, a war with China.., will only last a given period of time. If communism comes to America, it will last a lifetime – for our grandchildren...

And, so we pause for a moment to pray foremost for our country and for.. President Donald Trump. For he will need each and every prayer to be a heavenly force for his safety and security during these most dangerous hours and days ahead. And, to give him the courage of his convictions in order to pull the trigger, as they say, to make the difficult but necessary decisions before him...

🚨 Thread: It’s Happening! 1. This may be the most important thread I’ve put together, yet. This is truly an exciting time for America. We are about to witness history in the making. It will, in fact, be Biblical. Not just for Us, but for the world.

2. For anyone who feels/has felt hope is lost, do not despair. Those that kept the faith will be vindicated. The years of wait, frustration & disappointment are coming to an end. You don’t want to miss what’s coming. It will be worth the wait.

3. Q: What took so long?! A: It’s easier to understand if you understand strategy & tactics. This is more than just an election. It’s about saving the Republic. The true depth of corruption had to be determined. If the enemy thinks they’ve won, they relax & make mistakes.

4. If Trump (& team) had gone in immediately after the election, they would have only uncovered the tip of the iceberg. Additionally, the public needed to see for themselves who was a Patriot & who was a traitor. ‘Disclosure’. Now we know.

5. On Friday, 12/18/20, POTUS was briefed by DNI Ratcliffe IAW the NLT date from 2018 EO re: foreign election interference. It has begun. The written assessment is delayed until Jan 2021. Timing is important. It will show CCP’s involvement in the steal.

6. Trump has recently authorized the use of military tribunals (source: Simon Parkes). This means cases of treason/sedition will not be held in civilian courts, where too many corrupt judges were placed. 1st time in his term this has been approved.

7. Anyone (Govs, Secs of State, officials) who ‘knowingly’ took part in fraud or certified fraudulent results will face charges of treason. They were warned, but they violated their oaths of office & chose to violate constitutional law.

8. SCOTUS: cases being sent under Article III (3), of the Constitution, rather than Article II (2) like the original Texas case. Article III forces SCOTUS to hear.

9. There are 2 corrupt Justices in SCOTUS (Roberts & Breyer). At some point they will be removed & replaced. Will they be given option to resign or face the harshest penalty for treason?

10. Regardless of what happens in SCOTUS, the electoral college votes are counted & certified in Congress. Dueling Electors: can’t legitimately call President-Elect until resolved in Congress.

11. AG Barr will be able to testify after 12/23/20 on behalf of POTUS & WTP. He appointed Durham as Special Counsel. Durham can now prosecute in every state. Sealed indictments are legit. The wait was for tribunals. Can also act to punish courts who ducked their duty.

12. Trump has several tools: Insurrection Act, NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act), 14th Amendment, 2018 EO (foreign election interference), 2017 EO (13818), Patriot Act, FISA (foreign intelligence surveillance act), etc.

13. Insurrection Act: ‘The Insurrection Act gives U.S. presidents the authority to deploy active duty military to maintain or restore peace in times of crisis.’

14. NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act). There are numerous provisions beyond defense budget & expenditures. The last one created Space Force.

15. 2018 EO (Executive Order) re: foreign election interference. You’ve probably heard a lot about this, but 12/18 was deadline for briefing & assessment.

16. 2017 EO 13818: Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption.

17. Patriot Act. While this is still controversial, the law designed to spy on innocent Americans is now being used against the very domestic enemies who sought to harm us.

18. FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act). This was never supposed to be used against US citizens, but now ‘FISA goes both ways.’

19. In addition to the tools listed above, Trump has critical assets. The NSA (National Security Agency) & the US military. Unlike the other alphabet soup agencies with heavy DS 🤡influence, the NSA is largely pro-Trump. Cont.

20. In 2017, Admiral Rogers (NSA) tipped off Trump that he was being spied on in Trump Towers. NSA breaks codes & intercepts comms. Recently provided key comms (phone, email & face to face) to Trump re: National Security & treason. Notice the ‘key’.

21. The NSA & others play a key role during the cyber warfare taking place. The hack on SolarWinds (Orion) was done by NSA white hats, to obtain evidence of coordination between enemies, foreign & domestic re: the steal. Connected to Dominion.

22. The US military is currently being positioned for various roles. They are not under DS control. MI (military intelligence) has been helping Trump for some time & the 305th MI Battalion has been assisting with analysis in legal cases.

23. We are NOT facing WWIII. Our Navy is positioned off both coasts to demonstrate that we can more than defend our Nation while we sort things out. US provides 2/3 of funding to UN. Our allies will not send troops to UN to attack us.

24. China knows it would be suicide for them to attempt a conventional invasion of the US. What’s more likely is an attempt by them to seize Taiwan. The US has already anticipated this & will take appropriate actions if necessary.

25. Our Air Force & Space Force already have air dominance & space superiority, respectively. Add Air Force surveillance capabilities & transportation of ground forces. NORAD/US Northern Command = QB; POTUS & SecDef = Coach.

26. US Coast Guard continues their mission: “The mission of the United States Coast Guard is to ensure our Nation’s maritime safety, security and stewardship.”

27. USMC (Marine Corps) has a vital role in what’s ahead. Reports say Marines are reporting to various destinations. If Insurrection Act is needed, National Guard units will likely support the efforts of the USMC in maintaining order (limited martial law).

28. Having served in the US Army, I saved it for last. Several units are in position or ready for deployment as RDF (rapid deployment forces). The 82nd Airborne Div. & 101st Airborne (Air Assault) are 2 of the finest. They can deploy via parachute &/or helicopter (air assault).

29. Don’t expect paratroopers or air assault troops over heavily populated areas. They’ll select drop zones & landing zones in open areas within walking distance to their objectives. These large groups can go w/out resupply for a few days. Also secure areas for follow on forces.

30. Special Operations Forces (Delta, Special Forces, SEALS, Rangers, etc.) are trained in irregular warfare. Some have infiltrated Antifa & BLM. Funding seized, command identified. Various other missions.

Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) — who is spearheading the long-shot push to overturn the election results in Congress — organized the trio of White House meetings, which lasted over three hours and included roughly a dozen lawmakers. The group also met with Vice President Mike Pence, who will be presiding over the joint session of Congress when lawmakers officially certify the Electoral College votes on Jan. 6, as well as members of Trump’s legal team.

“It was a back-and-forth concerning the planning and strategy for January the 6th,” Brooks said in a phone interview.

In addition to the “dozens” of House Republicans who are committed to objecting to the election results, Brooks said there are “multiple” Senate Republicans who are now receptive to the effort, though he declined to name names. Sen.-elect Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.), whom Trump has repeatedly praised on Twitter recently, has said he is considering the idea.

“More and more congressmen and senators are being persuaded that the election was stolen,” Brooks said, who claimed that momentum for the effort is growing.

Sen. John Thune (R-S.D.), however, told reporters Monday that the House GOP’s effort is “going down like a shot dog.”

Other members who were in attendance include some of Trump’s staunchest allies on the Hill, such as Rep. Jody Hice (R-Ga.), Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) and Rep.-elect Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.).

“Big meeting today with @realDonaldTrump, @VP, the President’s legal team, @freedomcaucus and other Members of Congress,” Hice tweeted. “I will lead an objection to Georgia’s electors on Jan 6. The courts refuse to hear the President’s legal case. We’re going to make sure the People can!”

But even if a senator joins the House GOP’s attempt to throw out the election results — which is required in order to force a deliberation and vote on the matter — the effort is almost certain to fail.

The House is led by Democrats, while there’s not a huge appetite for the effort in the Senate GOP. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell even warned Senate Republicans last week not to get involved. And House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy has dodged questions about the improbable effort.

Still, the whole episode could turn messy — and become one last Trump loyalty test. Brooks, who said there are plans to challenge the results in six states, said total debate time could clock in at around 18 hours. That means the vote-counting process could bleed into the wee hours of Jan. 7.

During Monday’s meeting at the White House — where lawmakers noshed on a mid-afternoon snack of meatballs and pigs in a blanket — Trump talked with members for over an hour about how Jan. 6 will play out. They discussed logistics, such as what the objection language for each state would look like and how the floor proceedings will work.

The group of conservatives is still debating whether to keep the objection language short or detail claims of widespread voter fraud, which they have not proved and which have repeatedly been rejected in court. And while only one senator and representative can be the chief sponsor of each objection, scores of other lawmakers will likely be listed as cosponsors since there are so many members eager to be involved in the effort.

Meanwhile, the goal of meeting with Pence was to make sure they are all on the same page, since the vice president will be presiding over the proceedings and will have to rule on various objections and procedural issues.

Longtime Trump ally Roger Stone announced on Friday that he will be filing a $25 million lawsuit against the department of Justice, along with former FBI Director James Comey, former CIA Director John Brennan, Special Counsel Robert Mueller and several other individuals, according to the Washington Examiner.

Stone was arrested in a 2019 pre-dawn raid (which CNN was alerted to in advance) and sentenced to 40 months in prison before President Trump commuted it in July, leaving stone with a fine and supervised release. Trump granted Stone a full presidential pardon on Wednesday.

"The terms of my pardon allow me to sue the Department of Justice, Robert Mueller, James Comey, John Brennan, Rod Rosenstein, Josnathan [sic] Kravis, Aaron 'Fat Ass' Zelinsky Jeannie Rhee and Michael Morando," stone wrote on Parler. I have some thoughts I hope I can articulate them without rambling!

A few days ago I noticed a drop in energy online and it concerned me.

I was watching Simon Parkes update on Dec 24th and those of you that watch some of his updates, as well as scroll through the Youtube comments, will see that he has a loyal following. A typical comment will read along the lines of "Thank you so much Simon and Becky for all you do" "Thank you for reassuring me. Trumps going to win" etc etc.

Well, on the last video the mood in the comments section changed from optimism and hope to quite a large number of people feeling the battle is lost, it's a psy-op, its the usual 'mass arrests' promises etc with nothing being brought into the open. This is the first time I've seen in the comments a U-Turn in vibe.

I've often wondered about the Youtube videos that reveal 'inside' info about Trump's next move, that never get taken down and censored? I see he has a substantial increase in views and subscribers and I was wondering if the subscribers have been infiltrated to suck the energy and hope from Trump supporters so that they give up and walk away? Simon's channel has followers who in the main are an optimistic bunch but I felt a change and it unsettled me.

This may seem like I'm singling Simon Parkes out here. I'm not actually. I think he means well but if he's 'allowed by his sources' to keep us informed with the current state of play, then the opposition is also up to speed with all this too! Perhaps the opposition may have been sent to subscribe to these kinds of Youtube channels to derail the the fight, the spirit and hope of the people? I hope this isn't the final let down that will leave a lot of humanity with no energy or motivation to fight in the future because if we can't win now, we never will.

Please don't think I'm criticizing Simon, or wanting to start a discussion about whether his info has credibility or not. I'm just using his channel as an example to express my concern about whether there's a concerted effort from the opposition to kill the spirit and hope.

It does look like a missile. I also saw a photo from above of the damage and it doesn't seem likely that an explosion on the ground floor would cause what looks like an impact crater on the second.

Christopher Langan is well renowned as the Smartest Man in America and indeed perhaps the world. Now, he’s railing against the alleged election fraud that “delivered” the race for Joe Biden.

Langan, 68, tweeted this week: “Many citizens, including me, won’t accept cheating scoundrels like Biden or Harris as leaders. Best get ready for trouble.”

He also shared his view that there may need to be a second, what he calls “corrective,” election:

“Erasure or concealment of evidence is grounds for a second (corrective) election. There’s no way to legitimately certify an election in which crucial information has been deliberately destroyed, or in which corrupt officials and judges refuse to let the evidence be duly examined.”


In recent weeks, Langan has taken aim at Dominion Voting Systems and Black Lives Matter:

“SCOTUS leaves us with no option but to throw out the fake election and hold a real one to set things right. This new election must completely exclude Dominion, BLM, and other Democratic Party tools and gulls from any role in determining the outcome.”


His critiques of systems and governance in the United States is not limited to this election, either.

Ostensibly a Trump supporter, Langan rails against globalism in his Twitter feed:

“The judicial branch of the US government, like the legislative branch, is evidently totally corrupt, having been bribed, blackmailed, threatened, and cajoled into toeing the globalist line.”


And predictably, far-left outlets have tried to shut down his critiques of central banking, globalism, and George Soros as “anti-Semitic,” though Langan himself has never tweeted about Jews, Judaism, or racially-motivated ideas.

In other words, the far-left magazines themselves are seeing the word “globalism” and thinking “Jews.”

Langan’s IQ is reputed to be higher than that of Albert Einstein, and has been compared with Mozart, Newton, Michaelangelo, and Da Vinci.

His latest missive to the President of the United States, via Twitter, also concerns election fraud and is perhaps the most haunting: “We all expected this. You did, too. The question is, did you sufficiently prepare?”

Observers of human history might have to go back all the way to Galileo to find a ruling class as determined to cancel someone as much as today’s is to cancel Sidney Powell in response to her single-minded devotion to bringing the truth of the full scale of the 2020 election fraud to light.

Galileo broke the news/discovery that the earth wasn’t the center of the universe, and in fact revolved around the sun, and that just didn’t comport with what the ruling class, including church authorities, were prepared or willing to accept. Galileo rocked their world — probably deeply threatening their hold of authority over the masses if they were exposed as so fundamentally wrong — so their solution wasn’t to deal with the truth but to put Galileo under house arrest and demand that he renounce his discovery.

The American ruling class of 2020 is bizarrely opposed to allocating any oxygen to what Sidney Powell has discovered and is alleging about Dominion Voting Systems (and others), about vote-shifting algorithms and partial decimal vote counts, and about vote manipulation showing up throughout the country. Even Rudy Giuliani, the President’s attorney, and Mark Meadows, the President’s Chief of Staff, seem hellbent on publicly keeping their distance from Powell — and on keeping President Trump from getting too close to or aligned with Powell.

Other elements of the ruling class — such as SCOTUS and much of the rest of the federal judiciary — won’t even look at the evidence Powell has assembled. They just ‘don’t want to go there’, and so they make up legal excuses — e.g., lack of standing — and wave off the substance of the allegations.

What gives? Why are they behaving this way?

Common sense says election integrity is fundamental to the survival of democracy in any form, so if there are reasonable grounds for suspicion, why wouldn’t serious adults want to turn over every rock to determine the truth? If the ruling class is so eager to pronounce Sidney Powell a lunatic fringe conspiracy theorist, why wouldn’t they want the Dominion voting machines fully audited so they can prove once and for all that Powell is crazy and deserves to be mocked and ignored?

Many people in the Dallas, Texas area have been struggling with these ‘what gives?’ questions since at least 2018, when the mid-term election results had an immediate smell of having been rigged. Yet Texas law enforcement authorities — by reputation so pro-law and order — refused to investigate.

There seem to be three possible explanations for the behavior of the ruling class, and none of them are good.

The first and probably worst is that many on both sides of the political aisle may be in on the fraud. Rigged elections are an equal opportunity enticement to many if not most politicians. There would be no desire on the part of anyone in on the fix to encourage any investigation that might ruin the fix for everyone.

Aligned with this explanation is the internet speculation about the remarkable election wins of RINOs and quasi-Never-Trumpers Mitch McConnell, Lindsey Graham and Susan Collins (and even of moderate, no charisma John Cornyn, whose vote total implausibly exceeded Trump’s in Texas).

All won big despite enormous opposition campaign spending and beat expectations and polls by a sizable margin — in the same election President Trump supposedly lost to a senile old man who couldn’t draw 200 people to any campaign event (and still can’t draw flies to his speeches from the “office of the President-elect”).

These Senate results may not scream fraud to the same degree the Trump/Biden result does, but they have an odor about them. Yet they reconcile pretty quickly — though to be clear, still hypothetically — if in exchange for unified post-election effort to dismiss the seriousness of election fraud and help usher Trump out of the White House, they were promised re-election, and with margins that might scare off for at least one election cycle the most credible future challengers. (Outraged by the hypothetical? Then let’s audit the machines and put hypotheticals to rest.)

The second explanation for the ‘what gives?’ is fear and intimidation. Election fraud on a national scale in the United States of America is the ultimate high stakes global power play. As is repeatedly noted at the Conservative Treehouse, ‘there are trillions at stake’. The players are beyond nasty; nothing is out of bounds for the sake of acquiring or holding on to global power.

In this scenario, all it would take is a few threatening calls at the right time to a weak officeholder or judge (or their family members) — and the quick result will be votes or rulings that there shall be no audits of voting machines, or simply dismissals of lawsuits on procedural grounds that permit the evidence to be ignored.

The third explanation is a variant of Galileo’s experience: the conclusion that follows from the evidence Sidney Powell has put together is so devastating to Americans’ view of how their country is supposed to be governed that it simply can’t be given voice or visibility. The truth would shock Americans into a complete loss of faith and trust in their government. The truth would so rock our world — that we’re all being lied to and manipulated so constantly and in so many ways — that we’ll cease to function in any manner resembling law and order. Under such circumstances, the ruling class would have determined that Americans ‘can’t handle the truth’…so they can’t be allowed to know the truth.

It’s easy to see how this explanation can hold together, even in the face of overwhelming circumstantial evidence of election fraud: ‘experts’ just raise the evidentiary bar of ‘proof’ so high that it can never be met — i.e., unless Sidney Powell can produce Dominion/Smartmatic source code written not in programming code but in bold-font, all-caps English that says “FLIP VOTES FROM TRUMP TO BIDEN HERE”, then the same experts can solemnly announce that the circumstantial evidence is just not enough proof to justify remedial action.

The American people already know what happened in the 2020 election, because they watched Trump haters in action over the last 4+ years. They saw the Russia collusion hoax; they saw the sham impeachment; and they increasingly see pandemic protocols utterly untethered to science but transparently connected to straitjacketing the American people with a globalist Great Reset imposed by an unelected ruling elite, with the same pattern of lies and liars that brought about the hoax and the impeachment.

A stolen election in 2020 therefore isn’t a shocking aberration; it’s an obvious continuation, a culmination of the ruling class determination to get rid of an outsider who threatened to ‘reset’ America back to its original design — a nation governed not by a hierarchy of ruling elites, but by ‘we the people’.

All three explanations for ignoring or dismissing the evidence of election fraud are plausible, and they are not mutually exclusive. And they all point to the over-arching challenge of these times: is there sufficient courage among the American people to demand the truth?

Sidney Powell has the requisite courage. The coming days, weeks, months (years?) will answer whether enough other Americans of this era are up to the challenge. If there are, we believe they can force their government to live by the truth.

As President Trump might say, “We’ll see what happens”.

PREPARE FOR WAR: After Jan. 6th, expect all hell to break loose across America

In this article, I’m going to summarize where things stand right now in terms of the election, civil war, the Insurrection Act, war with China and other topics.

The short summary is that if this election situation is not resolved on January 6th, all hell is going to break loose across America. The obvious, overwhelming election theft by enemies of America will simply not be tolerated by patriots. It’s already apparent that literally millions of Americans are on the verge of activating their Second Amendment duty to defeat tyranny and save the republic, even if it means possibly dying in the process.

Meanwhile, President Trump is surrounded by piece-of-filth treasonous backstabbers like White House General Counsel Pat Cipollone, who according to Patrick Byrne has done everything in his power to push Trump to concede (while stonewalling every pathway to victory).

As we have laid out here through multiple articles and podcasts, President Trump has all the assets and authority to do what is necessary to save the republic and achieve victory on January 6th. For example, Trump has the “declassification” option, the Fourteenth Amendment option, the Insurrection Act option, the cyber warfare declaration option, and so on. (See the full list here.)

Yet he is surrounded by people who sabotage his every move and are actively committing treason against the United States government by trying to overthrow the White House from within. (Mark Meadows, Cipollone, etc.)

Because of this sabotage, there is a chance that Trump will take no action at all. This would lead to a defeat on January 6th as Congress votes to accept the fraudulent Biden electors from the swing states in which massive, irrefutable fraud took place. Currently, this looks like the most likely outcome.

Should that occur, America erupts on or around January 9th.

At that point, we should expect to see patriots all across the country announcing things such as their own Declarations of Independence. The attitude across the nation would shift from “the consent of the governed” to “mass resistance against tyranny.”

Personally, I plan to roll out a new podcast series focused on documenting the domestic war that will take place under “occupied America,” and I imagine there won’t be any shortage of activities to document.

If Trump will not act, the people likely will

It’s becoming crystal clear: If Trump will not act, and if Congress will not defend the republic, then We the People will likely move toward action very quickly after January 6th and start fighting to save the republic using the rights and duties described in the Second Amendment, which was written to allow the People to defeat tyranny.

It’s almost as if the Founding Fathers wrote the Second Amendment for this exact moment in history. They knew government would become larger and more corrupt over time, eventually transmorphing into a tyrannical regime of hyper privileged, isolated “elitists” who would ignore the will of the people to ensure their own monopoly hold on power and profit, using any means necessary including election fraud.

The recent covid “stimulus” bill is yet another gross example of this corruption on display, where corrupt officials approve multi-billion dollar payments to programs in foreign nations, knowing that these are all skimming operations where 50% of the money comes back to U.S. lawmakers and bureaucrats in the form of financial kickbacks. It’s all a corrupt cesspool of waste and fraud. The swamp is hopelessly corrupt.

It’s also clear from watching SCOTUS and the courts over the last few weeks that there is no longer any functioning judiciary authority that isn’t hopelessly corrupt. No element of the swamp is capable of draining the swamp, nor even honestly assessing its own corruption. The entire system is rotten to the core and now functions as a festering cancer tumor on the body politic.

There is no saving this system, because the system has already abandoned any last shred of legitimacy by abandoning the rule of law and the pillars of justice. The system cannot be resuscitated back into any form resembling honest government, because nearly every last member of the system has already been subsumed into it (and transformed into a creature of corruption rather than a representative of the people).

When governors ignore their own state supreme courts and enact punitive, destructive covid “lockdown” rules that serve no purpose other than to crush the middle class and incite suffering and despair, these governors are functioning as traitorous criminals who must be arrested and charged accordingly. They no longer even pretend to represent the people; they merely inflict maximum damage against their own constituents, almost as a form of political sport.

These dark creatures must be removed from public office by every legal means available.

And the people have come to realize there is no mechanism by which swamp creatures will hold each other accountable. The FBI, for example, has become a corrupt cesspool of criminality and fraud. The FBI does not stop crime, it “manages” crime and in many cases initiates crimes in America.

We do not condone the following, but we anticipate spontaneous, armed uprisings of patriots all across America, with the intention to arrest corrupt officials across this nation, and to eliminate enemy combatants who are actively working in collusion with foreign enemies (the CCP, namely) to overthrow the United States of America.

America is an enemy occupied war zone, and there appear to be millions of armed American citizens, patriots, veterans and members of law enforcement who have reached that “line in the sand” moment where they will take up arms to defend the republic. The calendar points squarely to the days following January 6th, 2021.

Sadly, President Trump doesn’t appear to be poised to do anything to stop this bloodshed from taking place. He appears paralyzed in the White House, surrounded by treasonous staff members who are actively plotting against him. If he will not invoke the Insurrection Act, the American people seem likely to initiate their own solution against enemy occupation.

Prepare for disruptions… prepare for war

We are encouraging all Americans to use this holiday time to prepare for the events that seem likely to unfold in January. Many cities in America, it now appears, will become active war zones. We specifically anticipate blue cities being under siege and urge inhabitants there to prepare for disruptions in food supplies, electricity, water, communications infrastructure and other similar comforts of modern living.

Because we also realize the radical Left will quickly take to the streets to try to murder patriots and seize control over the country, we urge all Americans to prepare your own homes, families and neighborhoods to defend against Antifa / BLM terrorism, which is now synonymous with FBI terrorism and FBI raids on patriots. (The FBI is now essentially a branch of Black Lives Matter, and it functions in its entirety as a terrorism front group for the radical Left.)

As another example of this, today’s explosion of an RV in Nashville was no doubt the work of the FBI itself, whose agents are well trained in terrorism and explosives. As you can see in this video, below, a loudspeaker was even announcing the following message moments before the explosion: “If you can hear this message, evacuate now.”

There is no doubt whatsoever that the FBI set this off in an attempt to start running false flag operations against patriots, whom they will target with persecution and execution campaigns under a Biden administration. Never forget that the FBI executed Dr. Martin Luther King, and the FBI was part of the covering up of the assassinations of JFK and RFK. James Comey is a malicious traitor, and current FBI director Christopher Wary has been linked to a Russian energy company that links back to Uranium One, the same scandal involving Hillary Clinton and Robert Mueller.

When the rule of law has collapsed, patriots realize they have nothing left to lose

Thanks to the actions of Democrats and the corrupt judiciary, the rule of law has collapsed in America. Those on the Left who deliberately commit acts of violence and terrorism are routinely set free by George Soros-funded District Attorneys. Those on the Right who are merely trying to uphold the rule of law and defend their nation will be branded “terrorists” by the media and arrested, then persecuted, with complete disregard to fairness or law.

At this point, there now seems to be no reason why any patriot would rationally submit to any arrest under the assumption of ever receiving anything resembling a fair trial. There is no such thing as a fair trial in enemy occupied America. If you are on the side of America, you will be persecuted. If you are an enemy of America, you will be celebrated. That’s now how the legal system works in this nation, and it underscores the point I just mentioned: In the minds of many patriots, there is now nothing left to lose in fighting against America’s enemies and seeking to restore a lawful, constitutional republic.

Put another way, in my analysis the radical anti-America forces have now gone too far, to the point where those they are trying to destroy (American patriots) no longer have anything holding them back from going all the way. There are no half-measures that matter anymore, as the Left has gutted the entire system of law and justice on which a rational, well-intentioned citizen might be able to place some amount of faith. But when an individual American no longer has any faith that they would be treated fairly by law enforcement or the courts, then the public trust in the rule of law has collapsed, and there is no downside in their minds to actively fighting against America’s enemies no matter what the cost.

The Left only has itself to blame for this dynamic, of course: They have corrupted things far too much, to the point where they have exposed themselves as criminals, frauds and traitors at every level. But they can’t help themselves, as this is who they are. Leftists are self-destructive and suicidal. They want to destroy all that is good, because they themselves are influenced and in some cases literally possessed by demons who seek to maximize human suffering and despair.

Once the domestic war begins, China will attack when we are most vulnerable

The real enemy of America is China, and it is China that has helped rig the elections, push Big Tech censorship, control left-wing media narratives and install a CCP puppet named Joe Biden into the White House.

China’s ultimate goal is to completely conquer America, exterminate all Americans and Canadians, then claim North America for itself. Ultimately, China wants to achieve world domination, and that means mass genocide against all the people of the world who are not Chinese.

Thus, when Democrats align with China, they are aligning with anti-human, genocidal enemies who will ultimately mass murder anyone who gets in their way.

Once America is deep into its own domestic war, China will strike in several ways:

They will unleash Canada-trained troops from the North to invade Washington.
They will land Chinese troops at Long Beach Port in California, then use the West Coast as a beachhead to invade and attempt to conquer the entire nation.
They will unleash Chinese-trained narco militant units from the South, invading Southern California and Arizona.
They will launch potentially thousands of cruise missiles hidden in cargo containers (club-K missiles) which are already in place across America. These cruise missiles will target National Guard bases, police stations, power grid substations, water supplies, dams, emergency response units and communications infrastructure across America. They will also of course target the White House and various monuments in Washington D.C.
Importantly, Democrats, Leftists, the FBI and other treasonous groups will continue to fight on the side of China, because they foolishly believe that China will somehow spare them and offer them a place in the communist Chinese regime that seeks to overthrow America. So American patriots will likely find themselves fighting against Chinese soldiers, left-wing lunatics and corrupt U.S. government traitors all at the same time.

This will be a formidable fight. Most will not survive. This gets to the Deagel.com estimates of America’s population being reduced by 70% by the year 2025.

What you need to understand is that the real war against America is not merely being waged by Democrats and treasonous swamp creatures such as Justice Roberts, or Christopher Wray of the FBI; it’s a war where those players are merely small bit puppets of a much larger global war that seeks the final extermination of every living American citizen.

Thus, the fight against vote fraud is not merely a fight about politics; it’s a fight for our very existence.

Remember: China now controls all online speech (via Big Tech censorship), all news narratives, all election outcomes, all university education, nearly all films in Hollywood, etc. This is why the vast majority of Americans have never heard of any of this, and it’s why they stupidly think they’re “fighting for Joe Biden” when, in reality, they’re fighting for a communist authoritarian conquering of America. Once complete, the CCP will exterminate Joe Biden supporters just like everyone else.

Finally, this is why you can’t find a single round of ammo for sale anywhere in America without now paying 400% higher prices compared to just one year ago. Because the patriots are arming up for war. It’s not even a war against the Left; it’s a war for the survival of the United States of America.

The bottom line? Prepare for war. America is now enemy occupied territory, and you are living in an active war zone. Be ready for anything to happen over the next five weeks, because history is accelerating rapidly.

I was glad to see Mike Adams bring this up, as it goes to a question I've been chewing on lately. So far, anyone in authority who sees matters differently than Team Trump, is automatically labeled traitorous. The revolution is already fomenting. It has nothing to do with partisan politics and everything to do with the theft of freedom.
