Interestingly, there is a tv station that is reporting all of these discrepancies. Even some of the videos that are banned by youtube are being shown.
Seems there is a growing trend since the election of people turning off Fox and turning to Newsmax.
Personally, I had never heard of it, but sure enough, that station does come in through our cable.

Trump Campaign Files Lawsuit In Nevada, Claims 1000s Of Ballots Cast By Non-Residents

President Trump’s reelection campaign said they are filing a lawsuit in Nevada, alleging there were more than 10,000 ballots that were cast in the state by voters who don’t live in the state.

The Epoch Times' Jack Phillips reports that the campaign, in a Thursday news conference, comes as Democratic presidential challenger Joe Biden has an approximately 8,000-vote lead over the president in Nevada. The state, which has 6 Electoral College votes, could be a key in the outcome of the presidential race.

Trump campaign Nevada chairman Adam Laxalt said there were “examples of ballots mailed across this valley … in trash cans… people getting as many as 18 ballots” in the mail, saying that it is evidence of voter irregularity.

“We still have not been able to observe these signatures or meaningfully examine mail-in ballots out of hundreds of thousands of ballots cast,” Laxalt, the former Nevada attorney general, said in the news conference. He added there were “dead voters that have been counted.”

Meanwhile, he claimed, “thousands of people who have been counted … have moved out of Clark County during the pandemic.” Clark County includes Las Vegas, the state’s largest city.

As a result, he said Trump’s team is seeking emergency relief and is “stop the county of all these votes.”

Ric Grenell, Trump’s former acting director of national intelligence, told the conference:

“If you haven’t been in the state for 30 days it is illegal to vote … we are filing this lawsuit to protect legal voters.”

Clark County hasn’t responded to a request for comment.

I also received 6 ballots for three people, BUT they were not all for the election this week... three were for the primary's as mail in ballots we never filled out, with the other three for the actual election they are counting now. They looked identical, and I voted in person in the primaries. I was under the impression we had to mail in our ballots this year so we did just that... (And my husband had surgery so he couldn't go to vote in person)..

I can say that I have been following our votes and they were sent and received and marked as "Going to be counted", yet here we are, the state already called as Democrat and our votes, along with those of many of our friends have yet to be counted!

If people believe this is an honest election, they're sadly mistaken...

I saw a video news report from a nursing home resident who was quite angry (and also very lucid). She said neither her or her roommate had rec'd a ballot, despite repeatedly asking the nursing home staff about it. She then was able to physically have someone take her to the poll to vote, but was denied and told she had already voted via mail-in.

I wonder how many other facility residents were never given their ballots, yet still "voted"?

Early morning, November 4th..while even the “journalists” were sleeping:
As the Michigan vote result tabulation goes from 4,261,878 to 4,400,217, Biden got EVERY ONE of the138,339 new votes, with NONE going to the 4 other candidates !! Obviously a statistical impossibility.
Then later, hoping no one was smart enough to notice, they instantaneously harvested just enough fraudulent votes to assure a Biden win (only two battleground states are shown here).

Skeptical ? Then you show me any state that was not critical to an EC win, in which a similar jump in the data occurred, or a similar jump that favored Trump. Crickets.

Actually, the non-battleground state of California had enough fraudulent mail-in votes added to be able to show that Biden “won” the popular vote – something they could then have their MSM Talking Heads yell about for months (Hillary still makes the claim, 4 years later to her adoring fans). Proof? Just compare the total California vote total to the number of Registered (legal) Voters.. Duh

Back to yesterday – Tuesday, November 3rd.

My Son and his wife in San Diego received their normal ballot envelopes, then they also received by USPO an additional set of blank ballots. They sent me a photo of both groups, along with their comments. “We both got our regular vote-in-person books plus mail-in versions. Of course, we will only vote once – but since everyone in CA (living or dead or moved away) got the mail in versions – how many might vote twice or more – and will CA try to check that??

For months there have been many millions of mail-in ballots floating around, all susceptible to fraud when compared with the normal in-person, photo ID-checked process. I think the criminal’s plan was to not count them at all unless needed by Biden to win.

Late at night they shut down the counts, fired up the fake vote mills and did what they needed to be done.

Add to that, they pre-announced that “they” (the media) would “announce” who won ?! It’s the semantics used, and with semantics, everything can be changed.

A personal note: I've been feeling very calm and relaxed about all this since US Election Day. That evening, chatting with the mods, I called a Trump landslide.

I'm as sure as I can be that that would have been the result of an honest and accurate vote count. I stayed up till 3 am, and it was astonishing to see all the counts change in real time, before one's very eyes.

So I'm still feeling just 100% fine about the whole chaotic thing. For me, with antennae fully extended, that means something. I've grown to trust my Spidey Senses.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) has filed a patent for a mail-in voting system that utilizes blockchain technology. The patent, which was filed in February and published on Thursday, follows President Donald Trump’s conclusion that mail-in voting would turn into “ballots all over the place” and fraudulent ballots possibly named “after dogs and dead people”.

The postal service’s patent application abstract states,

“A voting system can use the security of blockchain and the mail to provide a reliable voting system. A registered voter receives a computer-readable code in the mail and confirms identity and confirms correct ballot information in an election. The system separates voter identification and votes to ensure vote anonymity, and stores votes on a distributed ledger in a blockchain.”

The 47-page public patent application features 31 pages of diagrams showing the different components of the proposed voting system, including each stage of the electronic process.

“Often a voter is not able to or does not desire to go to a polling place to cast a vote. An election official in a jurisdiction may wish to send secure ballots via mail. Or, a jurisdiction may opt to utilize electronic resources for voting. In such cases, a secure voting system is desired.

A personal note: I've been feeling very calm and relaxed about all this since US Election Day. That evening, chatting with the mods, I called a Trump landslide.

I'm as sure as I can be that that would have been the result of an honest and accurate vote count. I stayed up till 3 am, and it was astonishing to see all the counts change in real time, before one's very eyes.

I just spoke with a gal who has been canvassing the state here and was a poll watcher, she was at every Trump rally in Michigan . She is stern on the fact that Trump won Michigan hands down and that Detroit ballots are a huge huge problem. On top of that they just found a glitch in the software program that was used in 64 counties here in the state. In this one particular county in the article below it miscounted 6000 votes. I'm going to be as succinct as I possibly can.

Trump won the election. The forces of evil are attempting to steal the election. They may succeed. They started that process and the related programs of "winning" in 2020 the moment Trump defeated Clinton in 2016, if not before.

The United States Supreme Court (USSC) will decide the outcome of the 2020 election. If Biden "wins", the legal presumption (versus the actual facts) will be that the results are fair and accurate. The burden of proof will be on Trump to prove voter fraud and overcome the legal presumption(s). A heavy burden indeed. At least meeting the legal standard of clear and convincing evidence of fraud will be required.

Stepping back a bit, what Trump did was unforgettable and unforgiveable to "them" (or "they"). Among other things, he broke the chain of criminality beginning at least with the Kennedy assassination and carrying forward to daddy Bush and the Reagan administration, daddy Bush's 4-year term as POTUS (daddy Bush was POTUS for 12 years, 8 years de facto and 4 years de jure), then passing the baton to Bill Clinton, then to his son Bush [the simple], and on to Obama [the usurper and fraud]. Trump committed the ultimate sin: he was not a political hack, going along to get along who could be bought and controlled. This is true whether you like him or not. Be honest with yourself at least.

He also exposed" them" for what "they" are, and he answered, and put faces on, the heretofore unanswered question of who "they'" and 'them" are. Indeed, they willingly exposed themselves in their hubris and zeal to destroy Trump in particular, and Patriots in general. Because of Trump (and his allies) any right-minded, thinking person knows who "they" are--at least many of "them."

Also, and significantly, please understand that while not unimportant, the office of POTUS is not--standing alone-- nearly as important as is Congress; especially when coupled with the USSC. That is part of the genius of the Founding Fathers of this Republic: Tri-Camera and co-equal branches of federal/national government and check and balances. (To say nothing at all about the other two branches of national government; the States and most important of all, the People--the true source of all legitimate authority.)

Regardless of the outcome of the 2020 POTUS election, in the Senate (and possibly in the House and thus Congress as a whole), and in the USSC, Patriots outnumber traitors and criminals. This is in large measure due to Trump. Also, thanks in large measure to Trump and fellow Patriots, we now know, in most cases, who is who (Patriot vs. traitor). At least this is true to a large extent in the USA. There are now faces and names to the traitors and to the Patriots.

As we watched the election results unfold and we were going back and forth between Fox News and CNN, they all started to panic as President Trump’s numbers were looking great. By 10pm, President Trump had a 70% chance of winning the election, according to the initial statistical calculations.

Around midnight on November 3rd, as TGP reports:

In Pennsylvania Trump was ahead by nearly 700,000 votes.
In Michigan Trump was ahead by over 300,000 votes.
In Wisconsin Trump was ahead by 120,000 votes.

After we went to bed, in the early morning hours of Wednesday November 4th, the “deep state” went to work in their attempt to steal the election. Around 3:30 am, “magically” out of nowhere, Joe Biden’s Wisconsin tally jumped up almost 200,000 votes without a single vote for President Donald Trump. You don’t have to be a math genius to realize that this is mathematically impossible!

And in Michigan, the vote “inexplicably” jumped up over 130,000 votes for Biden in the middle of the night, without a single new vote for Trump. In this Facebook video, one of the Detroit ballot counters says that they were ready to go home when suddenly a white van, a Chrysler, and a Ferrari, pulled up with over 130,000 additional ballots. In her own words, “Every single ballot, literally 100% of 130,000 ballots, were all Biden ballots that hadn’t been delivered to the precinct before the cut off time.

In most elections, the majority of votes are cast "down the ticket" - meaning, a voter supports both party's presidential nominee and state Congressional candidates. In fact, according to Pew Research, "overwhelming shares of voters who are supporting Trump and Biden say they are also supporting the same-party candidate for Senate."

Typically, this means that that the number of votes for a presidential candidate and that party's Senate candidates are relatively close.

Twitter user "US Rebel" (@USRebellion1776), however, found that the number of votes cast for Joe Biden far exceeds those cast for that state's Senate candidates in swing states, while those cast for Trump and GOP Senators remains far closer.

In Georgia, there was an 818 vote difference between Trump and the GOP Senator, vs. a 95,000 difference between Biden and the Democratic candidate for Senator.

Time and time and time again, over the course of the past three years, Q has posted this phrase which has kept the devoted following fired-up and optimistic. Trump himself even re-tweeted someone's "meme" depicting Trump playing a violin with the image captioned "Nothing Can Stop What Is Coming." Trump -- always pretending to not know what Q Anon is all about -- added accompanying text reading: "Who knows what this means. But it sounds good to me."

Just last week, on October 31, 2020, Q, in Post # 4944, gave us hope for the election to come by posting:

They want to issue more debt and buy all of it.
They would then control all money.
You would not have to worry about paying your income tax, it would be taken directly from your coin stash.
The coins are programmed, if you have not been a good boy socially, they can block your coins.
You won't take the vaccine?, you won't get your coins.
Also massive inflation right from the start.
You always buy the same groceries, you have an idea about how much your cart costs.
Now suddenly you pay with crypto, the numbers mean nothing to you and you don't realize that suddenly you are paying 38% more for the same stuff.
Just like the old trick of making your favorite cereal box bigger, with 10% less cereal in the box and 5 cents more expensive.
All you see is the 5 cents difference and a bigger box and so your are good to go.

The mockingbird media believe ‘perception is reality’ and they’re trying to play god by writing their own narrative. It’ll take weeks for the recounts and legal challenges to go through. Best thing to do with the media is ignore them while promoting the on-the-ground facts and evidence as it emerges.

Trump won on the night. The ballot counting going on since then has been illegal under Supreme Court law. It’ll all come out in the wash. In the meantime though the media will be following the Maduro plan, as they used in Venezuela to try to delegitimise Maduros win and paint him as a dictator for refusing to relinquish office.

Up next will be the media whipping up a frenzy to incite protests they hope can steamroller everyone into accepting their fake news reality of a Biden win. That’s the usual ‘colour revolution’ script at least.

It bothers me that criminals can be above prosecution -- or at least it seems though to be that way.
Regardless of any winner prosecutions should happen in cases that have come to light recently.

Today, Fri, 11-06, just outside of Cobo Hall , Detroit, (now called TCF), was cordoned off by Police on foot, on horses, on the roof, as a rally for SAVE THE VOTE / TRUMP continued.

Toward the Congress street the barricades there had some leftist counter protesters with banners. Inside the rally area were patriots with some megaphones. Some information was relayed, in particular four (4) phone numbers to call to urge our State government;

Another person that I personally know acting as a poll challenger described "chaos" inside Cobo during the vote count.

My neighbor stated her friend was verbally insulted with 4 letter profanity and blocked from viewing the vote count as a poll watcher there also.

It's clear that the left is attempting to steal the election.

The second rally was in Clinton Township on M- 59, where there was a total show of support for Trump as we held our signs and cars sounded their horns, one after another, on M- 59. That's completely Trump country.

The Macomb GOP office is the most organized, enthusiastic in the tri county area, and a good source of info.

More rallies / events for SAVE THE VOTE are planned, including Lansing.

alf of our GOP workers were locked outside and couldn’t come in. So they started the military vote with only about 40 of us inside and there were 150 tables. They knew that we couldn’t oversee the ballots and that’s why they were locking us out. It had nothing to do with there was too many people in the room. They called the health inspector down to say there were too many people in the room. Well if there were too many people in the room, maybe some of the Democrat agitators who didn’t have any credentials should have left the room? Those people didn’t leave the room. So they locked the GOP workers out so we couldn’t watch over the military ballots. Once we started counting the military ballots, I realized why they locked us out.

They started opening the ballots and the ballots are in regular envelopes, right. They are addressed to the Detroit City Clerk from overseas, many of them. And so they would open the ballots and in almost every case it was a Xerox copy of a ballot and the ballots looked very similar every time they opened them, which is really strange to me because another thing that’s really strange to me, EVERY SINGLE BALLOT WITHOUT EXCEPTION AT THE TABLE WHERE I WAS WORKING FROM THE MILITARY WAS A NON-REGISTERED VOTER AND WITHOUT EXCEPTION THEY VOTED FOR A STRAIGHT DEMOCRAT OR AT LEAST FOR …JOE BIDEN AND GARY PETERS. Both who happen to be the worst candidates in the world.

I mean seriously, nobody votes for Joe Biden unless they hate Trump so bad that it’s just a vote against Trump. But nobody votes for Gary Peters, Senator Gary Peters, because nobody knows who Senator Gary Peters is.

Trump will ultimately win Pennsylvania, and here’s why

Democrats are chomping at the bit to crown Joe Biden, also known as Kamala Harris by the time Inauguration Day rolls around, as the 46th president of the United States. The chances of this actually happening, however, will greatly decrease once the Supreme Court issues a ruling in the case of Republican Party of Pennsylvania v. Boockvar.

Though the mainstream media would have us all believe that Biden has already won Pennsylvania now that almost all of the “votes” have been counted, the truth is that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court violated both Pennsylvania state law and the U.S. Constitution by changing the voting rules during the 11th hour to favor Democrats.

The Trump campaign knew this was going to happen, which is why it filed a lawsuit on Oct. 28, just a few days before Election Day, asking the Supreme Court to intervene, and quickly. The highest court denied a motion to expedite the case, however it did not deny the case itself, which is an important distinction.

At issue is the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s illicit decision to allow ballots received after 8pm on Election Day to still be counted, even though Pennsylvania state law clearly prohibits this. And since a lower court refused to address the matter, the Trump campaign escalated it straight to the top.

As to be expected, the left is framing the issue as one of Trump trying to “stop” Pennsylvania from “counting votes.” The reality, however, is that no votes received past 8pm on Election Day are legally allowed to be counted, which is what the Democrats are doing.

Just in time for the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) plandemic, the legislature of Pennsylvania wrote into law a special bill known as 2019 Pa. Leg. Serv. Act 2019-77 that creates new rules for mail-in voting. It states unequivocally that:

“No absentee ballot under this subsection shall be counted which is received in the office of the county board of elections later than eight o’clock P.M. on the day of the primary or election.”

Biden will not get away with stealing Pennsylvania, anyway

This “unambiguous” language, to quote Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito, was essentially invalidated by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which overstepped its bounds and decided to allow ballots collected days after the election to still be counted, even if they were not properly postmarked or signed.

Not only is this prohibited under Act 77, but the same legislation states that if one part of the law is annulled, then all of it follows suit. In other words, no portion of Act 77 allowing for mail-in ballots is to be considered valid or binding if any part of the legislation is altered or changed.

This is critical because the Pennsylvania Supreme Court basically decided to become the legislative branch for a day by twisting Act 77 to suit the Biden campaign’s need for more votes in Pennsylvania. Had the process stopped on election night as it was originally supposed to, Trump would still be roughly 750,000 votes ahead of Biden in Pennsylvania.

In a nutshell, the judicial branch in Pennsylvania overstepped its bounds by taking on the role of the legislative branch and rewriting state law. This is not acceptable as it violates both state and federal law.

“… the U.S. Constitution grants state legislators the exclusive right to prescribe the time, place, and manner of holding elections, and to direct the appointment of the electors,” writes Alexander Macris from the Contemplations On The Tree Of Woe blog.

“The Pennsylvania Supreme Court didn’t just say ‘Act 77 is unconstitutional.’ It re-wrote Act 77 itself, by judicial fiat, creating new rules for time, place, and manner of holding elections. In doing so, the State Supreme Court violated the U.S. Federal Constitution.”

The good news is that once the case is finally heard by the Supreme Court of our nation, all ballots received after 8pm in Pennsylvania on election night will be tossed, delivering a victory to Trump.

I say the opposite, the legal battles won't change the outcome, with much resistance to change anything coming from the judges themselves.
The Biden camp and all of the MSM are already far ahead with their agenda.
By the time we get to the results legally, life will have already taken over.

President Trump’s re-election campaign and the Republican National Committee today filed a lawsuit in Arizona alleging that Maricopa County incorrectly rejected votes cast by in-person voters on Election Day. When a machine detects an overvote on a ballot, poll workers should inform in-person voters of the error and give them an opportunity to correct the issue. Instead, poll workers in Maricopa County pressed, and told voters to press, a green button to override the error. As a result, the machines disregarded the voter’s choices in the overvoted races. The campaign has collected declarations from voters who witnessed the problem and alleges that the problem occurred on a large scale in Maricopa County. Voters can submit additional declarations at DontTouchTheGreenButton.com.

“Poll workers struggled to operate the new voting machines in Maricopa County, and improperly pressed and told voters to press a green button to override significant errors,” said Matt Morgan, Trump 2020 campaign general counsel. “The result is that the voting machines disregarded votes cast by voters in person on Election Day in Maricopa County.”

The suit asks for the manual inspection of purportedly overvoted ballots that were cast in-person, the same way that elections officials examined overvoted ballots that were mailed in or dropped off.

She said that what Donald Trump wants the world to know is that this is about much more than who is president. He is fighting, literally for the democratic process, for the electoral process and the integrity of it – and he is in it to win it.

She said, “Mathematicians, statisticians and economists are concluding – not opining…that the Biden math is not just statistically improbable, it is statistically impossible. And I’m going to give you a couple of key quotes from this:

“‘The voter turnout in Wisconsin apparently annihilated the historical record of 66% by almost 30 percentage points. The odds of this occurring are 0.00000189%. Or one in 52 million…

“‘Biden also pretty clearly fails an accepted test for catching election fraud that is used by the State Department and forensic accountants [Benford’s Law]…

“‘And here is a list of over 14,000 dead people…who either voted in Wayne County, Detroit or were registered to vote.’

• Glitch in Michigan swapped some 3k votes from Trump to Biden

• Most of the found votes turned up were for Biden but did not vote for any congressman, senator, etc.
• They only voted on a single candidate per ballot
• Statistically in the past, this has happened at a rate of 3%
• This year, it ran at a rate of 18+%
• 6x higher rate of ballots, but only a “26%” increase in voter turn out – statistical anomaly

Where This Is Headed:

• It’s all about holding the line towards December 14th. If this can be done without a state of emergency, then all the better.
• If not, they call the emergency powers into play and designate Chinese interference into the election.
• Joe’s “chumminess” with China, Trump’s tough China posture, Trump killing the TPP and the Hunter Biden laptop scenario all help correlate to this move
• Trump tells the DOJ to investigate and they will, due to a recent Barr precedent.
• Democrats can challenge but it will just go to the Supreme Court.

• December 14th rolls by and the vote goes to the House.

• Republicans have 26, Democrats have 23. Even if they hold all 2018 wins and gain the Pennsylvania seat, they still end up at 26 vs. 24 – or 25, if they gain with Georgia.
• Republicans vote Trump.

SCORECARD steals elections by tampering with the computers at the transfer points of state election computer systems and outside third party election data vaults as votes are being transferred. The Obama White House had an encrypted VPN in order to access THE HAMMER at will.

Investigators Dispatched After Fulton County Discovers ‘Issue’ with Ballot Reporting

Georgia’s top election official is dispatching a team of investigators after a ballot “issue” was discovered in one of the counties most responsible for giving former Vice President Joe Biden the lead over President Trump.

While Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R) did not reveal the nature of the issue with the ballots, he did announce late Saturday that investigators were headed to State Farm Arena in Fulton County to “secure the vote and protect all legal votes.”

“Fulton County has discovered an issue involving reporting from their work on Friday. Officials are at State Farm Arena to rescan their work from Friday,” Raffensperger said. “The Secretary of State has a monitor onsite, has sent additional investigators, and dispatched the Deputy Secretary of State as well to oversee the process to make sure to thoroughly secure the vote and protect all legal votes. Observers from both political parties are there as well.”

Brendan Keefe, chief investigator at Atlanta’s WXIA, says that the issue “*may* significantly affect the current Biden lead in Georgia.”

Fulton County issued a statement later on Saturday, in which they disclosed that “some ballots were not captured” in Friday night’s vote and “a smaller number” of ballots were “not scanned.”

“Out of an abundance of caution, all provisional, military, and [Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act] ballots scanned on Friday, November 6 will be rescanned tonight,” the statement read. “The upload made last night will be pulled and replaced with tonight’s rescanned file.”

Fulton County Election Director Richard Barron, described the issue as a failure to transfer files to a server, necessitating the rescanning of some ballots. He also said the rescanning process was complete.

“Barron said his team rescanned 342 ballots on Saturday ‘so that we balanced out,’ adding that previously some files did not transfer to a server and some ballots had to be scanned on Saturday. He said he did not know if a software issue or physical was to blame.”

Roughly 7,200 votes separate Biden and Trump in Georgia, a narrow margin which prompted Raffensperger on Friday to declare that the state was headed for a recount.

Members of incumbent US President Donald Trump's campaign said there were 'thousands' of examples of voter irregularity in the 2020 US presidential election, Las Vegas, Nevada, Sunday.

Adam Laxalt, a former Nevada attorney general said that "at least 200,000 votes were counted through the signature verification process" via a machine, with no human checking the signatures, saying that there were doubts about the results of such verification.

Matt Schlapp, the Chairman of the American Conservative Union in turn added that there were "thousands of examples of voter irregularity" with "hundreds of Republicans" denied the right to vote. He added that all these examples will be investigated.

On Saturday, Democratic candidate Joe Biden declared victory in the 2020 US presidential election. Trump has not yet announced his concession and his campaign has said it intends to mount legal challenges over alleged electoral fraud in several states.

Like many, I spent the last few nights waking up at 2:03 A.M., no reason, then looking at my phone for news, any news, that might be positive for President Trump. I survived on Rush, Bongino, Mark Levin. When the news continued to be ugly, I even checked in on ridiculous bloggers promising that ballots were watermarked and D.J. (our household name for a president we love) was actually launching a sting on the Deep State.

Enough already. Stop the madness.

Hey, I have a degree in statistics, and I have some level of critical thought. If there is such pessimism in my tribe, I am not going along.

So today, I started to dig into the numbers, and as I did, I fought my confirmation bias at every step.

I realized that I, like millions of others, had been numbed into despondency by the overwhelming press, media, social media push to certify President-Elect Biden. (I put that in there so you can see how repellent it is.)
Hey guys, this thing is not only not over; it is scary for Biden. I mean really scary, and most of all, the media know it. Thus, the rush to get everyone in line with the narrative that a 78-year-old, early-dementia former V.P., who could not draw a crowd larger than a dozen, just beat D.J. in a fair election.

Process that for a moment.

Start with Pennsylvania. Biden, as of this writing, is at 290 electoral votes. Pennsylvania is 20.

I read the Justice Alito opinion, and it is pretty clear that he wants the after election night at 8:00 P.M. votes separated for a reason. Biden is going to lose at the Supreme Court, and they know it. Four justices already said the Pennsylvania Supreme Court cannot adjust voting rules. A new arrival, Justice Barrett, says she is there to apply the rules in the Constitution. OK, wanna bet she does?

Remove the after 8:00 P.M. ballots, and Biden loses Pennsylvania. Biden 270.

Let's visit Nevada. I have lots of friends in California who have condos in Nevada to evade state taxes. There are not a couple of people doing this; there are tens of thousands. Everyone knows it, and California seeks them out.

Our old pal Harry Reid knows it as well, and he apparently has them voting in droves in this election. Probably not a big D.J. constituency. Within 72 hours of the election, the Trump team found, validated over 3,500 of them. I do not suspect that Trump's people stopped counting.

Every one of these is a ballot reduction for Biden

Nevada, as of now, is well within reach for DJ and the Trump team — particularly when the California crowd is reduced. And a few of them may testify since a false vote is a very bad thing, with jail time if convicted. Maybe a bigger story here.

Remember where we are, people. Biden is at 270 after a highly probable Supreme Court decision (read Alito and concurring opinions).

Lose Nevada, lose the election.

But wait: it gets better.

Let's visit Wisconsin. Right now, it is 20,000 votes in Uncle Joe's direction. Lots of stories out there, well below the Google fold, that there are way more Wisconsin votes than there are registered voters. OK, maybe the dead can vote up there — probably a Midwest thing.

Well, last night, we found that Wisconsin election clerks were told, and followed the direction, to modify mail-in ballots and fill in the blanks where witnesses left out critical info.

I am sure it was just a good customer service thing and they meant no harm. The problem is every such ballot is now toast.

There were "thousands" of such prima facie wrongful votes. Oops. Biden up 20,000 — now that number is in question. No more truckloads of votes coming in, so every ballot D.J.'s team eliminates gets President-Elect Biden one step closer to former V.P. Biden who lives in a basement. Not good here.

North Carolina. That one pretty much looks like as though it is over and D.J. won it. Fox News is rumored to call it for Trump around April 2021.

Remember where we are here. Biden is probably going to lose Pennsylvania, so if he loses even one state, even one Electoral College vote, ouch!

Either D.J. wins outright, or it goes to the House, which means that D.J. has four more years.

We're not done yet.

Michigan. Oh, yes, the land of the "glitches" in the voting machines. Six thousand votes for Trump given to Biden in one of 47 counties where that software is used. About 150,000 votes in Biden's favor right now.

Google the 130,000 Biden votes that showed up in the middle of the night, and you can see how the wonderful people at Google are fact-checking this "debunked" story. In fact, for fun, Google "Michigan voter fraud," and you get literally three pages of "this was fact checked and proven to be false." Why would Google be so assiduous?

They too see that if Amy votes with the four, Biden is one vote away from the basement.

Lawsuits in Michigan and the other states are being launched, and discovery will take place. Google will not be there.

Voter fraud is kind of like larceny. A little is OK. It is even kind of entertaining.

Dead people have been voting for a hundred years in Democratic cities. It is such a constant that one would think the Republican Party would consider a Dead Voter Outreach program to get their share.

But voter fraud on this scale is just not sustainable. It does not pass the common sense test.

We have bloggers with lots of time on their hands going through voter rolls and showing that person after person who voted in a swing state also fought in the Civil War or maybe the War of 1812. It was funny at first, but the overwhelming number now goes beyond humor and rubs our faces in it.

I think D.J. has to swing one state. Actually, one electoral vote. Not only is this thing not over, but the Biden team must be sweating bullets.

Voter fraud at scale seemed like a really cool idea until D.J. went to the mattresses. Now that he is fighting it out one voter at a time, with the Supreme Court likely to create the starting point at Biden 270, Biden has everything to lose.

Reporting today that President Trump has just fired Mark Esper, the Defense Secretary and a known deep stater who opposes Trump’s authority. He is being replaced by Christopher Miller, Director of the National Counterterrorism Center.

Understand that the election theft was conducted in real time on Nov. 3rd, using the Dominion software, created by a corporation partially owned by Nancy Pelosi. During the election, the real-time data were shunted offshore, where calculations were run to produce action lists for stealing the votes in swing states like Wisconsin and Michigan, and then Hammer and Scorecard (created by the CIA) were used to alter the votes in real time, in the voting machines.

Deep source insiders have been telling me for days that an “epic counter attack” against the deep state is about to be launched by Trump. We don’t know the details about this counter attack, but we do know that Trump has two options which involve deploying the military to save the Republic:

Option #1) Invoke the Insurrection Act and declare the Democrats’ blatant vote rigging and outrageous censorship to be a “rebellion” against the United States of America. US attorney general William Barr has allowed prosecutors to probe alleged irregularities in the presidential election, prompting a senior justice department official to quit.


US Attorney General William Barr sent a memo on Monday in which he wrote that since voting had concluded, it was now "imperative that the American people can trust" that "the outcomes accurately reflect the will of the voters".

Barr wrote that federal prosecutors could investigate alleged irregularities in the presidential election "if there are clear and apparently-credible allegations of irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State".

Mr Barr said prosecutors should only look into "substantial allegations" of irregularities, and that "specious, speculative, fanciful or far-fetched claims" should be ignored.

The attorney general acknowledged that individual states had the primary responsibility for the conduct of elections, but said the justice department had "an obligation to ensure that federal elections are conducted in such a way that the American people can have full confidence in their electoral process and their government".

However, critics have said launching the investigation is undermining the system, as there has been no evidence of widespread wrongdoing.

Well that's fine Jim, good people can agree to disagree on things. Allow me to elaborate on part of the place that opinion comes from. I remember vividly, and I can still "feel" it, the shock and horror from the left when the highly unlikely candidate won. They were never able to accept the results, and to this day they are unable to look in the mirror and see what drove even a boat load of Obama voting democrats to cross party lines and vote for Trump.

And what did that lack of self reflection bring us? Sing it with me now :) Four long years of ridiculous, empty, "Russia Russia Russia" accusations, and the Ukraine impeachment national embarrassment. Both historical face palms...

But now the stakes are even higher, and I'm afraid history is repeating itself going the other direction. The election results will never be accepted, the shock and horror associated with these unexpected results, and the fear that unless something is done about it the United States is finished.

I just don't happen to believe that elections really change all that much. For instance the Military Industrial Complex marches ever onward and aggressively no matter who sits in the big chair. We're still jacking Syria's oil for instance.

This is my overriding concern: Both sides in this battle see it as a battle to the death between good and evil, and both sides see themselves as the good guys in white hats.

To make an analogy, if I lose a court battle, then that sucks, I lost. I'll lick my wounds and learn to live with it. But if someone invades my home, I'll gouge their eyes out, I'll bite their nose off, I'll do whatever it takes to try and stop the person from killing me. Who wouldn't?

The latter scenario is closer to the reaction I saw starting four years ago, and I think I see the same thing starting to flow the other way now. When a person sees the situation as being almost literally life and death, this is for all the marbles, they're likely to do just about anything as an instinctive life saving measure, and I just don't see this as a national life and death situation.

Right. And I don't think it takes remote viewing to see this as a very distinct possibility. But what starts it? Personally, I think we as a collective are being poked and prodded in that direction, and I don't want to go there.

The deeper down that road we go, the drier and more flammable the tinder. At a certain point all it may take is a tossed cigarette butt to set things of.

So no Jim, of course we needn't agree on things, I just hope this explanation at least shows more of how I see these matters, and why. I want to see people of differing political opinions, to at least be able to talk to each other with mutual respect again. If we can no longer even do that, then it really is game set match in America, it's just a matter of how and when it happens.

There are so many questions which have arisen out of the US presidential election that the only way to follow them through is to follow due process which is what is mandated under the Constitution, says Sky News contributor Cory Bernardi.

"Those people who have said Trump should concede, those people have said there is no evidence of any fraud or collusion or any problem with this election at all are just mind-numbing," Mr Bernardi said.

US Attorney General Bill Barr authorized federal prosecutors to pursue “substantial allegations” of voting irregularities before the 2020 presidential election is certified, per the Associated Press.

“In a memo to U.S. attorneys … Barr wrote that investigations ‘may be conducted if there are clear and apparently-credible allegations of irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State.’”

President Trump’s campaign on Monday evening filed a lawsuit in Pennsylvania alleging “creation and implementation of illegal ‘two-tiered’ voting system for the election.”

“Voters in Pennsylvania were held to different standards simply based on how they chose to cast their ballot, and we believe this two-tiered election system resulted in potentially fraudulent votes being counted without proper verification or oversight,” Matt Morgan, Trump’s general counsel said.

A recount of voting ballots nationwide was being done by elite units of the National Guard by early Sun. morning 8 Nov. To prevent fraud official ballots had been printed with an invisible, unbreakable code watermark and registered on a Quantum Blockchain System.

As of this writing, in five states 14 million ballots had been put through a laser scanner – 78% of which failed because there was no watermark to verify the ballot. Of those that failed 100% had checked for Biden.

An initial test showed that according to water marks on validated ballots fed into the Quantum Computer, Trump won re-election by over 80% of the legal ballot cast. The final validated vote tallied in that test: Trump 73.5 million votes to Biden’s 25.9 million – and that didn’t even account for Trump votes that people observed being tossed and never accounted for.

The latest lawsuit in Michigan will block the certification of the results. This is similar to his lawsuit in PA alleging impropriety over court order violations and violations of the 14th amendment.

Democrats and media however have spent too much time gloating failing to realize that Trump is in it to win it and will not back down.

He has a legal path to victory in the electoral college, a state republican electoral college victory, and a house delegation path to victory.

I like Tim. He has a level head.

I do not think there is much contention with the fact that Trump would have easily won this election if it were not for the mail-in ballot scandal. The numbers show it, as once the mail-in ballots were counted at the beginning of the night Trump surged forward the rest of the night with the in-person vote. There was an attempt to use the voting machines to equalize the vote but Trump's lead was too large for such a plan to go unnoticed. As it was, 1000s of votes were transferred from Trump to Biden in many counties in Michigan and Wisconsin - and it got noticed. It was only after the vote count was stopped, almost magically just before Trump would have surpassed any comeback by Biden, that Biden numbers dog legged upwards with the questionable and very suspicious vote bombs that were dropped in many of those swing states.

The case for systemic election fraud takes time to build. The case now rests on the outcome of the recount in Georgia, but there are yet other avenues to prove the foundation of the case. If Trump's team can compile sufficient evidence of electronic vote tampering and illegal mail-in ballot fraud, the DOJ will have no choice but to investigate.

The auditing tool, known as Arlo, is open source software provided free for state and local election officials and their private sector partners to use. Arlo provides an easy way to perform the calculations needed for the audit: determining how many ballots to audit, randomly selecting which ballots will be audited, comparing audited votes to tabulated votes, and knowing when the audit is complete.

“We’re very excited to partner with CISA to develop Arlo, a critical tool supporting the implementation of more efficient and effective post-election audits. Because Arlo is open-source, anyone can take it and use it and anyone can verify that it implements audits correctly,” said Ben Adida, Executive Director of VotingWorks.

The first version of Arlo is already supporting pilot post-election audits across the country, including several from this month’s elections. Some partners of this pilot program include election officials in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Missouri, Virginia, Ohio, and Georgia. Additional partners will be announced in the coming weeks. Director Krebs joined the Pennsylvania Department of State on Election Day this year to discuss the use of the tool.

I did not hear him say they have "Dominion whistleblowers." He said that the "Dominion people" stayed behind after the R vote count observers where scooted out of the room so they could not observe the vote count. I took that to mean two vote counters watched what was being done with the Dominion voting machines and the vote counting at that location.

To me a Dominion whistleblower is going to be someone (or more) who knows the ins-and-outs of the computer systems and programs that were used to shift votes from DJT to JB and otherwise steal votes from DJT.

In Pennsylvania we already have a ruling by Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito telling state election officials to segregate late ballots. The state constitution avers that no late ballots should be counted, however state Democratic officials told election officials to tally up late votes.

In Philadelphia and Pittsburgh there are allegations of sweeping voter fraud that need to be validated and adjudicated. This will take some time before anyone can claim a victory.

However, no one wins without Pennsylvania as long as a winner can be claimed. My question is can election officials come to a decision before the middle of Dec. when the Electoral College certifies a presidential winner?

Should no winner be called by the Keystone state, the certification of the election goes to the House of Representatives to decide the president and to the Senate for the Veep winner since neither candidate will have 270 votes.

In this case each state gets one vote. Since Republicans control 26 state delegations and the Democrats hold 23 states it’s assumed President Trump would win reelection.

There will be plenty of movement between now and then, but this scenario is another path to victory.

Multiple Michigan residents swear they witnessed widespread voter fraud in Detroit

Early witnesses who signed affidavits range from a longtime city worker to a former assistant attorney general.

The media mantra that there is no evidence of voter fraud in the Nov. 3 election for the first time faces a real challenge. Several Michigan residents — ranging from a city worker to a former state assistant attorney general — swear under penalty of perjury they witnessed significant and widespread election tampering in the city of Detroit.

And by significant, they insist thousands of ballots were involved.

Take, for instance, longtime city of Detroit employee Jessy Jacob, who provided among the most startling accounts.

Jacob stated in an affidavit she personally witnessed — and in some cases was instructed — to backdate thousands of absentee ballots the day after the election to make them appear legal even though they were not in the Qualified Vote File and had not arrived by the deadline.

"On November 4, 2020, I was instructed to improperly pre-date the absentee ballots receive date that were not in the QVF as if they had been received on or before November 3, 2020," she testified. "I was told to alter the information in the QVF to falsely show that the absentee ballots had been received in time to be valid. I estimate that this was done to thousands of ballots."

Jacob's claim is stunning. Not only does she risk perjury if she lied, she could lose her livelihood as a city worker.

Just the News reviewed more than a dozen affidavits filed in various election challenge lawsuits in Michigan. All witnesses, like Jacob, signed the affidavits and had them notarized, making them subject to Michigan's perjury law.

Jacob described how she was assigned to work the city's election back in September and for weeks witnessed systemic election fraud and tampering with voters at multiple locations.

"I processed absentee ballot packages to be sent to voters while I worked at the election headquarters in September 2020 along with 70-80 other poll workers," her affidavit stated. "I was instructed by my supervisor to adjust the mailing date of these absentee ballot packages to be dated earlier than they were actually sent. The supervisor was making announcements for all workers to engage in this practice.

"I directly observed, on a daily basis, City of Detroit election workers and employees coaching and trying to coach voters to vote for Joe Biden and the Democrat party. I witnessed these workers and employees encouraging voters to do a straight Democrat ballot. I witnessed these election workers and employees going over to the voting booths with voters in order to watch them vote and coach them for whom to vote."

Officials for the city election clerk's office did not immediately return a call seeking comment.

Alexandra Seely, a Michigan voter who worked as a GOP poll challenger, recounted in a handwritten affidavit how her challenges to suspect ballots were summarily ignored and she was "harassed and threatened" for raising concerns.

"I challenged 10 votes at table 23, they would not take out the log to record my challenges," Seely's affidavit stated. "I had to write names and ballot numbers on my own. I asked to make incident reports. They would not allow me, and said they will make a note in the computer. They did not and proceeded to keep counting."

Zachary Larsen, a GOP lawyer who until earlier this year worked for the state of Michigan as an assistant attorney general, swore in his affidavit he witnessed poll workers violating the secrecy of ballots, apparently peeking to see whom a voter had supported before deciding whether to put them in a pile of problematic ballots that might not count. A fellow poll watcher joined him for part of the observations

"Beyond the legal requirements for maintaining ballot secrecy, both of us were concerned that the violations of the secrecy of the ballot that we witnessed could be or were being used to manipulate which ballots were placed in the 'problem ballots' box," his affidavit alleged.

Larsen also stated he saw evidence the ballots were being approved for non-eligible voters.

"I was concerned that this practice of assigning names and numbers indicated that a ballot was being counted for a non-eligible voter who was not in either the poll book or the supplemental poll book," his affidavit stated.

"From my observation of the computer screen, the voters were certainly not in the official poll book," Larsen stated. "Moreover, this appeared to be the case for the majority of the voters whose ballots I had personally observed being scanned."

Robert Cushman, another poll observer in Detroit, submitted an affidavit that described behavior almost identical to that which the city worker Jacob said she engaged in. Cushman said he saw large swaths of ballots being counted the day after the election for voters who were not in the authorized list of names. In some cases, he added, fake birth dates were being used to fill in birth dates.

"I challenged the authority and the authenticity of all of these ballots that were being processed late with absolutely no accompanying documentation, no corresponding name in the QVF, and no corresponding name in the Supplemental List," Cushman's affidavit stated.

"Every ballot was being fraudulently and manually entered into the Electronic Poll Book (QVF), as having been born on January 1, 1900," Cushman continued. "This 'last' batch of ballots was processed in the 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. time frame. When I asked about this impossibility of each ballot having the same birthday occurring in 1900, I was told that was the instruction that came down from the Wayne County Clerk's office."

The Washington Post and many other news organizations have published stories stating there was no widespread voter fraud. Such stories ignore the sworn accounts of these Michigan citizens — some who were civil servants, some who were Republican poll watchers — whose accounts implicate thousands of ballots.

The question now is will the Justice Department and state authorities investigate and corroborate these claims.

There’s a bombshell coming early next week in regards to the 2020 election that will end with President Trump being declared the winner, according to two sources, who do not wish to be named.

Please follow this closely as these people may become household names next week.

Christopher Krebs, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Director, and other federal election security officials issued a statement Thursday stating in part, “The November 3rd election was the most secure in American history….There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.”

The statement above was issued following the resignation of Krebs’ deputy, Bryan Ware, the Assistant Director for Cybersecurity for CISA, which is under the Department of Homeland Security. The resignation request came from The White House.

Now for the tip from my sources that say Dominion Voting Systems, which was used to tally votes in 18 states, has foreign government investors including Venezuelan and Cuban money along with production ties to China.

High-ranking federal intelligence officials were monitoring this situation in real time during the election tally and have the true data on the results. So how to reconcile Krebs statement above and the resignation of his deputy?

Well, CISA was using tools that did not show what the intelligence agency’s secret surveillance showed and will be released next week showing how foreign nationals allegedly working with the Canadian company Dominion rigged the election.

Dominion allegedly knew how to end run the CISA monitoring, but was unaware of National Security Agency’s surveillance.
