My husband has just informed me - with glee ... sigh ... That Sidney Powell has been fired from the Trump team.

I've no idea if this is factually correct or main stream Chinese whispers - or if she was threatened, or if she said too much too soon ... I've no idea.

Right now, its hard work dealing with 'ner-ner-ner-ner-ner- I-told-you-Trump's-a-loose-cannon-whack job-with-no-credible-eveidence'

I hope this info has no traction ... I don't wish to be negative but I'm tired of YEARS of allowing myself to get my hopes built up about the take-down of these people. Maybe there's a strategy to all this and someone, somewhere has something up their sleeve. I thought she was a potentially credible person in this.

What happened here is exactly what was desired..

I've been lead astray many times, it's frustrating but it does help one understand the sophistication of what is happening currently.. language (SPELLing) is being used as a weaponized tool in drastic ways currently... in fact I am very happy with what is happening, it is SO MUCH easier to see the lies now when one spends a bit of time to check around.

I think this is an awesome time that is rapidly increasing the ranks of people who trusted a bit too much and always should have a healthy doubt and drive to "double check".... there is a lot of subtle psychological manipulation going on here, it's one of the reasons i think this forum should do away with the "thanks" aspect, that is a spin off of what face book and casino's researched and offered as an excellent way to encourage engagement and follow on engagement ... we are unfortunately predicable creatures when not constantly self aware. I am wondering if Trump might concede (so the press don't have the sour grapes ammunition etc). And Powell then turns it around on behalf of the people/democracy (removing even more momentum from the press/left). Not sure if I could bare the uncertainty though.

It would also work better if Giulini failed. Otherwise that could taint Powell perhaps?

Overall it seems like a sound move to me (not including conceding) even if Robert Steele doesn't think so in earlier post.

I know this is a popular talking point, but it's blatantly wrong.

Sworn affidavits are evidence,(as far as the courts are concerned) and there are hundreds of those (234 pages as of Nov 16th, I'd imagine vastly more now (https://filmdaily.co/news/election-fraud-michigan/)). The veracity of this evidence must be assessed by the courts before any of this will be over.

At least, that's the way our system is supposed to work and has worked in the past (the 2000 contested election went for 37 days after Nov 3rd ).

President Trump has told close allies he plans to pardon his former national security adviser Michael Flynn, Axios reported Tuesday. White House representatives did not immediately return a request for comment from The Hill.

Fox News reporter Kevin Corke later confirmed the report.

Flynn, who pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his contacts with Russia's former ambassador to the U.S., Sergey Kislyak, in 2017, has been involved in a protracted legal battle since the beginning of this year over whether his charges should be dropped due to prosecutorial misconduct.

A prosecutor tapped by Attorney General William Barr to review the charges against Flynn has recommended that they be dropped, but an appeals court sided with (https://thehill.com/regulation/514416-appeals-court-rejects-flynns-effort-to-dismiss-charges) U.S. District Judge Emmett Sullivan's decision to not drop the charges and order an outside legal expert to evaluate the case. President Trump pardoned his former national security adviser, retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, on Wednesday, ending Flynn's three-year prosecution for allegedly lying to the FBI.

Trump announced the pardon on Twitter on Wednesday.

"It is my Great Honor to announce that General Michael T. Flynn has been granted a Full Pardon. Congratulations to @GenFlynn and his wonderful family, I know you will now have a truly fantastic Thanksgiving!" Trump tweeted.

In December of 2017, Flynn (https://www.dailywire.com/news/the-doj-just-dropped-its-case-against-flynn-here-are-some-of-the-key-moments) had pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI during a January interview with two agents, including former FBI special agent Peter Strzok, before reversing course in January of 2020 after replacing his legal team with attorney Sydney Powell. The Justice Department filed to have the charges against Flynn dropped later that year in May. The judge presiding over Flynn's case has refused the department's motion, however, keeping the case open.

Attorney General William Barr tapped U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri, Jeff Jensen, to work with DOJ prosecutor Brandon Van Grack to review the federal government's materials in Flynn's case in February. Several months later, Jensen recommended to Barr that the Justice Department drop its case against Flynn over exculpatory evidence that undercut the department's case against the former national security adviser. Barr accepted Jensen's recommendation.

"It's on the question of materiality that we feel really that a crime cannot be established here because there was not, in our view, a legitimate investigation going on," Barr said in a May interview explaining his decision to drop the case against Flynn. "They did not have a basis for a counterintelligence investigation against Flynn at that stage, based on a perfectly legitimate and appropriate call he made as a member of the transition."

U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan refused to sign off on the DOJ's motion to dismiss, instead appointing an outside attorney to prosecute the case against Flynn. The case has since been appealed to the federal Court of Appeals and remanded back to a trial judge.

On Wednesday, Flynn's attorney Powell said that she had asked Trump not to pardon the retired general as she fought for his case to be dismissed.
"The pardon of Michael Flynn is solely up to the President, but given the corruption we have witnessed in the judiciary and multiple agencies of government executed against General Flynn, this persecution should end," Powell said in a statement to CNBC (https://www.cnbc.com/2020/11/25/trump-pardons-michael-flynn-in-fbi-lie-case.html).

Well first off, The Marshall Report is hardly an objective observer in all of this with pieces like "GIANTS ATTACKING AMERICA – GOD’S PATRIOTS SHALL BRING THEM DOWN!", "ZUCK FED 400 MILLION INTO 2020 ELECTIONS AND CENSORED PATRIOTS!" and "Giuliani The Fight To Save America Is On!". That's not news. At best it's opinion, and they have a very clear one sided agenda.

Now speaking of opinion, does this outlet have any actual evidence of Sydney Powell being a military lawyer? I see nothing of the sort except for more outlandish claims.

It will become apparent further down the track how this can be resolved when there will be no support from the Biden administration.
