Explains the situation from succinct military perspective some of us ( like me) get on with in vague terms usually but whatever you’ve said is fitting and fills good few dots.
It’s also obvious that “agreeing on terms” is a big task ahead even while we try to describe some of the “exotic physics” of ET vehicles, not to mention terms for advanced biology and intelligent systems operating in different logical loops and frequencies than ours.

For example, in my Bodhgaya ET Event Report of 2002, I’ve tried to describe the bodies of our kind of ancestors as consisting of “living plasmatic light of high density” ( but lower density than prevalent here on this planet), capable of performing all biological functions native to us etc.

It’s not very good term but as close as I could get.

Still it does not make good sense to most people who had never seen that state of matter/entity but in matter of 100 years we may probably get closer as there are many new plasma experiments going on, Einstein-Boss condensate and other for now “exotic” states of matter are being discovered and described.


I will listen to your report twice not to miss the nuances.

I listened to the YT interviews. I am very familiar with most of the report contents and the discussion.

I'm in a number of organisations where I became acquainted with some of the key persons over the years. Interestingly enough, I had given a presentation to a private audience at a US institution which included Chris Mellon in 2015. This was about an array of sensor systems already in place in the last two decades, designed to garner a wide range of data across the EM spectrum based on the behavior characteristics of UAPs.

I got the impression that Mellon really didn't know much about the UAP at that time. But knows a lot more now.
I'm also acquainted with Eric Davis having had discussions with him until very recently about specific aspects of UAP.

I don't have any questions at present but I thought I would like to brief you on the Chinese involvement in UAP.

I’m convinced the Chinese don’t have knowledge of the UAP technologies. Here is IMO the following reasons:

Chinese activity, reaction and motives is a measure by the Chinese, one of timing when events occur and in particular the first announcement by the Pentagon in 2017. When the NYT announcement came out in December 2017 this I believe triggered the CCP government to activate there embassies around the world where they knew where researchers from organisations and institutions were actively involved in UAP studies.

January 2018, invitations were made to important researchers who were in the know and in particular international scientists. For example, the Chinese Romanian embassy invited Professor Dan Gabor for a 2 hour discussion with the military attache Lia Teo in February 2018. The purpose was questioning “what do you know about the UAP”. Similar situation where selected scientists and researchers were funded by the Chinese to go to China and meet government officials. All this mainly took place in around mid 2018. Members of the Chinese National UFO society had early meetings with officials from the government in early 2018.

A Chinese led group led by Jin Fin, suggested a coalition of internationally recognized UFO researchers and scientists coming together to form an organisation on extraterrestrial matters and the pursuit of World Disclosure. This idea became known as the Chinese Initiative on Disclosure. I believe the motives were really to gather all knowledge on UAPs for the Chinese government.

With money to be provided by the Chinese group, they began to approach prominent researchers from around the world with a view to inviting them to attend. A conference in Moscow, Russia during October 2018. This was be a joint conference organised by the Chinese with Russia co-hosting it.

The conference, called the ‘Five Continents Forum’ took place over three days in mid-October 2018 and a significant amount of researchers from around the world came together to launch the Chinese Initiative. President Xi wife has a particular interest in the UAP and wanted the new organisation to the HQ in Heze where she resides. The Chinese agreed and signed off the funding needed for a building in Heze to be the HQ. All selected delegates from around the world were to become diplomats with each country having their own offices and admin in Heze. This initiative eventually would lead to the announcement at the UN of the ET presence, but more important to strategically by pass the US and gather enough knowledge of the UAP subject for possibly developing the technologies for military goals.

There are comprehensive threads here on PA about the Chinese initiative. You will see that the initiative was then abandoned early last year due to other reasons. I really don’t know why this was abandoned after funding everything up to then. There were indicators of local financial corruption in Heze that may have stopped the process.

IMO the Chinese don’t have UAP technologies and I got the impression knows the US does not have these technologies.

Therefore we are left with the Chinese initiative, that they believe this is an extraterrestrial presence around the Earth.
