The former head of the Israeli military’s space division has claimed that Tel Aviv and Washington have contacted a ‘Galactic Federation’ of extraterrestrials, but that mankind is not ready for the ‘truth’ about life in the cosmos.

Retired general Haim Eshed, 87, who headed up the Defense Ministry’s space unit for nearly three decades, alleged the existence of an alien alliance spanning the galaxy in a bewildering interview (https://www.yediot.co.il/articles/0,7340,L-5854241,00.html) with Israel’s Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper.

“The UFOs asked not to advertise that they are here, [because] humanity is not ready yet,” Eshed told the paper on Saturday, adding that US President Donald Trump “was on the verge of finding out, but the aliens in the Galactic Federation say: wait, let the spirits calm first. They don’t want us to have mass hysteria.”

“They want to make us sane and understanding first. They waited until today for humanity to evolve and reach a stage where we will understand what space and spaceships are.”

While it’s unclear exactly what changed to avert the supposed “mass hysteria” warned of by the ETs, Eshed apparently felt it was time to throw caution to the wind and spill the beans himself, claiming not only communication with the otherworldly beings, but that they maintain an “underground base in the depths of Mars.” In his most extraordinary assertion, Eshed said the US government had reached an explicit “agreement” with the distant visitors.

“They signed a contract with us to experiment here,” he said, offering no details about the terms of the alleged interplanetary deal or the nature of the experimentation – hopefully, nothing too invasive.

The former general also hastened to add that the aliens are merely “investigating” and looking to enlist mankind as “helpers” in their quest to “understand the rules of the universe,” suggesting that – at least for now – there’s no need to fear a hostile invasion force, despite the experiments.

Eshed acknowledged that his claims, which he offered with no evidence, might appear outlandish, but said he believes humanity will gradually come to accept them as true, and that some people may already have seen the light.

“If I came up with what I was saying five years ago today, I would have been hospitalized,” he said. “Until today, every place that I approached in the academy with this, they said, the guy has lost his mind.”

“Today we are already talking differently. I have nothing to lose. I have received my degrees and awards, I am respected in universities abroad, and the trend is also changing.“

This article and the book should reopen inquiries into just how much truth there may be in the numerous claims of bases on Mars that have been made from a range of military, scientific and experiencers over the past 50 years.

While few of those “Galactic Federation” kind of entities are genuine, quote one or two and you will remember them forever, there are deceptive entities around the type of CG who claim to be representatives of the same and often carry load of collected information that could be well traced to PA archives.

Well, since he´s given the initial interview in Hebrew I´m pretty sure he didn´t call it "Galactic Federation." One article says he´s received the "israeli security award" three times, so he might have some credentials among the security community.

WOW im ashtonished by the reactions here. IMO this is HUGE! This is a huge step forward to official disclosure. But the rider there is that if what's claimed is (or seems) too ridiculous, it goes instead into the "UFO nut" category. Using language that "UFO nuts" use doesn't help.

Based on what was reported (or translated), he's not sounding like a scientist or an intelligence analyst. His book, not [yet] translated into English, was written by a fantasy fiction author, from "conversations" — not the man himself.

I'd be interested to know if he's interviewed by any GOOD journalist — carefully! — to dig down into his claims. What exactly does he mean? How does he know this? What are his sources? Who else knows this? Which countries are involved? Which ET race is he referring to? When did all this happen? Where did he get the term "Galactic Federation" from? And so on.

I think ultimately we should move to pass the point of needing validation from the MSM. We know most of what's in it is bias brainwashing but still, beg to get some validation from it. This is a problem to which we need to find the solution. It is a circular discussion. I think that this is why we don't have open ET relations - who do they go to?

Whoever they go to first will be looked upon as the favourite - the chosen. The majority of our population might be ready to acknowledge that ET does exist, but can we all work together communicating with ET? I don't think so. Governments want different things for their country and many have conflicts with each other.

I have had a similar experience where I awoke on a table - it was not the greys though. I do not know who they were, or what name has been given to them. But my point, long story short; I woke and was disoriented - it did not at all feel like a dream - I was scared because I knew that I was not in my bed and being scared at the point where I did not want to move. I slowly started to turn my head and then there was an ET standing/sitting right next to me and we made eye contact. I was immediately calmed by feelings of safety, etc, and it was akin to a child with their mother. I then lost consciousness. Considering the being that I saw I would not have had those type of feelings - I would have been scared, although it was not menacing looking.

IMO this whole scenario is going down a rabbit hole, taken out of context when one studies the book. I'll explain below.
I suspect the whole thing is the usual hype in the media without a foundation and the usual lack of research by journalists. The ghost writer for his book deals with fantasy books in Israel. The Hebrew translation to English only shows two paragraphs of his so called claims but in another context within the fantasy world of the book's theme. IMO its taken out of context and has exacerbated the statements with people believing that this is his statements in our consensus reality. The fantasy book he has authored (ghost written by another person) provides a weak case for this to be real.

However the Eizondo interview IMO is groundless because of the above points. The Elizondo interview is useful as a measure of the status at present even taking out of the equation the Eshed's statements.

On some further news, there is an attempt by a wealthy individual to extract from Prof. Haim Eshed the evidence for this agreement.
