A fair few tones going on there but the more prominent one to me - strongest near the end is ~1324hz ... it's half is also in there 1324/2.

The high, clear overtone is definitely 1324, and while it's half is, as you say, in there, what's odd is that there is a higher, more prominent fundamental at around 782 hz, so the melodic haunting harmony we are hearing is approximately G4 underlying E5........I think..............

Last 20 years I aw 100s of videos (https://theghostdiaries.com/whistleblower-explains-mysterious-sounds-heard-across-the-world-and-its-more-disturbing-than-anything-you-can-imagine/) of strange eerie (distorted howling "trumpet") sounds in the sky being reported world-wide ... and yes ... SOME of them are fake.


I personally heard it too here in Gouda The Netherlands in 2017 around 3:00 AM when almost nobody is working. To me it sounded like moving a heavy metal table over a stone floor but 100 times stronger and deeper and literately coming from the skies! It gave me a feeling of a HUGE object making that eerie noise.
