I tried to find the publication directly on the university website, but did nof find it. It would be fine if somebody could point out in what library it sits to have direct access to the source

I am not buying in that timeline and think all the work done this year to expose the Covid19 Plandemic lies is what will derail their plans and hopefully collapse this criminal industry.

This was shared on the David Icke website. I think this is most interesting. It remembers me of the so called "Terror training Scenario" they had in NY right before 9/11 and in London 7/7.

Yes, I've seen it and ExomatrixTV/John Kuhles - a member here - has also shared it recently, as I have too via our PA Twitter account.

On spec there are similarities for sure with those pre-event training scenarios. Do make time to have a look through the Clade X and Dark Winter JHU exercises too; there are hints in those too with regard to certain elements of the now 'gone live' SARs operation.

I'd a few days started - and need to - finish reading through this SPARS document. It appears to be focusing on how to handle the information flow through social media (and other) broadcast media channels.

I took a look around and I didn't see this posted anywhere. This is whitepaper by Johns Hopkins University discussing the entire Covid 19 plandemic. They even talk about how the vaccine will kill you and how to use rap stars to lure in blacks, and country music singers to lure in whites, so that they take their clot shots.
