A few words of caution for those unfamiliar with such things......

While I am not in any way a doctor, a guru, or anyone in a position of authority on the subject, I have done this, and was successful in leaving my body, and interacting with other realms... As well as remote viewing, etc... Biolocating, as I call it... and I have some words of caution for those wanting to try this...

I can tell you from experience, that it can be dangerous if you just dive into it without a working knowledge of what exactly it is that you are opening your mind to... I had no clue what I was embarking on...

I once spent a great deal of time meditating to binaural beats "to open the pineal gland", by playing with different frequencies and tones.. And while wondrous things can happen once you do such things... some very "unbalancing" things can also happen... And those things can be very difficult to manage and navigate, especially when they begin to manifest into your daily life, as perhaps you over exposed your mind to those frequencies... People rarely if ever, speak of THAT side of this practice...

It's my opinion, that unless you are properly trained in how different frequencies can alter the mind, I would advance forward with extreme caution... And be very careful about WHICH frequencies you allow to influence your mind... And for how long daily, that you expose your mind to such things... I would suggest you never use headphones while doing so, as that would eliminate the natural frequencies around yourself, which can be what is keeping our minds centered and focused solely in THIS reality, during our normal lives..

What works for one, may be too much for another... Error on the side of caution.

These methods can indeed take you to other realms, and allow you to leave your body, once you learn how... But it can also cause bleedthrough when you do not expect it... Right in the middle of your daily life... And THAT can be very difficult to navigate, especially when you are the only one experiencing it...

Knowing when you should STOP listening is not in the "Handbook", in fact most of the videos out there say NOTHING, but just play the frequencies, and or music...

The effects of such things, can easily become out of your control as a result... You merely opened the door.. Without knowing how to close it... Some of these frequencies can open gateways that do not close just because you have opened your eyes, and gotten up to finish your day. Living in two worlds simultaneously is not an easy thing to do... Behaving as if you aren't, is even more difficult...

You may begin to perceive things others cannot... Hear things others cannot... See beings that others cannot see.. There are other effects that come with playing with such things that people might not be aware of. And I felt it was worth noting, to perhaps help someone else, who may be thinking of playing with such things... Just remember when you do this, there can be negative side effects or consequences...

We truly do not know what is "beyond the veil", in it's entirety, and how it may be able to manifest in our lives should we invite it... Frequencies affect everyone at a different level, with different outcomes. What is beautiful for one person, may turn into a nightmare for the next...

Just be careful..
