I'm sorry, but this is a trash article.

The picture tells literally nothing ... The "shooter" (if we are to believe that is actually him) has way more hair, and the quality is so poor, nothing else can be discerned except that the author has lined up the front of the two faces - every human has roughly the same shape face, not remotely difficult to do with a blurry low quality picture, and he couldn't even show the two images as separate side-by-side images for better scrutiny. Also note, the back of the head does not line up at all ...

The author claims validation of the accuracy of the claim because his post on Youtube had a "100% like factor" - possibly from a single like, before it was deleted. Anyone that claims he truth can be verified by a number of "likes to dislikes" ratio isn't exercising thinking ... not just critical thinking, but any thinking.
