TWO very important revelations have emerged on the 2020 Election between Trump and Biden - and they are both at odds with each other.

Both have been posted on Massive Fraud and Qanon threads.

This topic is not going away.  The other two threads are well over 2000 posts which is why a new thread to continue discussion throughout 2021 is needed to ensure the two summaries do not get overlooked.  (Also suggested by other members.)

I will link both summaries below followed by cross posting comments from the other threads.

1. Mike Lindell's (must see) video containing a summary of overwhelming evidence of the 2020 election fraud that overturned Trump in favour of Biden. (Mods, please embed video if possible.)

2.  Gobsmacking Time Article:

The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election

This article is proud of and heroically delivered as being the saviour of democracy by ensuring Trump didn't win. It doesn't matter that the alternative was a proven Criminal Family who have sold out U.S. democracy to China.

The article reveals in explicit detail "how they did it" because they believe Trump was trying to destroy democracy. I'm still reeling from shock at its blatant hypocrisy.

IT IS A VERY LONG READ BUT KEEPS YOU INTERESTED AS IT GIVES AN INTIMATE INSIGHT INTO HOW THE PROPAGANDISTS THINK AND STRATEGIZE.

A weird thing happened right after the Nov. 3 election: nothing.

The nation was braced for chaos. Liberal groups had vowed to take to the streets, planning hundreds of protests across the country. Right-wing militias were girding for battle. In a poll before Election Day, 75% of Americans voiced concern about violence.

Instead, an eerie quiet descended. As President Trump refused to concede, the response was not mass action but crickets. When media organizations called the race for Joe Biden on Nov. 7, jubilation broke out instead, as people thronged cities across the U.S. to celebrate the democratic process that resulted in Trump’s ouster.

A second odd thing happened amid Trump’s attempts to reverse the result: corporate America turned on him. Hundreds of major business leaders, many of whom had backed Trump’s candidacy and supported his policies, called on him to concede. To the President, something felt amiss. “It was all very, very strange,” Trump said on Dec. 2. “Within days after the election, we witnessed an orchestrated effort to anoint the winner, even while many key states were still being counted.”

In a way, Trump was right.

There was a conspiracy unfolding behind the scenes, one that both curtailed the protests and coordinated the resistance from CEOs. Both surprises were the result of an informal alliance between left-wing activists and business titans. The pact was formalized in a terse, little-noticed joint statement of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and AFL-CIO published on Election Day. Both sides would come to see it as a sort of implicit bargain–inspired by the summer’s massive, sometimes destructive racial-justice protests–in which the forces of labor came together with the forces of capital to keep the peace and oppose Trump’s assault on democracy.

The handshake between business and labor was just one component of a vast, cross-partisan campaign to protect the election–an extraordinary shadow effort dedicated not to winning the vote but to ensuring it would be free and fair, credible and uncorrupted. For more than a year, a loosely organized coalition of operatives scrambled to shore up America’s institutions as they came under simultaneous attack from a remorseless pandemic and an autocratically inclined President. Though much of this activity took place on the left, it was separate from the Biden campaign and crossed ideological lines, with crucial contributions by nonpartisan and conservative actors. The scenario the shadow campaigners were desperate to stop was not a Trump victory. It was an election so calamitous that no result could be discerned at all, a failure of the central act of democratic self-governance that has been a hallmark of America since its founding.

Their work touched every aspect of the election. They got states to change voting systems and laws and helped secure hundreds of millions in public and private funding. They fended off voter-suppression lawsuits, recruited armies of poll workers and got millions of people to vote by mail for the first time. They successfully pressured social media companies to take a harder line against disinformation and used data-driven strategies to fight viral smears. They executed national public-awareness campaigns that helped Americans understand how the vote count would unfold over days or weeks, preventing Trump’s conspiracy theories and false claims of victory from getting more traction. After Election Day, they monitored every pressure point to ensure that Trump could not overturn the result. “The untold story of the election is the thousands of people of both parties who accomplished the triumph of American democracy at its very foundation,” says Norm Eisen, a prominent lawyer and former Obama Administration official who recruited Republicans and Democrats to the board of the Voter Protection Program.

For Trump and his allies were running their own campaign to spoil the election. The President spent months insisting that mail ballots were a Democratic plot and the election would be “rigged.” His henchmen at the state level sought to block their use, while his lawyers brought dozens of spurious suits to make it more difficult to vote–an intensification of the GOP’s legacy of suppressive tactics. Before the election, Trump plotted to block a legitimate vote count. And he spent the months following Nov. 3 trying to steal the election he’d lost–with lawsuits and conspiracy theories, pressure on state and local officials, and finally summoning his army of supporters to the Jan. 6 rally that ended in deadly violence at the Capitol.

The democracy campaigners watched with alarm. “Every week, we felt like we were in a struggle to try to pull off this election without the country going through a real dangerous moment of unraveling,” says former GOP Representative Zach Wamp, a Trump supporter who helped coordinate a bipartisan election-protection council. “We can look back and say this thing went pretty well, but it was not at all clear in September and October that that was going to be the case."

This is the inside story of the conspiracy to save the 2020 election, based on access to the group’s inner workings, never-before-seen documents and interviews with dozens of those involved from across the political spectrum. It is the story of an unprecedented, creative and determined campaign whose success also reveals how close the nation came to disaster. “Every attempt to interfere with the proper outcome of the election was defeated,” says Ian Bassin, co-founder of Protect Democracy, a nonpartisan rule-of-law advocacy group. “But it’s massively important for the country to understand that it didn’t happen accidentally. The system didn’t work magically. Democracy is not self-executing.”

That’s why the participants want the secret history of the 2020 election told, even though it sounds like a paranoid fever dream–a well-funded cabal of powerful people, ranging across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information. They were not rigging the election; they were fortifying it. And they believe the public needs to understand the system’s fragility in order to ensure that democracy in America endures.

THE ARCHITECT

Sometime in the fall of 2019, Mike Podhorzer became convinced the election was headed for disaster–and determined to protect it.

This was not his usual purview. For nearly a quarter-century, Podhorzer, senior adviser to the president of the AFL-CIO, the nation’s largest union federation, has marshaled the latest tactics and data to help its favored candidates win elections. Unassuming and professorial, he isn’t the sort of hair-gelled “political strategist” who shows up on cable news. Among Democratic insiders, he’s known as the wizard behind some of the biggest advances in political technology in recent decades. A group of liberal strategists he brought together in the early 2000s led to the creation of the Analyst Institute, a secretive firm that applies scientific methods to political campaigns. He was also involved in the founding of Catalist, the flagship progressive data company.

The endless chatter in Washington about “political strategy,” Podhorzer believes, has little to do with how change really gets made. “My basic take on politics is that it’s all pretty obvious if you don’t overthink it or swallow the prevailing frameworks whole,” he once wrote. “After that, just relentlessly identify your assumptions and challenge them.” Podhorzer applies that approach to everything: when he coached his now adult son’s Little League team in the D.C. suburbs, he trained the boys not to swing at most pitches–a tactic that infuriated both their and their opponents’ parents, but won the team a series of championships.

Trump’s election in 2016–credited in part to his unusual strength among the sort of blue collar white voters who once dominated the AFL-CIO–prompted Podhorzer to question his assumptions about voter behavior. He began circulating weekly number-crunching memos to a small circle of allies and hosting strategy sessions in D.C. But when he began to worry about the election itself, he didn’t want to seem paranoid. It was only after months of research that he introduced his concerns in his newsletter in October 2019. The usual tools of data, analytics and polling would not be sufficient in a situation where the President himself was trying to disrupt the election, he wrote. “Most of our planning takes us through Election Day,” he noted. “But, we are not prepared for the two most likely outcomes”–Trump losing and refusing to concede, and Trump winning the Electoral College (despite losing the popular vote) by corrupting the voting process in key states. “We desperately need to systematically ‘red-team’ this election so that we can anticipate and plan for the worst we know will be coming our way.

It turned out Podhorzer wasn’t the only one thinking in these terms. He began to hear from others eager to join forces. The Fight Back Table, a coalition of “resistance” organizations, had begun scenario-planning around the potential for a contested election, gathering liberal activists at the local and national level into what they called the Democracy Defense Coalition. Voting-rights and civil rights organizations were raising alarms. A group of former elected officials was researching emergency powers they feared Trump might exploit. Protect Democracy was assembling a bipartisan election-crisis task force. “It turned out that once you said it out loud, people agreed,” Podhorzer says, “and it started building momentum.”

He spent months pondering scenarios and talking to experts. It wasn’t hard to find liberals who saw Trump as a dangerous dictator, but Podhorzer was careful to steer clear of hysteria. What he wanted to know was not how American democracy was dying but how it might be kept alive. The chief difference between the U.S. and countries that lost their grip on democracy, he concluded, was that America’s decentralized election system couldn’t be rigged in one fell swoop. That presented an opportunity to shore it up.

THE ALLIANCE

On March 3, Podhorzer drafted a three-page confidential memo titled “Threats to the 2020 Election.” “Trump has made it clear that this will not be a fair election, and that he will reject anything but his own re-election as ‘fake’ and rigged,” he wrote. “On Nov. 3, should the media report otherwise, he will use the right-wing information system to establish his narrative and incite his supporters to protest.” The memo laid out four categories of challenges: attacks on voters, attacks on election administration, attacks on Trump’s political opponents and “efforts to reverse the results of the election.”

Then COVID-19 erupted at the height of the primary-election season. Normal methods of voting were no longer safe for voters or the mostly elderly volunteers who normally staff polling places. But political disagreements, intensified by Trump’s crusade against mail voting, prevented some states from making it easier to vote absentee and for jurisdictions to count those votes in a timely manner. Chaos ensued. Ohio shut down in-person voting for its primary, leading to minuscule turnout. A poll-worker shortage in Milwaukee–where Wisconsin’s heavily Democratic Black population is concentrated–left just five open polling places, down from 182. In New York, vote counting took more than a m

Suddenly, the potential for a November meltdown was obvious. In his apartment in the D.C. suburbs, Podhorzer began working from his laptop at his kitchen table, holding back-to-back Zoom meetings for hours a day with his network of contacts across the progressive universe: the labor movement; the institutional left, like Planned Parenthood and Greenpeace; resistance groups like Indivisible and MoveOn; progressive data geeks and strategists, representatives of donors and foundations, state-level grassroots organizers, racial-justice activists and others.

In April, Podhorzer began hosting a weekly 2½-hour Zoom. It was structured around a series of rapid-fire five-minute presentations on everything from which ads were working to messaging to legal strategy. The invitation-only gatherings soon attracted hundreds, creating a rare shared base of knowledge for the fractious progressive movement. “At the risk of talking trash about the left, there’s not a lot of good information sharing,” says Anat Shenker-Osorio, a close Podhorzer friend whose poll-tested messaging guidance shaped the group’s approach. “There’s a lot of not-invented-here syndrome, where people won’t consider a good idea if they didn’t come up with it.”

The meetings became the galactic center for a constellation of operatives across the left who shared overlapping goals but didn’t usually work in concert. The group had no name, no leaders and no hierarchy, but it kept the disparate actors in sync. “Pod played a critical behind-the-scenes role in keeping different pieces of the movement infrastructure in communication and aligned,” says Maurice Mitchell, national director of the Working Families Party. “You have the litigation space, the organizing space, the political people just focused on the W, and their strategies aren’t always aligned. He allowed this ecosystem to work together.”

Protecting the election would require an effort of unprecedented scale. As 2020 progressed, it stretched to Congress, Silicon Valley and the nation’s statehouses. It drew energy from the summer’s racial-justice protests, many of whose leaders were a key part of the liberal alliance. And eventually it reached across the aisle, into the world of Trump-skeptical Republicans appalled by his attacks on democracy.

SECURING THE VOTE

The first task was overhauling America’s balky election infrastructure–in the middle of a pandemic. For the thousands of local, mostly nonpartisan officials who administer elections, the most urgent need was money. They needed protective equipment like masks, gloves and hand sanitizer. They needed to pay for postcards letting people know they could vote absentee–or, in some states, to mail ballots to every voter. They needed additional staff and scanners to process ballots.

In March, activists appealed to Congress to steer COVID relief money to election administration. Led by the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, more than 150 organizations signed a letter to every member of Congress seeking $2 billion in election funding. It was somewhat successful: the CARES Act, passed later that month, contained $400 million in grants to state election administrators. But the next tranche of relief funding didn’t add to that number. It wasn’t going to be enough.

Private philanthropy stepped into the breach. An assortment of foundations contributed tens of millions in election-administration funding. The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative chipped in $300 million. “It was a failure at the federal level that 2,500 local election officials were forced to apply for philanthropic grants to fill their needs,” says Amber McReynolds, a former Denver election official who heads the nonpartisan National Vote at Home Institute.

McReynolds’ two-year-old organization became a clearinghouse for a nation struggling to adapt. The institute gave secretaries of state from both parties technical advice on everything from which vendors to use to how to locate drop boxes. Local officials are the most trusted sources of election information, but few can afford a press secretary, so the institute distributed communications tool kits. In a presentation to Podhorzer’s group, McReynolds detailed the importance of absentee ballots for shortening lines at polling places and preventing an election crisis.

The institute’s work helped 37 states and D.C. bolster mail voting. But it wouldn’t be worth much if people didn’t take advantage. Part of the challenge was logistical: each state has different rules for when and how ballots should be requested and returned. The Voter Participation Center, which in a normal year would have deployed canvassers door-to-door to get out the vote, instead conducted focus groups in April and May to find out what would get people to vote by mail. In August and September, it sent ballot applications to 15 million people in key states, 4.6 million of whom returned them. In mailings and digital ads, the group urged people not to wait for Election Day. “All the work we have done for 17 years was built for this moment of bringing democracy to people’s doorsteps,” says Tom Lopach, the center’s CEO.

The effort had to overcome heightened skepticism in some communities. Many Black voters preferred to exercise their franchise in person or didn’t trust the mail. National civil rights groups worked with local organizations to get the word out that this was the best way to ensure one’s vote was counted. In Philadelphia, for example, advocates distributed “voting safety kits” containing masks, hand sanitizer and informational brochures. “We had to get the message out that this is safe, reliable, and you can trust it,” says Hannah Fried of All Voting Is Local.

At the same time, Democratic lawyers battled a historic tide of pre-election litigation. The pandemic intensified the parties’ usual tangling in the courts. But the lawyers noticed something else as well. “The litigation brought by the Trump campaign, of a piece with the broader campaign to sow doubt about mail voting, was making novel claims and using theories no court has ever accepted,” says Wendy Weiser, a voting-rights expert at the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU. “They read more like lawsuits designed to send a message rather than achieve a legal outcome.”

In the end, nearly half the electorate cast ballots by mail in 2020, practically a revolution in how people vote. About a quarter voted early in person. Only a quarter of voters cast their ballots the traditional way: in person on Election Day.

THE DISINFORMATION DEFENSE

Bad actors spreading false information is nothing new. For decades, campaigns have grappled with everything from anonymous calls claiming the election has been rescheduled to fliers spreading nasty smears about candidates’ families. But Trump’s lies and conspiracy theories, the viral force of social media and the involvement of foreign meddlers made disinformation a broader, deeper threat to the 2020 vote.

Laura Quinn, a veteran progressive operative who co-founded Catalist, began studying this problem a few years ago. She piloted a nameless, secret project, which she has never before publicly discussed, that tracked disinformation online and tried to figure out how to combat it. One component was tracking dangerous lies that might otherwise spread unnoticed. Researchers then provided information to campaigners or the media to track down the sources and expose them.

The most important takeaway from Quinn’s research, however, was that engaging with toxic content only made it worse. “When you get attacked, the instinct is to push back, call it out, say, ‘This isn’t true,'” Quinn says. “But the more engagement something gets, the more the platforms boost it. The algorithm reads that as, ‘Oh, this is popular; people want more of it.'”

The solution, she concluded, was to pressure platforms to enforce their rules, both by removing content or accounts that spread disinformation and by more aggressively policing it in the first place. “The platforms have policies against certain types of malign behavior, but they haven’t been enforcing them,” she says.

Quinn’s research gave ammunition to advocates pushing social media platforms to take a harder line. In November 2019, Mark Zuckerberg invited nine civil rights leaders to dinner at his home, where they warned him about the danger of the election-related falsehoods that were already spreading unchecked. “It took pushing, urging, conversations, brainstorming, all of that to get to a place where we ended up with more rigorous rules and enforcement,” says Vanita Gupta, president and CEO of the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, who attended the dinner and also met with Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey and others. (Gupta has been nominated for Associate Attorney General by President Biden.) “It was a struggle, but we got to the point where they understood the problem. Was it enough? Probably not. Was it later than we wanted? Yes. But it was really important, given the level of official disinformation, that they had those rules in place and were tagging things and taking them down.”

SPREADING THE WORD

Beyond battling bad information, there was a need to explain a rapidly changing election process. It was crucial for voters to understand that despite what Trump was saying, mail-in votes weren’t susceptible to fraud and that it would be normal if some states weren’t finished counting votes on election night.

Dick Gephardt, the Democratic former House leader turned high-powered lobbyist, spearheaded one coalition. “We wanted to get a really bipartisan group of former elected officials, Cabinet secretaries, military leaders and so on, aimed mainly at messaging to the public but also speaking to local officials–the secretaries of state, attorneys general, governors who would be in the eye of the storm–to let them know we wanted to help,” says Gephardt, who worked his contacts in the private sector to put $20 million behind the effort.

Wamp, the former GOP Congressman, worked through the nonpartisan reform group Issue One to rally Republicans. “We thought we should bring some bipartisan element of unity around what constitutes a free and fair election,” Wamp says. The 22 Democrats and 22 Republicans on the National Council on Election Integrity met on Zoom at least once a week. They ran ads in six states, made statements, wrote articles and alerted local officials to potential problems. “We had rabid Trump supporters who agreed to serve on the council based on the idea that this is honest,” Wamp says. This is going to be just as important, he told them, to convince the liberals when Trump wins. “Whichever way it cuts, we’re going to stick together.”

The Voting Rights Lab and IntoAction created state-specific memes and graphics, spread by email, text, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, urging that every vote be counted. Together, they were viewed more than 1 billion times. Protect Democracy’s election task force issued reports and held media briefings with high-profile experts across the political spectrum, resulting in widespread coverage of potential election issues and fact-checking of Trump’s false claims. The organization’s tracking polls found the message was being heard: the percentage of the public that didn’t expect to know the winner on election night gradually rose until by late October, it was over 70%. A majority also believed that a prolonged count wasn’t a sign of problems. “We knew exactly what Trump was going to do: he was going to try to use the fact that Democrats voted by mail and Republicans voted in person to make it look like he was ahead, claim victory, say the mail-in votes were fraudulent and try to get them thrown out,” says Protect Democracy’s Bassin. Setting public expectations ahead of time helped undercut those lies.

The alliance took a common set of themes from the research Shenker-Osorio presented at Podhorzer’s Zooms. Studies have shown that when people don’t think their vote will count or fear casting it will be a hassle, they’re far less likely to participate. Throughout election season, members of Podhorzer’s group minimized incidents of voter intimidation and tamped down rising liberal hysteria about Trump’s expected refusal to concede. They didn’t want to amplify false claims by engaging them, or put people off voting by suggesting a rigged game. “When you say, ‘These claims of fraud are spurious,’ what people hear is ‘fraud,'” Shenker-Osorio says. “What we saw in our pre-election research was that anything that reaffirmed Trump’s power or cast him as an authoritarian diminished people’s desire to vote."

Podhorzer, meanwhile, was warning everyone he knew that polls were underestimating Trump’s support. The data he shared with media organizations who would be calling the election was “tremendously useful” to understand what was happening as the votes rolled in, according to a member of a major network’s political unit who spoke with Podhorzer before Election Day. Most analysts had recognized there would be a “blue shift” in key battlegrounds– the surge of votes breaking toward Democrats, driven by tallies of mail-in ballots– but they hadn’t comprehended how much better Trump was likely to do on Election Day. “Being able to document how big the absentee wave would be and the variance by state was essential,” the analyst says.

PEOPLE POWER

The racial-justice uprising sparked by George Floyd’s killing in May was not primarily a political movement. The organizers who helped lead it wanted to harness its momentum for the election without allowing it to be co-opted by politicians. Many of those organizers were part of Podhorzer’s network, from the activists in battleground states who partnered with the Democracy Defense Coalition to organizations with leading roles in the Movement for Black Lives.

The best way to ensure people’s voices were heard, they decided, was to protect their ability to vote. “We started thinking about a program that would complement the traditional election-protection area but also didn’t rely on calling the police,” says Nelini Stamp, the Working Families Party’s national organizing director. They created a force of “election defenders” who, unlike traditional poll watchers, were trained in de-escalation techniques. During early voting and on Election Day, they surrounded lines of voters in urban areas with a “joy to the polls” effort that turned the act of casting a ballot into a street party. Black organizers also recruited thousands of poll workers to ensure polling places would stay open in their communities.

The summer uprising had shown that people power could have a massive impact. Activists began preparing to reprise the demonstrations if Trump tried to steal the election. “Americans plan widespread protests if Trump interferes with election,” Reuters reported in October, one of many such stories. More than 150 liberal groups, from the Women’s March to the Sierra Club to Color of Change, from Democrats.com to the Democratic Socialists of America, joined the “Protect the Results” coalition. The group’s now defunct website had a map listing 400 planned postelection demonstrations, to be activated via text message as soon as Nov. 4. To stop the coup they feared, the left was ready to flood the streets.

STRANGE BEDFELLOWS

About a week before Election Day, Podhorzer received an unexpected message: the U.S. Chamber of Commerce wanted to talk.

The AFL-CIO and the Chamber have a long history of antagonism. Though neither organization is explicitly partisan, the influential business lobby has poured hundreds of millions of dollars into Republican campaigns, just as the nation’s unions funnel hundreds of millions to Democrats. On one side is labor, on the other management, locked in an eternal struggle for power and resources.

But behind the scenes, the business community was engaged in its own anxious discussions about how the election and its aftermath might unfold. The summer’s racial-justice protests had sent a signal to business owners too: the potential for economy-disrupting civil disorder. “With tensions running high, there was a lot of concern about unrest around the election, or a breakdown in our normal way we handle contentious elections,” says Neil Bradley, the Chamber’s executive vice president and chief policy officer. These worries had led the Chamber to release a pre-election statement with the Business Roundtable, a Washington-based CEOs’ group, as well as associations of manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers, calling for patience and confidence as votes were counted.

But Bradley wanted to send a broader, more bipartisan message. He reached out to Podhorzer, through an intermediary both men declined to name. Agreeing that their unlikely alliance would be powerful, they began to discuss a joint statement pledging their organizations’ shared commitment to a fair and peaceful election. They chose their words carefully and scheduled the statement’s release for maximum impact. As it was being finalized, Christian leaders signaled their interest in joining, further broadening its reach.

The statement was released on Election Day, under the names of Chamber CEO Thomas Donohue, AFL-CIO president Richard Trumka, and the heads of the National Association of Evangelicals and the National African American Clergy Network. “It is imperative that election officials be given the space and time to count every vote in accordance with applicable laws,” it stated. “We call on the media, the candidates and the American people to exercise patience with the process and trust in our system, even if it requires more time than usual.” The groups added, “Although we may not always agree on desired outcomes up and down the ballot, we are united in our call for the American democratic process to proceed without violence, intimidation or any other tactic that makes us weaker as a nation."

SHOWING UP, STANDING DOWN

Election night began with many Democrats despairing. Trump was running ahead of pre-election polling, winning Florida, Ohio and Texas easily and keeping Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania too close to call. But Podhorzer was unperturbed when I spoke to him that night: the returns were exactly in line with his modeling. He had been warning for weeks that Trump voters’ turnout was surging. As the numbers dribbled out, he could tell that as long as all the votes were counted, Trump would lose.

The liberal alliance gathered for an 11 p.m. Zoom call. Hundreds joined; many were freaking out. “It was really important for me and the team in that moment to help ground people in what we had already known was true,” says Angela Peoples, director for the Democracy Defense Coalition. Podhorzer presented data to show the group that victory was in hand.

While he was talking, Fox News surprised everyone by calling Arizona for Biden. The public-awareness campaign had worked: TV anchors were bending over backward to counsel caution and frame the vote count accurately. The question then became what to do next.

The conversation that followed was a difficult one, led by the activists charged with the protest strategy. “We wanted to be mindful of when was the right time to call for moving masses of people into the street,” Peoples says. As much as they were eager to mount a show of strength, mobilizing immediately could backfire and put people at risk. Protests that devolved into violent clashes would give Trump a pretext to send in federal agents or troops as he had over the summer. And rather than elevate Trump’s complaints by continuing to fight him, the alliance wanted to send the message that the people had spoken.

So the word went out: stand down. Protect the Results announced that it would “not be activating the entire national mobilization network today, but remains ready to activate if necessary.” On Twitter, outraged progressives wondered what was going on. Why wasn’t anyone trying to stop Trump’s coup? Where were all the protests?

Podhorzer credits the activists for their restraint. “They had spent so much time getting ready to hit the streets on Wednesday. But they did it,” he says. “Wednesday through Friday, there was not a single Antifa vs. Proud Boys incident like everyone was expecting. And when that didn’t materialize, I don’t think the Trump campaign had a backup plan."

Activists reoriented the Protect the Results protests toward a weekend of celebration. “Counter their disinfo with our confidence & get ready to celebrate,” read the messaging guidance Shenker-Osorio presented to the liberal alliance on Friday, Nov. 6. “Declare and fortify our win. Vibe: confident, forward-looking, unified–NOT passive, anxious.” The voters, not the candidates, would be the protagonists of the story.

The planned day of celebration happened to coincide with the election being called on Nov. 7. Activists dancing in the streets of Philadelphia blasted Beyoncé over an attempted Trump campaign press conference; the Trumpers’ next confab was scheduled for Four Seasons Total Landscaping outside the city center, which activists believe was not a coincidence. “The people of Philadelphia owned the streets of Philadelphia,” crows the Working Families Party’s Mitchell. “We made them look ridiculous by contrasting our joyous celebration of democracy with their clown show.”

The votes had been counted. Trump had lost. But the battle wasn’t over.

THE FIVE STEPS TO VICTORY

In Podhorzer’s presentations, winning the vote was only the first step to winning the election. After that came winning the count, winning the certification, winning the Electoral College and winning the transition–steps that are normally formalities but that he knew Trump would see as opportunities for disruption. Nowhere would that be more evident than in Michigan, where Trump’s pressure on local Republicans came perilously close to working–and where liberal and conservative pro-democracy forces joined to counter it.

It was around 10 p.m. on election night in Detroit when a flurry of texts lit up the phone of Art Reyes III. A busload of Republican election observers had arrived at the TCF Center, where votes were being tallied. They were crowding the vote-counting tables, refusing to wear masks, heckling the mostly Black workers. Reyes, a Flint native who leads We the People Michigan, was expecting this. For months, conservative groups had been sowing suspicion about urban vote fraud. “The language was, ‘They’re going to steal the election; there will be fraud in Detroit,’ long before any vote was cast,” Reyes says.

He made his way to the arena and sent word to his network. Within 45 minutes, dozens of reinforcements had arrived. As they entered the arena to provide a counterweight to the GOP observers inside, Reyes took down their cell-phone numbers and added them to a massive text chain. Racial-justice activists from Detroit Will Breathe worked alongside suburban women from Fems for Dems and local elected officials. Reyes left at 3 a.m., handing the text chain over to a disability activist.

As they mapped out the steps in the election-certification process, activists settled on a strategy of foregrounding the people’s right to decide, demanding their voices be heard and calling attention to the racial implications of disenfranchising Black Detroiters. They flooded the Wayne County canvassing board’s Nov. 17 certification meeting with on-message testimony; despite a Trump tweet, the Republican board members certified Detroit’s votes.

Election boards were one pressure point; another was GOP-controlled legislatures, who Trump believed could declare the election void and appoint their own electors. And so the President invited the GOP leaders of the Michigan legislature, House Speaker Lee Chatfield and Senate majority leader Mike Shirkey, to Washington on Nov. 20.

It was a perilous moment. If Chatfield and Shirkey agreed to do Trump’s bidding, Republicans in other states might be similarly bullied. “I was concerned things were going to get weird,” says Jeff Timmer, a former Michigan GOP executive director turned anti-Trump activist. Norm Eisen describes it as “the scariest moment” of the entire election.

The democracy defenders launched a full-court press. Protect Democracy’s local contacts researched the lawmakers’ personal and political motives. Issue One ran television ads in Lansing. The Chamber’s Bradley kept close tabs on the process. Wamp, the former Republican Congressman, called his former colleague Mike Rogers, who wrote an op-ed for the Detroit newspapers urging officials to honor the will of the voters. Three former Michigan governors–Republicans John Engler and Rick Snyder and Democrat Jennifer Granholm–jointly called for Michigan’s electoral votes to be cast free of pressure from the White House. Engler, a former head of the Business Roundtable, made phone calls to influential donors and fellow GOP elder statesmen who could press the lawmakers privately.

The pro-democracy forces were up against a Trumpified Michigan GOP controlled by allies of Ronna McDaniel, the Republican National Committee chair, and Betsy DeVos, the former Education Secretary and a member of a billionaire family of GOP donors. On a call with his team on Nov. 18, Bassin vented that his side’s pressure was no match for what Trump could offer. “Of course he’s going to try to offer them something,” Bassin recalls thinking. “Head of the Space Force! Ambassador to wherever! We can’t compete with that by offering carrots. We need a stick."

If Trump were to offer something in exchange for a personal favor, that would likely constitute bribery, Bassin reasoned. He phoned Richard Primus, a law professor at the University of Michigan, to see if Primus agreed and would make the argument publicly. Primus said he thought the meeting itself was inappropriate, and got to work on an op-ed for Politico warning that the state attorney general–a Democrat–would have no choice but to investigate. When the piece posted on Nov. 19, the attorney general’s communications director tweeted it. Protect Democracy soon got word that the lawmakers planned to bring lawyers to the meeting with Trump the next day.

Reyes’ activists scanned flight schedules and flocked to the airports on both ends of Shirkey’s journey to D.C., to underscore that the lawmakers were being scrutinized. After the meeting, the pair announced they’d pressed the President to deliver COVID relief for their constituents and informed him they saw no role in the election process. Then they went for a drink at the Trump hotel on Pennsylvania Avenue. A street artist projected their images onto the outside of the building along with the words THE WORLD IS WATCHING.

That left one last step: the state canvassing board, made up of two Democrats and two Republicans. One Republican, a Trumper employed by the DeVos family’s political nonprofit, was not expected to vote for certification. The other Republican on the board was a little-known lawyer named Aaron Van Langevelde. He sent no signals about what he planned to do, leaving everyone on edge.

When the meeting began, Reyes’s activists flooded the livestream and filled Twitter with their hashtag, #alleyesonmi. A board accustomed to attendance in the single digits suddenly faced an audience of thousands. In hours of testimony, the activists emphasized their message of respecting voters’ wishes and affirming democracy rather than scolding the officials. Van Langevelde quickly signaled he would follow precedent. The vote was 3-0 to certify; the other Republican abstained.

After that, the dominoes fell. Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and the rest of the states certified their electors. Republican officials in Arizona and Georgia stood up to Trump’s bullying. And the Electoral College voted on schedule on Dec 14.

HOW CLOSE WE CAME

There was one last milestone on Podhorzer’s mind: Jan. 6. On the day Congress would meet to tally the electoral count, Trump summoned his supporters to D.C. for a rally.

Much to their surprise, the thousands who answered his call were met by virtually no counterdemonstrators. To preserve safety and ensure they couldn’t be blamed for any mayhem, the activist left was “strenuously discouraging counter activity,” Podhorzer texted me the morning of Jan. 6, with a crossed-fingers emoji.

Trump addressed the crowd that afternoon, peddling the lie that lawmakers or Vice President Mike Pence could reject states’ electoral votes. He told them to go to the Capitol and “fight like hell.” Then he returned to the White House as they sacked the building. As lawmakers fled for their lives and his own supporters were shot and trampled, Trump praised the rioters as “very special.”

It was his final attack on democracy, and once again, it failed. By standing down, the democracy campaigners outfoxed their foes. “We won by the skin of our teeth, honestly, and that’s an important point for folks to sit with,” says the Democracy Defense Coalition’s Peoples. “There’s an impulse for some to say voters decided and democracy won. But it’s a mistake to think that this election cycle was a show of strength for democracy. It shows how vulnerable democracy is.”

The members of the alliance to protect the election have gone their separate ways. The Democracy Defense Coalition has been disbanded, though the Fight Back Table lives on. Protect Democracy and the good-government advocates have turned their attention to pressing reforms in Congress. Left-wing activists are pressuring the newly empowered Democrats to remember the voters who put them there, while civil rights groups are on guard against further attacks on voting. Business leaders denounced the Jan. 6 attack, and some say they will no longer donate to lawmakers who refused to certify Biden’s victory. Podhorzer and his allies are still holding their Zoom strategy sessions, gauging voters’ views and developing new messages. And Trump is in Florida, facing his second impeachment, deprived of the Twitter and Facebook accounts he used to push the nation to its breaking point.

As I was reporting this article in November and December, I heard different claims about who should get the credit for thwarting Trump’s plot. Liberals argued the role of bottom-up people power shouldn’t be overlooked, particularly the contributions of people of color and local grassroots activists. Others stressed the heroism of GOP officials like Van Langevelde and Georgia secretary of state Brad Raffensperger, who stood up to Trump at considerable cost. The truth is that neither likely could have succeeded without the other. “It’s astounding how close we came, how fragile all this really is,” says Timmer, the former Michigan GOP executive director. “It’s like when Wile E. Coyote runs off the cliff–if you don’t look down, you don’t fall. Our democracy only survives if we all believe and don’t look down.”

Democracy won in the end. The will of the people prevailed. But it’s crazy, in retrospect, that this is what it took to put on an election in the United States of America.

–With reporting by LESLIE DICKSTEIN, MARIAH ESPADA and SIMMONE SHAH

Correction appended, Feb. 5: The original version of this story misstated the name of Norm Eisen’s organization. It is the Voter Protection Program, not the Voter Protection Project. The original version of this story also misstated Jeff Timmer’s former position with the Michigan Republican Party. He was the executive director, not the chairman.

Absolute Proof (https://michaeljlindell.com/)

Folks, I got to 30+ minutes into "Absolute Proof", and have seen nothing but another parade of claims and opinions. I'm going to assume that if there was zero actual evidence in that first 30, a trend has been set.

I'm not going to continue for the whole 2 hours in search of, but if someone can kindly point out something resembling absolute proof subsequent to that, please do post the time and I'll go check it out. :)

Gracy, skip the first 90 minutes (136:36:36). Go straight to the proof. There it is listed every single stolen ballot with the time stamps, from which country, the IP address, the machine make and serial number, where the attack took place, whether it was successful, and what was the result.

After that is a very helpful video to watch the actual attack in real time to illustrate and get a feel for just how comprehensive the attack was.

There is no more getting around the facts, I'm afraid. America was attacked by foreign players, aided and abetted by domestic traitors.

The evidence is there. Overwhelmingly. The video reiterates what was conclusively established before: principally before the State Legislatures in some of the battle ground states. That in turn caused several state Legislatures to challenge the electoral vote count in Congress. I suppose you know more than these Legislators do.

This video aspired to reiterate the evidence and put it in one place. A one stop shop, so to speak. There’s nothing wrong with that. Except to one who does not like the message.

You seem to take issue with the word “proof”, apparently because you are not convinced by the evidence. That is, the evidence seems not to have convinced you and nudged you over the line from evidence to proof. Proof in the sense you are convinced. After all, that is what proof is; evidence accepted as true for purposes of reaching a decision or verdict.

You claim not to be convinced that vote and election fraud occurred based upon the evidence that you may have taken the time to consider. You say you see no proof. You are not convinced. Fine, that’s your prerogative. I disagree with you. I am convinced that election fraud occurred on a massive scale in 2020. That’s my prerogative. Frankly, you’re wrong.

Expert testimony is evidence. If you want to ignore the experts, as well as many, many, many affidavits providing facts and not opinions, not to mention all the other factual evidence, all I can conclude is that you like the result irrespective of the means and methods used to obtain the result. That makes you part of the problem in my book.

I suppose you will continue to enjoy totalitarian collectivism in the USA, for as long as it lasts.

after years of training seminar leaders and working with thousands of participants, i learnt that people will only see and understand what they want and are willing to

and that any effort to attempt to move someone in a direction they are unwilling (and have made statements to that effect multiple times) is quite definitively an exercise in futility and a waste of precious time and energy

and it isn't our "job" our "task" to do so anyway'

this business of "im not going to watch ... you do "x" for me"

is something i would categorically ignore in anyone ...
certainly NOT "encourage" or indulge

i love a passage in A Course in Miracles that speaks of Truth as being unassailable,

in need of NO defense

and perfectly unaffected by belief in it or lack thereof
(paraphrased)

"It can be unrecognized, but it cannot be changed"

i think that sums it up quite nicely

:flower:

First off I think this video/information (The Absolute Truth (https://www.worldviewweekend.com/absolute-proof)) really requires a separate thread to get as much discussion going as possible instead of being on page 118. An intelligent lively discussion always brings us closer to truth.

The evidence (if true) appears to be compelling that not only was there voter fraud but Trump actually won the election. The reason I say 'if true' is because he did not make it crystal clear where all this data came from. I have no doubt that all the data he put forward actually exists but how can I be absolutely sure that it is pulled from reliable sources.

What also came out in this video is that there was collusion between big Tech and Democrat state governments to silence those people trying to expose the voter fraud. This much appears to be indisputable.

There was also provable evidence (video clips and Washington Posts Reports) that state governments threaten to punish lawyers that were trying to bring this info to the public or take it to court. There definitely was a conspiracy of silence (https://www.dictionary.com/browse/conspiracy-of-silence).

The idea that 60 court cases were rejected does not hold water. Courts around the world and especially in the USA will almost always reject hearing cases that determine a political outcome. The Gore vs Bush Supreme Court Case in 2000 was an exception as the country had nowhere else to turn to solve this historical urgent problem.

Also as a footnote, I have been wondering for the past two weeks why there was such a vicious attack against Mike Lindell and his company, my God he makes pillows. I had no idea (until 2 days ago) that he was coming out with evidence, so now it makes all the sense in the world.

I am going to go back and watch this again (I rarely watch videos longer than 30 minutes) to see if there is something that can cement the facts or derail the train for me.

Thread: Time article

One thing keeps standing out to me in that article. Most are shocked by the audacity of admitting the conspiracy existed. Many are using it as a confession to vindicate our beliefs of a manipulated election.

But several times they stated that Democracy almost didn't work.

"But it’s massively important for the country to understand that it didn’t happen accidentally. The system didn’t work magically. Democracy is not self-executing.”

What could that mean?

////////////////////////
By muddying the waters and inserting 'noble' intent into the narrative, they are trying to strip away some of the worst case elements of their criminality.

They are building a pressure relieve mechanism in the hope that they will survive what is coming.

If you haven't taken the time to watch @RealMikeLindell's Absolute Proof video yet, you need to at least watch this segment, because in it, a security researcher not only claims to have the data which outlines every single hack performed by foreign nations during our 2020 Presidential election, but has created a visualization with their data set.

If this security researcher is correct, this is it, folks. This would show, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the 2020 election was stolen, that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are illegitimate and lost on November 3rd, and that @realdonaldtrump is still the legal President of this land.

@RealMikeLindell is right. This is nothing short of a miracle.

....

@NeonRevolt @RealMikeLindell @realdonaldtrump I believe that these are military data. By the way, listen very carefully to what the general just say afterwards. The military has it all.

...

@NeonRevolt @RealMikeLindell @realdonaldtrump Note how many of those lines are going to China.

Actual Biden voters NEED to understand the gravity and implications of this. The time for safe spaces and hurt feelings are over. We are at war. A cyber war atm, but war nonetheless, with a traitor sitting in the White House, a Congress who enabled this treason, and a court system that refused to do it's job.

Very intriguing. Why can't they concede? Is it just because they don't want to be the first to publicly speak the inevitable knowing it will bring great disappointment. Or is there really something else going on.

I can't imagine the comprehensive fraud summary video by Lindell and the concurrent TIME article will not go unnoticed. Reactions surely will emerge. Maybe there still is a shred of hope.

Have not watched yet, but if this is accurate way more needs to be done to explain and detail what the IP (Internet Protocol) packets and origin and destination IP addresses) traffic proves, in laymans terms and with supporting evidence to map IP address ranges to local network locations, and some way to identity packet traffic contents assuming all the data was captured in real time and saved.

Here's my own opinion:

They did it for several reasons.

1. They wanted to admit to the rigging and get it out of the way.

2. They wanted to redefine the terms so that when we say RIGGING, they can say FORTIFYING.

3. They think Trump is PROBABLY sunk, but to make sure, they trying to preempt any more of his talk about fraud.

4. They have absolutely no idea that Trump got the real vote count and acted on it.

Well, I was thinking the same thing after posting here. How do we know the data, as impressive as it looks, is actually verifiable intelligence? And if I say that to second Mountain Jim, then how about those who are on the fence about this, or those like Gracy who are not on board at all? This data is not like the first hand accounts of fraud and shady dealings people swore an oath to being true.

And, how did this person and their group get access to the 'tools' that I would assume are hard to come by in order to watch the steal and record it like that, in such detail. I would think only government has those 'tools'. Could it be that this is the military's data?

We need more on the verification side. I think it is really promising, though.

Not to mention how nicely the Time article backs up the claims of the steal and election fraud being a coordinated effort of many high level players. umm, that's collusion and breaks many laws, not to mention treasonous. and having admitted to it, they basically state that elections are rigged and that any time they want they can steal the election. Very stupid of them. That was very handy of the publication, and I think we should thank them for their admitting guilt, rag that it is...

Yes, but why? Is this just the $%^&^#$% that thinks they've somehow acquired or have been gifted the "right" to own or control everything there is (through their proxies, I suppose), thumbing their noses at everyone else? I don't get it.

Me either. The TIME article still has me gobsmacked, even though we see propaganda now on an hourly basis. To admit and then intimately describe how they did it with no fear of reprisal takes this to another frightening level.

SO important to consider is WHY did the deep state actually allow an article like this to be posted? Is it because they know whats coming and trying to justify what they did?

The wisdom of Lin Wood...
newest upload...
NPK-54G4Af8

highly recommend listening to Lin Wood especially around the 20 minute mark but the whole video has great info.

In my view, the purpose of the Time magazine article is to attempt to convince the 50% (approximately) of the adult voting public, who are undecided about what happened with the 2020 election, that all is well and they—the 50% on the fence—should conclude that “democracy” was saved thanks to big business and the man and woman in the street who joined together to protect us all from the evil of Trump and his deplorable adherents.

This is one example of attempts by the traitor criminal elements to counter the growing awareness that the election was stolen by myriad means and methods, both great and small. That is, the goal is to counter the indisputable clear evidence and proof that the democratic process in our Republic, called an election, was subverted by fraud and that an illegitimate criminal traitor is POTUS, ostensibly.

There is a general rule, which for lack of a better term, I call the 25/25/50 rule. Abraham Lincoln touched upon this rule with the quote attributed to him: “You can fool some of the people all of the time. And all of the people some of the time. But you can’t fool all of the people all of the time.” (I think I got that right.). The Time article is trying to fool that 50% of the people.

What I’m getting at is this: On average, 25% of the people are going to believe Biden won the 2020 election no matter what they see and hear to the contrary. 25% are going to believe Trump won no matter what they see and hear to the contrary. On average 50% of the people are in the fence. The Time article is directed to and targeting the 50% with the goal of bringing as many people as possible in the 50% category into the Biden camp by getting them to fall for the fairytale that the good guys really won and that the ends, getting rid of Trump, justified the means that were employed to do so; notwithstanding that the means were criminal and traitorous.

(This may be a counterpoint to the “sting” operation theory advanced by people like Steve Piecznik. Time magazine would have us believe that the stingers got stung. But I doubt that many are aware of that theory.)

Ultimately, my hunch is that the Time article is part of MSM’s ongoing efforts to quell unrest and command obedience to what is coming by getting as many people as possible to think like the 25% who are convinced Biden won, no matter all the evidence and proof to the contrary.

As the saying goes: “Until a person is ready to receive an idea, no amount of proof will convince them of it.” The Deep State propagandist are not going to sit back and wait for the 50% on the fence to be ready to receive the idea that Trump won, that the election was stolen and that Biden is an illegitimate usurper (not unlike Obama).

The release of the Time article has to be part of a strategy - and although it can be seen as an audacious confession, slap in the face and an arrogant display of despotism -

The main thing, I think though, is that they want to draw attention away from the Voting Machines and the way they were used to rig the election and the involvement of other countries in that, especially China -

They try to portray their conspiracy and collusion (that they happily and proudly admit) as a patriotic, heroic thing - by Americans in America... but the Election Steal was much more than that and the part played by the Voting Machines was central to it all...

They (the machines and algorithms) have probably been more or less choosing who wins for years - Democrats AND Republicans - maybe it was only the sheer number of votes for Trump that overrode the settings in 2016 - and even when they decided that wasn't going to be allowed to happen again in 2020 in selected Swing States - Trump still got so many votes, more than they had anticipated that they had to close the counting down and DO SOMETHING -

I will have to go back an double check but I don't think voting machines were mentioned once in the Time article -

.

From the Time Article aka Fairy Tale -

The liberal alliance gathered for an 11 p.m. Zoom call. Hundreds joined; many were freaking out. “It was really important for me and the team in that moment to help ground people in what we had already known was true,” says Angela Peoples, director for the Democracy Defense Coalition. Podhorzer presented data to show the group that victory was in hand.

It annoys me that they still call themselves and other people still call them - liberals -

They are not liberals

The TIME article written by Nancy Pelosi's biographer.

Good video below of Trump predicting this months ago.

Also outlines the major players and their connections.

It's Fox News reporting so vid might not get taken down but after Lou Dobbs recent cancellation I wonder how much longer Laura Ingraham will survive.

Yes, my thoughts exactly.

I am curious though. If we took this article at face value for a moment (ignoring China and the voting machines), it would be logical to argue that Time magazine has essentially obtained information about "cabal" members admitting to detailed and orchestrated interference with the U.S. election in some fashion, be it propaganda, censorship, and a range of other activities that seem downright criminal to me. It doesn't matter how Time magazine tries to package it. It doesn't matter that they misguidedly believe they're saving Democracy. It matters that this "cabal" deliberately set out to influence and interfere with laws and media to sway an election result. Arguably, Time has therefore collaborated with these "cabal" members (or how else would they have put all this together so quickly and comprehensively?) and therefore needs to disclose it's sources to the public, and law enforcement. If it does not, it is reasonable to brand it as part of the "cabal".

The timing of this article is highly suspect. Nevertheless, the article freely admits to some form of interference that only the rich and powerful can effect (and have done, if what they say is true). Wouldn't this be construed as treason? The article should, at the very least, prompt serious investigation into the activities of this "cabal". If there is any truth to the article, you'd expect some high-profile arrests. I suspect that nothing is going to happen though. And if there is no serious investigation as a result of this article then that, in and of itself, should be a massive red flag to any democratic society.

Perhaps the TIME article could also prove valuable in Trump's impleachment case.  Millions watched their plan unfold without knowing who was orchestrating it - till now.  The "how" was undeniably witnessed and felt causing enormous frustration and stress.

Surely the effects from their master plan would be enough to trigger a riot on 6 Jan.  Place blame where it truly belongs - on the perpetrators of suppression. Did they think no one would give a damn!

I think we can be sure the Time article was run passed lawyers and there's probably nothing in it that could be used successfully in a court case - (and they know that a corrupt judiciary would have their backs covered anyway -)

For example this bit -

~~~Their work touched every aspect of the election. They got states to change voting systems and laws and helped secure hundreds of millions in public and private funding. They fended off voter-suppression lawsuits, recruited armies of poll workers and got millions of people to vote by mail for the first time. They successfully pressured social media companies to take a harder line against disinformation and used data-driven strategies to fight viral smears. They executed national public-awareness campaigns that helped Americans understand how the vote count would unfold over days or weeks, preventing Trump’s conspiracy theories and false claims of victory from getting more traction. After Election Day, they monitored every pressure point to ensure that Trump could not overturn the result. “The untold story of the election is the thousands of people of both parties who accomplished the triumph of American democracy at its very foundation,” says Norm Eisen, a prominent lawyer and former Obama Administration official who recruited Republicans and Democrats to the board of the Voter Protection Program.~~~
This could all be classed as coordinating and campaigning -
IMO -the release of this article was all to do with putting the allegations of Stealing the Election through fraudulent and illegal activities to bed for all the people who are on the fence and don't look into it in any depth... and to steer well away from the Voting Machines being rigged and the involvement of any foreign entities - because collusion in that direction WOULD be treasonous - and would mean the result would be null and void -
quote from Time Article -
~~~The scenario the shadow campaigners were desperate to stop was not a Trump victory. It was an election so calamitous that no result could be discerned at all, a failure of the central act of democratic self-governance that has been a hallmark of America since its founding.~~~

The mass media proves, by marching in lockstep with the intel community to oust Trump for the entire Trump presidency, that there is indeed a controlling conspiracy. Add to that the widespread identical response to covid across the world. Yet, after proving they are part of a conspiracy, they lampoon and ridicule conspiracy theories. Reminds me of a 1982 Sean Connery movie "Wrong is Right."

Trump’s plan to secure elections:

-One day voting
-Paper ballots
-Proof of citizenship
-Voter ID

The only people who do not approve of these measures, are Democrats, because this removes their ability to cheat with illegals voting.

Flashback to 11/04/2016: Obama, days before the 2016 election, was encouraging illegal immigrants to vote, and assuring them they will not be prosecuted if they try to vote.

Trump wants to secure our elections to prevent the Dems from doing this, and the Dems want to maintain their illegal immigrant vote, hence why they don’t want to secure the border and why they don’t want to secure elections.

It’s never been about “democracy”. It’s about election fraud. They don’t like the way Americans vote, so they ship in new voters and buy their vote.

The Dems will claim all these proposals to secure our elections are racist, and that “every vote should count”. It’s all a lie for them to retain their power.

BREAKING.🚨

The Wisconsin Supreme Court has *REINSTATED* the use of ballot harvesting and absentee drop boxes, reversing a ruling the court made just two years earlier that effectively *BANNED* the practices.

This is a massive setback for election integrity in the important swing state.

The 4-3 decision was a win for Democrats who argued that allowing voters to file ballots into locked, unmanned and unsupervised boxes made voting more accessible. Voter convenience is not a “right” under Wisconsin state election law and the use of absentee ballots is a privilege.

In July 2022, the Wisconsin Supreme Court upheld a lower court decision that found that the Wisconsin Elections Commission
and clerks in Madison, Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha and elsewhere “broke the law by allowing absentee voting drop boxes and ballot harvesting in 2020, 2021 and 2022.”

The Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL), which had filed a complaint in Waukesha County Circuit Court in 2020, established in court that the absentee ballot drop boxes violated state law.

“Absentee ballot drop boxes were used widely during Wisconsin elections in 2020. The Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) issued memos to Wisconsin clerks in March and August of 2020 encouraging their use, stating that absentee ballots do not need to be mailed by the voter or delivered by the voter, in person, to the municipal clerk, but instead could be dropped into a drop box. According to WEC, ballot drop boxes can be unstaffed, temporary, or permanent,” WILL stated.

“This advice was contrary to state law,” WILL continued. “Voting is a constitutional right, but state law makes clear that, ‘voting by absentee ballot is a privilege exercised wholly outside the traditional safeguards of the polling place’. There are just two legal ways in Wisconsin to submit an absentee ballot. When voting by absentee ballot, state law says ‘[t]he envelope [containing the ballot] shall be mailed by the elector, or delivered in person, to the municipal clerk issuing the ballot or ballots’.”

“An unstaffed, unsupervised absentee ballot drop box does not meet either of these legal options,” WILL notes. “And it raises significant concerns that elections are not being conducted legally and that Wisconsin voters will not have certainty that their votes will be counted if cast in this manner.”

WILL’s Review of the 2020 Election found that “the widespread adoption of absentee ballot drop boxes, not provided for under Wisconsin law, was correlated with an increase of about 20,000 votes for Joe Biden, while having no significant effect on the vote for Trump.”

Wisconsin is now one of ten states that have no clear guidelines on who may return absentee ballots for alleged voters into drop boxes, including, as of June 2024: Delaware, Hawaii, New York, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Washington and Wyoming.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court thus has weakened voter integrity laws ahead of the critical 2024 election. The court ruling undermines trust in the democratic process and opens the state up to widespread voter fr*ud.

Today, @JoeBiden and his administration came out against the SAVE ACT, which would require documentation and evidence that a person is a United States citizen in order to VOTE in the US elections.

The only reason you would ever oppose this legislation is if you actively wanted illegal aliens to illegally vote in our elections to commit voter fraud.

Now we all know Biden and @TheDemocrats are counting on the millions of illegal aliens they allowed into our country to vote for him in 2024.

This is important!

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, America First Legal (AFL) sent a letter to the chief election official of all fifty States, with a copy to each Governor and Attorney General explaining how they can use two key existing federal laws to obtain information from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security about the citizenship or immigration status of any individual for “any purpose authorized by law.” Ensuring the integrity of voter rolls and investigating whether to remove potentially ineligible voters from voter rolls is undoubtedly a “purpose authorized by law,” and therefore, these laws can serve a vital function in providing States and localities with the information that they need to prevent aliens from voting.

Given the unprecedented amount of illegal immigration that the United States has experienced since January 20, 2021–with millions upon millions of illegal aliens coming into the interior of the United States–and widespread concerns about the presence of aliens on voter rolls, the time is now for responsible election officials to do everything that they can under existing law to protect the integrity of upcoming elections.

The Problem: The issue of noncitizens voting in federal elections can be complex–including what States are and are not allowed to do when voter applicants use the federal form:

Federal law prohibits foreign nationals from voting or registering to vote in federal elections.
Federal law also imposes upon States an obligation to conduct voter list maintenance.
The U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) created a federal voter registration form that does not require applicants to demonstrate proof of citizenship. Instead, it merely requires voter registrants to sign a form “under penalty of perjury,” swearing or affirming that “I am a United States citizen.”

VOTERGA UPDATE: Over ONE MILLION Ballot Election Records Missing in Georgia’s 2020 Presidential Election | Joe Hoft, The Gateway Pundit

As each day goes by, more and more issues are identified with the 2020 Election in Georgia.
It’s clear that the Georgia Election of 2020 never should have been certified. I laid this out in my 3-book series of The Steal...

We keep finding more and more information that proves that the 2020 Election in Georgia and across the country was stolen.

Yesterday, Voter GA provided a press release identifying more of this information.

Three Experts Shred Fulton County 2020 Election Results, Shatter Secretary’s Claims of Georgia Election Accuracy

ATLANTA, GA, JULY 10, 2024 – The Georgia State Election Board (SEB) heard devastating testimony from three separate experts yesterday each of whom destroyed the Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s official narrative that no fraud, errors or irregularities exist in Fulton County’s 2020 General Election results.

The experts upheld claims from SEB2023-025 complainants Kevin Moncla and Joe Rossi who contended that Fulton County certified up to 58,924 votes that have no source justification. These include:

- 17,852 ballots with certified votes that had no ballot images which are required for vote tabulation;
- 20,713 ballots with certified votes have no source tabulator from which they should have originated;
- 3,125 double scanned and double counted ballots
- 17,234 unsourced ballots were batch uploaded and backfilled into election results by the Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL) funded Elections Group to reconcile inexplicable errors

Three well-known technology professionals with over 100 years of total technology experience independently corroborated Moncla and Rossi’s claims. All of them have testified as experts in court cases or prepared expert court case declarations in 2020 election cases. Phillip Davis, a 30+ year career IT professional specializing in image analysis, confirmed that over 3,900 ballots were double scanned in the recount and double counted in the election results. He described the methodology he used and submitted a presentation to support his analysis. Clay Parikh, a 20+ year cybersecurity expert and voting system tester who holds a top-secret clearance and many certifications, confirmed that tabulator tapes are missing for over 20,000 in-person cast ballots and that 17,800 certified recount votes have no ballot images.

VoterGA co-founder Garland Favorito, a 40+ year career IT professional with 20 years of voting system research, explained how Georgia’s ballot processing flow works, what a real investigation would have uncovered, and the specific false conclusions Secretary of State legal counsel Charlene McGowan gave to the SEB at the May 7 meeting. His presentation also identified over 1,000,000 ballot election records that are missing in violation of federal and state law. These include.

- 380,458 missing original in-person ballot images
- 512,743 missing original Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA) files that authenticate the images
- 17,852 missing recount ballot images
- 17,852 missing recount SHA authentication files
- 20,713 original AND recount ballots are missing tabulation records
- 17,234 unsourced ballots were batch-uploaded into results to reconcile original count errors
- 16,198 unsourced uploaded ballots were needed in the results to reconcile recount errors

Attorney Harry MacDougal summarized the veracity of Moncla and Rossi’s claims and the untruthfulness of the Secretary of State’s office investigation. He called for a bonafide independent investigation and independent 2024 election monitors. He concluded that: “You cannot rely on reports given to you from the Secretary of State’s office. They are sweeping things under the rug.”

VoterGA is a non-partisan, 501(c)3 registered non-profit organization created by a coalition of citizens working to restore election integrity in Geogia. We advocate for independently verifiable, auditable, recount capable, transparent and tamper proof elections.

A Lawyer has Come Forward: Dominion Voting Machines can Connect to the Internet, Can Change Votes, and Cannot be Audited

• Lawyer John Case, under penalty of perjury, files declaration to CO Judge, stating Dominion Voting machines can connect to the internet, can switch votes, and cannot be audited

Tina Peters is reportedly entangled with subpoenas against Dominion… they are fighting tooth and nail for this information not get out.

Per Court Records Obtained by @yehuda_miller on X directly from Tina Peters Trial

"Dominion voting systems (1) are not auditable, as required by federal and state law (2) they can connect to the internet during elections, which violates federal and state law; and (3) they are capable of manipulating ballots and vote tabulations, which violates federal and state law; (4) the software overwrites Windows Operating System log files that are recorded during elections, which are required by federal and state law to be preserved. All these deficiencies make Dominion voting systems illegal to use in Colorado elections."

Tina's moving statement and the Judges misguided comments and his overly harsh sentencing! Tina was sentenced to 9 years in a Federal Prison without a chance of staying out during her appeal. She had done nothing but serve the people, and not just the people of Colorado, but the people of the entire Nation for without her case it was all but impossible to enter the evidence of the election fraud done by the Dominion Voting Machines all across our great Country and this blind judge didn't even look at it. Had he done so, he would have seen the fraud we all have seen where the machine made its own copy of the ballot that did not match the original paper ballot. The only way to get a true reckoning of the 2020 election was to hand count the original paper ballots and compare that to a count made by the Dominion Voting Machines. This was never done by the government because they knew it would show their corruption.

12-13 MILLION FRAUDULENT "MAIL-IN BALLOTS WERE INTEGRATED” INTO THE 2020 ELECTION – "AND THAT'S JUST IN THE NORTH…THERE WAS SOMETHING SIMILAR GOING ON IN THE SOUTH." - PATRICK BYRNE

(Hyperlinks in the article not embedded here)

"Patrick Byrne has referred to a “Royal Flush” for some time, now and a lot of people, at this point, just roll their eyes at his very name, which is unfair, given that he has spent millions of dollars of his own money, desperately trying to exact justice from our destroyed system

In this video, Patrick apologizes for “playing this so close to the vest,” after detailing his team’s monumental 4-year battle against the heinous corruption of the US Postal Service (USPS) and of certain other federal agents within the OBrandon Regime, to finally get a federal judge to grant an Emergency Injunction against the USPS, with the intent of removing this agency from the US Election process.

He doubts that they will achieve this, at this late stage in the game but he hopes, at the very least to get the judge to agree to a “lesser remedy”, that would require radical transparency into everything the Postal Service is involved with, in moving ballots.

Otherwise, he says, “They're just going to stuff like crazy…and present us with a fait accompli, like they did in 2020 and no one will have any reason to trust these elections.”

Mail-in ballots are required to be sent via First Class Mail, which require digital images to be taken of each. He explains, “There's huge server farms the Postal Service maintains, where everything's really recorded; all the movement of every piece of paper.

“If we're correct, there's 10 to 12, 13 million ballots out there, which there will be no digital photos for, of how they got it, if they really got into the system naturally…There would be a digital photo trail along the way of all of those ballots. There is none, because they didn't. They're not legitimate.”

He adds, “And that's just in the North. We think there was something similar going on in the South, involving a company called Runbeck.”

This Northern batch of ballots was processed in facilities which can only process Parcel Post, with no imaging.

Furthermore, he says, “In March or April of 2020 – nine months before the election, the Postal Service changed their Document Retention Policy; how long they keep documents, from a six-year look-back to a 90-day look-back, OK? 90 days – maybe even 30 days, on some types of things.

“They got through the election, got 30-to-90 days out, destroyed – claimed to have destroyed all their documents related to the election – and then, they changed their look-back policy to six years, again! They changed it from six years to 90 days, got into during 2020, got through the election, got everything destroyed and then changed it back to six years!”

The crooked federal judge who signed-off on overriding the Administrative Procedures Act, in order to accomplish this insanity was none other than Judge Emmet Sullivan, who I mentioned yesterday, as being described by the late Dr Jon McGreevey as an "anti-Black racist and a violent incestuous pedophile", who "raped his own granddaughter for years until she was no longer a child and he lost interest," and many other horrible things, involving Joe Biden, which you can read about in the above-linked article.

Patrick warns that the USPS is “Stepping it up for this election. So, this is the hijacking of the country. It gets complete, if it isn't stopped – and it has to be stopped, right now – and we have all the information in...and it is now in front of a federal judge in Maryland, where we're seeking at least, a Federal Injunction, demanding radical transparency, if not eliminating the Postal Service from this game, at all, which is really what the right solution is.”

The hearing was to happen this week in a Maryland Federal Courthouse but he did not mention which one or the date.

He describes the presiding judge on this case as “not friendly” but also, “not crooked”, saying, the Postal Service is trying to get this hearing “kicked-out or squashed and the judge is having none of it.”

Patrick also points out that the Constitution is very clear that, “You cannot have any part of the Executive Branch of the Federal Government [like the USPS] involved in an election…And of course, since Biden came to power, he created a special division of the Postal Service to be involved in elections. That's Unconstitutional.”

He describes the disgusting details of the many other ways that laws were broken in the 2020 Election and how and why the results were fraudulent.

Amazingly, none of this would have come to light, if the criminals hadn’t bungled their own crime and loaded the wrong truck with roughly 1.5 million fake ballots!

The hapless trucker was immediately picked up by the Feds and held in a basement for nine hours, where the lives of him and his family were threatened, causing him to sign a paper, withdrawing his statements, in order to avoid being killed in that basement.

Patrick also adds, “The Ace was finding out...they weren't fake ballots: they were ballots printed in a real printing company that was in on the fix, up in Michigan...they're manufactured out of license, that’s what makes them ‘Gray Goods’…

“They don't have to be made in China. This stuff about them being printed in China, back in 2020, I don't know if any of that's true, although we did see places, where there were indications of Chinese printing…

“They can be printed in the actual facility that's supposed to be printing ballots – but they're just doing overruns – and they're using those overruns to feed into the system, this way.”

The details of this story are very interesting and educational, as to the current state of the US Federal Government and I highly recommend that you watch this video.

[B]PATRICK BYRNE TRANSCRIPT

Hello Team Freedom, Patrick here. It's about time I come clean about the Postal Service lawsuits we have. There's now two of them and I may as well just review this briskly.

In 2020, you may remember a whistleblower came forward named Jesse Morgan, who was a trucker who said that he had been given a strange trucking load and he looked into it and he found some funny things. I'm going to walk you through what really happened, there. What really happened there is this:

When I built Overstock we had an issue where sometimes you would buy – what you tried not to – but you would get "Gray Goods" – and this is how that worked. And believe me, this will translate directly into discussing ballots.

Somebody would go and North Face would go to Taiwan and have some factory make 10,000 sleeping bags for them. North Face – you know, under license to North Face, so forth – that factory would stay open an extra weekend and run off another 2,000 sleeping bags. And then, they would go into the market and sell them as North Face sleeping bags, at a great price. And as a discounter, we [Overstock], would buy them.

Well, it turns out...forensically, they were North Face; it was the same factory, the same paperwork, the same labels, the same employees had done it they were not actually produced under license to North Face and so, that was called "Gray Goods" and keeping that stuff out of our supply chain was a full time job for one lawyer, who was always looking at paperwork.

Well, in the creation of ballots, the same thing happened in 2020: There was a ballot company in Michigan, who won a bunch of contracts to print ballots for this county and that county, all over America; about 20 different states.

What they were doing was, they got a contract to print 200,000 ballots for one county but they would print up 300,000 and take those extra 100,000 and they would ship them off to...New York, to a place called Flushing, New York which has a long history with the Radical Left.

There was a facility there; 100 people in a room associated with a union called SEIU, filling those ballots out and the same thing was going on with all the counties that this printing company in Michigan supplied.

So these people would fill them out – a very well-organized effort – would be filling them out and then they were sent to Bethpage, New York. At Bethpage, New York, there was a facility on Grumman Road, I believe it was called, where these were taken and they were reintegrated into the mail. They were integrated into the mail system, as possible.

Now, the Bethpage, New York facility is a Postal Station but is not set up to handle First Class Mail – and ballots are First Class Mail. And if you're going to handle First Class Mail, you need something called an "Oregon Machine", but they don't have an Oregon Machine – but they were handling First Class Mail and they were putting them in Gaylords.

What is a Gaylord? A Gaylord – there's a picture of a Gaylord on the front of this, associated with this video. A Gaylord is a box or a big canvas version of a shopping cart but much bigger and it's on wheels – four wheels – and anytime you do warehouse work, where you're moving lots of letters or packages, they get put in things called "Gaylords" and then you move these boxes on wheels.

It's that word [you can] think of them as very big shopping carts, sometimes...with canvas walls on wheels and that's what you move around the warehouse. So each Gaylord holds 50,000 to 100,000 ballots.

Between October 18th and October 21st of 2020, eight trucks came in from a company called "Area Road and Trucking" and they were filled up with Gaylords; 20 to 30 Gaylords and sent on their way to Lancaster, PA.

One day, on one of those three days, in mid-to-late October 2020, a trucking company – a different trucking company, its truck pulled in it was called "Ten Roads Trucking" and driven by a guy named Jesse Morgan and somebody at the facility made a mistake and they loaded those ballots onto the wrong – onto his truck – the wrong company's truck.

He got the paperwork and it said, "Truck this to Lancaster PA." He trucked it to Lancaster, PA. That was the guy. His name was Jesse Morgan. He got to Lancaster, PA. He was kept waiting for six hours, because the paperwork wasn't from the right company and whatever.

He went in the back of his truck and he found 20 Gaylords, may have been 20, as much as 27 Gaylords. Well, if each one holds, if there were only 20 and each one held only 50,000 – the truth is they can hold up to 100,000 ballots – well, 20 Gaylords and 50,000 ballots, that's a million ballots!

And by the way, these ballots, they were filled-in and the outside envelopes were signed and that's because, in this facility in Flushing, New York, there were 100 union folks, sitting there at tables, filling-out ballots for Joe Biden and signing the outside in the envelope, of course.

So, that was the the supply chain, that got them from a a printing company, that was deliberately printing-up "Gray Goods" – extra ballots – getting them to this Left-Wing group in Flushing, New York, who was filling them out and signing them to a postal facility in Bethpage, New York – that wasn't supposed to be handling First-Class Mail – but yet, it was handling ballots, which were First Class Mail – loading them into a truck, getting them to Lancaster, PA and there, they were entering the mail system as "Mail-In Ballots".

Well, that was just that one. Jesse Morgan's truck had at least a million ballots in it. It may have had a million and a half ballots in it. He went back and he he looked and that's what he found, when he went back in. There were 20 to 27 Gaylords, each with 50,000 to 100,000 ballots, we could determine, later by weight and so, a minimum of a million, probably more like a million and a half ballots – and remember, that was one of nine trucks.

We know there were eight other trucks from some other company. So eight or nine times a million is eight to nine million. But it may have been nine times a million-and-a half, or more – so, maybe more like 12-13 million ballots were "Mail-In Ballots"; were integrated into the mail system, through this chain that I just described – and that's just in the North.

We think there was something similar going on in the South, involving a company called Runbeck. Different story. But that's what happened in 2020 and that's this whistleblower, who came forward.

Now, that whistleblower came forward and he told this story. He was immediately picked up by the Feds, held in some basement for nine hours, questioned. And the Feds came out with a piece of paper, saying, "He just signed something that retracted the statement he had given."

He immediately came out and said, "Look, I was in the underground with these Feds and they berated me for nine hours, trying to get me to retract my story. They reached the point, where they said they were going to kill me and my family or something – and at that point, to get out of it, I said, "I withdraw," and I signed something that says "I take this back." That was so I didn't get killed in this basement! I came out and I'm telling you folks the truth. That absolutely was the truth, what I had to say.

We investigated that and we had the wonderful John Moynihan, part of the America Project, as a 25-year Federal Officer from the DEA but now, he has a private, kind-of a specialty practice and he does odd investigations.

We have affidavits from people who were involved; people who worked in the in the Bethpage facility. We have the whole chain-of-command mapped-out but the last thing we needed was, "OK, tell us who paid for those trucks?"

Now, it gets interesting. So now, I'm giving you a history. If you've been following my videos over the years, you will have heard a lot of this – maybe not all of it.

I've never really – deliberately – never really put it all together for everybody, because I'm giving you this history and I'm giving you a new development in the last month, that's big.

So, for four years, we fought with the Postal Service to say, "OK, who paid for that truck? Somebody paid for those trucks." And we think it was the DNC or it's going to be turn out to be Kleiner Perkins and some DNC front company paid for all this.

They have fought turning that over, like it's the nuclear codes, to turn over that information! In the process of the Postal Service fighting to turn that over, some really funny things came out. One of them is that...[the] Federal Postal Service takes a picture of every First Class mail that comes through. There's a digital picture. There's huge server farms the Postal Service maintains, where everything's really recorded; all the movement of every piece of paper.

If we're correct, there's 10 to 12, 13 million ballots out there, which there will be no digital photos for, of how they got it, if they really got into the system naturally; people just turning them in. There would be a digital photo trail along the way of all of those ballots.

There is none, because they didn't. They're not legitimate. They were created, like I just described; taken to a postal facility, not legally able to handle First Class Mail and reintegrated into the mail system, as I just described.

They would provide no information on the background of those 12 million ballots, including who paid for the trucking, because if it turns out it was the DNC or Kleiner Perkins who paid for those trucks, then that kind of answers everything.

Well, the the branches of the parts of the Executive Branch, they all have – you're talking about the IRS, you're talking about the EPA. They all have a Documents Retention Policy, just like any company does. And a publicly-traded company has to maintain all documents for six years. So if a if a lawsuit comes in or the SEC comes in, you can sort of recreate everything that's happened in every part of the company for six years and that's what the Federal Government has.

In 2020 – in March or April of 2020 – nine months before the election, the Postal Service changed their Document Retention Policy; how long they keep documents, from a six-year look-back to a 90-day look-back, OK? 90 days – maybe even 30 days, on some types of things.

They got through the election, got 30-to-90 days out, destroyed – claimed to have destroyed all their documents related to the election – and then, they changed their look-back policy to six years, again! They changed it from six years to 90 days, got into during 2020, got through the election, got everything destroyed and then changed it back to six years!

Well, there's something called the Administrative Procedures Act. I think it's 1971, which says, when a Federal Agency changes some administrative procedure, how it works is, it publishes to the public: "We're considering changing some rule," and the public has 60 days to study it and 30 days to write their feelings about that and what they want and then, the agency – it's this very formal process – has 30 days, where they come back and they propose a new rule and then the public has another comment period and then finally, the agency publishes its rule.

They didn't do any of that, as they changed these procedures.

The only way they can get around doing those things is the Administrative Procedures Act does allow for a regulator or administrative part of the government to change its procedures, without going through that rigmarole if they get the sign-off of a federal judge – and the Postal Service has, in fact, in 2020 gotten a sign-off of a federal judge. That federal judge is Emmett Sullivan.

If you've been paying attention, Emmett Sullivan is the very strange judge who oversaw the Mike Flynn fiasco for the DOJ, where they hounded Mike Flynn, a decorated Three-Star General, they hounded him for four years, five years – they hounded him.

At one point, the media was like, "Well he pled guilty; did submit a Guilty Plea, when they, for a nothingburger offense, when they threatened his son with 25 years. But he got into it and he withdrew the Guilty Plea. The media will never tell you that. He withdrew the Guilty Plea, fought it on.

Eventually, the DOJ got a retired judge to come in and look at the whole case. They said, "This whole case is trumped-up. It should never have been brought."

But this guy, Emmett Sullivan, he had never accepted the Guilty Plea, which is why when people say Flynn is a "Convicted Felon", he's not a Convicted Felon: he submitted a Guilty Plea to a felony, the judge didn't accept it. The judge savored it like a fine wine and danced around for months, so the media could say, "We have a Guilty Plea from Michael Flynn!"

Well, because he took so long, that gave Michael Flynn time, as he learned more – and in particular, learned how crooked the case was, that had been fabricated against him – he withdrew the Guilty Plea, so that judge never accepted the Guilty Plea, which means Mike Flynn is not – he was never convicted. They never accepted the plea!

They fought it on and a retired judge from St. Louis or somebody came in and looked at it all and said, "This whole thing is a big lark and the DOJ and they should never have been brought," and the DOJ dropped the case.

That's the Judge, Emmett Sullivan, who refused to let it drop and said, "Well, I'm going to prosecute Michael Flynn!"

Well, that's not how prosecutions work. The judge is the neutral judge and the government brings a case and there's the defendant. A judge, in American history has never said, "I'm going to run my own prosecution of this guy!" It was ridiculous and that went on until Trump pardoned this Kangaroo Court situation.

That's Emmett Sullivan that's the same judge who signed off in 2020 on this Mickey Mouse behavior from the Postal Service, that let them destroy their records.

I've just summarized a four-year, multi-million dollar fight; multi-million dollar fight, $2-$3 million fight.

People wonder what the what the American Project does, it funds so many things like this. It funds so many things like this.

And now, and I'll be putting it online. Either, I'll be putting online, probably on Telegram is where I put a bunch of documents. I'll attach what I can to this Locals broadcast...

Actually, fighting that out, I'll tell you this, with the Postal Service; it was so clear they were in the wrong, that eventually, they got a lawyer – not from the Chief Legal Counsel of the US Postal Service – all we had was a FOIA case! A Freedom of Information Act case in Washington DC, saying "Who paid for those trucks?"

You know? Somebody paid for them; 10 Roads Trucking, Area Trucking – didn't didn't just do that on their own, somebody paid for those trucks.

Finally, judges – I mean, Obama appointees and Democratic judges who were involved in the process were telling the Postal Service, "You have to turn that information over."

But somewhere in there, the Postal Service finally turned over – and they kept saying, "We don't have the information, we don't have the information!" We were able to prove they did! They had it! There were different ways it was buried.

They finally turned over a sheet about the billings from that facility, on those three dates in October of 2020. It was like the 18th and 19th and the 20th, I think and they had whited-out those three dates! And and then, they ended-up saying, "We will not turn over – not even with a judicial order – we will not turn over information for those three dates!"

So, in a normal world, that would be Proof of Guilt. You know, long ago: Proof of Guilt. Their own DOJ attorneys let us know, in filings, they were ordering their people – their client, in this case, the US Postal Service – to turn the information over and the client just wouldn't turn it over.

Finally, they got an affidavit filed in September of this year from some guy who oversees the – and I'll include as much of this as I can in the in the notes, that you can look at these things yourself – an affidavit saying, "We don't have the data."

Well, at this point, there's a judge, Daphne Friedman [he may mean Dabney Friedrich] in Washington DC who's had enough and she clearly doesn't believe them. There is nothing – I mean, there's nothing to believe – they've just stonewalled us and the judicial system for four years, turning over simple information, which makes us really confident what that information is, is something like who paid for that trucking; that was it's going to turn out to be Kleiner Perkins or some other Democratic front, paid for that.

And and so, boom. That is background.

We filed a case in late August, again in May in Maryland with a federal judge in Maryland against the Postal Service, saying, "Look, they clearly cheated. They cheated on all these FOIA responses, they've been hiding this information, they're lying; they're clearly lying, because we've time and again, we've proven that they have information that they claim they didn't have."

And so, we finally went to...the judiciary two months ago and said, "The Postal Service cannot be involved in an election, given what they did in 2020 and given how they've stonewalled and buried and refused to answer these questions – and there's so much evidence, including affidavits we have from people in that chain-of-command, they cannot be involved in the election of 2020.

Incidentally, it's Unconstitutional: you cannot have any part of the Executive Branch of the Federal Government involved in an election. That's, like really clear law and yet – so everything they've done. And of course, since Biden came to power, he created a special division of the Postal Service to be involved in elections. That's unconstitutional.

So we brought all this, including the Postal Service's crooked behavior, over the preceding four years to a federal judge in Maryland and said – and enjoined them – from being involved in this election.

That judge has taken this very seriously. They [the USPS] tried to get it dismissed. It wasn't dismissed and now, that judge has ordered on Thursday or Friday, two days ago, we called for an Emergency Injunction against the Postal Service and the judge has granted it!

So, coming up, I believe early this week there is a there's a hearing on a federal judge's injunction, telling the Postal Service they can't be involved in this election.

Well, given how close we are to the election, it's highly unlikely the judge is going to go along with that remedy but a lesser remedy is to say, "OK, then you have to demand radical transparency, right now, out of the Postal Service on all the movement of everything ballot-related for this election, otherwise…they're just going to [ballot-] stuff like crazy; the mail-in ballots and present us with a fait accompli, like they did in 2020 and no one will have any reason to trust these elections.

"So...Judge, you have to order, immediately on an Emergency Injunction: radical transparency into everything in the Postal Service involved with, moving ballots."

That's where things stand. That was followed on Thursday or Friday. I believe it was granted. I believe, this week, there is an emergency hearing in a Maryland court – by the way, the head of the Postal Service...the Postmaster General lives in Maryland – and that gives us reason to have filed this in Maryland.

And my understanding is, we have a judge – not a friendly judge in Maryland – but a non-crooked judge in Maryland. And...the Postal Service is trying to get this kicked-out or squashed and the judge is having none of it.

So, there's a hearing coming up, this week in a federal courtroom in Maryland, where we're asking a judge, at the very least, I mean what you really should do is just say, "You cannot be involved in any election," which is incidentally, what the law and the Constitution says.

But if he's not going to do something that extreme a remedy, this late in the game, he certainly is has the capacity to change things, by demanding radical transparency, immediately within the Postal Service for inspection for any movement of ballots in this election.

So, I have given that as tersely and concisely as I can. I will attach...I'll put this up in Locals, I'll put up other places, too but I will attach to it links to associated reading, for further reading, OK?

Sorry, we've been playing this so close to the vest. I've spoken for a long time of a "Royal Flush". This has been the Royal Flush. And the Ace was finding out...they weren't fake ballots: they were ballots printed in a real printing company that was in on the fix, up in Michigan and just like that...North Face sleeping bag example from Taiwan, those sleeping bags aren't fake – but in a sense they're fake...they're manufactured out of license that what makes them "Gray Goods".

Well, our system is awash in Gray Good ballots. They don't have to be made in China. This stuff about them being printed in China, back in 2020, I don't know if any of that's true, although we did see places, where there were indications of Chinese printing.

But the the Main Event is not that they're printed somewhere else. They can be printed in the actual facility that's supposed to be printing ballots – but they're just doing overruns – and they're using those overruns to feed into the system, this way.

We know what happened in 2020. The only parts we don't know are the parts that they have broken the law, by erasing, by shielding, by stonewalling for four years – for four years! – and shame on the Federal Judiciary!

This has only happened, because it's taken four years and they still – through their mechanism – could not let us get to the bottom, to the true bottom of anything.

But given the behavior of the Postal Service, it's clear that they were involved in massive fraud, on a 10 to 13 million level, back in 2020.

I think they're stepping it up for this election. So, this is the hijacking of the country. It gets complete, if it isn't stopped – and it has to be stopped, right now – and we have all the information in...and it is now in front of a federal judge in Maryland, where we're seeking at least, a Federal Injunction, demanding radical transparency, if not eliminating the Postal Service from this game, at all, which is really what the right solution is.

OK, so further reading, attached. I'll put up this video a few places. If you want, the links for further reading, you have to find my Locals account, OK?
