Bill Cooper was my introduction to the Greys. Once upon a time I had a 3 hour video of one of his presentations. It was a real eye opener that dealt with more than the Greys. I wondered why he changed his information to deny ET existence.

Actually it is extremely simple:

The vast majority of Bill Cooper followers are Christians so is Bill Cooper ... he got hundreds of emails & letters from all over the world explaining the "UFO Deception (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aDWOR_B_DbE)" from Christian perspective/point of view ... as he himself is a Christian too he can not ignore the wishes & (new) insights of his following. The moment he checked all the new sources & insights he changed his tune.

He started to question his own UFO (USO (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unidentified_submerged_object)) encounter being most likely a secret government project but originally assuming it could not be that ... his change of mind is NOT done because of being victim of "government mind control" rather "Christian based mind control" ;)

I met Bill Cooper personally in January 1993 and shook his hands and talked to him for a while as my colleague David M. Summers was one of the speakers too on The Global Deception Conference in London organized by Mary Seal. At the time I was co-founder of Exposure Magazine, did Exposure Radio & TV Amsterdam and was organizer of several international conferences.

Red his book: "Behold a Pale Horse (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=84_QzKrGIuk)" twice and studied "The Cooper Report" in 1990 not long after my own UFO Encounter as a Security Guard. Also listened to "Hour of the Time" shortwave radio shows and dozens of his lectures on "underground" VHS tapes circling around.

Bill Cooper’s book “Behold a Pale Horse” was seminal to me. I can remember buying it in a black bookstore in Houston, Texas. What is often lost in translation in our current iteration of the Alternative Community (AltCom) is that this information, historically, has appealed to all who are outside of the mainstream narrative and open to information and understandings beyond the pale. At the time, I was learning about the views of the Nation of Islam, The 5% Nation, the Wa****aw Nation, Hebrew Israelites and other far Left wing organizations. I was a student then at a Historically Black College and University (HBCU).

Finding Cooper at the time affirmed some of my strange experiences as a Air Force brat at a few of the bases my father was stationed at, as well as opened me up to further exploration of the wider AltCom which, back then, was far less cohesive and defined than it is today.

I can honestly say that had I not read Cooper’s work back then, 1992-93 or so, the trail to this space, Project Avalon, would not have opened up to me in what seems to be a direct line of research and inquiry.

I've always found Bill Cooper's CNN interview to be a seminal piece in terms of extraterrestrial encounters. That it took place while at sea is particularly telling, especially when juxtaposed with a particular 'story' regarding an encounter by a Dutch industrialist with a 'local' off-world race.

Excellent!!!:thumbsup: I had looked in the library for Iarga, but was looking under the "I's".... hadn't thought to look under Wendell... I'll be certain to look further for all the other stories from that site as I had been doing my own 'copy/paste/pdf' process - I felt that these stories needed to be archived in some fashion...

Ive got the pale horse book and watched a couple of Bill's long workshop vids, have viewed the pro and - comments in various places, but couldnt help thinking when the police had surrounded the house and the news channels were all sharing the same script, i really couldnt help thinking....he knows something for sure now it would appear they wanted to make him look like a nut job to the public regardless of how he "was" at the time - just saying ;) Many people with a message to share that is anti establishment or non conformist have a habit of being villified by the media, the authorities or killed off - all 3. (Just saying.)

The reason I ask is that she may know something important about Bill Cooper we need to know. And I sincerely hope she is doing well and that she is safe, healthy & okay.

If she needed to go undercover, go hiding to safe places (maybe even leaving USA) I totally understand that, but maybe after so long circumstances are different now.

Keep in mind, Bill didn't say he didn't believe in life outside planet Earth, all he said was that if we were to be contacted it would probably be a fake scenario to force a "world united" against an exterior friend/foe...

I've read Cooper's work and listened to his broadcasts up to 1999, had to stop a while ago but plan on continuing to listen to his daily broadcasts as soon as possible.

Simply put, I'm unaware of anyone else ever being able to be so well informed, and so worried on passing on the information...

He exposed Ruby Ridge, he had his studio burned to the ground when he started covering Wacko, he knew and shared the truth about the Oklahoma City bombings... he spent a lot of money and time trying to expose how JFK received his last and fatal shot from the driver of the car he was on... listening to him is inspiring, and easy to resonate with wich always told me he was a decent and truthfull person.

His advice: Read everything, listen to everyone, don't believe anything that your own research doesn't show you.

I see people talking about Alex Jones... I never could listen to him withou the feel he made everything look worse than it was. Bill Cooper didn't like Alex, and even exposed him of being of service to the Illuminati... What I think is that Alex tries to be exactly what Cooper was, a messenger, but he lacks the knowledge...
Saw recently Alex Jones and other people talking about Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars... yeah, Cooper had that in his book back in 1991 and he put it there to warn people, not to be a showoff!

I love the man he was, a true heart that loved mankind and suffered to see that we were nowhere near understanding the slaughterhouse we were living in...

How do you feel about what Cooper said about Whitley Streiber, who also seemed to come out for aliens and then seemed to step back somewhat, shortly after. Cooper called him a CIA agent.

I agree - he switched when his audience hinted that he could do better following the Christian ideas about aliens.

I would like to believe he was real. I truly would. I read his book and I read a book about him, done recently.
I have some problems.

Quartermasters/Bosuns/etc., are not privy to what he says he looked at. Those copies are numbered, and placed on the laps of the attendees in sealed envelopes. When they are done, they replace the info and sign their name to the face of the TS document enclosure and receive a receipt for same. You don't just get to photocopy things for a TS presentation. And you never get to "skim" through the files. Period.

His description of the KW equipment is off for his timeline. The Navy used a different model.

His stories about being aboard a submarine don't ring true. That's quite a bit of training just to get on-board one, and nobody and I mean nobody that was a Submariner would ever let anyone forget it. It would always be - Submariner Second Class Bill Cooper, for the rest of his days. And he never did that.

I was in charge of communications - Top Secret Specat (Special Category) and
the liaison between the Commander Sub Pac Fleet, or US Submarine Forces for the entire Pacific ocean.

He was an Admiral, and I got to wake him up in the middle of the night and share some TS messages with him. I got to know him pretty well, over a four year period.

Did Cooper bring awareness, of how the PTB were screwing us? Yes, and early on.
Most of us who worked in that could have done the same - but we would have ended up in prison.

Like I say, I like to like the IDEA of Bill Cooper. I just don't believe a lot of what he provided as his background. He seemed to lie even when it would have been easier to tell the truth.

And that, my friends, is part of the casebook definition of a Sociopath.
