How can this particular name of the hospital be on a birth certificate dated 1961 if this name had not yet been applied to it until 1978?

This is all moot. The fact is President Obama has already admitted that his father was a Kenyan national which made him a dual citizen of Britain. A natural born citizen is one that both their parents are American Citizens and hold no other citizenship. It was a check and balance so that the President would not have an obvious flaw of conflict of interest should some situation arise with the birth country of their parent. Barack Obama is NOT eligible to be the President. He is not a natural born citizen. Either our constitution means something or it doesn't. To be President you have to be 35 yrs of age and a Natural Born Citizen. Not a naturalized citizen, not a dual citizen and not a citizen with a parent who is from another country.

Case closed, but who cares? Nothing will change. This issue of Natural born never depended upon wear BO was born really. He could have been born in the oval office. His father was Kenyan. His mother was also too young to transfer citizen status to B.O. as well, but that's just another legal issue, and of coarse, law does not matter.

The United States never recognizes Dual Citizenship. As far as the US is concerned you are a citizen there only. I do have relatives who have dual citizenship, but are only recognized as such in the other country.

Quite true this is my opinion. I just felt it should at least be displayed because their is overwhelmingly large numbers of people who feel differently.

But to answer your question, when schools ask for identifying information they usually are linient on children's names especially in the case of a mother who has her name changed. In my line of work I come across this more often than you would think. Her name was changed and so one would easily allow for a verbal explanation of the child's name being the same without documented proof. People are, at least individually, very compassionate when it comes to children.

I wonder if I they are still going to have that funeral in Alabama on saturday? There was a lot of damge done there last night(thinking with my fingers excuse me)

@Soulsinger : please don't be shy and do try by yourself. Anyone can do it (and incidentally think by him/herself). No need to be an expert or a graphic designer. This is as simple as 123.

Adobe illustrator is a graphic application that uses layers (like calcs on a drawing board). You just need this application on your PC/Mac (anyone can download and install for a free trial), open http://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/rss_viewer/birth-certificate-long-form.pdf, click on Window/Layer, and then in the Layer box which will be displayed click on the arrow before "Layer1" which will then allow to open the group. Click on the "eye" before any group to turn it on or off.

He said the layers cited by doubters are evidence of the use of common, off-the-shelf scanning software — not evidence of a forgery. “I have seen a lot of illustrator documents that come from photos and contain those kind of clippings—and it looks exactly like this,” he said.

Tremblay explained that the scanner optical character recognition (OCR) software attempts to translate characters or words in a photograph into text. He said the layers cited by the doubters shows that software at work – and nothing more.

“When you open it in Illustrator it looks like layers, but it doesn’t look like someone built it from scratch. If someone made a fake it wouldn’t look like this,” he said.“Some scanning software is trying to separate the background and the text and splitting element into layers and parts of layers.”

Why would it need to be converted anyway? All you need do is lay it on a copier or scanner and make the copy. That would show up as one copy with no layers I believe. I'm certainly no expert, but it seems like an overly complicated route to take to do photo shop rather than just 'make a copy'...

I have taken a look at the PDF in Illustrator also. The layers are all there and their raster (raster is when vectors, infinite resolution, are converted to pixels, finite resolution) is very poor in quality.

What they ought to have done considering the weight of releasing an official document, is scanned a high resolution single layer image of the actual document as a PDF. When I scan and create PDFs for the purpose of signing contracts, there is only one layer which is the high resolution scan of the contract.

It is very suspect to me, but I can only accept it as suspect though I certainly do not support government of any form which seeks to pacify and seduce the self-sovereignty of individual beings.

But that’s not so, says Jean-Claude Tremblay, a leading software trainer and Adobe-certified expert, who has years of experience working with and teaching Adobe Illustrator.

“You should not be so suspicious about this,” Tremblay told FoxNews.com, dismissing the allegations.

He said the layers cited by doubters are evidence of the use of common, off-the-shelf scanning software — not evidence of a forgery. “I have seen a lot of illustrator documents that come from photos and contain those kind of clippings—and it looks exactly like this,” he said.

Tremblay explained that the scanner optical character recognition (OCR) software attempts to translate characters or words in a photograph into text. He said the layers cited by the doubters shows that software at work – and nothing more.

“When you open it in Illustrator it looks like layers, but it doesn’t look like someone built it from scratch. If someone made a fake it wouldn’t look like this,” he said.“Some scanning software is trying to separate the background and the text and splitting element into layers and parts of layers.”

Asked whether US President Barack Obama would be prepared to order another military operation inside Pakistan, White House spokesman Jay Carney was quoted by AFP as saying that "He [Obama] made very clear during the campaign that that was his view."

During his 2008 presidential campaign, Obama stated that if Pakistanis' leadership was "unable or unwilling" to act against bin Laden or other senior al-Qaeda officials inside the country, the US administration would unilaterally enter the fray and order military operations.

"He maintained that that was his view and, by the actions he has taken as president, feels that it was the right approach and continues to feel that way," Carney added.

Meanwhile, some analysts believe any further move by the US administration on Pakistani soil would be in breach of the international law and would violate the territorial sovereignty of the country.

"I think that under the international law, the US will have no right whatsoever to attack or enter into the territory of Pakistan without the expressed consent of the Pakistani government," Kansas-based professor Liaghat Ali Khan told Press TV on Wednesday.

Pakistani Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Tuesday that "unauthorized unilateral" action could threaten international peace.

The Obama administration has floated a transportation authorization bill that would require the study and implementation of a plan to tax automobile drivers based on how many miles they drive.

The plan is a part of the administration's Transportation Opportunities Act, an undated draft of which was obtained this week by Transportation Weekly.

The White House, however, said the bill is only an early draft that was not formally circulated within the administration.

“This is not an administration proposal," White House spokeswoman Jennifer Psaki said. "This is not a bill supported by the administration. This was an early working draft proposal that was never formally circulated within the administration, does not taken into account the advice of the president’s senior advisers, economic team or Cabinet officials, and does not represent the views of the president.”

News of the draft follows a March Congressional Budget Office report that supported the idea of taxing drivers based on miles driven.
Among other things, CBO suggested that a vehicle miles traveled (VMT) tax could be tracked by installing electronic equipment on each car to determine how many miles were driven; payment could take place electronically at filling stations.

The CBO report was requested by Senate Budget Committee Chairman Kent Conrad (D-N.D.), who has proposed taxing cars by the mile as a way to increase federal highway revenues.

The proposal seems to follow up on that idea in section 2218 of the draft bill. That section would create, within the Federal Highway Administration, a Surface Transportation Revenue Alternatives Office. It would be tasked with creating a "study framework that defines the functionality of a mileage-based user fee system and other systems."

The department seemed to be aware of the need to prepare the public for what would likely be a controversial change to the way highway funds are collected. For example, the office is called on to serve a public-relations function, as the draft says it should "increase public awareness regarding the need for an alternative funding source for surface transportation programs and provide information on possible approaches."

The draft bill says the "study framework" for the project and a public awareness communications plan should be established within two years of creating the office, and that field tests should begin within four years.

The office would be required to consider four factors in field trials: the capability of states to enforce payment, the reliability of technology, administrative costs and "user acceptance." The draft does not specify where field trials should begin.

The new office would be funded a total of $300 million through fiscal 2017 for the project.

Today President Obama is traveling to Ground Zero to commemorate the killing of Osama Bin Laden. What is President Obama's purpose in going to Ground Zero if he could not be bothered to meet or invite all the 9/11 families who lost loved ones there? Many families are devastated and saddened about being left out and do not understand why that occurred. I was at Ground Zero on September 11th, 2009 and can emphatically state that not one family member is ever denied access to that sacred area. Numbers or space is not an excuse for turning away family members that have sacrificed and endured the loss of their loved ones this past ten years.

The Obama representative responded that "In consultation with the National 9/11 Memorial staff, we invited a group of 9/11 family members who we believe represents a cross section of family members from various 9/11 organizations. The President looks forward to spending time visiting with the families of those who were tragically killed on 9/11." Well, Mr. President, not all the families just the ones handpicked. At least the family members should be allowed to come to Ground Zero to be recognized, especially if the President is going to say a few words.

Those left out include the mom of a ten year old boy who was invited as well as the husband of an elderly couple that have gone to every 9/11 event together. The Obama representative was contacted by Americanthinker.com and he responded that if given the names he would correct the mistake. There have been "rumblings" of "nationalizing" pensions/401k's etc for awhile. I actually left a job I loved 7 years ago to have access to my 401k. If/when that happens they will essentially do with it as they have with social security.

Whether or not the politicians cave on the raising the debt limit (or more acurately spoken ... whether the puppetmasters instruct their puppets) we shall soon see.

If the Fed really stops creating money from thin air ... this too we will soon see.

Other governments have finally seen the handwriting on the wall and stopped financing a hopelessly lost economy.

It's a good possibility that the Osama charade will scare the Congress in the US to raise the debt ceiling yet again to be spent on defense AT HOME. What would this do in effect? More checkpoints, less movement of the public, new laws and of course more investment in the detainment areas (FEMA?). All this under the guise of security against a foreign entity, but the same infrastructure could be used against it's own citizens, once they realize that the whole scheme of things is going down the pike. I'm sure that the UK is no different.

What would this mean for the common man? For most people, their lives won't change all that much, perhaps see a larger police presence but that's about it. That's why most people are still half asleep, because these movements don't really affect their day to day that much for the time being.

The vote on raising the debt ceiling is coming up for a vote in congress.There is a very good chance the debt ceiling will not be raised were the Congress will not borrow anymore money and move towards having a balanced budget.The President wants to borrow the funds in expansion of government. He is looking for money. If he can not borrow anymore and the Federal Reserve can not move onto Quantitative Easing 3(QE3) printing money buying our treasuries to fund the government.
The President is looking for a source to fund his extravagant big government programs. He is looking a everyone's private pension funds to nationalize as a way confiscating people's retirement savings as a source of money to fund the Federal Government and Wall Street. The last act of government is to the loot the people and the nation. I do not trust the government to manage anyone's pension funds.They proven that overseeing Social Security. Congress and the President over the years looted the Social Security trust fund to spend on big government.
While the world watches the alleged killing of Osama Bin Laden. Als in the Netherlands (quasi-)government pension funds have proved to be not much more than money hording systems. Now that things are goind bad, people's pensions are cut because of gambling with other people's money, granting extra money to people who wanted to retire early, general 'mismanagement', etc. Pensions are being cut for some of these funds not directly, but by not indexing them anymore and correct or adjust for inflation.. All good points. I agree, the birth certificate issue, on its face, is minor in greater context. However, I think it goes deeper that that. And I also I think your insights that link the issue to racism are somewhat misplaced. Certainly some, who have racist proclivities, have embraced this issue because of their own bias, however I would suggest this is but a very small sect of the "birther" movement at large. That's much too simplistic, and frankly, embracing racism as an explanation of what is going on here demonstrates an Alinsky psy-ops technique at play (see Rules for Radicals), e.g. a method of psychological conditioning aimed at demobilizing opposition by falsely marginalizing the dissenting position. Those who think "racism" is the root of what's going on here are victims of psychological manipulation. And while your overall points are certainly true that all recent elections have been illegitimate, the difference is most people without your greater understanding of the matter do not understand this. Most people believe in their utter naivety in the system and falsely believe they live under a Constitutional Republic (and that Lee Harvey Oswald assassinated John F. Kennedy, among other things). They have embraced the fiction in an unconscious stupor (as you so aptly imply in your post) while they have been manipulated and misled per the interests of those who have orchestrated the false paradigm. However, these same people (even in their unconscious state) do understand, quite clearly, despite their programing, that the President of the United States must be a Natural Born Citizen born in the United States, per Article I, section 8 of the U.S. constitution. In other words, this is a concrete part of their program. No room for Ministry of Truth interpretation or Orwellian doublespeak.

So at the end of the day, this isn't really even about Barack Obama. It's about a vast and intricate system of lies, which have masqueraded as truth, potentially crashing down. The more important issue is not that the President is not eligible (which I believe is your point) but rather, the people are beginning to realize just how easy it was for Madison Avenue and a complicit media to completely dupe them. A collective realization of this magnitude threatens to bring the whole house of cards down. All of the sudden many, many more questions are raised: Why did the media lie to us about this in 2008? Why did they cover this up? Is everything we see in the news but propaganda? Why did they not vet this President? Why did they marginalize anybody who tried to tell the truth? What is the true role of the media? What else are they lying to us about? Why are they continuing to lie to us about this? And so on.

All of these questions ultimately lead to an inevitable conclusion, for the average observer still in trance:

This changes the way I look at everything.... Who is that man behind the curtain?

Note that all the various awakening questions really have little to do with Barack Obama himself, but more about a paradigm shift of the way people perceive reality itself. This is why the Birther issue has legs -- Barack Obama just so happens to be an actor on the stage. When we dig deeper, it's more a catalyst than anything else and not even really about him.

I do understand those who are concerned with constitutional rights and freedoms and the need for the president to adhere to those rules. If you were charged with conducting a massive psy ops operation against the public, can you think of a better way to execute your charge than to co-op the very valid sentiments you describe above , as a psychological weapon, to demobilize an entire population of decent-thinking people not to critically broach the actions of a given figure-head, whether consciously or unconsciously, or to question the motives of those who do?

I understand where you are coming from completely. But now let's take this a little further: Allow me to pose a little thought experiment for you to ponder:

If you were charged with conducting a massive psy ops operation against the public, can you think of a better way to execute your charge than to co-op the very valid sentiments you describe above , as a psychological weapon, to demobilize an entire population of decent-thinking people not to critically broach the actions of a given figure-head, whether consciously or unconsciously, or to question the motives of those who do?

Barack Obama is just a front-man. His race is an asset to those he is working for because of the way race and racism play out in our society. I understand exactly what you are saying, and in large degree you may be correct. But I would suggest we don't subject ourselves to this very powerful psychological weapon because of it.

I agree it comes across as a distraction meant to keep people from asking the serious questions and divert attention away from the other issues facing America. The person/group/party charged with the psy-op's motives is/are most likely the same person/group/party that allowed this man to become president. I have no dog in this fight as I am Canadian and we have our own problems, but our media carries this issue and talks about the birther issues as well. I also see right and left wing politics as a 'divide and conquer' mechanism to keep populations from uniting behind a common cause. It is neatly described in Sun Tzu's Art of War and is an age old method for keeping us/the enemy divided. Canada is moving towards a more divided 2 party system as I write this. People pick sides without realize it is a two headed snake and picking sides won't matter. There is a grander scheme and master plan at play throughout our world. Politics used to be about something different but today it is merely a puppet with it's mouth moving to the voice below.

It's like watching a magic show and the magician keeps waving his hand and diverting your attention to the deck of cards while he neatly pulls a dove from his coat pocket. We all wonder how it happens but we were too distracted to notice it occurring right before our eyes.

Former Navy SEAL and Governor of Minnesota Jesse Ventura has questioned Barack Obama’s official narrative regarding the raid on Osama Bin Laden, telling the Alex Jones Show of his suspicions that Osama died years ago, and expressing disbelief that the man seen flicking between TV channels in the video released by the White House Saturday was actually Bin Laden.

“I’ve been lied to so much I question everything the government tells me,” Ventura said, adding that the Jessica Lynch and Pat Tillman cover-ups made him suspect the official version of last Sunday’s events.

“I don’t know what to believe, that’s the disturbing thing about being a United States citizen,” said Ventura, noting how the media has for the most part simply regurgitated everything the White House claimed about the raid.

Ventura echoed the sentiments of a number of intelligence professionals and heads of state who publicly expressed their contention that Bin Laden had been dead for many years before Obama’s announcement of his death in a live speech on national television.

“This guy was supposedly on a dialysis machine way back 10 years ago, how does he survive that long if he was on a dialysis machine?” asked Ventura.

Referring to the footage released Saturday by the White House which claims to show Bin Laden flicking through television channels, Ventura said that he laughed when he saw the clip as there was no way of knowing if it actually was Osama. Residents of Abbottabad share Ventura’s doubts, with one telling a BBC reporter this week that the man in the video was actually his neighbor and the owner of the compound, a man called Akhbar Han.

Indeed, President Obama himself told 60 Minutes on Sunday that before the raid the White House was only 55/45 sure that the man inside the compound was Osama Bin Laden, fearing he could just have been a “prince from Dubai” instead.

“What they really did was shoot an old man sitting in his bed,” Ventura speculated, although being a former Navy SEAL himself, Ventura was keen to emphasize that the SEALS involved in the operation would have been told that the man they killed was Bin Laden and were not in on any kind of scam.

The former Governor also questioned why Bin Laden was not captured and interrogated even after it emerged that he had been unarmed.

Noting how Bin Laden would have been a treasure trove of information regarding Al-Qaeda, Ventura stated, “I certainly would capture him, why wouldn’t you attempt to capture this guy….it seems stupid to just have executed him without trying to capture him.”

Ventura also questioned the manner in which Bin Laden’s body was hastily dumped into the sea, noting that this was not in accordance with Islamic burial practices as the White House had claimed.

As we have documented, there are a myriad of inconsistencies surrounding the alleged raid on the Bin Laden compound, and the Obama administration’s constant flip-flopping of the official narrative has only increased suspicion surrounding the political motivations behind the whole episode.

One of the things that really gets me, is that Osama was supposedly made out to be the leader of Al-Qaeda with his wing man Egyptian-born doctor and surgeon Ayman al-Zawahri directing the operations.

Pieczenik was among the first to come forward and ask questions about 9/11. II don't know what sources you use to inform yourself but your list is not complete yet. Don't believe a thing until it has been confirmed by more than one -independent- source. I.e. regarding the death of OBL we only have the word of the US gov. Well, this story about Bin Laden’s death doesn’t smell right to me but that’s a long way from saying Obama’s lying about it. I seriously doubt he knows the real story of Bin Laden any more than other presidents have.

As Richard Hoagland often says, “The lie is different at every level.” It’s much easier to convince a leader that a lie is true and get him/her to repeat it because they’re more convincing that way. It also creates less risk from the PTB that the leader will “go rogue.”

Well, this story about Bin Laden’s death doesn’t smell right to me but that’s a long way from saying Obama’s lying about it. I seriously doubt he knows the real story of Bin Laden any more than other presidents have.

And it did seem that in his first year he became very frustrated when the "changes" he was going to try to make were basically thrown out of the window. The US administration has temporarily halted payments to the retirement and federal pension accounts of workers after the government hit its debt limit.


The American administration has also begun to dip into federal worker pension funds after reaching the United States' $14.3 trillion debt ceiling on Monday.

The latest development prompted the government to start borrowing from pensioners, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner informed US Congress, DPA reported.

Geithner sent a letter to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, warning that the government can move money around for about 11 weeks but if a new debt ceiling is not agreed to by August 2, the US government could effectively default on its obligations to its creditors.

He also warned of “catastrophic economic consequences for citizens.”

"We're trying to figure out what to do about the budget. The situation creates an urgency to do something to the budget in order to get that debt ceiling increased. Government pensions or agriculture will probably see a lot of changes, to make us able to lift that debt ceiling," said Maya McGuineas, the head of the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget.

US President Barack Obama has warned of a double dip recession if his administration is not allowed to keep borrowing, but a Gallup public opinion poll indicates that nearly half of those polled oppose raising the national debt ceiling.

The new poll shows 47% of Americans do not want the debt ceiling raised.

If Congress fails to raise the debt ceiling by August 2, it would force the administration to choose between paying creditors or paying for military operations, social security and Medicare payments, and other commitments.

During an interview with a Denver radio station this morning, author Jerome Corsi said he was about to release bombshell evidence that proved the alleged Obama birth certificate released last month was a composite of three different birth certificates from other individuals born at the same hospital.

“I’m going to be telling the entire world about this scandal over the next few weeks,” Corsi said in a separate interview. “This is going to make Watergate look like a political sideshow by comparison.”

As the video below explains, another aspect of the birth certificate pointing to forgery is the fact that the electronic PDF document released by the White House clearly shows evidence of ‘kerning’ – where parts of letters overlap each other for a pleasing visual effect – this is produced by modern computers and was not possible on 1960′s typewriters.

As Corsi explains in the interview, the amateur nature of the botched birth certificate is likely because Obama had to use people within his inner circle to produce the document, he could not hire a professional company to do so because of the danger that someone would blow the whistle.

In a related development, Joseph Farah, the publisher of Corsi’s book, Where’s the Birth Certificate?, is considering suing Esquire Magazine for putting out a hoax article claiming that he ordered the book be recalled and was refunding customers who had purchased it.

“Obviously if it was intended as a parody, it was not very well executed, and quite honestly I can tell you that I believe there’s some very real damage done by this article, and I’m exploring our legal options right now,” Farah said. “I think there are potentially some issues like restraint of trade and possibly libel, I think most people looked at that article and believed I actually said those words, that is a real problem for Esquire.”

The fact that the establishment is putting out fake reports in an effort to derail the popularity of the book is another indication about how scared the system is of this information getting to a wider audience. This is an obvious ploy to sabotage the book by fooling retailers and disrupting the supply chain.

Like Corsi, Farah says that he is “100 percent certain” that the long form birth certificate released by Obama last month is a “fraudulent, bogus document.”

“We feel like Woodward and Bernstein in the early days of Watergate when nobody was reporting the story, and finally the New York Times came along,” Farah told Talking Points Memo.

we have to remember that trump is a repeat aspirant, having previously proclaimed his readiness to occupy the nation's highest office in 1988 and 2000. he has flip flopped on all of his issues, even the highly significant birther bother. he has made obsequious statements in the open press about what he will do regarding certain issues, i.e., china, oil, etc. and even though gallop polls indicated that he was climbing up quickly, he knew that he wouldn't hold up. the phrase 'skeletons in the closet' comes to mind for me.

i'm glad that Corsi is pushing the envelop on this issue. it is imperative that the masses know the truth regarding this issue. if he is not a natural born citizen of these united states, then his presidency is moot. all legislation and actions must be reversed. but, who can we trust to follow through with the correct renunciation of this? the big question is: will the people remember come election time that obama is not who he says he is, and has not kept his original campaign promises?

Hi Humble Janitor, I know it seems that way to those of us who have become quite comfortable outside of the matrix, and have thoughts and aspirations far beyond what those still entrapped can imagine. But, it can be the occasional hiccups in the matrix that can make people all of a sudden take notice and say WTF?

I stayed soundly asleep through major events like 9/11, the Iraq War, etc., but for some reason the simple event of my man Bush(at the time) standing with Hank Paulson and saying he's abandonned free market principles to save the free market was a WTF moment I'll never forget. Within three months I was reading a David Icke book.

Who knows what other "seemingly" little hiccups out there continue to trigger people's long dormant alarm clocks.

I'm really more worried about all the people that are in charge other than Obama, did you ever think while he's on vacation again , or golf, or having another party or concert just who exactly is running this country. The agendas make me dizzy and the number stats coming out are nothing but decieving, even my dogs know somethings going on but in the mean time focus on what impact you can do for the good of humanity not be preoccupied by the absolute dog piles that are out there.

As a side note there is a revelance to the birth thing, thats why we have and live by laws!

If you want to see some real change the first thing to do is stop voting because the minute you vote it goes straight to the garbage can and gets recycled into the rigged system with your vote changed to whoever the machine has been programmed to elect,do some research and homework and you will find out,that your vote has absolutel ZERO relevance because the entire voting system is rigged and progrmmed before it even starts,the only way for it to be fair and sqaure again would be if they go back to the old school system of paper voting and that would require a lot of manpower and resources to make sure it doesnt get rigged as well,as it stands right now i simply dont see an easy way out of this rotten game,unless of course not a single person voted this election,perhpas that would have some effect and send a clear message to these greedy bastards!

Very true. Think about it, It is the will and energy of the people that determines a country's course of action, regardless of who has been elected or delegated to speak for them.
