Inspired by a helpful tip my sister gave me that was so obvious prior to my using , I decided to share it and ask others to do the same with their simply helpful tips.
I cook for myself every day and we all know food waste goes bad and smells in no time, and so I need to take the garbage out daily.
But my sister suggested to get little doggie poop bags or brown lunch bags and throw the daily food waste in them, then when filled prior to it smelling, put the bags in one larger bag and put it in the freezer!
Holy crow! i never have food waste smelling anymore and can leave the house for the weeks and the garbage is just frozen.
Then when full, I toss it. It was so obvious and I never thought about it:clapping:
anyone else have some helpful tips and solutions?

I do something similar. I store in the freezer a large size container with a plastic bag. I pull it out when I do prep work for cooking and also toss the scraps in it.
There’s no dirty dishes in the sink because I spray them down with a spray bottle filled with water and a bit of dish detergent.
I use camping towels rather than big, fluffy cotton ones. It’s more economical to wash and dry.
I cook up a big batch of food and freeze them in single size glass containers. I keep a couple ahead in the refrigerator. No waste. And I always have nutritious foods at the ready.
I use a neti pot (https://www.google.com/search?q=neti+pot+with+salt+water&newwindow=1&client=safari&rls=en&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjY4_eX3_juAhVEXc0KHVevBDIQ_AUoBHoECBoQBg&biw=1264&bih=746).
Using a saline solution just once a day can help thin mucus, curb postnasal drip, and clean bacteria from your nasal passages. It can also wash out allergens you've inhaled. After their symptoms are gone, some people find three times a week is enough to keep them symptom-free.
How can I make my own saline solution for a neti pot? (https://www.webmd.com/allergies/qa/how-can-i-make-my-own-saline-solution-for-a-neti-pot)
Note: I keep it simple with organic sea salt and use warm water from the faucet rather than boil it. (I have an artisan well.)

Homemade deodorant recipe:
1 small jar.
Coconut oil
Bicarbonate of soda.
Caraway essential oil (or any essential oil of choice)
Melt coconut oil, add 15-30 drops of caraway oil and mix in bicarbonate of soda until it sets into a solid white paste.

Tips of another kind. This may help those that want to curtail/stop habits that don’t contribute to health and/or raising frequency. See graphics at the bottom for the scale which is 1-1000 and the percentages is 0-100%. You can calibrate people, objects, sacred sites, foods, plants, planets, countries, states, etc. Dr. R. David Hawkins was one of the pioneers in kinesiology (https://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?96140-Power-vs-Force-and-Kinesiology-by-David-R.-Hawkins&p=1135492&viewfull=1#post1135492). This couple has expanded upon it. Though, they use the same calibration model as Dr. Hawkins.
NOTE: it may not be perfect method but it’s food for thought. One example that comes to mind is arrowroot. It's used for cooking and medicine but I'm allergic to it. I break out in hives and it feels like ants crawling under my skin. One person's food is another person's poison'.
Examples:
frequency of 50 = hatred, rage, discouragement, anger.
frequency of 20-30 = jealousy, insecurity, guilt, unworthiness
frequency of 20 = fear, grief, depression, powerlessness, victim

Elena Bensonoff: The scale of consciousness that a lot of us that references is ”Dr. Hawkins Scale of Consciousness”. That's the only thing we use as a reference and it applies to human experience. Now what we recognize and actually will explore is the scale of consciousness does not apply to other galactic beings because the frequencies supersede and exceed the frequencies of human experiences. So it actually made us realize reading this and preparing for today's episode and we confirm the quantum physics and quantum mechanics of the universe. Which is the fractal patterns that exist and the universe is not linear but it is fractal. So awareness builds on awareness…

Ear Candling
I choose this 6 minute video because a lot of the clickbait vids and photos are sensationalized nonsense. Ear candling is simply extracting excess ear wax.
Equipment:
stainless steel bowl with a little water
mirror
ear candles (https://www.vitacost.com/wallys-ear-candles-beeswax-unscented)
approximately 10 minutes per candle
It’s helpful to pull down on the ear lobe to open the passage way and tilt the head to create an angle. The mirror helps me see when the first strand of ash is ready to drop. Usually it burns down before the second one drops. If there’s a lot of wax, I’ll use a second candle and/or do it two days in a row.

I cook for myself every day and we all know food waste goes bad and smells in no time, and so I need to take the garbage out daily.
Didn't it occur to me to put my garbage in the freezer and I don't have room to mix it with other foods?.
If you have a garden, you can use your vegetable waste as potting soil. There is a trick to change the way you consume to reduce the amount of waste in your trash.
Become more responsible through organic waste.
The real problem, and their lifespan
Tin can from 10 to 100 years
Plastic bottles from 100 to 1000 years
Aluminum can from 200 to 500 years
400 year plastic bag
1000 year old polystyrene
4000years glass
Plant waste from a few days to a few months
3 to 6 month fruit peels
Tissues and paper napkins 3 months
Newsprint from 3 to 12 months
2 years old cigarette butt
Chewing gum 5 years ect
The question to ask, what do you put in your trash?

Or, if you have a vegetable garden, compost it or even bury it in a small trench, and cover it over with soil again.
The compost bags are good, they feel as though they are plastic but are made from potato starch I think.
Over the following weeks, the worms, insects and bacteria will do their thing 24/7 and it will soon become soil.
If the kitchen waste is shredded finely it will more quickly rot down to nothing.
Nothing need get wasted.

For those who get a skin irritation from the bicarbonate of soda (like me) swap with tapioca starch.

We put a handful of salt at the bottom of the food scrap container after emptying and washing. I found out that its the juice at the bottom that makes the terrible smell. Salt takes care of that. Whats more. Salt is minerals it's fertilizer for the plants. And according to one soil scientist/ gardener Dr Bryant Redhawk its almost impossible for you to make the soil salty. Our compost heap has lots of worms and critters in it. proof that salt does not harm them.
