January 31 2011 Global Coherence Initiative GCI Care Focus – Egypt and the Mid-East
As the Shift continues, more people are feeling empowered to use the Internet, Facebook and Twitter to come together to create changes in their towns and countries. This viral momentum is giving energetic encouragement to the "people" -- that they can create a better world for themselves.
Right now, millions in Egypt and other North Africa and Mid-East countries are rising up to create changes in their governments and their protests are being televised around the world. It’s important to send our heart energy to all these areas of unrest. The heart is what empowers co-creation for the benefit of all.
Care Focus – Let’s create a heart-field environment of unconditional love around Egypt and other Mid-East countries in the world for the highest best outcome for all involved. Let’s keep up a momentum of outgoing care while the situation is volatile and use your own heart discernment on how long and when you participate. Also, remember to send your heart-focused care to other stressful situations taking place throughout the world.
Note: Although GCI is not a forum for debate or taking sides on issues, we all feel genuine care and compassion for the anguish and suffering that any side experiences while trying to resolve major issues during this ongoing planetary shift. It’s understandable that for many people, it’s harder to send unconditional love when you are closer to the issue or your future and freedom seem to depend on particular outcomes. When you are close to an issue, try to maintain compassion while understanding that all sides feel like they’re just doing what they have to do. It requires practice from us all to stand for our rights without shutting the door to our hearts. We will increasingly learn to do this because, in our heart of hearts, we do care for one another. Increasing the intelligence to work things out through Love is the purpose behind the Shift.
Doing the GCI Care Focus with others helps to amplify our coherent heart energy and collective intent. In order for GCI members around the world to participate at a convenient time, we have chosen noon, 8 p.m. and 4 a.m. Pacific Standard Time ( -8 hours GMT ) when GCI members in the Global Care Room can join together to send heart-focused care to the planet.

GCI January 2011 Full Moon Synchronized Care Focus
Welcome to the Global Coherence Initiative’s January 2011 Full Moon Synchronized Care Focus. Doing the GCI Care Focus together helps amplify the coherent heart energy and collective intent.
Many people and groups throughout the planet are realizing that unity and more heartfelt connection are the next spiritual leap for humanity. They are talking about a new world unfolding in the collective consciousness and sensing the facilitation of divine love from universal source. Although stress increases at times as structures and systems that no longer serve humanity continue to break down, people connecting with the divine love then radiating it into the planetary energetic field can help to ease this process and progressively create a better world. The transitions we all are going through are helping redefine our lives and life on the planet for the better.
For the January 2011 full moon synchronized Care Focus, we will continue the "Divine Love" Care Focus we began last month and add to it. While breathing divine love, we will add visualizing humanity increasingly connecting with each other from the genuine heart, with non-judgment and compassion.
Last month I read a few words written by Doc Childre, founder of the Institute of HeartMath, the sponsor of the Global Coherence Initiative, about divine love which I’ll read again:
Divine love embodies warmth and compassion for those throughout the planet who are experiencing duress from unexpected or accelerated changes. Change is not our enemy. Yet at times it calls for our heart to be the centerpiece of intelligent discernment, which helps us find a flow through change. We all know that resistance to change often intensifies our challenges. Radiating divine love into the planetary energy field can help prevent or soften personal and collective challenges.
Divine love is a high frequency love from universal source that nurtures the wholeness while remaining free from attachment to outcome. It has a texture of endearment, yet allowance. Divine love serves as an amplifier of our own compassion and unconditional love. You don’t have to use the term "universal source" as your reference for divine love – you can refer to your own source of divine love based on your individual belief system. We’ll do this Care Focus together for fifteen minutes. It’s really okay to stop sooner or continue longer if you choose. There will be music playing or you can mute the music if you prefer. Until the next synchronized Care Focus, it would be effective for the planet if we individually do this technique often in the Global Care Room.
In this Care Focus, use your imagination along with your heart feelings to connect with the divine love, then simply breathe it in and radiate it into the planetary energy field. Simplicity is powerful and effective when the heart is sincere. Avoid the mind’s temptation to get stuck on trying to get it right—if your heart is genuine and sincere, know that your care will be effective.
Now let’s do the Care Focus together – Let’s breathe in divine love through all of our cells then radiate it out to the planet and our global community. While breathing divine love, visualize humanity increasingly connecting with each other from the genuine heart, with non-judgment and compassion.
(After 15 minutes)
Many people throughout the planet are using this or a similar technique to bring more ease and energetic balance into their personal life, along with facilitating humanity and the planet to have a smoother integration through our collective adventure of rapid change.
