There's a lot to unpack there. In very brief bulletpoints:


Yes about the accelerating and tightening global control system, for sure. (Dr Bill Deagle, in his seminal 2006 Granada Forum Lecture (see this thread (https://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?115022-Dr-Bill-Deagle-s-December-2006-Granada-Forum-Lecture)), called this Technologies of the Electronic Cage — a neat play on words.)



He's not quite accurate, of course, about the 'visible light' bit. He always describes it that way, but one knows what he means. If something really was sitting there in our reality but not reflecting or emitting frequencies in the narrow light spectrum which our eyes can sense, we'd just suddenly bump into it: like bumping into a black object in the dark when you've not got a flashlight. The "invisibility" of non-physical objects or beings is something else entirely, connected with other dimensions.



I'm personally as sure as I can be that reptilians are real (though not always malevolent), and human-reptilian transformations do happen. That's a side-effect of a kind of possession that sometimes comes unstuck for a few moments. This isn't just some crazy stuff that David Icke has come up with on his own. These 'shape-shifts' have been reported many times.



Similarly, I'm as sure as I can be about interventions and upgrades in the human genome, though it seems very unlikely to have been the reptilians that would have been doing that. There are dozens (maybe many hundreds) of advanced ET groups that have had an interest, stake, or investment in Planet Earth for a very long time. It may not even be "our" planet. We may simply be living here, unaware of our history. (Very few people ever seem to consider that!) And those interested groups may well have conflicting agendas, or at least very dissimilar ones.

The visible light part of the speech is a very evocative means to describe the human situation. We are almost blind, when it comes to seeing what is all around us. We see a spectrum of frequencies so tiny, that in terms of what can be seen, we see almost nothing.

What hides in those frequencies we cannot see is unknown to us.

We could extrapolate this idea to include what we know and what can be known. It comes to about the same proportions - we know virtually nothing of what there is to know.

So we go through our lives, living lives pre-ordained by our masters. Unaware of the real status of the world, we sleep walk our way to our graves. Most of us never cognizant of the world hidden from our eyes and our awareness.

In this sleep walking state, through no fault of our own, we give consent to our masters to continue their intrigues in our names. We condone their actions by the very fact that we remain inactive. But until we become aware of their manipulations in the background, we cannot be active in its removal.

The moment that we become convinced that there is a control mechanism in place in our world, and run by alien species, we will be in a position to actively resist its influence. Until then we must rely on the few who can intuit the alien presence through other and unconventional means. Unfortunately, there is an element of uncertainty involved in accepting the word of another. And this situation requires certainty in order to break through the torpor of our lives so that we can act with alacrity and conviction.

People like David Icke are rare in today's world. In the future the resistance will be full of such types. It is a prerequisite for any proper freedom fighter. We will see what was always there but we had been programmed to look the other way. And once they are seen, our masters will have lost their hold on our imaginations.

Free to imagine another way, we will choose a way forward without their interference.

The world will transform itself rapidly to accommodate our new choices and it will look nothing like it does today. However, with all the drama and intrigue a thing of the past, most souls will move on to new and glorious experiences. We are the systems busters of the universe. We do not like a safe and happy life with no antagonist to defeat for too long.

71 pct of human beings live on less than $10 a day, and what they want is to earn more to avoid poverty. The other 29 pct are counting on that because their own income is dependent on the 71 pct earning and buying more.

That's why for the past two decades Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa (or BRICS) and over forty emerging markets in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and South America (where many of those 71 pct live) have been experiencing incredible economic growth. Meanwhile, the richer countries (where many of the 29 pct live) are experiencing late capitalism, where increased debt and spending are causing their economies to weaken.

Thus, the world is changing rapidly because its global economy is competitive and capitalist, while it is still far away from industrialization because many are poor. But the demand is there so much so that it is estimated that it will take around three more earths in order to industrialize most of the world, and thus lift most of the 71 pct out of poverty, and the 29 pct are keen on that because competitive capitalism involves maximization of profit due to increasing production and sales of goods and services.

With that, the likely shared goal isn't depopulation and mind control but manageable population increase plus something even better than mind control: advertising and marketing, which have been in place for some time.

Finally, the catch is that rapid and continuous change involves ever-increasing amounts of resources, and that can't happen in a physical biosphere. In which case, one can guess what happens when an unstoppable force meets an unmovable object.
