We can expect the following to occur at the event:

• In the days leading up to “the event” we will see a break-down of dimensional barriers. This may include unusually easy contact with deceased loved ones. People formerly unable to go out-of-body are suddenly performing such feats easily. Incidences of everything from ghosts to aliens takes a steep rise.

• Energy pouring out of the sun will take the form of a large solar irradiation / flash. On the day of “the event” it may be possible to see the northern lights in places you’d never expect, likely worldwide.

• Massive, sudden personality fluctuations. People running around with “end times hysteria.” People with positive vibrations will see their happy energy tremendously increase, while unfortunately the inverse will also occur.

• Integration of “astral abilities” – all people suddenly obtaining telepathic powers among other abilities.

• Sudden, wide-scale contact with extraterrestrials, who will likely appear to reduce the potential chaos and devastation.

• The “ascension” to new conditions: We may see groups (as in, entire countries worth of people) transporting to other locations, whether a parallel dimensional realm or even a new planet, with moves facilitated by ETs. This may or may not have to occur depending on the severity of the damage caused by the flash.

If I am not mistaken, the wave of light one goes through happens everytime someone grows in spiritual development, at a certain stage of it. So I am not sure at all it has to do with the whole planet, but rather with every individual on it.

I am a Beyond Quantum Healing Hypnosis practitioner. I have only had one client speak of an event type shift. However, it is difficult because the sessions are all about what the client wants to know and not what I want to know...so usually this type of thing does not come up. The one client whose session touched on the event didn't call it that, but said that the future would be radically different as something was going to happen to change the course we are currently on.

Because Allison is know for her coverage of the event I suspect many of the people who seek her out are specifically interested in this topic and thus it features heavily in their experiences.

It is interesting the similarities that people report and there are a few other QHHT/BQH therapists who are getting similar results.

I always want to ask clients when they are in this expanded state about their futures...but alas as a professional I must contain myself.

The hopeful part of me feels something is coming that will give a major boost to humanities awakening...but the realist part of me says not to hold my breath and to create the best life I can within the existing climate <3

I wonder sometimes if these QHHT sessions are subject to the same laws as channeling.

Seems like a lot of it comes down to the purity of the practitioner and their ability to prevent any contamination of the connection. Perhaps, like I've seen happen to a lot of channelers, as soon as they lapse into a state of mind where they make the connection--or regress the subject into the in-between-lives state and begin communicating with the "subconscious"--with the intention of pursuing the acquisition of very cool information of one kind or another, it seems like there's some kind of law allowing foul play to enter the picture.

I suspect it has to do with the way the non-physical realm tends to respond to thought. If you expect or believe that you are going to get more cool information on a certain subject when you begin a session, then the universe will meet your expectations. But there's no law demanding that you get that information from the same source every time.

A good indication that this is going on is usually when specific dates start coming into the picture. I've seen it time and time again. From people who have had genuine apparitions of Jesus and/or Mary, to people who learned how to contact their star-seed family from Pleiades, to QHHT/past life regression hypnotists, you name it.

Often the initial connection and communication with the non-physical side is indeed genuine, but it seems like it doesn't take long before things take a turn and future communications end up leading you astray. People just can't resist the urge to learn about the future, and then the inevitable predictions start to come out.

There are some hints about the rules that allow this to happen in the Law of One material. But that also comes from a bunch of channeled communications, so who knows. *shrug* Kind of frustrating, that's for sure.

My guess is, there's some rules about balance and what some people call "negative greeting." If communication with the other side can lead to a significant positive change here on Earth in the physical realm, then the rules allow negative entities the chance to balance out the effect. Just a theory though.

The things is that when we communicate with aspects of ourselves that exist beyond the physical we are accessing multidimensional information that exists beyond time and space. I believe it is a mistake to try and apply this type of information to our finite reality. What I see is that the information that comes through is accurate in terms of personal and soul development. People experience huge shifts in sessions that change the way they move through the world. This is what the modality is about.

Here is some feedback from clients that demonstrates how significant these experiences can be: "cant really describe how I felt to be honest except a really deep and profound shift internally. Lots of the feelings of hurt and disappointment have 'evaporated' and I really feel I have lost heaps of the fear and resistance I had."

"I'm writing this a few days later and it feels like i have been switched back on again and reconnected to myself, the synchronicity I’m experiencing is very powerful and empowering."

I understand the temptation of wanting to try and fit this multidimensional info into a 3D framework, but I suspect that this will likely lead to disappointment.

In order to truly honour the process I think it is best to focus on the internal changes rather than trying to use it has a tool to predict linear outcomes in physical reality.

However that being said, I do appreciate Allison's playful approach to exploring these inner realms. She actually always states that no one should take dates too seriously. She never presents her information as facts. She always makes it clear that she just shares patterns that emerge in sessions and leaves it up to the viewer to use their own discernment in terms of what they take home.

As a retired Hypnotherapist the only reservation is that the subconscious is the dream maker when we sleep and is very inventive.
So how can you say that some information is coming from a higher source when a person is hypnotized? .

You are not the only one Chris, I am a bit younger, and I am in the same situation. I have pretty much lost interest in many things I used to like or research.

I think it is due to having low iron (discovered lately) which makes me much more lay back on one hand, and on the other hand, I think it has to do with inner change.

For example, I do not want to argue with anyone anymore unless it is absolutely necessary. I find it useless, other may believe what they want, I will supply facts if I feel like it or feel it is worthwhile and will inspire some, but I will not argue with anyone, mostly arguing on those facts, although I will give my feelings and thoughts without argumenting. (this is why i pretty much withdrew from one of your thread - no reproached here, nothing having to do with the thread as such, I would have brought up all kind of justifications before with pleasure, just an observation on my inner changes).

I do think something is happening worldwide, within people, yet, most are still unaware of it.

I think that 99.9% of the time people have some 'prophetic vision' about the world it is simply a reflection of their own personal state of being. It's common to have disaster predictions which are the subconscious telling people that if they carry on the way they are, their life will be a disaster. It's the same with the 'event'. Something needs to happen in the person's life to wake them up.

Similarly in dreams, other people represent aspects of the dreamer. That said, the microcosm (the individual) is a reflection of the macrocosm (the world) and our subconscious certainly picks up things from the collective unconscious of humanity. However, predictions of ascension, world catastrophes, arriving saviours and 'the end of the world' have been around for a very long time and nothing actually happens. So, I think we need to wake up and just concentrate on increasing our own level of being/consciousness and stop worrying about stockpiling food and having a shelter in the mountains. Sorry but that's just the kind of crackpot talk that gives us a bad name.

Avalon has been a hotbed of disaster predictions ever since it started. They happen at random periods throughout history and today is no different. But yes, consciousness is changing and that's a good thing but don't spoil it by all this constant talk of 'something's going to happen'. Nothing bad is going to happen in my world.

As an addition (edit) I'd like to add that we really have to deprogram ourselves that the world is a hostile 'bad' place and is against us. We even have been brainwashed into thinking nature (and bacteria, for example) is against us and needs to be fought and controlled! We create our own reality and with the belief system that life is a battle look at the reality we've created. The world is a beautiful, benign place and even most bacteria are beneficial and should be loved (the healthiest people have the largest bacteria population living in/on them). We even live in fear of disease and ill health! Start seeing everything as friendly and the world changes - create a better reality.

So, it's not only me. Exactly feeling the same, lost interest in many things and even cannot read for some time (never used videos or talks/radio shows as information source, I have to read to grasp the information).

This is not an easy situation as I began to question why I wake up every morning if I have no interest in anything.

So how can you say that some information is coming from a higher source when a person is hypnotized? .

From what I’ve learned as a Psych-K (PK) facilitator and an experiencer, the information should be accurate - as long as the left hemisphere of the brain is not dominant and the information comes spontaneously. The left hemisphere will limit access and twist the information, ironically.

I believe I could present a solid case by coupling what I’ve learned as an experiencer with how we communicate with the subconscious mind (SM) in PK but that’s too much to go into, so I’ll just go with the PK angle.

For context; in short, Psych-K is a method used to enhance perceptions of/by the self by re-scripting limiting subconscious beliefs. We work with three levels of consciousness, each with their own capacities and characteristics; the conscious mind, the subconscious mind, and the superconscious mind.

The conscious mind sets the objectives but it thinks abstractly, it’s bound by time, and has a very limited processing capacity (short term memory, only a few events at one time, averages 40 bits of information per second).

The SM doesn’t behave creatively, nor logically, rather it’s literal and habitual. We have to communicate with it in statements and in present time only, when locating the limiting beliefs and re-scripting. We are also entirely directed by the SM while working with it, since it has an expanded processing capacity. It has a long term memory (past experiences, attitudes, beliefs etc.), can process thousands of events at a time, and averages at a whopping 40 million bits per second.

We consult the superconscious mind because we need to make sure the objective is safe and won’t interfere with the bigger picture (spiritual level - life purpose etc.). The superconscious has an infinite processing capacity, with non-linear, unlimited speed, and we can speak to it like we would another person, we can ask questions etc. The only limitation is our binary method of communication (muscle testing).

So looking at those three levels as a model of the different characteristics involved with hypnotherapy or other similar forms of information retrieval from beyond our linear, physical construct, we can see it’s the conscious mind that can interfere and cause the information to not be accurate.

The Brain Dominance theory from the split-brain research indicates that the left and right hemispheres of the brain have their own specialised functions. With the left being rational, analytical, sequential, ordered, controlled and identifying as the individual and the right being emotional, intuitive, synthesising, simultaneous, spontaneous and identifying with the whole, we want the right hemisphere to be dominant and presiding over the process of this information retrieval. The right hemisphere can appropriately deal with the characteristics of the subconscious mind and the superconscious mind, in short, it can speak their language and the left can’t.

As long as the subject is relaxed, bringing the right hemisphere into dominance and the sessions are conducted expertly, then I don’t see why the information would be inaccurate.

Even though the SM is a part of the creative process, it isn’t creative or imaginative. We need it to process the vast amounts of information, and we need the right brain dominance to access and comprehend the superconscious information, but as long as the images etc. emerge spontaneously, it should be accurate, as long as we report it as is and don’t try to make sense of it - we need the comprehension to develop and emerge naturally and effortlessly, discovering it rather than figuring it out.

That’s my comprehension from observations so far, but I could be missing something since I’m not a hypnotherapist. If I am missing something I’d appreciate the help in reconciling the view I’ve outlined with your assertion, if you have the time.

We humans also tend to bring logic into places it has no business being in, like thinking to oneself, when we watch a regression session, that their content can’t be true because it contradicts what we know. Until we have a far firmer grasp on exactly how this reality is constructed and manifested, it is an error to assume one or the other is true. Such logic belongs purely to the physical realm, and not beyond. We need to respect our limitations and suspend such judgements, IMO.

Its twenty years since I was a professional Hypnotherapist--understanding evolved since --so Im behind the times.
I went on to be a Bio-energy therapist--very effective-- mind not involved.
All about energy.
Non-duality which Im not going into here accepts without needs or desires.
The one consciousness brings things about potential is realized o not as the case might be.
So one part of me wants the initial videos to be so--- another has no need for outside help, aliens, UFO , another earth seen as, a may be so but also a distraction--yet the two are compatible.
The future is hypothetical.

After giving it some consideration, it seems to me that most of Allison's clients are going to be students of the works of Delores Cannon. They would very much like for this event to happen and I believe that they have sort of talked themselves into believing it will. I don't think there is much conscious intentional deception. I studied the work of Delores, and even I could see that in many cases she was leading her clients. She might not have started out that way, but she became biased over time, she was looking for a specific outcome from her clients and to be a part of the whole thing they delivered and I think the same is true for Allison. She doesn't even need to present any bias on her own. Just the fact that these folks are going to see someone that uses the Delores Cannon technique will be enough conditioning. Yes, understood, and completely respected.

I’m personally not invested in whether or not it happens, but if I don’t see it happening I’ll not be assuming it didn’t happen for them (and I hope it does for them, if that’s what they truly desire). This is a slippery reality, I’ve learned to assume nothing.

I’m fully aware of how little knowledge I have, and that I could be completely wrong, but to advance/evolve/grow we have to take steps and it takes courage to walk our own path, to make mistakes, to be wrong, to appear foolish, judged as ignorant or arrogant - all a risk that pales in comparison to not being free to live my own life, despite how hopeless and pointless it may seem at times (to me, not you).

Worst case scenario is I find out that all that was ever going to break through the quantum barrier and manifest for me was the unified field of the manipulated, greatest mass of human thought forms. No loss to me, I’d rather waste my entire life failing than to give life to that design.

Some of the ones that are absolutely sure they will be going to ascend, spend so much time posting their divine light and love on you tube I can't imagine they have any time for a genuine life. Just their assurance of their goodness is a red flag for me. I believe goodness is paired with humility and being teachable.

Another question I have is that, if very few are actually enlightened and are totally good, we are going to be imperfect humans ascending to another realm. How long would it take to trash out that realm as well? Maybe it would take longer, because these people are more on the "good" side, but unless the egoic self is mastered, I guarantee you, we will see the same traits that have trashed this planet ruin the place that they go to. I would love for someone to debate me on this. I am not being sarcastic, I am sincere. I would love to have someone present a logical explanation of how this other realm could work with imperfect humans. If your answer is that we will be transformed into perfection, well, that kind of defeats the whole objective of this life, in my opinion. It would be kind of like "you worked your way to kind of good, so now you will be zapped to perfection". That seems like cheating to me, the kind of good get perfection while the rest of us wrestle with our flaws and compulsions here on trashed out earth.

We have been receiving "prophecies of ascension and gloom and doom for thousands of years. What is so uplifting about it? I feel like it sort of gives one an excuse if so inclined to negate what we have here and now. It can give permission to do nothing. It reminds me of the doomsday cults where the members give away all their belongings because they have been told that a certain day, "this and this will happen". Imagine what they feel like when they realize they have been deluded? Not really empowering is it?

Another thought, in the annals of history, who among us has been able to tell the future? I am not talking about obscure, poetic suggestions, but concrete events, clearly stated??? Not even good old Edgar Cayce, and he obviously had access to the Akashic Record. He also stated that events of the future are not carved in stone, they are subject to being changed.

In the second video at the top of this thread, Alison begins by making a big disclaimer about never mentioning dates and making predictions and then throughout the video she cites different dates! That video was recorded in Feb 2018 and her clients were predicting March 2018. I don't know why she would make a disclaimer and then damage her credibility by citing March. Chris, I don't either at the end of the day. As for the sheep being separated from the goats (bible). What if that means that the separation will occur by our own effort of meditation and alignment with spiritual principles, in other words by self realization? Not as much fun and a lot more work.

Andre, that is the problem I really have. I think Allison is trying to say, she is not responsible for dates, but a whole bunch of her clients gave dates and she sure wasn't shy about sharing them. I have seen this kind of thing so many times over the years and I have to admit that I sort of bought into one at one time. At least I allowed myself to hope. I also got into the wanderer theme, that I was here for some spiritual mission. I am not saying there is anything inherently wrong with any of this, but for me, it was permission to step out of the moment.

I finally came to the point that I realized that the here and now is what I have to deal with. That's it. No more waiting for the promised land. Live in the moment. Now, if I wake up ascended into some beautiful place of peace and love, I will feel great relief and appreciation but I will deal with it if it happens. I am no longer pining for a better place, this is what I have, this is what I deal with, like it or not. The weird thing is that the result of that has been nothing short of amazing to me. Either way, a healthy dose of skepticism is helpful. Also, I look to see what is this person gaining by giving this information? It is so easy to provide what one believes is legit information then get caught up in the notoriety and monetary gains this "information" gives them.

I do the same work as Alison. BQH hypnosis. Alison was initially strictly a QHHT practitioner, which is the modality created by the wonderful Dolores Cannon. However, this modality has some rules and formulas that some found dated.
Candace Craw Goldman, a student a friend of Dolores, created the BQH modality which is inspired by Dolores work, but allows for a more organic journey to unfold. Another big difference is that BQH sessions can be done online. I have recently become aware of the work of Dr Michael Newton, now deceased...
He was a Dr. in Psychology but has devoted his life to hypnosis to take people, not on a past life regression, but to the existence between lives.... Life Between Lives or LBL.. His work is really phenomenal, having done over 7,000 hypnosis sessions to take people to the other side to examine their existence between lives. There is now an institute dedicated to his work.

I was thinking of doing Cannon's course but Im not sure yet. There is also training in Newton's work but they require that you be certified somehow in hynotherapy, but there are also books with his technique available which I have just ordered. His system requires that your clients go into Theta, which is deeper than the general regression, and one should plan for up to 3 to 4 hours per session... so in some ways it's quite demanding.

There are many interests that I have never had yet. One is about "ETs". That is I have not been interested in the portrayal of "ETs" because they are not any people I have experienced to my knowledge. I have observed many teachers who share that they know how mankind evolved and is developing. I just don't know anything anymore but like RAW, I too have many suspicions. They merge and converge with an almost unappraochable numbers of storied contents.

I only know that I feel myself to be and that I am wondering what that means?

My personal story is mythic to me. It has become evident to me that WE each filter the frequencies of energy and create a personal experience which seems to be a whole world with themes. IMO this seems a simulated environment. Every THING is a representative of a quality. Each thing becomes part of our story through what it means. IMO it is simply the meaning we EXTEND form our being which appears within a larger collective theme.

The thing is, there is a difference between themes and what the qualities mean to us. The qualities are experienced in the limits of the Theme, there unwrapped and unfolded. For instance, I am absolutely DONE with war. IMO it is the kernal theme that drives everything humans are creating as collective (from what I see).

BUT, we extend meanings into war which are reflected back. The theme of war creates an environment and all kinds of meaning are played out in the theme. Surviving veterans experience for instance might color their forever into being warriors. War us actually believed to be inevitable, necessary and true. If there are positive experiences, it is only because of the qualities that give our meaning onto the play.

The soldier is courageous/cowardly, foolhardy/crafty. One can get lucky or unlucky, be surrounded by friends and enemies... do you catch my drift? We could have an entirely new theme and STILL experience the dual qualities that drive the story as we move through the frequencies of qualities.

IMO the theme is what we must be able to move beyond. AND that IMO is why we are seeing the shattering of the MATRIX constructed of a theme. IMO we are understanding how the theme is insinuated and how to change it. I don't know yet HOW to dissolve war such as it has never been "real" to me. I feel disillusioned by the very center of this construct that I seem to live in and I am willing to change.

My center is friendship and the golden rule. IMO I don't Know (though I have suspicions) what is TRUTH, but I know that what is TRUTH is to be revealed. I know this so clearly that a great LIGHT is becoming brighter. I think it is our light that is growing from within. IMO that light becomes a force field of my reality.

Whatever is happening, Because the light is coming from within and emanating out, IMO that will be the only protection... I am more powerful in my reality lit by the LIGHT than the construct. That is why I am not brainwashed... I am imposing MY frequency on my reality tunnel. IMO we are growing our reality tunnel that is based on NEW THEMES. So, I trust that I am about to see the TRUTH revealed and have built a firm reality tunnel that has my own THEME.

People will be IMO coming face to face with themselves. IMO we cannot deal with that issue of what we have created UNLESS we have a larger order of help. We need an open system where we can be washed with energy which allows us to have GREATER energy and MORE possibility than was used to construct the old reality tunnel.

I am not sure I care about getting on a ship. Really, I want to do for myself. I want to show my friends how we can expand as possibility of what human nature may unfold. I want to show that it is not really that hard to let in more light BUT you have to accept an almost unbelievable THEME. An Intelligent Infinity is RIGHT HERE WITH US. It wants to fill us to the smallest cell in the body. I think all you have to do to shine is LOVE Intelligent Infinity like a Lover loves her beloved. Then the unfolding happens easily. We are able to be in LOVE Now.

When we become in a relationship with God, one is no longer on a time line. All time is now.

If I cannot take in the LIGHT, I will just have to keep trying. That is paradox. Paradox rules in the now.

Through my life, I always have felt as though I am waiting for something. It is too much for me to hope that the kind of LIGHT that would reset our distortions is coming soon. I felt that the situation of the gentleman in the video seems SO familiar. I have a bit of a strange notion that because I (we because I feel we are a team) have been here (but where are we?) the prophesized catastrophic earth changes do not happen.

This belief has been validated because we have NOT had any since I have been here. The hypothesis is that we support the earth in a slow release of toxins that come about from human thoughts. We are like filters who scrub the astral. This does not have to be proved true to operate for me as a guide to why I am living in a lunatic asylum of the mind.

I once had a conversation with someone who reflected that I want the world to be just like me. I said Heck YES. That is because I think I have knowledge of the way that we could live on earth and it would be just like me that we LEAVE EACH OTHER TO BE OUR SELVES.

The collective is maintained as a small box of crabs. People who try to climb are pulled down in the others desperate attempts to get out. There was a cartoon in the Great Speckled Bird Newspaper in the late 70's. The first slide is of a group in a hole. The next slides show the various attempts made to get out... flapping arms, jumping, crawling on top of one another and other attempts. Nothing worked. A very long time ensued. Then someone came up with the idea... we could coordinate and help each other out. They helped each other out. THE END.

It is so frustrating to me that we cannot seem to figure out how both to allow space for others AND make a practical world that HELPS. I have been disillusioned that the collective can organize SEEMINGLY ONLY around War. People frustrate me because they cannot see what I see... how easy it could be to manage a sane world. SO< I DO want the world to be just like me.

IF I was in a world just like me, what would THAT be like? It would be introverted. It would believe in implosion technology and inner work. It would be inside out from the emphasis on the external where people have created a HUGE astral slum ringing its pendulums and distortion around the earth.

My world would scrub all the bad ideas. I think I have access to understanding that earth is alive, God is HERE, humans are made to explore the MIND and not just copy. Humans are made to live a harmless life of investigation IMO in MY WORLD. We just plain do not interfere in all other beings business. So, we cooperate around a structure that would allow the most freedom.

I want to create my own reality. Maybe that means something. maybe I CAN create my own reality? Maybe it won't include a drastic flood of light, but a welling up inside of the honey, the sublime medicine of the Living God? Maybe it is NOT necessary to fear the shattering now because it does let more light in? Maybe we can swell up with the essence of the LIVING GOD and withstand any force and create something from within that is exactly what I want. ALL BEINGS are happy and free. That is my dream.

Just watched the whole thing... this is quite exciting. Yes, I have been entertaining the whole starseeds things, matter of fact I can tell by appearance the other density/dimension ones but I haven't quite let it touch the rational mind yet in case it's all a sham but it's really gathering momentum. Scallion was a successful predictor into 1992. I read his newsletters. He predicted Hurricane Andrew as I recall. It all fell apart for him come 1993 though. At any rate, his future map of North America was pretty much a copy of Edgar Cayce's. Last I heard he was holed up in New Hampshire with some ike-minded people. As for the shift, it's funny I remember on my day of graduating high school thinking 2012 was the year, and that was 30 years away.i think perhaps that should have happened but then the humming boxes were placed around the world and most recently those monoliths. They said you’re are ready. And many people may be ready. Everyone is going to have a different experience depending on where their state is. It’s all about your state of consciousness. Your state of being. That’s how it will effect you. The more light that you can hold the easier it’s going to be. And if you can’t hold a certain level of light then you’ll be taken. Re: communication

There’s going to be this opening up of mental communication, but some of us will be able to come up to speed with telepathy, and these other spiritual means of communication faster than others.


Anything else they'd like you to do to prepare? Whether that spiritual preparation, mental, emotional, or even just saying your goodbyes to people?


Yes, they say, maintain being at a good place with the people that you love because they may not be here in the same way at some point in time. In this new place, we're so interconnected with spirit, even though they won't be on the earth with us. Anyone who leaves or that we lose, we will be connected to with their spiritual self on the other side. So we can still communicate with them and our spiritual communication will be much more strong.

Can they give you an example of that spiritual communication with others on the other side?


It's just like they're here or they're there. They’re just present, but it's in this intangible form. They’re just in this different form of energy and we will be more tuned into that energy. Where as now we're more closed off to it. So they're saying people there are psychic mediums now and people have to be very intentional to connect to people from the other side. They're saying this will just be like second nature for people to have this communication with people that are just and their energetically but not in the physical.

Would they like to tell you anything else about this transition? What you may expect that you don't already know?


They said it will be sudden, but not unexpected. Like we know it's coming. The people who are going to stay, know it's coming. The people who are not going to stay are the ones who will be most surprised. But they say that that's because we are tuned into the energies in a different way.

I’m curious, is there anything that people who may not be ready for this shift that want to stay here should do? What messages would you give them if any that would encourage them to get prepared to stay?


Well, I think it's coming from a place of the heart. So really being open and loving. I there is a lot of judgment, if you hate people who are unlike you, if you're creating differentiation in your mind between groups of people and making some good and some bad, those are the people who are leaving. So you have to be very cautious of your judgment. Very mindful of your judgment and know that the shift is occurring. Then it's here to bring all people together and equilibrium and harmony, and you can only do that from a space of a loving heart...
