View Full Version : Social credit system approved in Spain

I really don't know where to start. I didn't think this would come this sudden, but I guess it makes sense.

Few days ago, completely under the radar, spain's government passed a law paper (Boletin oficial del estado) approving some laws of the most dystopian order, turning at once the whole state on a surveillance/social credit machine. It didn't slowly "wiggle" it way there, they just approved it whole at once.

And sadly nobody noticed. (as usual) Obviously TV, twitter, etc, didn't go over it at all.

This is not a supposition or prediction of any sort. This law has already been passed and ready to be applied. And its contents are clearly written and public. The only matter that could be discussed is the degree and way of practical application.

I'm gonna post a video of a lawyer explaining the official papers, for those who speak spanish, and then I'll try to sumarise some of the points.

bD5N8dJsSro

What this law includes:
- Creation of personal profiles that include: personal, movement, economical, work reliability, political, biometrical and GENETICAL data. This will be done also generationally.

- Complete erasing of the right of privacy and image, by allowing the placement of fixed and mobile recording devices at any place, including private property, without right of prejudice.

- Access to any recording device without the authorisation of a judge by the local government delegations.

- You can ask for such data about you, but government keeps the right of sharing it or not

- Allowing to use all this data with CRIME PREDICTION purposes, and the capacity to detain someone because of those predictions.

...

The fall of the west they said. Well, this better fall already.

Wow - that's shocking news! I wonder where else similar laws have been made without anybody noticing. The end of democracy, so they won't care what people think about it anyway.
I was trying to find more about this online but couldn't find anything.

As I said, Its passing completely under the radar so far, even here. As far as I know there is only this short video of the lawyer describing it. Nobody else that I know posted about it, or maybe it got censored, hard to tell.

But it is real, the official law bulletin is listed and it can be checked there. Its the official government channel for laws, and the cited laws exist in that text, I personally checked and you can too, the official link its in the video description.

We'll have to see under which pretext the measures are implemented here. So far, as I mentioned in some other threads about social credit, there has been a huuuuge increase of cameras all around cities and villages, and not only on village or neighborhood entrances, but in squares, and other not "strategic" points.

We had been cornered day by day since a long time ago, but they can't control remote isolated areas, it is a huge effort, their focus is where people are conglomerated (they want control). I can only imagine they trying to convince the "Poo Yai Baan" (Head Master of a Thai Village) to install cameras with the coconut trees or even worst kicking off those living of the land for ages, just laughable, but they can deploy the military in every main junction include those ones who lead to the boonies (still big effort but possible), the same goes for every country, but for what reason? because those people are not moving anywhere, they would die in their lands rather than move to a big city. We the people are the majority, We just have to say BASTA! (enough).

Those living in major towns and cities should be more concerned before the gateway shuts, we already got a relaxed travel restrictions in almost all countries, and they will use the same excuse of covid lockdown for ever until people realized for real they were trapped and are indeed locked in a matrix of control, there will always be opportunity to escape though, since nothing is perfect, include their security.

Let's keep a positive vibe and hope for the best, but prepare for the worst. La tormenta is just around the corner.

Anyway "Viva la revolución" because that's what we are heading to, but those who already accepted the new norms will never know anything about that.

All the more reason big tech needs to be reigned in, this is nothing more than a digital dictatorship and a dystopian nightmare. Without the help and approval of big tech, this would be almost impossible to get off the ground. Eventually, people will be monitored through their cell phones and computers, not only which sites they visit but where they physically go.

Eventually, this score will dictate what rights people have or don't have.

Here is a partial list of things that will hurt your social credit score in China

Bad Driving
Playing loud music
Bad financial credit
Late paying your bills
Watching (buying) too many videos games
Stealing
Smoking in non-smoking zones
Posting news the government believe is fake (eventually restriction could cause a revolution)
Wasting money on what the government deems as a frivolous purchase
Posting too much on social media
Loitering
Walking your dog without a leash or if you dog causes a public disturbance

Here is a partial list of punishments that the Chinese government is handing out

Ban air travel
Ban train travel
Some people are allowed to travel but can't buy a business or first-class tickets
Some people can travel but are banned from the best hotels
Ban from government jobs no matter how menial
Slower internet speeds
Ban from the opportunity for higher education, this includes high school not just college
Won't be allowed to apply for credit cards and cards will be cancelled if you already have them
They will slow down your applications for travel to places like Europe, USA.
Dating websites will slow your profiles down with bad credit
Prevented from getting discounts on products and services
You will have to put down a sizeable deposit on purchases
You will not have access to lower interest rates
Naming people publicly and shaming them for having a bad credit score

The UK government were pushing this but it's unpopular; they keep on delaying/abandoning it but imho it will keep coming back however hard they 'abandon' it. For example, one independent British journalist, Alex Belfield, reported that ID cards had already been passed and it's a done deal (cross thread link (https://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?114457-Internal-Vaccination-Passports-for-the-UK&p=1431041&viewfull=1#post1431041))

I have an almost 30 year long connection with Spain and I have always been impressed by the love and respect the Spanish have for personal liberty and the Universal right to self-determination.. the right to be... Ser (being)..

In my experience there is a huge anti-authoritarian streak running through Spanish society in general and a great belief in the idea that you are a sovereign and free entity and are at liberty to act, believe and behave as you see fit, without impinging on anyone else's right to do the same of course. This naturally encourages a less judgemental environment, your business is your business and mine is mine.

One tell tale sign of how this trait manifests is in the way the Spanish use the word por favor (please), they use it much more sparingly than we do in the Western, English speaking world, ditto for gracias (thank you). If a Spanish person is thanking you then you probably deserve it. :)

It astounds me how easily this has been slid in by the tramposos (tricksters)

*Apologies for late edit, my fuzzy thinking.

Carefully examine along the middle of your neighborhood road and you will find a blue plastic or glass object in the road tar, square shape. On both sides is a light sensor which can read your car license or view who is on the road and send this up to a satellite. This has been in the streets for many years now. Also, you will notice extremely tall light poles with light projections six feet away from the pole, and either in rectangular or oval shaped shade is the light. On the top is a 3 inch antennae which is 5G. If your house is next to this, sell and move. I have seen these along our long Avenues, not yet the side roads, and, most troubling, along and around the School buildings and yards. Cancer!!

It is time to give up your cell phones and/or put them in lead shielded cases and leave them in your cars but not in your homes. They record everything you say and THINK, as does your computer. Pull the plugs at night and get your technician to fix a way to turn off the battery that keeps running when you are not plugged into the wall. NEVER USE THE POWER THAT FLOWS THROUGH THE AIR.

A bit off topic here, I myself removed the physical camera, synaptic touch pad (physically disconnected) and mic from my laptops (they are behind the LED), anyone can do it with a ironing (soldering cheap tool), but it depends on models (mics are not always in the same place, but the webcam is always there), I am learning how to replace the BIOS software with LibreBoot or CoreBoot (but require some skills with the board or risk to brick the laptop) also I recommend use some external wi-fi card open hardware with open source software, but the best is to use wire and avoid wi-fi if can. I do not use phones very often, mine is without battery right now inside some box somewhere.

But that's the way to fight social credit score, be a ghost in the system, do not let them record your actions.

Following a bit with the offtopic that would surely make a great off the grid thread itself:

The only way to effectively be out of it is to analogically dissconnect. I believe that any OS or digital measures are bypassed easily by big tech. The only (or at least the most reliable and user friendly)way to do that is by adding mechanical killswitches on every phone feature (wifi, bluetooth,camera,mic...) It allows you to directly control what you get into big data and the only way to bypass it is by switching it on on your "physical" phone. The purism Librem phones have that feature and its great. Too bad theyre a bit expensive.

This is really bad news and your summary of what the lawyer described is horrifying. I suppose those profiles (personal, movement, economic, work reliability, political, biometric and genetic data) will be implemented through a government app that will be compulsory and without it, you won't be able to access even the most basic of services.

As for the huge increase in cameras, here in Australia it is the same. I've noticed that every 5G transreceiver that is installed here also has dual cameras installed.

I believe i saw a similar design around 2/3 years ago

I met someone who was trying to build a similar system, there was a Request for Proposal for a system that would identify cars on the move like this, but there were a few differences. It wasn't using a satellite, they could not figure out a good solution to clouds and bad weather, it breaks the connection, and rain also causes poor signal, also it's more expensive than a regular encrypted local network connection going underground.

So instead it worked like this

The camera which was placed way ahead, but very similar to what you described as the glass object, would identify the car approaching. It wasn't on the floor because they figured it would be almost impossible to keep it clean enough (the city where they live gets flooded a lot, and lots of mud and stuff), So instead it was placed at the top of a building or house, or on a street sign, facing the street and as a small sensor basically.

Once a car was near, the sensor would take a first capture, then the poles would take perspective pictures of the care and the plates, i don't remember well but i think there were at least 6 different angles that would later form the final image.
The poles would not upload to a satellite, instead there was an ethernet connection being used, from the local network for whatever ISP had fiber service around there

I know this because one of my friends suggested me as a developer for a beta or proof of concept, but i was unable to work in the end because they figured out that due to my student Visa i was not going to be able to also work full hours and legally at the same time. But i did get to see some documentation of what they needed

It would also look at the back plates and attempt to figure out how many people were on the car, and take pictures of the windows, it was very invasive, to be honest

I also know there are already systems like this in place in a lot of countries/cities, and that's how they track speed and even automatically generate tickets for going over the speed limit, or driving erratically and such, for the plates on the car that did wrong

If your house is next to this, sell and move.

This has to be one of the worst feelings ever, imagine having a life full of memories and great things and having to leave it all behind like that, because of that kind of stuff getting closer

ETA: Oh and that guy really brain washed me bad. He sold the idea as "A system that allows to automatically report speeding cars that break the law, and take the cops out of the road so they are no in danger of getting killed by a drunk driver. And plenty of stuff like that, he even showed me videos of cops getting driven over by cars while stopping other car for speed limit violations. Also he never said that even if nothing happened, all traffic pictures would be kept anyways.

He did a good mind job on me, i truly believed we were saving cop lives. I did not had enough experience about these things as i do now. It angers me to now see back and understand the real implications

I think it will go more through the path of fines (specially) , tax pressure and control and overall living conditions (electricity prices, rent, minimum salary, regional and local government, etc).

We already have a 70% total tax pressure in spain, with +50% young unemployment. Us young people would kill for a job, and most would accept any conditions, becoming completely state dependant.

Population under Surveillance, and complete control through law and economy.

What has been created now its just yet another tool for extortion.

in my old thinkpad there is a wifi switch, I usually turn it off (it is off right now) i have an ethernet cable and i prefer it at home, but when out i use the wifi or external usb, i do not connect in public wifi, also i got a K-Slot to lock it to something when using in public place, but it is a total joke (check it out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vgvCxL7dMJk)

regards the phones thanks for the link, amazing phones, it has almost the same resources of my laptops 0_o I may need an upgrade for my 12 years old one.

It's actually because that's how these groups work, they brainwash naive people into thinking it's all for the good of others and such, when in reality is just a completely different story. It's amazing how well they know the story their going to tell and how easy people who are not fully aware fall for it

"For the greater good" and all that, and people falls so easy like i did. And now i can see a lot of people doing the same, it's amazing to watch it on real time

Its probably the same with big tech, etc...

The best way to make people perfectly lie about something, is to make them think they are telling the truth

for everybody:

"The evolution of man is the evolution of his consciousness, and "consciousness" cannot evolve unconsciously. The evolution of man is the evolution of his will, and "will" cannot evolve involuntarily. The evolution of man is the evolution of his power of doing, and "doing" cannot be the result of things which "happen."

Yes, it's DREADFUL what's happening. Not just in Spain, but throughout the EU. This happened while the Bill Gates and Fauci narrative of the deadly virus fell apart. Their demise seemed to put the EU bureaucrats in panic-mode as they scrambled to push their plans forward. They accomplished this just a few weeks after they passed legislation on the health passports. It's still not mandated, but they will do their best to eventually force everyone on it. But I don't think it will work. As more and more people fall sick from the vaccines, anger will fuel some serious protests. Macron, Ursula, and all of their cronies will have to account for much. https://www.rt.com/news/525576-eu-launches-digital-id-wallet/?fbclid=IwAR3uqjjPc9mGUUg0yXENdhWApB9TcbwXLIs1WF8Zn6tptNS6BcoMDcRWgT4. It reads in the article: [I]The EU has said the digital identity wallets could bring in as much as €9.6 billion ($11.7 billion) in extra revenue to the bloc and generate up to 27,000 new jobs over five years.

Who writes such business plan? The ones who are hardselling that systhem.
Extra revenue to be paid by the citizens.
And 27.000 new jobs like the soulless jobs created in former sovjet unión that do not bring any tangible and real value for society.
In short: a technocratic nightmare.

More precisely.. new jobs to serve the system. As long as the masses work for money they will always be slaves. "make products not money"
