Canadian Special Forces (JTF2) are apparently being encouraged to commit war crimes (i.e. killing unarmed civilians) through promotions for those who do such things, and no promotions for those who abstain. A soldier reported this to his chain of command and apparently had his benefits cancelled as a result - he is now going public with his accusations and an investigation is underway. Story below:
