I've been sent this most interesting document, translated from the Russian, about The Tisulskaya Princess. The original was a Word doc, here: (where it's easy to copy images and text)
https://projectavalon.net/The_Tisulskaya_Princess_(1969).docx
But I converted it to a PDF, to embed on the page.

I've not read the whole thing, but it seems extremely interesting. I'd thought at first that it might have been posted on Avalon before, but I can't locate it and I now believe I was mistaken.

Yes — that's a different Princess. :) See this Avalon thread:

Indeed!, this one, was found on a completely different place, and the tattoo had nothing to do with the other one, this one has been clearly identified as which culture it belonged to. I remember reading about both of them long ago
Second one, the one on this thread, i have read multiple different versions of the story, which makes my head grow giant :P
Some say she was picked up on a heli and it could not take up the weight, but that before that, people had been driven away, so there were no witnesses.
Then the other story says, it was being taken away, but there were people around, and they saw how it failed to lift her up, then had to drain the blue liquid, but then she turned black and had to put the blue liquid back. But, if people on the town was on quarantine, how this got out? Or who did? Who recorded it and where?
One thing i have to mention is, Tisulsky is not at the top north, it is *not permafrost*. But i guess this comes from the confusion between the other "princess" and this one. Because, It's impossible to remain frozen for so many years on that area
There are two different stories about these two girls, i believe that's what causes a lot of confusion, There is no evidence of the 'blue liquid" as far as i have heard ever, but what do i know. We don't even have a clue about the "cauldrons" in Siberia, for real. It's like a no man land out there, really

They mention other two caskets were found on the location by army later on, containing something otherworldly but no one knows what.
It seems that the military quarantined the area to several zones following the finding in 1969 and returned in 1973 with better equipment conducting exercise/excavations /experiments on the spot.
Local villagers still remember it, after 50 years but mentioned are also accidental deaths that followed the finding in the area.
Maybe Mashika can help to translate if it’s of interest ..

This has undoubtedly been on the forum before, Bill. But being that 2015 was a bit of a year and 6 gone it is possible the archive has it nestled somewhere similar to the pea between mattresses of another princess.
Very good of you to share.

Just to say .... What very interesting reads, loved it all. I wonder if anthropologists studying are ever given this alternative ' history. ' Totally mind blowing. Cheers Bill.
