Biden-Hur Tape Drops, and Boy is it Rough
A segment of former President Joe Biden's October 2023 interview with special counsel Robert Hur just dropped, and boy is it rough.
Biden couldn't remember details such as when his son Beau died, when he left office as vice president, what year Donald Trump was elected, and why he had classified documents in his possession that he shouldn't have had.
According to Axios, which released the recording, Biden frequently slurred words or muttered, and "appears to validate Hur's assertion that jurors in a trial likely would have viewed Biden as "a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory."
Listen:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ugM76taxz2E
Hur elected not to prosecute Biden for mishandling classified documents based partly on the former president's pea-soup brain - angering Republicans as Trump was facing his own charges of mishandling classified information.
It's also of course notable because the MSM insisted Biden was "sharp," and slammed Hur's assertions as politically motivated.

The audio was from two three-hour sessions on Oct. 8 and 9, 2023 - which the Biden White House refused to release, arguing that they were protected "law enforcement materials," and that Republicans only sought to "chop them up, distort them, and use them for partisan political purposes."
Let's go to the tape...

The above post is nothing compared with what's becoming known now. Here's a good summary update from Infowars.
https://www.infowars.com/posts/destroyed-from-within-president-bidens-health-is-the-greatest-political-scandal-in-american-history
Destroyed from Within: President Biden’s Health is the Greatest Political Scandal in American History
On Friday, Greg Gutfeld said the Biden dementia coverup made “Watergate look like a parking ticket.” The coverup was back in the news because of the imminent release—today, actually—of Jake Tapper’s new book Original Sin, which tells the whole story of how President Biden’s mental decline was hidden from the outside world for so long, until it wasn’t possible to hide it anymore and he was forced to drop out of the race for the presidency.
Except, of course, Biden’s cognitive decline wasn’t really hidden at all, and Jake Tapper’s book doesn’t tell anything like the whole story. Nowhere near, in fact.
However bad the coverup looked on Friday, today it looks ten times, a hundred times worse. A thousand times—whatever multiplier conveys to you that this whole situation is now so much more shocking and so much more disturbing than it already was.
On Sunday night, less than a day before the devastating tell-all was due to drop, and after leaked audio tapes revealed President Biden’s interview with special counsel Hur in 2023 was even sadder and made even less sense than in the transcripts, it was announced the former president has stage-four prostate cancer and, what’s more, it’s metastasised to his bones. You don’t need to be a cancer specialist to know that’s really not good. Not good at all.
According to the official announcement, Joe Biden’s cancer was discovered when he started to display urinary symptoms. The cancer rates a 9 out of 10 on the Gleason Scale, which means it’s about as nasty and aggressive as it gets. “The President and his family are reviewing treatment options with his physicians,” we were told.
And so instead of talking about Biden’s dementia, suddenly we were all talking about the ass cancer in his bones and feeling sorry for him, because it’s hard to be mean, even justifiably, about an old man whose bones are riddled with cancer from his ass. I feel kind of bad just writing this, to be honest.
Actually, to tell you the truth, I don’t. And I didn’t feel bad 24 hours ago either. It was immediately obvious to me, as it was to anybody with a functioning brain, that the timing of the announcement was not innocent or accidental. This wasn’t just a coincidence.
As the tributes and messages of goodwill were pouring in, others were looking a little closer at the diagnosis and considering what it really meant about Joe Biden’s health over the last four years.
Now, I’m no doctor—well, actually I am, just not a medical doctor—and I’m certainly not an expert on ass cancer or even cancer in general, but thankfully there are plenty of genuine experts prepared to chime in for me. And here’s what they say: Nothing about this diagnosis is quite what it seems.
Doctor Howie Forman, a professor at Yale, said, “It’s inconceivable that this was not being followed before he left the presidency.”
Forman went on to explain that Biden must have had multiple tests for prostate-specific antigen (PSA), which is how prostate cancer is usually first picked up. President Biden was given a full physical in February of last year by the White House physician, Dr Kevin O’Connor, and pronounced “fit to serve”—i.e. to run in the 2024 election.
How was prostate cancer not picked up in a man of his age, not least of all the President of the United States?
Dr Mark Siegel, who shared his expertise with Fox News, also expressed his surprise that President Biden had apparently not been having regular screenings for “the one cancer in men that you really look out for.”
“I’m a little taken aback that it’s this far advanced,” he added.
Urologist Dr David Shusterman believes Biden has had prostate cancer for several years.
“It’s unusual to hear that someone has prostate cancer when they’re annually being followed up,” he said.
“The fact that we find it at Gleason 9 is unheard of.”
And here’s a final opinion from Dr Steven Quay: “Even with the most aggressive form, it is a five-to-seven-year journey without treatment before it becomes metastatic.”
“It would be malpractice for this patient to show up and first be diagnosed with metastatic disease in 2025.”
So there you have it. The signs suggest Joe Biden was living with cancer, whether diagnosed or undiagnosed, for a significant proportion of his presidency, maybe even all of it. The chance that it was undiagnosed is slim, which means people — Biden’s physician and his handlers at the very least — knew and said nothing.
Like his dementia, the cancer was hidden from the public. Covered up.
Or was it?
Remember when Biden himself said, three years ago, that he had cancer? He was talking at a press conference when he blurted out that pollution in his native Delaware was the reason “I and so many other people have cancer.” Look it up (https://nypost.com/2025/05/19/us-news/bidens-2022-cancer-slip-up-resurfaces-after-diagnosis/). The remark was taken as a typical Biden “gaffe” — but what if it wasn’t? What if he was telling the truth?
Then there’s this. In 2021, President Biden greeted reporters on the White House lawn with the exclamation, “My butt’s been wiped!” (https://x.com/DailyNoahNews/status/1672701080273076227) While anal incontinence is not generally a symptom of prostate cancer — I apologise if you’re eating your supper while reading this — it is a symptom of prostate-cancer treatment, whether we’re talking about surgery, radiological treatment or hormone treatment to lower levels of testosterone in the body. (Incidentally, hormonal treatment for prostate cancer worsens dementia symptoms significantly.)
There’s a much darker possibility too, according to a very smart friend of mine. It’s possible that President Biden was denied treatment altogether, because it was considered more important to isolate him and control him at all times. Surrendering the President to regular medical treatment would have made it impossible to stage-manage his life to the degree that was necessary — so his handlers just didn’t let him get treatment.
The evidence for this sickening possibility is the fact the disease spread in the first place. If it had been caught early and treated, it would never have reached his bones.
Whichever way you slice it, this is not good. Greg Gutfeld was totally right: This does make Watergate look like a parking ticket. I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say this is the biggest political scandal in American history, and it will only get worse.
A puppet president, eaten alive by dementia and cancer, so America could be flooded with millions of illegal immigrants.
So America could be destroyed from within — just like Joe Biden himself.

Worst President, no kidding?
Was'nt it more than obvious that HE/Biden was controlled and told what to say and do by Obama and others.
Was it not obvious that he was not
functioning like a normal person.
Why were those around him going
along with those controlling him.
Everything that he supposedly signed should be eraced from the records.
And those who planned and set up that whole fiasco should be held responsible.
Something is very wrong with that whole process.
It seems totally unreal that this could be allowed to happen.

DNC’s David Hogg and Former White House Staffer Claim ‘Scary’ Jill Biden Staffer Wielded ‘Enormous Amount of Power’ in Biden Regime
DNC leader and a former Biden White House staffer were caught on undercover video claiming that Jill Biden’s Chief of Staff Anthony Bernal was a “scary” and “shadowy” figure who wielded “an enormous amount of power” in the Biden White House.
The footage, released Wednesday by Project Veritas, (https://www.projectveritas.com/news/david-hogg-reveals-jill-bidens-chief-of-staff-ran-the-white-house) features covert meetings with Democrat National Committee (DNC) Vice Chair David Hogg and Deterrian Jones, who worked in the Biden White House Office of Digital Strategy.
Project Veritas’ undercover investigation purports to establish that Bernal and a tight-knit inner circle were the ones who “truly controlled the Biden White House.”
The explosive report come one day after House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) demanded that several former high-ranking staffers in Joe Biden’s White House, including Bernal, appear for transcribed interviews on their suspected roles working “behind the scenes” to shield Biden from media scrutiny, cover up his mental decline, and basically do his job for him.
Hogg told the PV undercover journalist on hidden camera that the DNC could be excused for covering up Biden’s mental decline as “the DNC is always going to be a campaign arm of the president ultimately.”
But “the bigger issue was the inner circle that was around Biden,” he said, adding “Jill Biden’s Chief of Staff [Anthony Bernal] had an enormous amount of power.”
Deterrian Jones described Bernal as a “shadowy, wizard of oz-type figure” who “wielded an enormous amount of power” behind the curtain. Jones told Project Veritas that he tried to avoid Bernal, calling him “scary” and claiming that his massive influence in the Biden White House was an “open secret” among staff.
“I can’t stress to you how much power he had at the White House,” Jones said.

Bernal allegedly has a reputation in Washington DC as a bully and sexual harasser that goes back more than a decade.
In a March 2024 report, the New York Post (https://nypost.com/2024/03/12/us-news/powerful-white-house-official-anthony-bernal-jill-bidens-work-husband-is-a-metoo-nightmare-with-claims-of-bullying-sexual-harassment/) detailed his alleged sordid behavior after speaking with over a dozen of Bernal’s current and former colleagues who asked for anonymity due to fears of retaliation. Five of the sources described instances of bullying that was so demeaning colleagues were reduced to tears. They told the Post that Bernal was “untouchable” because of his close relationship with Jill Biden, who considered him to be her “work husband.”
When questioned about the allegations during a press briefing in April 2024, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre dismissed the allegations, telling reporters that Joe Biden’s Chief of Staff Jeff Zients and Bernal himself had called the story “unfounded.”
According to the Post, however, three sources claimed that Bernal, who is gay, habitually obsessed about the the penis size of his colleagues.
Two sources said Bernal, 51, had a habit of sharing with them his theory that the size of a person’s thumb corresponds to that of their genitalia going back to Biden’s vice presidency under President Barack Obama.
“It is to make people uncomfortable and to have power over them,” said a source who claimed to have heard Bernal make similar crude remarks over the several years they worked together.
A former colleague told the Post that Bernal made “a lot of inappropriate remarks” that he had come to see as “actually sexual harassment,” such as “talking about other people’s attractiveness and speculating about their sex lives at very weird moments.”
Bernal was also accused of routinely speculating on the sexual preferences of White House colleagues. This alleged behavior also apparently made people uncomfortable.
Rep. Comer on Tuesday sent interview requests to Bernal, former director of the Domestic Policy Council Neera Tanden, former assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff Annie Tomasini, and former deputy director of Oval Office operations Ashley Williams, Fox News reported (https://www.foxnews.com/politics/key-biden-staffers-asked-testify-alleged-role-mental-decline-cover-up) Tuesday.
According to Comer, all of these high-ranking staffers worked “behind the scenes” and “ran interference for President Biden” to keep the extent of his cognitive difficulties secret during his time in office.
The chairman also requested a transcribed interview with Biden’s physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, according to Fox.
Comer said that these “unelected bureaucrats” had enormous influence over Biden and possibly served as “de facto” presidents in his stead.
“Today, we are calling on President Biden’s physician and former White House advisors to participate in transcribed interviews so we can begin to uncover the truth,” Comer said in a statement.
The Oversight Committee attempted to subpoena Bernal, Tomasini and Williams last July, (https://amgreatness.com/2024/07/11/comer-subpoenas-three-white-house-staffers-who-created-protective-bubble-around-biden-and-may-help-run-shadow-government/) but according to Comer, “the Biden White House blocked these individuals from providing testimony.”
Now, he says “any continued obstruction will be met with swift and decisive action,” meaning if the staffers and physician do not honor his request, Comer said the “next step” will be issuing subpoenas, compelling them to testify.
Project Veritas promised that the embattled (https://www.politico.com/news/2025/05/22/david-hogg-dnc-election-vote-00366717)Hogg would reveal “additional inside knowledge about corruption, threats, and hidden DC secrets” in part two of its series on who controlled the Biden White House.

Miranda Devine: Jill Biden’s ‘work husband’ Anthony Bernal may have played a key role in covering up Joe’s cognitive decline
By Miranda Devine
Published June 1, 2025, 10:14 p.m. ET
There are few doubts in the White House about Jill “Lady Macbeth” Biden’s role in covering up her husband’s cognitive deficits as she urged him to run for re-election.
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt made that point crystal clear from the press room podium Thursday, saying the former first lady “needs to answer” for “lying to the American people” and “shielding her husband away from the cameras.”
For the normally circumspect Leavitt, it was a damning indictment.
https://nypost.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2025/06/newspress-collage-xp6k93zm0-1748829351752.jpg?resize=1536,1024&quality=75&strip=all

“I think, frankly, the former first lady should certainly speak up about what she saw in regards to her husband and when she saw and what she knew,” she told reporters at a White House briefing.
“Anybody looking again at the videos and photo evidence of Joe Biden with your own eyes and a little bit of common sense can see this was a clear cover-up, and Jill Biden was certainly complicit in that coverup.”
Some, like Leo Terrell, a senior counselor in the DOJ’s civil rights office, went so far as to say Jill was guilty of “elder abuse (https://nypost.com/2025/05/20/us-news/doj-official-suggests-jill-biden-be-charged-for-elder-abuse-after-claims-she-knew-about-joes-health-issues/).”
Of course, Joe Biden’s delusional ambition is most at fault.
He knew what he was doing when he ran for president in 2019 but needed teleprompters to recite a basic stump speech that he used to know by heart. He knew what he was doing when he decided to run again in 2024, despite his health problems.
‘Wizard of Oz-type’
What is becoming clear is that the social-climbing former first lady and the aide she calls her “work husband,” Arizona-born former child actor Anthony Bernal, played a bigger role in this con job than previously has been acknowledged.
David Hogg, recently ousted as vice chair of the Democratic National Committee, and Deterrian Jones, a former Biden White House staffer, point the finger at Bernal as the chief puppeteer in a new undercover video from Project Veritas released last week.
Bernal had “an enormous amount of power,” said Hogg.
Jones described Jill’s diminutive gay factotum as “scary … like a Wizard of Oz-type figure. The general public wouldn’t know what he looked like, but he wielded enormous power.”
According to Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson’s new book, “Original Sin,” Jill was one of the most powerful first ladies in history, and that gave her Rasputin-like senior adviser outsized influence among the “Politburo” that controlled her husband.
When Biden was hidden away during the 2020 campaign in his Delaware basement using the COVID pandemic as an excuse, Bernal was one of only two staffers allowed to move to Wilmington to tend to their daily needs.
When Biden was holed up at his vacation home in Rehoboth Beach last year, wrestling with the decision to abandon his campaign after his disastrous debate performance, Bernal was one of only four aides allowed by his side.
Bernal, who boasted the title of “special assistant to the president” and reportedly earned the maximum White House salary, began working for Jill during the 2008 presidential campaign when he was hired to help her transition into the role of second lady.
While he was obsequious with the Bidens, he was loathed and feared by other White House staffers: “He would not be welcome at my funeral,” a longtime Biden aide told the authors. Another said Bernal was “the worst person they had ever met.”
Bernal enforced a strict culture of loyalty, interrogating aides he felt didn’t measure up, and using his power to cast out “potential heretics.”
‘Bullied colleagues’
He worked with Jill to keep score of “who was with them and against them,” chose her wardrobe, orchestrated her multiple Vogue covers, and planned glamorous overseas trips they could take together on Air Force One.
This should come as no surprise to Post readers, since White House correspondent Steven Nelson broke the story last March (https://nypost.com/2024/03/12/us-news/powerful-white-house-official-anthony-bernal-jill-bidens-work-husband-is-a-metoo-nightmare-with-claims-of-bullying-sexual-harassment/) that Bernal “bullied and verbally sexually harassed colleagues over more than a decade” but is considered “untouchable” because Jill adores him.
Bernal repeatedly speculated about “the penis size of colleagues,” according to Nelson’s sources. “They talk a big game about integrity, decency, and kindness, but when you work for the Bidens, you experience anything but that,” said one former staffer.
The Bidens told us “decency” was on the ballot. It was, but not in the way they meant.
As Joe faded and disappeared from view toward the end of his presidency, Jill’s rival court took charge as she commandeered Air Force One and a big Secret Service contingent for a frenetic round of solo campaigning, always accompanied by the indispensable Bernal. Her priority over then-candidate Donald Trump for Secret Service resources at a dinner she attended in Pittsburgh on the day of his rally in Butler, Pa., was blamed in part for Trump being inadequately protected when he was shot during an attempted assassination.
Bernal was by Jill’s side when she swanned into Hunter’s gun trial in Wilmington last year to project presidential power to the jury, which nonetheless convicted her wayward, 55-year-old stepson.
He joined Jill on Air Force One when she jetted back to France for 24 hours at taxpayer expense to join her husband on an official visit for D-Day commemorations in the middle of the trial, before they returned together to the courtroom.
If Jill is guilty of hiding the Bidens’ many secrets, she had a willing accomplice in Bernal.
We may learn more about his role in coming weeks as House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) probes the cover-up of Joe’s cognitive decline (https://nypost.com/2025/05/29/us-news/james-comer-open-to-dragging-joe-biden-into-hearing-on-cognitive-state/) and whether the president was fit to authorize the use of an autopen for his signature on executive orders and pardons.
‘Historic scandal’
Comer sent letters about what he calls the “historic scandal,” demanding transcribed interviews from Bernal and four other former Biden aides, including Dr. Kevin O’Connor, Neera Tanden, Annie Tomasini, and Ashley Williams, all of whom have hired lawyers, he told Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo on Sunday. O’Connor’s interview is set for the end of June.
Comer also is considering subpoenas for Jill and Hunter.
“These executive orders were meant to Trump-proof this White House,” Comer told Bartiromo. “If we can find information that would lead us to believe that Joe Biden had no knowledge of those executive orders being signed in his name, then I think that the Trump administration could get them thrown out in court, and then Trump would be able to execute his agenda a whole lot easier without all the Trump-proofing that happened with the autopen at the end of the Biden administration.”
The American people deserve to know who was running the White House the last four years.
But it may not be so easy to prove that Joe was out of it. The former president showed he still has fight in him last week when he showed up at a veterans’ memorial event in Delaware and snarked at questions from reporters about his cognitive and physical health: (https://nypost.com/2025/05/30/us-news/biden-says-politics-are-so-divided-in-first-speech-since-cancer-diagnosis/) “You can see that I’m mentally incompetent and I can’t walk,” he said sarcastically.

Sooknanan for July 8 at 10 a.m. ET in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) for Biden family records and communications regarding travel and finance transactions, as well as communications between the Bidens and several known business associates.
Judicial Watch filed the May 2023 lawsuit after the National Archives failed to respond to a February 2023 FOIA request (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. National Archives (No. 1:23-cv-01432)).
This lawsuit forced the release of records revealing emails sent by Joe Biden using alias accounts during his vice presidency, in which he communicated with family members, including his son Hunter and brother James. The records also showed that in August 2016, Biden approved ending Secret Service protection for both Hunter Biden and Beau Biden’s daughter, Natalie, during a trip to Kosovo.
The emails included messages to Jim and Hunter Biden regarding the then-vice president’s schedule and meetings. Some emails showed Joe Biden using the alias: robinware456@gmail.com.
The emails also showed that Hunter and Jim Biden accompanied Joe Biden on taxpayer-funded trips; and then-Vice President Biden in December 2009 emailing an aide after he forgot the password to his West Wing computer.
The records showed that Hunter Biden used an email address (hbiden@rosemontseneca.com) from his now-dissolved firm Rosemont Seneca Partners and that James Biden used an email address (jbiden@lionhallgp.com) tied to his consulting firm Lion Hall, which had been the subject of an FBI bribery investigation in the 1990s.
The lawsuit also forced the release of records showing then-Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter received a May 26, 2016, email detailing a scheduled “8:45 am prep for a 9 am phone call with Pres Poroshenko,” who was the president of Ukraine. Joe Biden’s email address is the alias robert.l.peters@pci.gov, Hunter Biden’s email account is disclosed as hbiden@rosemontseneca.com. (Hunter Biden was on the board of the controversial Ukrainian firm Burisma at the time.)
“This lawsuit is an opportunity for the Trump team to stop the Deep State’s slow-walking of the release of Biden family corruption records,” stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.
Judicial Watch has nearly a dozen Freedom of Information Act lawsuits regarding Biden corruption issues."

Top Biden Aide Releases Kraken on Autopen, Hunter's Role in Pardongate, and Joe's Malfunctioning Brain
One of former President Joe Biden's top aides - Jeff Zients, told the House Oversight Committee on Thursday that an aide with his email credentials was green lighting some of the most controversial 'autopen' pardons, that Hunter Biden - who received an insane pardon himself - was involved in the pardon discussions, and that Joe Biden's brain was pea soup.

According to Axios (https://www.axios.com/2025/09/19/biden-decline-jeff-zients-president), Zients - one of the highest ranking officials from the Biden White House - confirmed that Joe Biden had difficulty remembering dates and names, and often required extra briefings to make decisions during the final years of his presidency.
Instead of having three meetings before making a decision, for example, Biden would want four.
Zients said Biden had long had trouble with names and dates, but acknowledged to investigators that the president's memory of such facts got worse in the final years of his term.
Jill Biden, meanwhile, spoke with Zients about 'managing Joe' as Zients was readying himself to take on the role of Chief of Staff in early 2023 - urging him to adjust Biden's schedule so he could get more rest and return to the White House residence earlier in the evening.
Longtime Biden aide and deputy CoS Annie Tomasini also spoke with Zients about limiting Biden's schedule and shortening distances and stairs.
According to Fox News, Zients "admitted that President Biden’s speech stumbles increased as he aged," adding "He also noted that the president’s difficulty remembering dates and names worsened over time, including during the administration."
Pardon Me
Also interesting - Zients told investigators that Hunter Biden was involved in discussions about presidential pardons towards the end of Biden's term, which included the blanket pardons of several members of the Biden family issued during Joe's final 24 hours in office. It had been previously reported by NBC News that Hunter was sitting in on White House meetings following the former president's horrible performance during a June 2024 debate against Donald Trump.

Hunter received a "full and unconditional" pardon for his crimes in early December, just under two months before Joe left office.
Biden approved nearly 2,500 commutations on Jan. 17, days before leaving the White House, (and issued over 4,200 in total over his term) - the most of any US president, and the most ever in a single day.
Zients also said that he did not personally send the email authorizing the use of the autopen, and that instead "he had an aide with access to his email account send the authorization on his behalf for some of the most controversial pardons in recent history."
The interview was part of an investigation by House Oversight Chair James Comer (R-KY) into Biden's use of the autopen, and whether Biden's top aides covered up his mental decline as part of their use of the autopen.

"On October 28th, 2025, the House Oversight Committee released their report, “The Biden Autopen Presidency: Decline, Delusion and Deception in the White House”, stating that they viewed executive actions signed by Biden’s autopen “without proper, corresponding, contemporaneous, written approval traceable to the President’s own consent”.
On Friday, President Trump declared Biden’s autopen actions null and void in a post to TRUTHSocial and he urged the Department of Justice to investigate the matter:
“Any document signed by Sleepy Joe Biden with the Autopen, which was approximately 92% of them, is hereby terminated, and of no further force or effect. The Autopen is not allowed to be used if approval is not specifically given by the President of the United States. The Radical Left Lunatics circling Biden around the beautiful Resolute Desk in the Oval Office took the Presidency away from him. I am hereby cancelling all Executive Orders, and anything else that was not directly signed by Crooked Joe Biden, because the people who operated the Autopen did so illegally. Joe Biden was not involved in the Autopen process and, if he says he was, he will be brought up on charges of perjury. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”
Following Trump’s post, the House Oversight Committee tweeted this video of their hearings with former members of Joe Biden’s cabinet, testifying under oath. Once again, I’m struck by the banality of evil manifest in these seditious bureaucrats.
It’s all the more stunning to me, because during a three-year period, I spoke to Former Biden Chief of Staff Jeffrey Zients on a weekly basis. He seemed like a nice enough guy. It never occurred to me that he would some day be involved in overthrowing the United States of America!
Zients was my client 25 years ago when I was working at a major wine investment firm. He had very expensive tastes. The firm also sold investment grade wines to several associates of Jeffrey Epstein and to many attendees of the yearly meetings of the World Economic Forum. My former boss used to fly to Davos every year on BlackRock CEO Larry Fink’s private plane. Larry was a big client, one of the “whales”. There were some clients who individually bought $2 million worth of rare wine per month.
I co-authored ‘Investing in Liquid Assets: Uncorking Profits in Today’s Global Wine Market’ with my former boss. On Amazon, you can see the endorsement of the book from Hamilton “Tony” James, then-President and Chief Operating Officer of The Blackstone Group.
TRANSCRIPT
Oversight Committee Questioner: Was the number one issue in the campaign the President’s fitness or his age?
Ron Klain, Former White House Chief of Staff: (Thinks)
Oversight Committee Questioner: Did you ever see President Biden in a wheelchair?
Ashley Williams, Former Deputy Assistant to the President: I do not recall ever seeing President Biden in a wheelchair.
(Titles: “The Biden Autopen Prsidency: Decline, Delusion and Deception in the White House” over montage of news reports)
Harris Faulkner: And new information now on the people in his inner circle and how the cover-up actually operated.
Peter Doocy: Senior aides that worked here until just a couple months ago, the beginning of this year, manipulating an ailing President for their own gain.
Oversight Committee Questioner: How much were you paid for your role in the campaign in 2024?
Michael Donilon, Former Senior Advisor to the President: Just a little bit short of $4 million.
Oversight Committee Questioner: I’m sorry, how much?
Michael Donilon, Former Senior Advisor to the President: $4 million.
Oversight Committee Questioner: You believed that the President should stay in the race. Your own financial stake in the matter; that was a factor, in any way, in your advice to the President?
Michael Donilon, Former Senior Advisor to the President: I don’t believe that.
(Fox News broadcast)
Peter Doocy: And when it comes to President Biden’s decline, the official word from Biden World about all these news stories is that “Nothing has been revealed this week that shows that President Biden was anything but an effective President.”
Neera Tanden Former White House Staff Secretary: Yes, I noticed that he was aging, in terms of his physical condition. I noticed that, you know, he shuffled more.
Jeffrey Zients, Former White House Chief of Staff: That he has more stumbling over words and gaffes than he did at the beginning of the term.
Ron Klain, Former White House Chief of Staff: His rhetorical skills were not as strong as they had been, and his speeches were less effective, I thought.
Steve Ricchetti, Former Counselor to the President: We talked about age. We knew it was an issue, and we tried to design a strategy.
Anita Dunn, Former Senior Advisor for Communications to the President: We had a discussion at the senior advisor level about whether the President should have a cognitive exam.
(Montage of News broadcasts)
Harris Faulkner, Fox News: Flashback, now to the legacy media’s complete denial of the President’s cognitive decline.
Joe Scarborough, MSNBC: Start your tape right now, because I’m about to tell you the truth. And F you if you can’t handle the truth. This version of Biden is the best Biden ever.
Sen Chuck Schumer (D-NY): His mental acuity is great. It’s fine. It’s as good as it’s been over the years.
Karine Jean-Pierre, Former White House Press Secretary: He is sharp. He is on top of things.
Unidentified Interviewer: Do you regret saying that President Biden had a mental acuity, he had a sharpness to him?
Sen Elizabeth Warren (D-MA): I said what I believed to be true.
Unidentified Interviewer: And you think he was as sharp as you?
Sen Elizabeth Warren (D-MA): I said I had not seen decline. And I hadn’t!
Gen Mark Milley, Former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff: He is just fine. How people interpret that is up to them.
(Titles: “The Cover-Up...”)
Voiceover: We’re watching the testimony of this woman here, Annie Tomasini. She’s the former Senior Advisor to President Joe Biden. She was the third person set to appear before James Comer’s Committee. She has now taken the Fifth. There is now a pattern of key Biden confidants seeking to shield themselves from criminal liability for this potential conspiracy.
Oversight Committee Questioner: Were you ever told to lie about the President’s health?
Dr Kevin O’Connor, Former Physician to the President: On the advice of counsel, I must respectfully declined to answer, based upon physician-patient privilege and in reliance on my right under the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution.
Oversight Committee Questioner: Let the record reflect that Dr. O’Connor has invoked the Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. Dr O’Connor, did you ever believe the President was unfit to execute his duties as President?
Attorney for Dr Kevin O’Connor: And we can tell you that we will have the same answer with respect to any questions that are asked.
Oversight Committee Questioner: Did any unelected official or family member of President Joe Biden execute the duties of President?
Anthony Bernal, Former Assistant to the President and Chief of Staff to the First Lady: (Looking nervous)
Oversight Committee Questioner: Did Joe Biden, a member of his family, or anyone at the White House ever instruct you to lie regarding his health?
Split screen of Annie Tomasini, Former Asssistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, Anthony Bernal and Dr Kevin O’Connor all pleading the Fifth: On the advice of counsel, I respectfully decline to answer the question, pursuant to my Fifth Amendment rights under the Constitution.
(Fox News)
Shannon Bream: And if that wasn’t shocking enough, Jake Tapper claims Hunter Biden was basically acting like the Chief of Staff.
Jake Tapper: Hunter was driving the decision-making for the family. He was almost like a Chief of Staff.
Oversight Committee Questioner: Did you notice an uptick ever when Hunter Biden was around?
Jeffrey Zients, Former White House Chief of Staff: Yes. Towards the end, I think he was living with the President.
Jake Tapper: They were lying not just to the public. They were lying to other Democrats.
(ABC News)
David Muir: Have you ruled out a pardon for your son?
President Joe Biden: Yes.
Oversight Committee Questioner: Were you in favor of Hunter Biden getting a pardon?
Andrew Bates, Former Senior Deputy Press Secretary: Yes.
Oversight Committee Questioner: Did you ever ask Joe Biden if the allegations regarding his son were true?
Andrew Bates, Former Senior Deputy Press Secretary: No.
(Fox News)
Rep James Comer (R-KY): Ian Sams, who was the White House Spokesperson, interacted with him two times. Two times.
Ian Sams, Former Special Assistant to the President: I think it’s really important to take the sound bite and understand the context.
Oversight Committee Questioner: How often would you say that you interacted with the President in person?
Ian Sams, Former Special Assistant to the President: I interacted with him pretty infrequently. I think I met with the President a handful of times during my tenure at the White House.
(MSNBC)
Ian Sams, Former Special Assistant to the President: I’ve got to say, that doesn’t look anything like the President that I know. When I deal with him, he’s sharp. He’s asking tough questions. That’s the President Biden that so many of us experience every single day.
Oversight Committee Questioner: You don’t think it’s missing some context?
Ian Sams, Former Special Assistant to the President: I don’t.
(Fox News)
Rep James Comer (R-KY): So it raises serious concerns and serious questions about who was calling shots in the White House. If the White House spokesperson is being shielded from the President of the United States, who was operating the Oval Office?
Oversight Committee Questioner: Age wasn’t an issue for you or for President Biden?
Bruce Reed, Former Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy: No, it was not a concern.
Oversight Committee Questioner: Do you think President Biden was fully in command that night during the debate?
Ashley Williams, Former Deputy Assistant to the President: I do believe that he was fully in command that night during the debate.
Michael Donilon, Former Senior Advisor to the President: I knew it was very difficult to get past some of the visual things that were causing people concern about the President’s behavior.
Oversight Committee Questioner: The voters’ concerns about President Biden were wrong?
Andrew Bates, Former Senior Deputy Press Secretary: Yes.
Ron Klain, Former White House Chief of Staff: He often would confuse names.
Oversight Committee Questioner: Do you think it got worse as you knew him?
Ron Klain, Former White House Chief of Staff: Yes.
(ABC News)
Interviewer: Are you sure you’re being honest with yourself when you say you have the mental and physical capacity to serve another four years?
President Joe Biden: Yes, I am.
Neera Tanden Former White House Staff Secretary: I did not have the experience that it took him longer to answer a single question.
Michael Donilon, Former Senior Advisor to the President: He could stumble. He also stumbled some, physically.
Oversight Committee Questioner: What is a “Cheap Fake”?
Karine Jean-Pierre, Former White House Press Secretary: It was something that we did not coin. It was something that the media coined.
Oversight Committee Questioner: Did you or did anyone ever verify if the videos you were talking about were, in fact Cheat Fakes?
Karine Jean-Pierre, Former White House Press Secretary: I believe so.
Oversight Committee Questioner: But there were instances where videos were circulated of President Biden appearing confused or freezing for a moment that were real, correct?
Karine Jean-Pierre, Former White House Press Secretary: Not that I recall.
(Fox News)
Jesse Watters: She told you this real video of Biden getting lost in an Italian field was fake. Now, she’s saying, “Yeah, my White House was broken, and I’m switching parties.”
(MSNBC)
Ron Klain, Former White House Chief of Staff: And was suffering from a cold that really constrained his voice and constrained his ability to be forceful in the debate...
Oversight Committee Questioner: Did you attribute President Biden’s performance that night to him being under the weather?
Jeffrey Zients, Former White House Chief of Staff: That’s my assumption.
(CNN)
President Joe Biden: (Stumbling on his words on the debate stage) The ability of Medicare to, uh, the ability for us to be able to negotiate drug prices with the Big Pharma companies.
Oversight Committee Questioner: Have you ever seen him have a cold or a flu before?
Jeffrey Zients, Former White House Chief of Staff: Yes.
Oversight Committee Questioner: Did he ever behave the way that he did during the debate?
Jeffrey Zients, Former White House Chief of Staff: Not that I ever saw.
Bruce Reed, Former Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy: It was clear what he was trying to say.
(CNN)
President Joe Biden: (Stumbling on his words on the debate stage) Um. Dealing with everything we have to do with, look, if we finally beat Medicare.
(Titles: The Autopen...)
(Fox News graphic of Trump social media post: “Joe Biden was not for Open Borders, he never talked about Open Borders, where criminals of all kinds, shapes and sizes can flow into our country at will.
“It was the people that knew he was cognitively impaired and that took over the Autopen. They stole the Presidency of the United States and put us in Great Danger. This is TREASON at the highest level!”)
Fox Host: It was the people that knew he was cognitively impaired and that took over the Autopen. They stole the presidency of the United States.
Oversight Committee Questioner: Do you know who the people who were actually operating the Autopen were?
Jeffrey Zients, Former White House Chief of Staff: I do not.
Oversight Committee Questioner: Do you know any of the actual staff who were using the Autopen?
Neera Tanden Former White House Staff Secretary: No.
Oversight Committee Questioner: You don’t know their names?
Neera Tanden Former White House Staff Secretary: No.
Oversight Committee Questioner: Have you never seen a Decision Memo laying out the breakdown of when the president should hand sign a particular set of documents?
Jeffrey Zients, Former White House Chief of Staff: Not prior to prep.
Oversight Committee Questioner: Did he hand sign all Executive Orders?
Neera Tanden Former White House Staff Secretary: He did not. He hand-signed many Executive Orders, but he did not hand sign all Executive Orders.
Oversight Committee Questioner: Can you read your response?
Jeffrey Zients, Former White House Chief of Staff: “I approve the use of the Autopen for the execution of all the following purposes. Thanks, JZ”
Oversight Committee Questioner: Did you yourself write this email?
Jeffrey Zients, Former White House Chief of Staff: I do not believe I did.
(Fox News)
Rep James Comer (R-KY): That Autopen was used excessively, and yet no one can say for certain that Joe Biden was given the orders to use the Autopen.
Ian Sams, Former Special Assistant to the President: We’ve been pretty transparent from the very beginning with providing information as it occurs throughout this process.
Anita Dunn, Former Senior Advisor for Communications to the President: We anticipated that her report was going to come out, and that we didn’t feel an entire interview before the Super Bowl talking about classified documents was going to help the cause too much.
(Fox News)
Rep James Comer (R-KY): I think you can question the validity and the legality of those pardons and executive orders, and that’s huge.
(MSNBC)
Ron Klain, Former White House Chief of Staff: But the president is an absolutely sharp, fit, on top of his game.
(CNN)
Ian Sams, Former Special Assistant to the President: So, they’re just making up lies to attack the President.
Oversight Committee Questioner: But do you think his mental acuity had declined?
Ron Klain, Former White House Chief of Staff: (Looks down, exhales). "
