As I watch my neighbor who took this experimental shot have one health issue after another and witnessed 2 of my relatives pass away after they got this jab, here's some fat to chew on. Biden wants everyone to get this jab except for the following that are now exempt.

* Congress / ALL Legislative branches in the Unites States
* The entire Judicial branch and their staff
* All congressional staff
* All white house Staff
* ALL CDC EMPLOYEES
* ALL FDA EMPLOYEES
* ALL POSTAL WORKERS
* ALL NIAID EMPLOYEES
* ALL PHIZER EMPLOYEES
* ALL MODERNA EMPLOYEES
* ALL ILLEGAL ALIENS

And I missing something or is this one of these moments where you would just like to say WTF ! I guess all these people are so important that they don't want to risk anything like getting sick, disabled , or possibly die from this experimental shot may be grounds for not getting it? Would love to know what fauci's explanation is for this on live TV?

wondering

I’m not able to link to anything, but the first step is to read the 9/9/2021 EO from Biden. The EO purports to mandate the jab for “federal employees” and requires “federal agencies” to implement a jab program. A federal agency is defined in 5 USC 105. A federal employee is defined in 5 USC 2105. So, to determine who is subject to the EO and supposed to be jabbed and who is not, you have to read and understand these statutes, and probably the regulations interpreting and applying them.

In short, federals employee who are subject to this unconstitutional EO are essentially “ civil servants” of the executive branch. Thus, people working in the Legislative and Judicial branches of the federal government are not subject to the EO. Also, employees of the USPS are specifically excluded from the definition of a federal employee. It also appears to me on a quick review, that people in the armed forces are not subject to the EO.
