Do you believe you deserve to know if the SARS-CoV-2 virus that has upended the world, and your life, for the past 20 months was made by humans? I know I deserve to know that, as does everyone.

Well, the field of that battle just got a little bit clearer. A leaked document shows that in 2018 the EcoHealth alliance had pitched DARPA to fund a huge amount of work on bat coronaviruses including mixing and matching the most dangerous elements of them (so-called chimeric virus assemblies) as well as identifying and inserting the best human furin cleavage sites in them to increase pathogenicity. All of this work was to be done in collaboration with the Wuhan Institute of Virology up to and including playing a significant portion of “the bat lady’s” salary. DARPA declined to fund this work over obvious concerns.

No matter, this same work was funded by the NIH, which also, for unknown reasons, by-passed the usual institutional oversight governing such dangerous work. So far the media is stone silent on this matter. We hope this video is allowed to stand on YouTube, as it is presenting facts and drawing some very obvious conclusions.

However, it will also be embarrassing to certain layers of bureaucracy, so we all know the risks here. The emperor would very much like to continue believing he’s wearing a fine set of garments. We are in the final moments of that old narrative being contained. People are waking up.

New documents show that just 18 months before the first Covid-19 cases appeared (https://www.telegraph.co.uk/travel/advice/red-list-countries-coming-off-update-covid-hotel-quarantine-2021/), researchers had submitted plans to release skin-penetrating nanoparticles containing “novel chimeric spike proteins” of bat coronaviruses into cave bats in Yunnan, China.

They also planned to create chimeric viruses, genetically enhanced to infect humans more easily, and requested $14million from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (Darpa) (https://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/2020/03/12/darpa-five-inventions-us-agency-inspired-uks-800m-dream-factory/)to fund the work.
The bid was submitted by zoologist Peter Daszak of US-based EcoHealth Alliance, who was hoping to use genetic engineering to cobble "human-specific cleavage sites" onto bat Covid 'which would make it easier for the virus to enter human cells' - a method which would coincidentally answer a longstanding question among the scientific community as to how SARS-CoV-2 evolved to become so infectious to humans.

Daszak's proposal also included plans to commingle high-risk natural coronaviruses strains with more infectious, yet less deadly versions. His 'bat team' of researchers included Dr. Shi Zhengli from the Wuhan Institute of Virology, as well as US researchers from the University of North Carolina and the US Geological Survey National Wildlife Health Center.

Darpa refused the contract - saying "It is clear that the proposed project led by Peter Daszak could have put local communities at risk," while warning that Daszak hadn't fully considered the dangers involved in enhancing the virus via gain-of-function research, or by releasing a vaccine into the air.
Grant documents show that the team also had some concerns about the vaccine programme and said they would “conduct educational outreach … so that there is a public understanding of what we are doing and why we are doing it, particularly because of the practice of bat-consumption in the region”.

Angus Dalgleish, Professor of Oncology at St Georges, University of London, who struggled to get work published showing that the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) had been carrying out “gain of function” work for years before the pandemic, said the research may have gone ahead even without the funding.

As the Telegraph aptly notes (and you'll never hear from Maddow, Lemon or Hayes), Daszak is the same guy behind a letter published in The Lancet last year which ruled out the lab leak hypothesis, and temporarily stifled debate on the origins of Covid-19.
"For more than a year I tried repeatedly to ask questions of Peter Daszak with no response," said Viscount Ridley, who has co-authored an upcoming book on the origin of Covid-19, and has repeatedly implored the House of Lords to dig deeper into the origins of the pandemic.

"Now it turns out he had authored this vital piece of information about virus work in Wuhan but refused to share it with the world. I am furious. So should the world be," he added.

"Peter Daszak and the EcoHealth Alliance (EHA) proposed injecting deadly chimeric bat coronaviruses collected by the Wuhan Institute of Virology into humanised and ‘batified’ mice, and much, much more."
The documents, released by an international consortium of scientists known as 'Drastic Research,' were authenticated by a former Trump administration official. According to the group, "The actual DEFUSE Proposal Documents will be published in due course."

Enhanced MERS?
One anonymous World Health Organization (WHO) scientist told The Telegraph that Daszak's grant proposal shockingly proposed plans to enhance the more deadly MERS (Middle-East Respiratory Syndrome).

"The scary part is they were making infectious chimeric Mers viruses," said the source, adding "These viruses have a fatality rate over 30 per cent, which is at least an order of magnitude more deadly than Sars-CoV-2."

Although you wouldn't know if from the headlines summarizing the report, the U.S. Director of National Intelligence is even admitting to that fact in very convoluted language. In a report released in August (https://china.usc.edu/sites/default/files/article/attachments/Unclassified-Summary-of-Assessment-on-COVID-19-Origins.pdf) it was stated:

"Four IC elements and the National Intelligence Council assess with low confidence that the initial SARS-CoV-2 infection was most likely caused by natural exposure to an animal infected with it or a close progenitor virus"

"One IC element assesses with moderate confidence that the first human infection with SARS-CoV-2 most likely was the result of a laboratory-associated incident, probably involving experimentation, animal handling, or sampling by the Wuhan Institute of Virology."

In other words, "one IC element" is saying you can bet dollars to donuts this was created in a laboratory. But the report does not cite any research or facts, it doesn't cite any names and IT WON'T EVEN TELL YOU THE DEPARTMENT OF U.S. GOVERMENT THAT IS ANALYZING THIS INFORMATION. If our media wasn't so spineless and debauched, they would be beating down the doors of the IC demanding answers, but instead, if they chose to cover this report with headlines such as

A bombshell report has concluded that scientists at the Wuhan Institute of Virology and their affiliated partners attempted to secure $14 million in funding from the Pentagon’s scientific arm DARPA to genetically alter viruses, including bat coronaviruses, and make them more infectious to humans, just eighteen months prior to the subsequent outbreak and pandemic.

The documents they obtained, confirmed as genuine by former US government officials, show that DARPA turned down the request, saying the plans for yet more gain of function research were TOO DANGEROUS to the human population.

The Telegraph notes that the documents reveal the Wuhan scientists “submitted plans to release skin-penetrating nanoparticles containing ‘novel chimeric spike proteins’ of bat coronaviruses into cave bats in Yunnan, China.”

The documents also show that the plan involved genetically altering the bat coronaviruses to add “human-specific cleavage sites,” essentially making it easier for the virus to get into human cells.

The documents reveal that the same cast of characters already under scrutiny regarding gain of function research in Wuhan submitted the plan to DARPA. Even DARPA, the secretive military weapons development agency, the ones who have invented implantable microchips (https://summit.news/2021/04/12/video-darpa-is-working-on-covid-vaccine-implantable-microchip-to-detect-virus/), cyborg dogs and drone killing machines said that the WIV gain of function plan was nuts.

The Telegraph also notes that a “Covid-19 researcher from the World Health Organisation (WHO), who wished to remain anonymous, said it was alarming that the grant proposal included plans to enhance the more deadly disease of Middle-East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS).”

“The scary part is they were making infectious chimeric MERS viruses,” the source warned.

Although there is a covid-19 virus in a lab somewhere, I don't believe it has successfully made it into the "wild." The seasonal flu of 2019 was a nasty one (I had it), and they have used it as a stand-in for covid-19 in 2020 forward, at least in North America. Every year, thanks to flu shots, the seasonal flu has gotten more severe. With the faulty PCR test, they have created a pandemic that could have been declared any old year, based on the seasonal flu.

Today, we continue our discussion of the COVID-19 pandemic and its origin with a fascinating guest who has been a leader exposing the corruption and fraud with respect to the origin of the virus. Li-Meng Yan is both an M.D. and Ph.D., with specific training in coronaviruses. She escaped from China's influence while in Hong Kong to the United States to warn us of what she believes is a massive cover-up.

Yan went to medical school, followed by a Ph.D. program in ophthalmology. The school where she got her Ph.D. was originally a military medical university, which helps explain some of her personal network. She has contacts in both civilian and military research laboratories and hospitals in mainland China.

After finishing her studies, she decided to pursue research. For two years, she worked in an ophthalmology lab in the University of Hong Kong, where she researched stem cells, drugs and artificial tissue development. She was then invited to join the lab of professor Malik Peiris.

Yan's husband had worked with him and Peiris was impressed with Yan's skillset. She jumped at the chance to learn more about emerging infectious diseases. She worked with Peiris for five years, until she escaped to the U.S. in April 2020.

"I worked on the influenza virus, universal influenza vaccine development, and then focused on the SARS-CoV-2 after the outbreak," she says.

SARS-CoV-2 Was Made in a Chinese Military Lab
At the end of December 2019, Yan's supervisor, Dr. Leo Poon, who is also an emerging infectious disease expert with the World Health Organization, assigned her to conduct a confidential investigation into a mysterious new pneumonia-like infection.

Colleagues and friends at universities and hospitals around China gave her information, which she forwarded to Peiris and Poon. They did not follow up on it, however, which she says "shows that they want [to] help China to cover it up."

In January 2020, Poon asked her to look into whether the raccoon dog, a civet cat-like animal, which was a host for the original SARS virus, might also be an intermediary host for SARS-CoV-2. Yan's research, however, was indicating that the virus did not come from nature. Poon warned her to keep silent or "you will be disappeared."

According to Yan, SARS-CoV-2 was made in a Chinese military lab. The Third Military Medical University in Chongqing, China, and the Research Institute for Medicine of Nanjing Command in Nanjing, had discovered a bat coronavirus called ZC45. The discovery of ZC45 was published in early 2018.

"If you compare this virus genome and the SARS-CoV-2 virus genome, you will realize [this is the] smoking gun," Yan says. She's convinced that ZC45 was used as a template and/or backbone to create SARS-CoV-2.

In mid-May 2020, shortly after she'd left Hong Kong, the journal Nature published a paper1 Yan had co-written, detailing the pathogenesis and transmission of SARS-CoV-2 in golden hamsters. This experiment showed SARS-CoV-2 primarily spreads via aerosol.

In mid-September 2020, Yan published an open access paper2 on Zenodo, in which she and her two co-authors laid out the evidence and their theory for SARS-CoV-2 being manmade.

Almost immediately, four "reviewers" of her work denounced it as being an "opinion" piece that was "flawed" and not scientifically in line with currently accepted knowledge of the origin of the virus. One reviewer3 said, "The manuscript attempts to refute our current understanding of the origins of SARS-CoV-2. Briefly, the consensus is that SARS-CoV-2 is a zoonosis and originated in bats with perhaps an intermediate host before spilling over into humans."

A year later, in 2021, numerous indicators4,5 show that dismissing the lab leak hypothesis was premature and there is no "consensus" of a zoonosis origin.

Documents obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request by The Intercept6 also point directly to a lab origin, so much so that the WHO's director general, Tedros Ghebreyesus, called for a new investigation into it, writing in the October 13, 2021, edition of the journal Science,7 "A lab accident cannot be ruled out until there is sufficient evidence to do so and those results are openly shared."

The Escape From China
Initially, Yan had released information via an American YouTube blogger that was very popular in China. By the end of April 2020, a colleague warned Yan she was at risk of being "disappeared." That's when she decided to flee to the U.S. Luckily, she already had a valid visa. Her husband was deeply opposed to her leaving, as you might imagine. She explains:

"I didn't know it would happen like [it did]. From January to April [2020], I didn't tell him what I had done. I tried to protect him, because at that time, in Hong Kong, there were a lot of people fighting against government for democracy and freedom. They can get disappeared easily.

But if their family don't know what they have done, it's kind of safe for the family. That's why I tried to protect him. But when I heard that I need leave, I tried to bring him with me. He's not Chinese. He's from Sri Lanka. When I told him, he was outraged, which was really not like him. He warned me, saying 'We can go nowhere. They are everywhere. We can do nothing.'"

Her husband even threatened to have her killed if she left. The next two weeks were a dangerous time for Yan. Her husband kept her under surveillance, and she developed a sudden heart problem. The day before she left, she went for a checkup. She had a resting heart rate of 130, which is a sign of sinus tachycardia.

Yan suspects foul play, saying the Chinese government prefers to "disappear" people by making it look like a natural death. "Like this virus," she says. According to Yan, infections and heart attacks are common strategies used to get rid of dissenters. Yan also suspects her husband may have been helping them.

Fortunately, since entering the U.S., the attacks have been relegated to discrediting her and ruining her reputation. "For example, they created thousands of fake accounts on social media, using at least seven languages, to spread [lies about me] and attacks to discredit me," she says.

According to Yan, this has been verified by FireEye, a cybersecurity company that also does work for American intelligence agencies. Her family, who are in mainland China, friends and even alumni are also under strict surveillance by the Chinese government, she says.

Vindication
While the whole world denied the possibility that SARS-CoV-2 was manmade for over a year, in recent months, the truth has finally entered the mainstream. A number of reporters have wrestled with excuses, trying to justify or explain away their long-held denials.

"Last year in July, when I was first on Fox News, I told them the WHO and the CCP are corrupted and are in the cover-up together," Yan says. "At that time, it was a bombshell. Now, most people realize [the virus] is not from nature. That is a very good turning, and I keep helping other people to realize the evidence.

I explain to them the CCP's style and the evidence. Now, I see that even some mainstream media are starting to talk about the possibility of [it being a] bioweapon. I think it is very encouraging. Because people need to realize that China is using this virus together with their misinformation campaign and propaganda to attack all over the world."

Who's Running the Show?
While the Chinese military may be responsible for the physical creation of the virus, there's ample evidence showing the U.S. funded at least some of the research that resulted in this pandemic.

The flow of money from Dr. Anthony Fauci's National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), the EcoHealth Alliance run by Peter Daszak and the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) is well-documented. Ralph Baric, Ph.D., at the University of North Carolina has also conducted research that appears to have been applied to SARS-CoV-2.

The sequence of events is confusing, however, and it's unclear just who is the real string-puller in all of this. When asked what her take is, and who she believes might be running the show, Yan replies that even without American funding, China certainly would still have managed to create this virus.

"The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) … they are a giant octopus and they have tentacles. The brain is the CCP. Those scientists, especially the military scientists and coronavirus experts [such as] my previous supervisor, Dr. Malik Pieris, they are the ones that had the real evil ideas.

They enjoy it, and they want to command this knowledge ... Even China cannot use their tentacles … if they cannot use infiltration to get your money, they will still manage to get your technology and do it in China. That's the key point. The money from American taxpayers, it looks a lot. Yes, it's millions [of dollars]. However, compared to the money donated by the Chinese government, it's just a very small piece …

They developed this virus and other things in their unrestricted bioweapons program. They want to destroy Americans' economic and social order, destroy your civilization. [While the virus has attacked worldwide], they always list America as a primary enemy and the biggest problem.

So, when they show you this kind of propaganda, through TikTok and other social media [where Chinese citizens] tell you, 'Oh, in China we control the outcome and it's good, and we love our government.' American people will feel, 'Yeah, maybe we should give up our democracy and turn to try communism.' That's all they want to do."

Chinese Data Collection
Since the start of the pandemic, it's been near-impossible to determine how many Chinese have actually been affected. According to Yan, the CCP will only release data that benefits itself.

"Chinese people all know not to trust any data that comes from our government," she says. "They don't do statistics. They just sit there. Whatever data they want, they write it down. That's how they [produce] data."

According to Yan, the CCP has been using the converse strategy used in the U.S. and elsewhere. Rather than inflate case numbers, they've been suppressing them. One way they've been doing this is by delaying diagnosis, so deaths are not listed as COVID-19 deaths.

"It's totally opposite," she says. "For example, in America, once a person has been diagnosed with COVID, even if they later died of some other problem, they still will be [counted] as a COVID case.

But in China, they can use a ventilator to make the patient survive until the test comes out negative. They have thousands of ways to handle it. Importantly, they also gave early treatment, including hydroxychloroquine and other drugs."

According to Yan, military scientists in China have also filed a patent to use hydroxychloroquine to treat COVID-19. "That made them earn the top anti-COVID award by Chairman Xi last year," she says. Hydroxychloroquine is also sold over the counter in China, so it's easy to get a hold of. She believes part of the reason why the death toll in the U.S. has been so high is because hydroxychloroquine was suppressed and censored.

Is There a Connection Between the COVID Shots and the CCP?
The COVID-19 pandemic has clearly been capitalized upon by greedy drug companies, and the suppression of early treatment drugs appears to have been an intentional strategy to make the COVID shot — which is turning out to be extraordinarily hazardous to your health — the only alternative. How does the COVID "vaccine" tie into the theory that SARS-CoV-2 is a CCP bioweapon? Yan says:

"Definitely there is a clear connection between the vaccine and the CCP's strategies … Some people … try to explain that the vaccine will kill people, and therefore it is another bioweapon. But this is not an accurate reason. First China released the virus they developed in the military labs. This virus doesn't have a high death rate ... That's why I called it an unrestricted bioweapon. It looks like it's natural occurring.

Once you realize something is wrong, they use misinformation and denial to confuse you. So, when China released it — and China controls the scientific community to spread misinformation, and censored [information] to let people believe it's come from nature — what will people do?

They will think about drugs, the drugs they already have. The other way is a vaccine, because people are educated to accept a vaccine can end a pandemic.

In this case, useful drugs like hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin are so cheap. How could they use this to earn huge profits? The CCP also had a lot of stock shares from Pfizer, Moderna and other big pharmaceutical companies. Check the money they put in … And then big pharmaceutical companies, they all say, 'OK, now we can use this chance to make money.'"

Clearly, many who support and push the COVID shot know full well that they're bound to cause health problems. Yan herself was asked to work on a COVID vaccine but she declined after looking into the available science. No coronavirus vaccine has ever been released, despite scientists working on it for two decades.

The reason? The vaccines cause too many injuries. They're lethal. Yan did not believe these problems could be overcome for SARS-CoV-2. Peiris himself discovered antibody-dependent enhancement during efforts to develop a vaccine against the original SARS virus. Still, when money is being thrown at scientists, they're usually not going to turn it down.

Vaccine Passports Will Usher in a Social Credit System
Of course, the COVID shots and the vaccine passports also fit into the CCP agenda by making the whole world accept and adopt the CCP's social control system. The vaccine passports are clearly designed to usher in a social credit system like they have in China. And with that, you get 24/7 digital surveillance and an unbelievable amount of control over every single person.

As explained by Yan, in China, the digital surveillance system is so advanced, if your phone GPS shows you were near an infected person, you are automatically ordered into isolation.

What's more, if parents or grandparents fail to get the COVID shot, the family's children are barred from school, even if they got the shot. Every aspect of life is linked together through this system, so a poor social credit score will also have financial ramifications, and will dictate if, where and how you're allowed to travel.

Yan points out that Americans, being unaware of the Chinese surveillance system, don't understand that by agreeing with vaccine mandates and passports, they are saying yes to a total surveillance system that will dictate their entire lives. They're also saying yes to being guinea pigs for an endless stream of questionable vaccines.

"Once you support mandate for two doses, then you have to support for the booster, and then support 60 boosters, 199 boosters. It [will be] endless," she says. "And you'll be tied into this [social] credit system you built."

China Wants World Dominance by 2035
According to Yan, China's goal is to achieve world dominance by 2035. With that aim in mind, they've spent decades developing unrestricted bioweapons. With COVID-19, they're well on their way.

"They want to use all this to overcome the world, and America is their primary enemy," Yan says. "So we have to stand up for the future, for our next generations. We cannot keep silent. This will be the last chance we have to fight against such communist evil plans, and to save all of us. And, most importantly, we have to all work together to stop the next pandemic or attack that comes out of China …

[Just look at] what's happening in Hong Kong now. In two years, from 2019 until now, China destroyed the systems of law, democracy and freedom in Hong Kong. They also enacted national security laws. Basically, they own your privacy. They own your freedom, and you are forced to listen to them.

There is no reason they can't do whatever [they want] to you. Basically, you are a slave living in a modern society. No doubt, once China overcomes America, it will be the same here, and maybe worse because they will have other technology at that time."

When asked what actions Yan believes we need to take to resist and derail this plan, she says:

"I want Americans to know that, first, adults should realize the evilness of Communism, Maoism, Marxism, no matter what name it changes to … And once you realize that, speak out about it, because they are using propaganda to brainwash people, to brainwash the kids.

Also, you must let your policymakers, legislators, know this. I'm a foreigner, but you are an American citizen. You can vote, so you must let them understand the importance and push them to do something. Don't believe the Chinese government and don't give any mercy to the CCP.

Also, you have to update your own system. Study the weakness in your whole system, [the weakness that allows them] to divide America. Once you do all these things, hold them accountable and don't let them do more. That's the end of the pandemic."

In the 3 months of grieving and frustration that followed the death of his father in law Weldon, Dr. Ardis discovered the alarming research studies on the failed and toxic drug called Remdesivir that Anthony Fauci professed to have been proven “safe an effective” against the Ebola Virus and Covid-19. Only to discover that Remdesivir was even more toxic and dangerous than the toxic antibiotic vancomycin used to destroy the kidneys of his father in law. We had him on this show to talk about the drug remdesivir, – about how this drug that completely failed at treating Ebola, that causes kidney failure, that costs a boatload of money, and that has a direct link to Tony Fauci – how that drug became the drug of choice in the Covid hospital protocol.

This video caused me to recall a photo I saw about a year ago. The photo was photoshopped, but it was a King Cobra staring straight at the camera bearing its fangs. But, the fangs were hypodermic needles or syringes. Hmmm... Did somebody know something and was saying so? I tried to find it on the internet again but could not. Ardis is very much on to something here. He may have cracked the code to the covid crimes.

The Virus and mRNA gene therapy are snake venom. Particularity the King Cobra and Indian Krait.

Snake venom is a protein. The jab causes the cells to produce the snake venom protein (ssssssspike protein) and distribute the protein through the body of those who take the jab and in turn produce adverse events that are general to most all people in some ways and specific to people in other ways.

The treatment or cure for the jab is anti-snake venom. A company in India makes the anti-snake venom. Makes sense. India has a lot of snakes. That company makes and distributes within India a vaccine for the CV 19 virus. It works.

The NIH often funded the research and development of the mRNA technology and gene therapy they call a vaccine using snake venom. They know the treatment is anti snake venom. So too are zinc, vitamin C, ivermectin, hydroxQ..., and nicotine. The latter being a known snake venom inhibitor.

But, instead of allowing and providing access to known successful treatments, they compound the crime by denying such access and instead push the snake poison jab which they know is the agent of illness and death.

By cracking the code of the covid and vax crime, Ardis has exposed some of those who are responsible. He may also have given hope to many who took the jab regarding where to look for a possible treatment. So too those who did not take the jab but who are concerned about the next strain that we are told is sure to come.

A big shout out and kudos to Mike Adams too! For his courage and for his contribution. He understands the science and makes the complex a bit easier to grasp.

Bump, want to make this plot even more interesting, oh Lord fauci,s wife is the head of the NIH, national institute of health . My friend is a covid nurse, she started taking ivermectin when this all started instead of the jab, then you couldn't get ivermectin unless you were diagnosed with scabies or crabs, now she has a script for ivermectin and no pharmacies will fill the script at all. Now we know why . Wonder what the faucis do for entertainment ?

I agree this is mindblowing and needs further investigation. When Satori mentioned the image of the cobra I remembered seeing it too. For some reason it had a lasting impression at the time, which is a bit of a strange thing. Unicef is also quite interested in supplying the entire population with "clean water" through their "wash" project which I think is notable. Even the dutch king is involved in that

"The Wuhan Institute of Virology has the right to ask a partnering lab in the U.S. to destroy all records of their work, according to a legal document obtained by U.S. Right to Know.

A memorandum of understanding between the Wuhan lab and the Galveston National Laboratory at the University of Texas Medical Branch states that each lab can ask the other to return or “destroy” any so-called “secret files” — any communications, documents, data or equipment resulting from their collaboration — and ask that they wipe any copies.

“The party is entitled to ask the other to destroy and/or return the secret files, materials and equipment without any backups,” it states.

This right is retained even after the agreement’s five year term ends in October 2022. All documents are eligible for destruction under the agreement’s broad language.

“All cooperation … shall be treated as confidential information by the parties,” the agreement states.

The directors of the maximum biocontainment labs in Wuhan and Texas announced a formal cooperative agreement in Science in 2018. The labs are two of just a handful of facilities in the world that do similar cutting edge work on novel coronaviruses. The lab in Texas, with funding from the National Institutes of Health, was doing biosafety training with the lab in Wuhan, which operates under the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The labs also intended to do joint research projects and share resources, according to the agreement.

The revelation that the Wuhan lab retained the right to call for the destruction of data on U.S. servers funded by U.S. taxpayers comes amid a debate about what sort of investigation is necessary to exculpate the city’s coronavirus research from suspicions it sparked the COVID-19 pandemic. It also raises questions about assurances from Wuhan Institute of Virology senior scientist Zhengli Shi that she would never delete sensitive data.

The clause also raises a number of legal red flags for the Texas lab, experts say.

“The clause is quite frankly explosive,” said Reuben Guttman, a partner at Guttman, Buschner & Brooks PLLC who specializes in ensuring the integrity of government programs. “Anytime I see a public entity, I would be very concerned about destroying records.”

Guttman said that even private entities are expected to have internal records retention and destruction policies, but that as a public institution the Texas lab faces an even higher standard under laws meant to safeguard federal and state taxpayer dollars. These laws include the federal False Claims Act and the Texas Public Information Act. The Galveston National Laboratory is part of the University of Texas System and receives federal funding.

“You can’t just willy nilly say, ‘well, you know, the Chinese can tell us when to destroy a document.’ It doesn’t work like that,” he said. “There has to be a whole protocol.”

The clause could also risk obstructing Congressional investigations into the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Texas lab was “built by the National Institutes of Health to help combat global health threats,” said Christopher Smith, a spokesman for UTMB, in a statement. “As a government-funded entity, UTMB is required to comply with applicable public information law obligations, including the preservation of all documentation of its research and findings.”

“UTMB believes it is an operational — and moral — imperative that all scientists working in biocontainment anywhere in the world have first-hand knowledge of the proven best practices in biosafety and laboratory operations,” Smith continued. “All research at UTMB is subjected to a rigorous and transparent pre-experiment approval protocol, including involvement and oversight by scientific experts who helped design federal guidelines.”

Only the Texas attorney general can make a determination about what otherwise releasable public records should be exempted from disclosure, according to Kelley Shannon, executive director of the Freedom of Information Foundation of Texas. It’s also unlawful to destroy records requested under the Texas Public Information Act.

Liza Vertinsky, an expert in global health law and intellectual property at Emory University, said that the all-encompassing definition of what is considered “secret” in the memorandum of understanding, or MOU, is problematic.

“The way I read the MOU, although it is poorly drafted, ‘secret’ refers to the ‘cooperation and exchanges, documents, data, details and materials’ that are part of this MOU,” she said. “It is as broad as the MOU, covering what the MOU is intended to cover.”

Edward Hammond, an independent biosafety proponent and a longtime advocate for more transparency at the Galveston lab, also flagged the broad language.

“In agreements like this that I’ve seen before, you have confidentiality provisions in relation to intellectual property…I can’t recall seeing an instance of these more general confidentiality provisions,” he said in an email. “Doesn’t this run against the purportedly pure academic interests of UTMB?”

In 2009, the Galveston lab unsuccessfully lobbied the Texas legislature for an exemption to the Texas Public Information Act to be written in order to prevent records being released to Hammond.

WIV calls data deletion accusations ‘appalling’
The agreement could also undermine claims that the WIV would never delete records. A WIV virus database that went dark in 2019 remains a source of intrigue for reporters, scientists, and U.S. intelligence agencies interested in the pandemic’s origins.

Wuhan Institute of Virology senior scientist Zhengli Shi told MIT Technology Review that allegations by Western biosecurity experts that her lab may have scrubbed records relevant to COVID-19 are “baseless and appalling.”

“Even if we gave them all the records, they would still say we have hidden something or we have destroyed the evidence,” Shi told the outlet, which cast any such suspicions as rooted in anti-Chinese prejudice.

The agreement also seems to address suspicions that the partnership could aid a bioweapons program either in the U.S. or in China, stating the labs will “exchange the virus resources strictly for the scientific research purposes.”

A number of clunky or unusual provisions in the agreement suggests it may have been drafted at least in part by Chinese partners and translated into English.

For example, it states nothing in the agreement should be construed as establishing a relationship between “master and servant,” unusual language in modern American legal documents.

Other documents obtained by U.S. Right to Know demonstrate that despite the formal collaboration, Galveston National Laboratory faced delays in obtaining a sample of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, from its partner lab at the pandemic’s epicenter. The Texas lab ended up obtaining its first sample from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

U.S. Right to Know obtained the WIV-UTMB memorandum of understanding through the Texas Public Information Act as part of an investigation into risky viral research funded through taxpayer dollars."

The narrative that the novel SARS-CoV-2 ‘wild type’ or mRNA virus hijacks cells to biologically produce spike protein thereby causing inflammation and disease is a deceptive and false gaslighting strategy that has led to the disease, disabilities, and death of millions of adults and children around the world.

Global citizens were manipulated into believing that the SARS-CoV-2 virus was highly infectious and produced highly-deadly spike proteins. Sorry if this is off topic here, but I can't seem to find a post of Bill's from at least a few months ago, maybe a year now, where he gives 1 or 2 covid 19 treatment options that actually work. I can't remember the names of the medicines. Maybe someone can help me get those names and if its hard to find, maybe sources to order for the US?

Here's a distillation that seems to be well worth considering. People we know have reported that this combo, or something very similar, works extremely well.

These supplements are NOT in any special or priority order. The most important of these may well be Ivermectin, D3 and Zinc.

The most important thing is to CATCH IT EARLY. If you know (or believe) you have covid and are really very sick, the ivermectin doses in the bodyweight table below should be doubled.

Vit D — 20,000 IU (2x 10,000 IU, morning and evening)
Zinc — 100 mg (zinc picolinate is the easiest to absorb)
Vit C — 2,000 mg every few hours throughout the day
Melatonin — 9 mg/night (that's a LOT, but it seems to be a strong anti-viral)
Quercetin — 800 mg (helps zinc get to the cells)
NAC — 600 mg
Oregano oil — as much as you can tolerate, in a tablespoon of olive oil each time. Start off with 4-5 drops and see how your body feels. If it seems okay, then repeat it a few hours later. Some people can take as much 45 drops a day, but for most people that might be too much.
Peppermint oil — occasional drops in the back of the throat with a little dropper.
Colloidal silver (nebulized is great)
C60 in oil — 5 mL (if you have it)
Ivermectin — as per the bodyweight table below, every day till better.

The Telegraph has reviewed more than 100,000 leaked WhatsApp messages sent between health officials, ministers and other government officials, showing the British government was intentionally deploying scare tactics to force compliance with lockdowns and other COVID measures
Then-health secretary Matt Hancock said he wanted to “deploy” a new COVID variant to “frighten the pants off” the public.
One of his media advisers, Damon Poole, agreed with the plan, saying “Yep that’s what will get proper behavior change”
The messages show officials mocking travelers forced into quarantine and other deplorable behaviors.
They also show decisions were made on the fly, for political reasons rather than scientific ones

In January 2022, House Oversight Committee Republicans released a batch of emails sent to and from the National Institutes of Health (NIH),1,2,3 showing that scientists in the earliest days of the pandemic strongly suspected SARS-CoV-2 was a genetically engineered virus.

The correspondence also revealed that NIH leaders — Dr. Anthony Fauci and then-NIH chief Dr. Francis Collins — were nervous about the possibility that they'd funded the creation of this virus and were determined to suppress questions about its origin.

Fauci, Collins and at least 11 scientists convened for a conference call February 1, 2020, during which they discussed the evidence for genetic manipulation. Yet, no more than three days later, by February 4, four of the participants had already drafted a paper titled "The Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2," in which they dismissed the possibility of a lab origin for the virus.

One of the authors of this paper, Kristian Andersen, Ph.D., a professor at Scripps Research, has so far insisted that Fauci did not attempt to influence the working group's conclusions.

In a letter to Sens. James Comer and Jim Jordan, Scripps Research — answering questions on Andersen's behalf — claimed that Andersen "objectively weighted all the evidence available to him." In a March 5, 2023, memorandum,4,5 the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic laid out evidence showing that this assertion is "demonstrably false."

Fauci and Collins Prompted Creation of 'Proximal Origin'
According to the Select Subcommittee, the evidence available clearly shows that Fauci did indeed prompt Andersen to write "Proximal Origin," and for a specific reason, namely to "disprove" the lab leak theory. "The authors of this paper skewed available evidence to achieve that goal," the Subcommittee writes.

As noted in the memorandum,6 in a February 8, 2020, email, Andersen stated: "Our main work over the last couple of weeks has been focused on trying to disprove any type of lab theory …" Furthermore, in a February 12 email to the journal Nature, Andersen openly and clearly admitted Fauci's and Collins' influence:7

"Prompted by Jeremy Farrah [sic], Tony Fauci, and Francis Collins, Eddie Holmes, Andrew Rambaut, Bob Garry, Ian Lipkin, and myself have been working through much of the (primarily) genetic data to provide agnostic and scientifically informed hypothesis around the origins of the virus."

"This email directly contradicts Scripps' earlier statement that Dr. Andersen 'objectively' weighed all the evidence regarding the origins of COVID-19. Instead, it appears that Dr. Andersen was given direction and sought to formulate a paper, regardless of available evidence, that would disprove a lab leak," the Subcommittee writes.8

Pangolin Narrative Was a Red Herring From the Start
The Subcommittee also highlights evidence showing that Andersen did not tell the truth when, in a July 2021 New York Times interview, he stated that features of SARS-CoV-2 that were initially thought to be unique were also found in coronaviruses in other species, such as pangolins, and that this was what convinced him the virus was zoonotic in origin.

Correspondence with the journal Nature proves Andersen actually found the pangolin data unconvincing. During the peer review of "Proximal Origin," one reviewer asked the authors to comment on two recent reports about coronaviruses in pangolins. In reply, Andersen stated that "these additional pangolin CoV sequences do not further clarify the different scenarios discussed in our manuscript." Another reviewer commented:

"The paper itself is interesting, but unnecessarily speculative. It's not clear why the authors do not refute a hypothetical lab origin in their coming publication on the ancestors of SARS-CoV-2 in bats and pangolins …

Once the authors publish their new pangolin sequences, a lab origin will be extremely unlikely. It is not clear why the authors rush with a speculative perspective if their central hypothesis can be supported by their own data. Please explain."

In his reply to the second reviewer, Andersen stressed that "Unfortunately, the newly available pangolin sequences do not elucidate the origin of SARS-CoV-2 or refute a lab origin. Hence the reviewer is incorrect on this point." He also clarified that "There is no evidence on present data that the pangolin CoVs are directly related to the COVID-19 epidemic."

So, while Andersen publicly claimed the pangolin data was a compelling piece of evidence for zoonotic in origin, in private, he did not believe this at all. "Based on this new evidence, the pangolin data was not the compelling factor; to this day, the only known intervening event was the February 1 conference call with Dr. Fauci," the Subcommittee writes.Farrar's Involvement Was Hidden
In addition to Fauci and Collins, Dr. Jeremy Farrar, then-director of the Wellcome Trust in the U.K., also appears to have played a prominent role in the creation of "Proximal Origin." According to the Subcommittee memorandum:9

"The evidence available … suggests Dr. Farrar, the former Director of the Wellcome Trust and current Chief Scientist at the World Health Organization, was more involved in the drafting and publication of Proximal Origin than previously known."

Emails show Eddie Holmes, Ph.D., asked Farrar for permission to get Dr. Ian Lipkin involved. Lipkin, a professor of epidemiology at Columbia University, was not on the February 1 conference call and was not involved in the original drafting of Proximal Origin.

However, February 10, 2020, Holmes sent the Proximal Origin draft to Lipkin and asked him to review it, stating that the furin cleavage site was "still an issue" that needed to be explained. Lipkin replied that the paper, overall, provided "a plausible argument against genetic engineering," but did "not eliminate the possibility of inadvertent release following adaptation through selection in culture at the Institute in Wuhan."

Lipkin also noted that "Given the scale of the bat CoV research pursued there and the site of emergence of the first human cases we have a nightmare of circumstantial evidence to assess." Holmes wrote back, saying:

"I agree. Talking to Jeremy [Farrar] in a few minutes … It is indeed striking that this virus is so closely related to SARS yet is behaving so differently. Seems to have been pre-adapted for human spread since the get go. It's the epidemiology that I find most worrying."

According to the Subcommittee, while Farrar is not credited as having had any involvement with "Proximal Origin," the evidence suggests he actually led the drafting process, and "made direct edits" to the paper. Two emails proving this were sent between Lipkin and Farrar on February 17, 2020. Lipkin thanked Farrar for "shepherding this paper," and Farrar, in turn, confirmed that he would "push Nature" to publish it.

Considering Farrar's involvement in the creation and publication of a "scientific" paper that had no other intention than misleading the public and cementing a false narrative into place, can he really be trusted as chief scientist for the WHO?

Worse, Farrar also played a central role in the Recovery and Solidarity trials, both of which killed patients by overdosing them on hydroxychloroquine in an apparent effort to prove the drug was dangerous and couldn't be used against COVID.10

The Dangers of Partisanship
As noted by British journalist and columnist Ian Birrell,11 "The true COVID lab leak scandal is how easily our politicians and scientists dismissed it. That blanket dismissal of a lab leak as a dangerous conspiracy theory showed the dangers of partisanship …"

"… significant circumstantial evidence has emerged that strengthens the case for laboratory leakage during speculative research in Wuhan," Birrell writes. "Such fears are intensified by Beijing's shameful cover-up of early cases and blatant blocking of investigations in Wuhan, despite the desperate need to track down the source to prevent another deadly pandemic.

Behind this question lies a second issue of huge importance, one that reflects badly on the overlapping worlds of politics, journalism and science.

For a small group of prominent scientists, marshalled by the powerful chiefs of funding bodies in Britain and the United States, deliberately stifled this debate over birth of the biggest public health crisis for a century — despite their own concerns over research in Wuhan and the virus's unusual properties.

They accused those asking valid questions of spreading conspiracy theories and used their immense influence to dismiss 'any type of laboratory-based scenario' as implausible.

Then they were aided by patsy politicians appeasing Beijing, supine journalists so in thrall to contacts that they failed to do their job, and world-famous specialist publications with such close ties to China that they have now ruined their reputations. This was the real COVID conspiracy that is now unravelling …"

Birrell, a self-proclaimed liberal, admits being skeptical of the lab leak theory in the beginning, but once he started looking into it, "It did not take long … to tap into the private concerns held by many scientists," he says. He discovered China had covered up the initial outbreak and withheld details about transmission. He also reviewed the studies presenting cases for the lab leak theory, and found them credible. He adds:

"Science, like journalism, depends on fierce debate to test evidence and theories. Instead we saw the power of consensus and groupthink to stifle free thinking; capture of specialist journalists by their contacts to crush skepticism; the dubious role of technology giants to determine valid grounds for debate; and the risks of scientists and journals following funding sources rather than firm evidence.

Think again about COVID's emergence — and lacking firm proof, how on earth did it take so long for the authorities to admit that it is possible the virus might have been linked to scientific research in secretive Wuhan labs?"

Well, based on what we know about Fauci's involvement in the cover-up, one potential answer to Birrell's question is that the NIH funded research that contributed to the creation of SARS-CoV-2, which could threaten the future of the entire agency — and the U.S. government. Meanwhile, on the other side of the Atlantic, The Telegraph12,13 has reviewed more than 100,000 leaked WhatsApp messages sent between health officials, ministers and other government officials, showing the British government was intentionally deploying scare tactics to force compliance with lockdowns and other COVID measures.

Then-health secretary Matt Hancock said he wanted to 'deploy' a new COVID variant to 'frighten the pants off' the public. One of his media advisers, Damon Poole, agreed, saying 'Yep that's what will get proper behaviour change.'

The exchange was not the only time the former health secretary and other senior officials discussed tactics to frighten the public into compliance.

Six months earlier, in June 2020 — when the UK was coming out of its first COVID lockdown — Mr. Hancock and Sir Patrick Vallance, the Government's Chief Scientific Adviser, appeared pleased that a study on the virus's spread showing it going in a 'positive direction' had not received publicity, while a 'gloomy' survey had been picked up by the media.

'If we want people to behave themselves maybe that's no bad thing,' said Mr. Hancock in a WhatsApp message. Sir Patrick appeared to agree, responding: 'Suck up their miserable interpretation and over deliver' …

Four months later, in Oct 2020, Mr. Poole suggested in a group chat that a decision to stop publishing a so-called watchlist of the areas with the highest prevalence of the virus would be helpful to the Government, because it would make every area of the country concerned about the spread of COVID in a second wave.

'It helps the narrative that things are really bad if we don't publish,' messaged Mr. Poole. In Jan 2021, Mr. Case suggested that the 'fear factor' would be 'vital' in combatting the latest COVID wave during the third lockdown."

They Never Followed Science
The messages also show officials mocking and making fun of travelers forced into quarantine and other deplorable behaviors.15 "Any idea how many people we locked up in hotels yesterday?" Case asked Hancock in a February 16, 2021, message. "None. But 149 chose to enter the country and are now in Quarantine Hotels due to their own free will!" Hancock replied. "Hilarious," Case shot back.

Aside from revealing unsavory personality traits, the messages clearly prove that decisions were made on the fly, and for political reasons rather than scientific ones. For example, in June 2020, then-Prime Minister Boris Johnson decided not to lift lockdowns based on public polling, which allegedly suggested the lockdown was too popular to mess with.

In another instance, Johnson's decision to mandate mask wearing in secondary schools across the U.K. was made for no other reason than avoiding an argument with Nicola Sturgeon, the first minister of Scotland, where mask mandates for high schoolers were already planned. Meanwhile, his own chief medical officer, Hancock, told him there were "no very strong reasons" to mask students as the risk of infection was low.

Government Officials Respond to Revelations
In response to the leaked messages, Sir Charles Walker, a leading member of the COVID Recovery Group — an informal group of Conservative MPs that opposed and voted against lockdowns — told The Telegraph he was "distressed" by the conversations that have now been brought to light, adding:16

"What makes me so angry is the evils and the psychological warfare we deployed against young people and the population, all those behavioral psychologists. And there needs to be a reckoning. We need to understand and fully appreciate the damage that those sorts of campaigns did.

Those voices that raised concerns were just othered. We were positioned as being anti-lockdown, Right-wing headbangers. And actually wanting to do the right thing isn't Right-wing. We did terrible things to youngsters. We did terrible things to a large number of people. We need to make sure we never do those things again."

Other COVID Recovery Group members voiced similar concerns and criticisms. Craig Mackinlay, Tory MP for South Thanet, told The Telegraph:17

"An artificial climate of fear was created, which has led to all the corollary outcomes that many of us, particularly in the COVID Recovery Group, were concerned about. Ongoing negative health issues, education issues — and not least the destruction of our economy, as one crackpot idea after another found its way onto the statute book."

Sir John Redwood, another COVID Recovery Group member agreed, saying the tactics employed "always backfire, they always mislead and they don't lead to good government."

Similarly, oncology specialist professor Karol Sikora told The Telegraph18 he was "horrified" when reading the WhatsApp exchanges, in no small part because he has "no doubt" many cancer patients avoided seeking treatment due to COVID fears — fears that were actually unjustified but intentionally hyped.

Indeed, the revelations now flooding out in England and the U.S. paint a gross and unsavory picture of government officials intentionally lying to the public, and people have died and lives have been ruined as a result. On the upside, the call for accountability is finally starting to get louder, as people begin to realize what's been done to them.

That said, most of these globalist technocrats are still protected by other cabal members in key positions, so whether any of them will ever pay the price for their crimes against humanity remains to be seen. Much of it will depend on the backbone of those in government who are not part of the globalist cabal."

Wuhan Virologist Admits COVID Was Engineered As a ‘Bioweapon’

A senior researcher from China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology has blown the whistle on the origins of the Covid virus, admitting the U.S. taxpayer-funded lab “engineered” the COVID-19 virus as a “bioweapon.”

Wuhan researcher Chao Shan made the bombshell claim during an interview with Asian News International (ANI) reporter Jennifer Zeng.

Shan, also known as Shao Chao, provided Zeng, a member of the International Press Association, with first-hand information and unique insights about the role played by Anthony Fauci and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

Zeng gave a thorough account of Shan’s “explosive admission” and called Shan’s claims “shocking” and “astonishing.”

According to Shan, the Wuhan lab’s task was to identify the coronavirus strain that would be most useful for spreading among various species, including people.

He claimed that in 2019 his supervisor in Nanjing City gave him four coronavirus strains so he could determine which was the most potent and easily spreadable. Shan used the virus to test human ACE2 receptors, bats, and monkeys.

Shan further alleged that in April 2020, he was dispatched to Xinjiang to evaluate the well-being of Uyghur individuals detained in “re-education camps.”

He made hints that he had been given orders to either deliberately spread the virus or study how it affected human subjects.

Shan made it clear to Zeng that the details he had shared were only a small part of the larger picture pertaining to the causes of the Covid pandemic.

As we reported at Leading Report, Dr. Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) was using American tax dollars to fund risky gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab.

Fauci, a former chief medical advisor to Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, has made a valiant effort to alter the way the Wuhan lab leak has been portrayed to the public due to his involvement in the laboratory’s risky coronavirus research.

IF that story is real and what it looks like, it chronologically positions "the virus" selection after the (probable decades of ) work on the injectable product.

That would confirm to me that the 'corona virus' part of the scamdemic was only the cover scare to get the injectable product launched and into people's arms.

It may have had elements of the injectable product added to it's form, e.g. type of 'spike'/nano peptide/venom peptide(?), to create a continuity of discoverable characteristics to hold together the cover story that it was the virus that was the lethal threat and it was the "virus wot done it".

At the top I say "IF". That's because I can almost equally imagine this story being a pack of lies invented later to build a misdirect theme to keep the most curious amongst us from getting on the real trail of the real truth of what they have been up to (for a long time) and the scale of it.

I am increasingly suspicious of several leading figures in the so called medical freedom movement, and the path this news item has arrived by does nothing to relieve that suspicion.

We have posted elsewhere some speculation that Wuhan is a red herring.

We might consider for a moment it may have a secondary, backup role, but here are the issues:

Covid was in the environment before even the 2019 Games. Barcelona was one of the few places that kept a large variety of wastewater samples, which detect the virus as early as March of that year. Going from there, we can snowball this whole point, and in China, we have to limit ourselves to the fact that the Chinese discovered it accidentally. If anything, maybe they are sharper than some Spanish doctor saying you have the flu or vaping disease.

Second, because the facility looks and sounds suspicious, the main project could have been completed in Ukraine.

The worst part about Wuhan, its minor coronavirus projects, and Dr. Baric, is that he really developed the type of "one size fits all" vaccine that was rolled out for this, and, as many future circumstances as it can be shoved at.

The "sin of Wuhan" is probably the vaccine class, not the specific disease.

What is intimidating is the scope of the overall "inter-related" projects, through Indonesia, multiple Central Asian countries, and so on, and how much of it is drawn out to the level of racial DNA profiling.

It spans new and possibly lab-grown diseases, back to dirty classics like releasing cholera into Polish ground water, nothing could be more intellectually insulting than the "peaceful and defensive" purposes of germ warfare.

Did they find a complete sars cov-2 virus ( I suspect not ) or did they find a matching trace of something they were looking for based on traces found inside covid victims in hospitals? a spike protein ?, a lipid nano particle ?, a venom peptide ?

According to Dr Bryan Ardis, There is a long history and development of nano peptides and what he calls envenomation of the mass population. If searching methods were good enough, it's very likely that those same traces could be found way back several years before the pandemic.

The toxins and or pathogens are very capable of producing all the so called covid symptoms without any involvement of an infectious 'virus'. The need for a virus, either actual, or psyop, only exists to convince the public that it's a contagious phenomenon that has to be responded to accordingly. Without that factor, the injectable product could not have been launched.

It takes us back to the axiomatic:

"What is a Covid test?"

I am the last possible person to have any answer for that.

I would be forced to say "the same kind" that other cities used, and most of them had a way to go back three or four months, and there were places that randomly had samples from last year. The point was that around a six-month window, there was no consistency of research, of course no one was exactly "looking" to see if it might be there--the Barcelona crew were in fact surprised and doubled the tests with the same results. For some reason, March tests positive for Covid, and then there is a gap until the wave kicks in.

To me this is just a kind of Trojan Horse, since as soon as you get the idea that it was simply "discovered" in China, this has absolutely nothing to do with its origin.

Looking at chain of custody in terms of knowledge, I saw a recent article about the wealthiest people or biggest profits made in Britain recently. At the top was a lady from a supplies company who appears to have acted on the knowledge said to have been shared between our Defense Intelligence and Mossad about the "dangerous epidemic" before the disease had been identified. And what she did was to order cargoes of PPEs such as surgical gowns, masks, and gloves, from China. These were automatically sold under a no-bid government contract.

The article was about these rich people because it was looking into the taxpayer ripoff, in terms of for example how many millions of boxes of gloves were imported and then "deemed inadequate" by the program itself. The British have warehouses of gear which either went unused, or, was literally rejected. Such practices have an unusual amount to do with this new money.

The actual lab creation of the Covid disease is not something I, personally, can prove--it is just that we see a high level of collusion between government, finance, and medicine, to which there may be a considerable number of "related coronavirus projects", which plausibly could work artificial origin into this picture. You could say there is motive and circumstantial evidence.

Regardless of whether the “leak” was accidental or intentional (it was intentional), the MSM and our health/intelligence agencies, lied to us and weaponized the situation for their own gain, and used it as a means to overthrow Trump.

What they did after the leak was just as bad. They censored millions of Americans, intentionally covered up C19’s man-made origins, withheld viable treatments, forced medical experimentation via coercion, and used the event to sabotage Trump’s economy and drive him from office by use of propaganda.

If you read the JFK files, this will sound familiar to you, because this sounds like a textbook regime-change operation, a la Operation Mongoose, where they used man-made biological agents to economically sabotage the Castro regime in an attempt to remove him from power.

I think eventually we will get the full truth, but when it comes to administering justice, I don’t know if it matters. Even if the “leak” was accidental, what they did after the leak passes the threshold of “crimes against humanity” and all those involved must pay the ultimate price.

Assessing Brain Neurophysiology in COVID-19 Patients With Prolonged Cognitive Fatigue: A Comparison With Persistent Post-concussion Symptoms

Abstract
Introduction: Brain fog and cognitive dysfunction are frequently reported in post-viral fatigue syndromes such as long COVID, yet these symptoms remain challenging to quantify objectively. Notably, many individuals with long COVID describe clinical features that overlap with those observed in patients with persistent post-concussion symptoms (PPCS), including cognitive fatigue, exertional intolerance, mood disturbances, visual and balance problems, headaches, and neck pain. Emerging evidence suggests that PPCS is associated with distinct electrophysiological abnormalities, including altered functional connectivity (measured by electroencephalography (EEG) coherence), spatial changes in EEG amplitude distribution (notably increased frontal alpha and left-right asymmetry), and reduced cognitive evoked potentials (e.g., the auditory P300 response). In this study, we investigated whether these electrophysiological markers of PPCS are also present in individuals experiencing post-viral fatigue following COVID-19, aiming to provide objective measures to better characterize and quantify cognitive impairment in this population.

Materials and methods: Thirty-one patients (mean age 45 ± 9 years) reporting persistent neurocognitive symptoms following COVID-19 infection (10 ± 2 months post-infection) were evaluated at intake to a brain injury clinic while seeking assessment/treatment for prolonged cognitive complaints. Over this time period, 64 PPCS patients (69% female; age: 42 ± 11 years) were evaluated at the same clinic for concussion-related symptoms using identical protocols. These were compared to seventy age-matched controls (mean age 45 ± 5 years) without a history of COVID-19 or neurological conditions. Assessments comprised standard concussion assessments with symptom profiles that included cognitive fatigue and EEG with event-related potentials (ERP). We then compared the EEG and ERP metrics known to be sensitive to declines in mental performance (i.e., PPCS) for both the long COVID group and age-matched controls.

Results: The long COVID cohort demonstrated neurophysiological alterations paralleling those observed in PPCS, including significantly impaired processing speed and reduced physical reaction times compared to controls (p < 0.001), as well as cognitive electrophysiological deficits, such as attenuated P300 amplitudes, which reflect impaired attention allocation (p < 0.001). These biomarkers normalized concomitantly with symptom resolution at long-term follow-up (mean 20 ± 8 months post-baseline assessment).

Conclusions: Our data demonstrate that ERP deficits, characteristic of cognitive decline in conditions like concussion, PPCS, and aging, are replicable in long COVID patients. Notably, these electrophysiological abnormalities (reduced P300 amplitude and altered coherence) correlate with quantifiable cognitive fatigue and functional neurological impairments. Biomarker normalization tracked with symptom resolution at follow-up (20 ± 8 months), confirming their clinical relevance. These accessible metrics provide objective parameters to identify virally induced cognitive deficits, addressing a critical need for validated diagnostic tools in post-viral syndromes.

Interestingly, Traumatic Brain Injury and Microwave/ Directed Energy Weapon induced Havanna Syndrome also share significant similarities.
