It sounds like her name in Audrey Morgan. There is a California flag behind the board of commissioners and the Deputy Sheriff’s badge on his shoulder says San Diego County Sheriff. So, this is somewhere in San Diego County California, where Audrey lives.

The faux emergency is the crucial topic: all other issues directly arise from this: the minutia of bureaucratic process must be swept away; that is how they continue, through endless clauses and regulatory waffle.
We have to beat them at their own games, this lady is admirable with her passionate calls for liberty and civil rights, but they keep asking her to address the tabled points! The disease of corruption & the obvious criminality of the existing order
can only be defeated if people decide: I think it will be a sudden event, we need to get to a critical percentage, it is almost there.
