So, ya, maybe it’s protected by copyright, but no outright copyright notice on the original youtube video. Took a long time to download using my vpn’s server in Dublin. Already had it downloading before discovering it was an Ancient Aliens episode, or I wouldn’t have wasted the time. In my opinion, Ancient Aliens = CNN = Twinkies (junk food).

Once I figure out how to upload an MP4 I'll edit this post. Maybe one of ya'll will beat me to it . . .

Well, the help menus are no help. Seems the only attachments that can be uploaded are images, not videos.

If the mods want to instruct me as to how to post a short mp4 video I'll keep an eye out for their reply.
At least everyone outside of the UK will know the actual source. I could not find this video on youtube's north american servers. Don'tcha just HATE international boundaries?

Using the source info, though, I'll bet anyone interested could find a much better description of this multiple abudction event than Ancient Aliens. I agree with scotslad, it is an interesting one.

In my opinion, Ancient Aliens = CNN = Twinkies (junk food).

Indeed, Ancient Aliens series seems to be made for people with: "very low attention deficit disorder" ... producing a "dumbing it down" version of much deeper & more complex cases!

From day one I had a "love-hate relationship" with Ancient Aliens series ... what I love is: It has some elements/details that I found very useful for my own UFO research to know or to be reminded of key issues (triggering "synchronicities" in my personal UFO Quest last 31 years).

What I "hate" (big word, more like: dislike or find very annoying) about Ancient Aliens ... is the over the top sensationalism ... flashy visual (sometimes strobe) effects, over dramatic sound effects (as if you are watching a childish cartoon movie), no deeper questions, way to short interactions with the subject witnesses/experiencers at hand, voice of the narrator is extremely annoying like: mixing "Outer Limits" with "Twilight Zone" on steroids ... and last but not least: They frame most of the questions in a way that fits perfect the answers & claims >>> 100% based on speculations of the UFO researchers. Doing it occasionally is not wrong ... but doing it 80% or more is stretching it too much which is an editorial choice (am not blaming the real UFO researchers).


There may or are some exceptions where Ancient Aliens produced less annoying versions too.

Not unusual at all, Pamela. Not common, but not uncommon, either. There are certain outlets I have learned to stay away from as I know they will not play in other countries (anything from Formula One, certain auction houses and music channels), but there is no way for the OP to know, as the video will play in his or her country when initially posted.

Scotslad's vid seems to be a pirated clip (possibly why we can't see it) from the History Channel about an incident that took place in 1969, originally aired in a 2018 Ancient Aliens episode entitled 'The Taken'. These 'reuploaded' youtubes still travel in the Wild West of the Internet, as they are basically illegal, but easy to do, and fairly easy to dance around the 'fair use' laws with. They also sometimes get taken down at the insistence of the content creator.

When I switched over to the Dublin server (from Utah) so I could view the original link I had no idea what to expect. I mean, what do youtube vids look like in the UK compared to the US? Sure, someone copied the video from the source, but it didn't appear to be anything but what it was supposed to be, an episode from Ancient Aliens. So I downloaded it and had to have Tintin receive the mp4 directly and upload it to this thread.

Now I'm curious if Rich Dolan may have covered this incident. There were so many witnesses. That really stands out.

Video is fine here in UK - good sound evidence for this event - but alians don't exist so 250 people must have had the same dellusion at the exact same time.
