LIFE IS LOVE! The human heart can heal anything with the power of love 💕. Even if it only seems to exist in mere moments in time and under certain circumstances. The reality is it ripples in time infinite and makes an impression on all that it touches. It permeates the air that we breathe. You may be breathing air right now that was inhaled by Christ, Buddha, Martin Luther King, Grandi, or many of the other wonderful souls who graced this planet with their love and Grace. THE BEGINNING OF THIS UNDERSTANDING IS TRULY LOVE THYSELF, getting in touch with your own heart and feelings is a strength. We are taught emotions are a weakness, when they are actually the key to unlocking your soul purpose and how you fit into this Divine plan.

I agree.

Unconditional love of self is indeed the key, but it is also a very difficult thing to do. I believe the first step is to become completely vulnerable to self so that one can see their failings, fears and foibles. Once seen (truly seen), those flawed parts of self can be acknowledge as very real and important characteristics of self. They help form our identity. They often evolved from painful and difficult life experiences that we want to deny and reject, but we can't because they have been forged into our psyche. Instead we must see them, recognize and validate their purpose and impact on our lives. We must merge and integrate them into our definition of self. And we must accept and love them as we love all of our 'positive' attributes. Only then, can we love ourselves unconditionally. Something that takes extraordinary strength, courage and perseverance.

Thank you Malisa for this post. It has given me an opportunity to remember the life long journey I am on.

Life is simple, uncomplicated and every answer you seek is within your reach and easily grasped. Outside validation is a road taken in the wrong direction. We will never have all the answers in this one life nor should we but you can slide a few pieces of the puzzle into place while figuring out which section of the puzzle you should attack next. It becomes impossible to verbalize life's answers because the answers you are given are meant for you and you alone. Thought is the road you should travel on and time is irrelevant.

This morning I awoke from a lovely dream.


I was in a tropical beach setting where you could see and hear aqua blue water calmly lapping the beaches. The buildings curved and lowish, one to two stories, with places for natural light to stream in every where, yet cool and beautiful inside. They rose gradually from the sand in an organic way the same colour as the light land and they were designed beautifully and everything integrated into other, buildings and surroundings.


The people were of different ages, tanned skins and very loving and helpful with what ever you needed. They were dressed in natural looking light coloured linen like fabric. I met a family that took me and showed me their shop were they produced these comfortable body fitting rattan chairs, natural fibre clothes and furniture and toys and told me how they took some of their products to other markets.


I was enjoying the dream and a bit reluctant to wake up as I felt I had drifted back from some 4th density place where life is different maybe, where we have gone through our lessons and live with comfort and nature at the same time perhaps.
