To me it looks like she is epileptic, and goes into an epileptic seizure (she's clearly having a seizure), after the flash (could be anything) from her phone triggered the seizure.

It looks 100% like this is what is occurring and does not look like a heart attack at all.

Do you think they have the technology to use the phone to signal the bio-weapon inside the body also it was interesting the next subject a female was reacting by touching the cell phone. It might not be anything but I dont doubt that if they can do it they will.

When the "bio-weapon" (either vaccine or virus) can kill people, slowly over time by rendering their immune systems less able to cope with dis-ease and therefore greatly maximizing profits of the manufacturers, their owners, and other beneficiaries, why would you create something potentially impossibly complex by comparison for the purposes of killing off your potential customer?

Killing people in such a way as you describe, would easily let the whole cat out of the bag after the first few deaths ... it makes literally no sense at all.

EDIT:
I suppose from the angle of maybe faking a "second coming" it might make sense to some to think that, but I don't think that's the intention of the vaccine, and it would be found out very quickly if something like you described were to happen en mass.
