Despite the Ottawa Police briefly raising the possibility of a military intervention to clear a stubborn holdout of Freedom Convoy truckers blockading their downtown, the Canadian Armed Forces have been quick to say they will be doing no such thing . Update (0725ET): After the radical leftists in San Francisco who operate GoFundMe seized millions of dollars from the Canadian "Freedom Convoy" and vowed to refund donations to donors (upon request) or disburse the funds to "credible charities" (like Black Lives Matter, Greenpeace, and Planned Parenthood Matter), the internet went absolutely mental Friday night about the crowd-sourcing platform's decision.

Rebel News' Ezra Levant equated GoFundMe's decision as "stealing the money." He said the crowd-sourcing platform should have "automatically refunded its donors."

Hours later, around 0200 ET Saturday, GoFundMe released another statement that said, "due to donor feedback, we are simplifying the process and automatically refunding donations."

The audacity that leftists at GoFundMe thought they could redistribute the money elsewhere is shocking. It is a wake-up call for freedom-loving people who band together to take their funding operations elsewhere (ever hear of BTC or ETH?). GoFundMe's poor judgment to only now automatically refund donors has shown their true liberal colors (this blunder has sparked a trust issue with the platform).

All donors received this emailed statement early Saturday morning:

We are automatically refunding your Freedom Convoy 2022 donation.

GoFundMe supports peaceful protests and we believe that was the intention of the Freedom Convoy 2022 fundraiser when it was first created. However, as a result of multiple discussions with local law enforcement and police reports of violence and other unlawful activity, the Freedom Convoy fundraiser has been removed from the GoFundMe platform.

The update we issued earlier enabled all donors to get a refund and outlined a plan to distribute remaining funds to verified charities selected by the Freedom Convoy organizers. However, due to donor feedback, we are simplifying the process for you. We will automatically refund your contributions directly - you do not need to submit a request. You can expect to see your refund within 7-10 business days.

GoFundMe also tweeted part of the statement. The tweet was immediately 'ratioed,' which means replies outnumbered retweets and likes, indicating the tweet was very unpopular.

The world's richest person, Elon Musk, and a supporter of the truckers tweeted a meme comparing the amateur thieves robbing railcars in Los Angeles to "professional thieves" at GoFundMe. The tweet went out to 72 million of his followers.

Definitely words of wisdom in this. I love the concept of maintaining a playfulness about this. Maintaining order, cleanliness and respect of the community.

If you compare this to the CHAZ occupancy in my home area of Seattle. The filth, the destruction, the violence and the lives lost, the properties damaged and destroyed to mass, woke insanity there is quite a contrast, indeed.

Dr. Julie Ponesse has a PhD in Philosophy (Western, 2008) with areas of specialization in ethics and ancient philosophy. She has a Masters in Philosophy with Collaborative Specialization in Bioethics from the University of Toronto and a Diploma in Ethics from the Kennedy Institute of Ethics at Georgetown University. I can't make it to Ottawa but I did go out to the Toronto protest.

I ordered a bunch of stickers from Alex Jones a while back for just such an occasion.

I spent the afternoon walking around the protest site, in front of Ontario Parliament, Queen's Park, handing out AJ stickers like: "Arrest Bill Gates"; "Masks are for slaves and criminals"; "Freedom lives"; "Fake news media is the virus"; etc.

It was cold but sunny. Maybe a few thousand gathered. With cars going round and round honking their horns. Lots of Canada flags. Lots of patriots - while I thought Canada had long ago lost its pride in itself. I almost feel like this could still be my country again.

If only we could get hold of our immigration policies before all that is left here are Muslims and Chinese and every type of POC (person of colour, as racist a term as one can invent). By the way...POC gathers together every colour of skin (super racist)...except white (ultimate racism)!

So sad it came to this, in the early 70’s we moved to Toronto from UK. Great jobs, good lifestyle, but there was a special place to buy alcohol, no drinking in public, you were allowed… We didn’t do ‘allowed’, even though things relaxed, so we left to go back to UK via USA and Mexico. In those days it was Mexico on $5 and $10 a day budget. Had a great time, was pregnant, flew home to UK. History. Canada was weird, Mennonites, flat lands with virtually no history or architecture, made us appreciate UK landscape. Mennonites were wonderful, original tribal history brilliant - sadly, the original Pierre Trudeau et al trashed it, so glad we ‘escaped’ to another grand ongoing fiasco here…:thumbsdown:

Children from two high schools walked out to join the protest in Drayton and were told they would be suspended if they did so. Also, one science teacher said their grades would be docked 25% if they walked out. Another example of the degradation in schools today. The children are well spoken, more informed and seemingly more educated than some that are tasked with their education.

I'm seeing a pretty significant logistics problem of insufficient diesel fuel locally available in the not so distant future for the large number of trucks amassed in the fairly small area that is Ottawa and surroundings. They will need that fuel to keep their engines idling to provide heat to their cabs to sleep in them in cold Canadian winter weather well into spring. However, the Canadian government will be able to wait them out, particularly if there is a real or imagined or manufactured Sword of Damocle$ hanging over them, and forcing it. If they leave to refuel, they probably won't be allowed back. If locals offer the use of their homes or apartments to sleep in, the trucks could be declared abandoned, and then confiscated and auctioned off.

Anyway, just some stuff to think about.

Ottawa mayor Jim Watson has declared a state of emergency, citing “serious danger and threat to the safety and security of residents,” as Freedom Convoy truckers and their pedestrian supporters continue to occupy the capital. The move comes after Watson lamented earlier on Sunday that police have been outnumbered by the demonstrators, and indicated he wants the federal government to help squash the protest.

“The situation at this point is completely out of control because the individuals with the protest are calling the shots,” Watson told Newstalk radio. “They have far more people than we have police officers and I've indicated to the chief that we have to be much more nimble and proactive when it comes to these activities.”

The protesters have barely raised a hockey stick to warrant a high-sticking penalty, yet the police show up in formation and with gear for a full out riot!

I think that this is being used for 2 things;

The police have started arresting and charging suspects with crimes like mischief and seizing vehicles after the City of Ottawa declared a state of emergency. Snipers were seen on the roofs nearby. Police also said that anyone providing "material aid" to the protesters may be subject to arrest.

Protesters said a large amount of fuel was seized. Structures at Confederation Park, which included a shack and tents, were taken away after protesters cooperated with police.

King makes the claim that 50% of the Ottawa police force put in their resignation today. That has not been confirmed anywhere else.

OTTAWA: The Justice Centre today warned that Ottawa police would be breaking the law if police attempt to intimidate or arrest people who bring food or other supplies to truckers who are peacefully exercising their Charter rights and freedoms in Ottawa.

A tweet from Ottawa Police from 11:52 a.m. on Sunday February 6 states “Anyone attempting to bring material supports (gas, etc.) to the demonstrators could be subject to arrest. Enforcement is underway.”

“People who bring food, water, gasoline or other supplies to peacefully protesting truckers are not breaking any law. There is no basis for this police threat, that was issued by Twitter this morning,” states lawyer Nicholas Wansbutter, retained by the Justice Centre, which is representing the Freedom Convoy.

“In a free and democratic society that is governed by the rule of law, citizens can freely associate with each other, including the giving and receiving of goods and gifts. There is no law that would allow the Ottawa Police to arrest people for giving fuel or food to another Canadian,” continues Mr. Wansbutter.

A Canadian man is facing criminal charges after plowing through a group of protesters taking part in the Freedom Convoy of truckers protesting the country’s coronavirus vaccine mandates Friday night.

"A 42yr old male is facing charges after driving through a group of protesters that were part of the Freedom Convoy at the Legislative grounds," the Winnipeg Police tweeted Saturday. "4 adult males were struck."

In an accompanying press release, police say the driver in a Jeep Patriot plowed through the crowd and then sped off at high speeds before being chased down by police and arrested after a brief struggle.

Three people sustained minor injuries that did not require medical attention and the fourth was treated in the hospital and released.

I live in downtown Ottawa, right in the middle of the trucker convoy protest. They are literally camped out below my bedroom window. My new neighbours moved in on Friday and they seem determined to stay. I have read a lot about what my new neighbours are supposedly like, mostly from reporters and columnists who write from distant vantage points somewhere in the media heartland of Canada. Apparently the people who inhabit the patch of asphalt next to my bedroom are white supremacists, racists, hatemongers, pseudo-Trumpian grifters, and even QAnon-style nutters.

I have a perfect view down Kent Street – the absolute ground zero of the convoy. In the morning, I see some protesters emerge from their trucks to stretch their legs, but mostly throughout the day they remain in their cabs honking their horns. At night I see small groups huddled in quiet conversations in their new found companionship. There is no honking at night.

What I haven’t noticed, not even once, are reporters from any of Canada’s news agencies walking among the trucks to find out who these people are. So last night, I decided to do just that – I introduced myself to my new neighbours.

That's a forshortening problem. The green sign is on a concrete bridge perhaps 200m from the gantry that holds the black information sign.

Don't know if the sign ever said that, there are certainly quite a lot of artifacts around the brighter lettering but that can be from contrast processing when an image is resized.

It certainly looks more real than this one.

I think people greatly underestimate the overall importance of Ottawa and underestimate the difficulty of overcoming Trudeau. He and the WEF simply cannot afford to lose. I fear also that the People of the world cannot afford to lose in Ottawa. It will likely be the People's last battle if they lose Ottawa.


I do not agree that this is only about a non violent confrontation. I don't think the WEF will fold because of a lengthy non violent protest of a few thousand truckers. They have been working on this tyranny plan for 100 years. I think they will fold only if they are clearly weaker strength than the People's Army.

Whether it is non violent or violent confrontation, for either to succeed requires great power standing behind the Truckers with obvious reserve waiting behind them. This means the WEF must act now before the People's Army grows too large with strong reserves. I expect action by the WEF soon to squash this uprising. Just to help clear this up ... almost every single image of this nature (road conditions and general info signs like this) that makes it to the internet is photoshopped. While there is little doubt Trudeau is not very popular these days, this is 99.99% photoshopped, just like all the rest of these are (though this one is well done, and who knows, might be real, but most likely not, it doesn't matter). They are meant to by funny, take it for what it is. :)

An eight year old picture that has both Pierre and Gates in the frame explains what connection exactly? Although GiveSendGo is acting as a great mainstream method for the Freedom Convoy to raise money, Bitcoin is an even more stable way of gaining access to funds to pay for fuel and accommodations for the truckers.

What many people may not already know is that GoFundMe did send the Freedom Convoy organizers $1 million of the over $10 million raised on their campaign, but they still hit another roadblock once that $1 million was given to them because TD Canada Trust froze their bank account. This required the convoy’s lawyers to have to take more time and effort to work to unfreeze those funds, which is an issue that could still affect money raised on GiveSendGo if the organizers' bank continues to give them trouble.



Bitcoin, and other cryptocurrencies, on the other hand, are fully decentralized and do not require permission from middlemen like fundraising websites and banks in order to gain access to funds sent to the Freedom Convoy.

Donors initially raised more than $10-million through GoFundMe, which announced last Friday it was pulling the plug on the campaign and that the money would be refunded. The site said it initially believed the demonstration was going to be peaceful, but withdrew its support after police and local leaders raised concerns it had become an “occupation.”

Convoy organizers quickly set up new campaigns on Christian fundraising site GiveSendGo. As of Thursday, “Freedom Convoy 2022″ had raised $US8.4-million and “Adopt-a-Trucker” had amassed more than $686,000.

The crowdfunding site did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Organizers have also touted the cryptocurrency Bitcoin as another way to generate funds for protesters and avoid other potential fundraising shutdowns, including during a news conference that was livestreamed to supporters on Wednesday.

Ontario’s move to freeze access to the donations comes the same day as an all-party House of Commons committee of MPs heard testimony from deputy directors of Canada’s financial intelligence hub about how it doesn’t cover crowdfunding sites like GoFundMe.

They do know for a fact that a "processing center" is being set up just outside of Ottawa, where they anticipate that they'll be "kettled" (herded) by the riot cops to be arrested and legally processed into the Canadian Criminal Justice System.

Polly says that Trudeau doesn't listen to his colleagues or to his constituents. She says, "Basically, what Trudeau does – and this has been the case for 6 years – is they go into the House of Commons, they go in and ask him questions and he gives the same answer, over and over, until people want to shoot themselves in the head. We live on a farm in the country, so we don’t get too many people knocking on our front door. My daughter thought it may have been a customer that needed something from our farm store.

I've seen something to suggest there's already a contingency plan in Canada to offer people refusing the vaccine a "digital passport" that is basically the same thing as the vaccine pass, except you're not vaccinated. You just install an app on the phone, it tracks your movements, etc. and you can use it to do things, like go to the restaurant. Its main use as the main piece in a social credit / tracking system will grow out of that.

I am actually only half way through but I wanted to make a point before I forget or get side tracked by something else... the Truckers Group is ripe for infiltration and this is obviously a standard move from the establishment to gain control of a movement and weaken it and then disperse it..

I've seen something to suggest there's already a contingency plan in Canada to offer people refusing the vaccine a "digital passport" that is basically the same thing as the vaccine pass, except you're not vaccinated. You just install an app on the phone, it tracks your movements, etc. and you can use it to do things, like go to the restaurant. Its main use as the main piece in a social credit / tracking system will grow out of that.

Yeah this is concerning and I agree - it's sadly inevitable.

There must have been some interesting conversations around tables of the globalist elitist class once this movement really began to take hold. My guess is that the protest itself must have been predicted and planned for, but perhaps the speed and effectiveness of the movement has taken them by surprise. Who knows... It just seems out of control to me (the 'protest'... definitely seems more of a movement!).

So, of course, the talking points around those tables I'm taking about are going to be along the lines of...

How can we stop this without causing even more public outcry? Obviously, there's a list somewhere that looks a bit like this:

* Disrupt supply of food and fuel

* Seize control of funds

* Use emergency legal measures to criminalise protesters and supporters

* Continue to smear truckers and supporters across MSM, painting then as fundamentalist extremists

* Infiltrate the group with political operatives who have globalist sympathies, who we control

* Infiltrate the group with secret service operatives to gain knowledge of plans and to subvert the peaceful nature of the protest.

All heading towards... The deliberate exacerbation of infrastructure meltdown, by government, to be blamed on truckers, along with, perhaps, a good old false flag to help smear the movement as violent and whatever -ism and -ist and -phobia you care to throw at it.

I know I'm completely stating the obvious here... This is perhaps as much a reminder to myself as anything else... These tactics, and other ones I haven't thought of from my current couch position, are entirely to be expected. The playbook.

100,000,000 SATS equal 1 BITCOIN.
So they have raised 2,100,000,000 SAT which is 21 BITCOIN. That's a value of roughly $1,150,000 CAD.

I also want to know where the money is actually going.

I called both Liberal and Conservative MP's months ago to grill
them on the government mandates.

You couldn't tell one from the other.
They listened to me with a deaf ear.

If the Conservatives were in power now they'd be doing the exact same thing
as Trudeau is doing.

Yes it's good news but...

Government's are always making plans.
They need to lift all the mandates immediately.

In three weeks they could say there is a new variant of concern
and they are deeply concerned about it.
Therefore they will need to put on the brakes with their decision
to lift the mandates.

Recall all the times citizens have been jerked around like
this over the past two years.

There is no better time to lift them as today.


If Trudeau told the truckers he'd be lifting all mandates on March 1, 2022
