What is the process to remove a President who is considered to be incompetent by many?

I can not understand why knowledgeable people who are aware of what is going on have not gotten together with like minded people to start the process to remove Biden from office.

Are some people afraid that it might start a civil war because of the Trump conundrum.

If we have to suffer the insanity of Biden for two more years it will be detrimental to the stability of the US.

There must be people behind the scene of the current administration who are not in favor of the Chinese communist
party's implications with Joe Biden.

I have a feeling that he will not be there for much longer. It might be that the process is so slow because of the Vice President not being much better competent-wise.

I've never been a political-minded guy but now it's so unavoidable
it's a constant concern.

Lawfully:

Impeachment in the House and conviction thereafter by the Senate,

the 25th amendment, but that might not result in permanent removal, or

voluntary (or involuntary) resignation.

Death while in office will also result in removal. (I am referring to death by natural causes, such as accident or illness. I am not referring to and I am in no way suggesting unlawful means of death.)

25th amendment (https://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/amendmentxxv) is a dead ringer for Mr Dementia... I'd be shocked if he finishes this year in office given his camera performances lately.

She’s criminally and mentally incompetent and thus yielded the question, which she stated she did not understand, to the anointed slick mouthpiece who stammers around feigning to believe in the Constitution. They routinely trample on the Constitution, yet when it suits them they pull it out of their arsenal of tricks and lies to try to justify their unconstitutional conduct.

To them what is unconstitutional is constitutional and vice versa. Disgusting.

the culmination of years of slow degrading of the US to foster and encourage a shift of power base from the west to the east and then into a global structure... it's getting pretty obvious & the key players I think thought this would have been handled by now; they are running out of time and out of puppets & the internet is catching their obvious tactics readily....

or that's all tinfoil hat thoughts....

Agreed, Section 4 of the 25th Amendment (https://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/amendmentxxv) will be invoked.

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.

I also wonder if the reason why this has not yet happened is because the puppet masters believe Kamala would be more of a disaster. My bet is if she is replaced first, then Biden will be next.

If his cabinet votes him incompetent, he can be replaced by the vice president. Good luck with that! :-) Well at least she's not senile.

In the case of Abe Lincoln and John F. Kennedy I think they took a different approach, didn't they?

Death is covered in Section 1 of the 25th Amendment (https://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/amendmentxxv):

In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.

Section 2 gives the President the authority to nominate a Vice President in the event of a VP vacancy:

Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.

Truman

Demonstrates the gross unfairness of evil in our world.

As Catherine Austin Fitts often points out, Biden's incompetency is intended, and all part of the big picture agenda requiring "destroying the brand" of the USA. Harming the military through the injections is another tactic, and there are many others on different fronts.
