From everything i intuit, sense, and I have read in NDE and spiritual etc, God wants us to be in service. Service to others. This is not to deny our careers, pursuits and own self interests. This is to have a world view that shines a light out, rather than on yourself.

This can be done in so many ways from large too small for there is no order in miracles. It can have to do with money and things, but love and intention is essential. This is where heaven and hell resides.
When we turn from God, we decend towards hell, a bottomless pit of investment in illusions, becuase nothing of earthly matter lasts.

To see others, a stranger, even a person you don't like, as yourself, is monumental. Like a parent seeing all their children equal regardless of their traits and behavior.

All things, all matter will pass. All our looks, our ego image will be taken with age, the great non discriminatory leveler
We are spirits living in a body that is meant to be enjoyed for a while. Like the fun house at an amusment park.
But many dont see the illusion and let the ego rule. They will spend time in the house of horrors, a choice of their making by free will.

Whats amazing is when we are in service to others, our own interests seem to work out for the better
