Hello all

So after being put off by this thread I just went through http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?11712-For-those-wishing-to-protest-Bills-negotiating-in-their-name-7-Bil-to-1-Bil-reduction I felt it would be good for business to open up a thread were people could post there specific ideas to fix the state of the planet; think of it like you have a board meeting next week in front of the controlling group of the planet and you get to make a presentation of how you would like to do things. They don't have to be specifically geared toward population reduction I just put that in the title because I feel that's the issue people are most uncomfortable with. I think this will be far more constructive compared to the thread above and since this forum is being monitored by the higher ups and Charles, one of your ideas (or even a collective) may be considered; this way there all in one thread and easy to view for whom ever may be watching!!

Okay you asked for it. This is why I came to this site. To test out a real exchange of ideas and real confrontation of the problems.

Population Control is a real problem and should be addressed. I believe the universe gave us pretty darn good birth control for mass production in the 60s and we failed to confront the issue and all its forms then. Great illustration of how kicking the can down the road only causes more pain.

1. Turning public forum focus on how we got to be so child center so quickly after 1965. Prior to birth control access we had many, many orphanages, boys towns, etc. Adoption was rare but highly available. Discussing the rewards of having children. I look at soap operas which I have been watching on and off for over 40 years. In the beginning children will always problems. Little children, little problems, big children, big problems. Now all children are miracles and precious and part of the self actualization process. I think this is a lot of hooey. Leading many people to have children for the wrong reasons.

Discussion needs to include the concept of the selfishness of having children. The morality of having children you cannot afford to feed or educate. The concept of is it just my children or the planet's children? The real sacrifice having children requires and a process of commitment to reaching that. Considering the license to have children as a huge commitment and one certainly as serious as driving a car and entering a profession that is licensed and regulated.

2. The concept of allowing euthanasia of choice for the elderly and disabled. In Europe they have had Brompton's Cocktail for decades which is a heroin painkiller mixture taking orally where the patient is allowed to drink as much or as little as they want. No one is encouraged to die but no one is forced to live in excruciating pain if that is not their choice.

3. The recognition of what it means to be sentient. Chimps are less than 2% DNA different from ourselves. They have relationships and patterns of thinking. We do not have the right to experiment on them or declare them unconscious because we don't know. Meanwhile, one of my first patients in the Rampart Building of Agnews state was a body about a foot and a half long with a head two feet in diameter. It maybe had an IQ of 2. It was fed high nutrient pablum by holding its nose forcing it to open its mouth. It required round the clock nursing care--these kind of patients 4 -1 ratio. It had been over to the state at birth with no contact or visitors. It died and they resuscitated it! I have been an advocate of euthanasia ever since.

I have seen multiples cases of these cases like out of the twilight zone. Agnews had six floors of them in the Rampart. There is no purpose to this. We have to become comfortable with the idea of the difference between mere life and sentience. That is the major issue never addressed in the abortion context etc. These cases should go before community boards. Handled with compassion, wisdom, and sense of moralistic justice, there is no slippery slope.

4. While there are birth defects, there are death defects. If there is no sentience left in the body, how long do we want to preserve it? I have seen many patients in convalescent hospitals who are essentially in a coma and breathing. They have to be turned every two hours, washed, creamed etc. They are not. We just don't want to see and enforce what their care requires. We want to pay minimal wage for hard physical and psychological taxing work and punish these people for not doing their jobs when once a year the inspectors come. I have seen people loose first a foot, then a leg, then arm etc til they are a torso and a head on a feeding tube. The statistics are that 75% of people over 75 can not take care of themselves. These issues have lots of ways of being addressed and should be.

5. Placing death back into the realm of normal in society thinking and acceptance and conversation. Looking at what a conscious death means and how to come to that. The Jains were doing this thousands of years ago. The sleeping Buddhas are not sleeping but dying peacefully. Their countries do not call them sleeping.

6. One of the things I am convinced of is that the controllers are now close to having huge extended lives but cannot do so publicly and the masses would not tolerate a huge age gap in the way they tolerate a huge income gap. Thus, massive population reduction would result in much longer lives and I think that is part of the goal.

7. If things really are that critical asking the old to choose a conscious death to let the young survive. I have seriously thought if I am willing to do this because as I age I find every moment more precious. In the US if the boomers chose this it would reduce the population by a one third. I would do this only if all the other issues were addressed and placed in written and irrevocable law. Otherwise my death would be useless. Part of that would have to be guaranteed universal education because asking me to die for the stupid is a big sacrifice that serves no purpose. Part of that would have to be an agreed history of this planet constructed by all aspects of human knowledge and culture and provided access at all time by the internet.

While I know many will not agree with any of this. All of this is points of discussion.

At least I have proven I have thought about this long and hard and in terms of what I am personally willing to do or not do.

There is a lot we must get rid of before we can initiate real change. Much like Céline has stated we must live from a place of Love. Those of us that realize the importance of this and are at a level to do so, must do so now. Running to join like-minded communities and away from the mess, is quite tempting. The real work starts in our everyday interactions with everyone. Holding your Love vibration, free of fear, anger, hatred etc. will spill over onto those around you. Even to those people who have no idea or want of knowledge about the bigger picture. We will receive what we put out there and the only way to make lasting change is for the majority of humans to start working on themselves and Mother Earth. Those of us who realize this have a duty, not to educate the masses about what may or may not be coming, theories, ETs and such. Our duty is to simply Love and spread this Love to all. That is when change will be done and Earth will recover.

There was a time, not so long ago that we were told by our "bosses" that we needed to have a stake in "business" so that we could "afford" to retire. Then the litttle Wall Street Weasels convinced us that if we started feeding their speculative beast earlier and earlier, that we could retire as millionnaires. Wow. What a concept. Live like frugal little squirrels with your nose to the grindstone for 30-40 years and then you can chuck all of life's little lessons ( conservation, savings, work ethic) and live like there is no tomorrow! So we feed the beast all of our spare nuts, but that's not enough for the beast or the empty promises it made to the squirrels, so it sends out its Weasels to trick others into buying property they cannot afford with the money that the the squirrls gave them so they could become like Kings in their golden years. Now the beast has the homes of the disadvantaged, the squirrels are back to square one and the Weasels are laughing all the way to the bank. If you want to fix it quickly? Dump Wall Street/FTSE et al and liquidate anythiing you have invested in it. Let the economy completely fail and then pick up the pieces and start over. This would eliminate the responsibility that the 33 feel for fixing the mess, as ideally, it would equalize them with the rest of the population and would force all of us to live in the moment in a sustainable Agrarian environment supporting need in lieu of greed.

I would like to devote much more time to a reply to this topic, as i really think this is where a revolutionary thaught may make all the diffrence in the world.

But a few early thaughts.

Remember we are one with the earth and all creation, it is by holding ourselves above the earth that we have come to these dire straits. Holding the earth up above us is eaqualy unhealthy. As humans we are part of this world, and are niether above or below it.

I would like to direct peoples attention to the 'Ringing Cedars' series of books, which come the closest to providing a model for how to achieve a world of 6 billion poeple living as one with the earth. Some things are so simple and self evident that proof is entirely unnecessary.

@ The 'Controlling group' the game is won, and i believe you have made your point. i think you will find it very boring if you continue with your planned path, the world will become your 'farmville'. I do not ask you to give up your power and join us, i ask you to keep your power and join us, we can make this the universe's most interesting place together!

There is no point in even trying to figure out how we got to the point we are at.

This has been a major problem with the alternative media, not that the research into hidden tech/black ops/conspiracy theory etc. isn't productive, its far more productive than say, mainstream media, but in the end it has played the same role.. Distracting us, not from whats going on, but from what we need to do, which is find a way forward for ourselves our families and communities.

Holding a post mortem on humanity, when we're not even dead yet, just keeps everybody talking. Meanwhile we starve to death while getting fat on junk food.

Ok. So really this whole issue is one of control. control of yourself, control others have over you, control of the planet, control of the race as a whole. controll of the galaxy perhaps.

Demolish the monetary system.

Kill off half of the coporations/markets. Why is there a need for 50 brands of TV, that all have the same insides, but a differnet logo on front with a differnet price tag? Acceptions/special models for people with disabilties are exempt - but on a similar thing - no 50 different products that all do the exact same thing.

Put all corporations together so they are to make cross-working components. No more wiring the power on the cirut boards in reverse to other companies so stuff goes boom if you try to mix and match. for reasonable stuff only - ie - power plugs, the sockets things connect with/plug into, etc.

Encourage all people to have backyard gardens. Give incentives for doing this.

Totaly re-construct the educational system. Children should be taught from a young age that all life is precious, that no one is better than the other, that because people look differnet to you does not mean they are different, nor deserve to be treated differently. Bring back the ability for kids to get the spoon and whack the kid one if he sneaks up on a bird and smacks it just for fun.

If a woman is to fall pregnant she is to stop work, and to be sent off to a relaxation centre or something. The father should also be given "benefits" for this time as he'd to be taking on additioanl responcibilites whcih the mother would normaly do? if there is any issue with the father keepign everythign up and running smothly for this period of time. We want smarter, people that think with their frontal lobe, not their reptilian brain. Its been proven 1000 times over, calm, relaxed, happy mother = bigger frontal lobe in the baby. angry - stressed - upset monther = bigger reptilian brain. We want to evolve, not devolve.


Mothers should also be encouraged to stay home during the early years, and raise the child. none of this babysitter no time at home to see the kdis because of the bills crap.


I would make all illicit drugs legal. Anything other than pot, when you buy you're name's put on a list. If you suffer overdose or a bad side effect - tough luck. you chose to take the substance, you were warned beforehand. It was your'e responcibility to choose to take the substance, and unerstadn its effects and possible side effects. Take responsibilty for you're actions. Pot is excemt from this rule purely because its a natural plant. Perhaps other natural substances, ie, you grow it you pick it you smoke it stuff - excempt. Manmade stuff with chemicals - you're on you're own there.

redo the criminal system. For people whom hurt people, or animals, whom cant fight back . Have the same pain they inflicted, inflicted on them the exact same way.

Peadofiles are to have their bits chopped off, left in a public stock for 48hrs so people can throw food, humiliate them, and then life in solitary confinment to reflect on their actions. Murderer's just get solitary confinment for life. You ended someone elses life. We dont want to lower ourselves to you're level, as killing is not right. What better punishment than to let them feel what its like not to live?


Lesser crimes can be handled by giving out community service, not the current type where people just stand around all day and do nothing, send them to a farm to collect cow poop and hay, have them clean toilets, floors, walls in public places, have them help out community members in need, ie hurricane wipes out half a town - have them help clean up and rebuild. perhaps have someone sit down with the person and try and find why they chose to do what they did, and councel them, or investigate deeper into the problem - ie the person stole food because they had none - investigate as to why. we cannot continue to fix wounds/problems with bandaids if theres still a splinter in the wound.

demolish churches and places religious worship. gods have said god knows how many times that you dont need a place of worship to worship/praise them. If people realy do want to get together and compare clothes, let them use the buildigns and so whichever. no money is to be given or taken, rock up with books and sing, but buy/bring you're own books. have the community bring in food if you want to hold get together barbeque's etc. have someone local get elected (fairly, if possible, HA!) to organise the events - but again noone is to gain anything from their status. this is if people can respect eachother's beliefs and not try to shove their own down peoples throats.

If we were able to make a presentation to the ruling elite, I think the most important point to bring forward would have to be the need for "Disclosure". We are able to handle truth and ready to move on to the next stage.
Disclosure being:
-The true history of our planet and the human existence would need to released. Unlocking of the hidden vaults , librairies, and artifacts.
-The release of the true actual science (such as free energy) and the real physics of the universe that is known up to now and where we are in it.
-Revealing the true nature of our consciousness and the great potential it can bring with it.

With the release of such a vast amount of information would take years for us to catch up. I would like to present a different model in the way life is currently being conducted and directed on this world. This would take a monumental shift in the way life is approached.
-The current monetary system and the current goals of the populace would have to shift to system where money, greed, and the constant drive to attain wealth is abolished and replaced with a system of contributing to society with skills that interest you and bettering oneself by whatever means are available to you. This sounds like an insurmountable task but with the release of the new science available to us, it would be easier than we might think.
-The wars would have to STOP. No human really wants to hurt another living creature. The atrocities committed through wars are the worst possible part of human history. I know that the "elite" could put an end to wars very quickly and the need for war should not have to exist on this world or on others. Peaceful coexistence is possible and very achievable. As Charles sort of put it "borders are an illusion, divide and conquer".
-Clean the planet. Stop with the poisoning of life, air, water, food, medicine, and earth. This is in everyone's best interest, including yours and your children's. The means are available now to accomplish this, even without the unknown science technologies that I'm sure could and would help immensely.

I think this could be a possible beginning to interaction with the "elite" with the hopes in delaying their current plans or possibly creating an option for a new and challenging plan that would allow humankind to prosper and become all we can be. With this disclosure, the current world "problems" could be virtually eliminated and a new paradigm of the human existence could unravel and propel us into a newly enlightend species in this great universe we are currently coexisting with.

Under a 'monetary' system money IS value. Today we live under an Imperial Monetary System. It dominates the planet. The human race is indebted to the elite to the tune of quadrillions of dollars of derivatives or gambling debt. It is not payable. That is why austerity is underway.

Lets view it from a non-money world: I grow apples and you make nails. I need nails to build, but apples have not been harvested yet, so I give you a CREDIT toward the apples to be harvested. The CREDIT has no intrisic value, but can be traded for goods needed. Fair play is the result in a CREDIT system.

Under the US Federal Constitution, the United States is a CREDIT system, not a monetary system. The Constitution was designed to break free of oligarchical rule under monetary systems. Unfortunately, monetarism dominates the U.S. via Fed Reserve.

If the USA were to return to a credit system, it would crush the elite contol structure eventually. That was the intent of FDR back in the 1930's and 40's through the Bretton Woods Agreement and the passage of the Glass Steagall Act of 1933. Glass Steagall was repealed in 1999.

If the United States were to restore the Glass Steagall Act of 1933, it would remove the 'gambling' debt off the books of our nation freeing up the necessary CREDIT for infastructure. In other words, it will bankrupt the controllers, Wall St and the Federal Reserve. We will protect the commercial banks, under bankruptcy reorganization, which will assist in rebuilding the planet.

The plans for rebuilding are already on the table. Projects like NAWAPA will take 50 to 100 years to complete and employ approximately 7 million highly skilled workers, not to mention the supporting nuclear power plants and maglev trains needed to assist.

The political fight for the restoration of the Glass Steagall Act is the only solution, nothing else will work.

I would say that it's better that each person limits themselves to 1-2 children.(Any more is really an indulgence created by the brainwashing idea to have more of eveything)..i mean really isn't 2 whole lives enough to pass on ones self? to need to have a boy or a girl cause you already had 3 of one kind seems kinda selfish. There are millions of orphans and yet since they aren't yours they aren't special? I mean obviously those who have more already cant really help it but why not set limits? coming from a family with 6 siblings myself i have to say its only much harder to be one of many than one of 2. It's chaotic and often parents dont have enough time to devote individually. If nothing else, people who are considering children should be required to take a parental education class and pass an exam in order to be allowed. After all if you have to take a test to be trusted on the road, you should have to take one if you're going to unleash your "spawn" upon the world. While I'm proud of the mother i have i have been witness to many lame "parents" being verbally /emotionally or physically abusive towards their children, or just too worried about their own needs to bring the children up properly. I've also seen them spoil them insanely creating more needy, demanding , emotionally explosive individuals (which we already have an over abundance in). Also instead of putting elders in nursing homes why not bring them back to teach the children? While some elderly are stubborn and set on things they give the best advice with whole lifetimes behind it. often our parents are still learning themselves. While were at it why not teach children how to treat eachother? some classes on mannerism and etiquette early on could help to curb parental shortcomings. My great aunt was a big help in my youth and when youre young and maluable you really absorb that stuff...The youth becomes scarily more self involved every year. Pushing us further from the possibility of reconnecting with our more omnipresent selves. Also cutting out media influence would be a big help...instead of giving little girls "baby born" dolls and programming them to play house, why not give them an art set and let them become a little more individual. Maybe little boys wouldnt evolve into thugs if instead of being handed "action toys" and guns and racecars you allowed them to embrace childlike wonder and taught them about insects or something of a stimulating nature that doesnt dictate a personality they should absorb, doesnt demand they can't cry or depend on others. Why must they draw such thick lines between genders in the first place..At one point were we not the exact same? Why not take down all these tabloid ideas of what is and should be and start from ourselves and who we are, what we are. If nothing else it'd be a start. Realistically deep down in one way in another we all just want to be cared for and accepted. On the subject of population there is so much land here. I just think people should be more responsible and not take on more than they can realistically handle. Noone should have to devote entirely all of their prime years to being a "mom" this is where elders come in as well. A parent is still a child at heart. Instead of worrying about the elites and their selfish ways (which at this time they're untouchables) why not collectively begin to share and split resources amonst eachother? if enough people declared sovreignity collectively, and began co- operations of their small buisnesses we could be free. we just need people willing to work for food and shelter directly and cut out money entirely. THESE are just theories, I'm not sure how we would go about such a large project but i do know of a small town in washington working to become entirely self sustained. maybe just a little bit out a time. Here's a thought...how many meals couldve been made for the hungry for every $ spent on the latest iphone...how many houses couldve been built for every $ spent on the latest flat screen/blu ray entertainment system? Part of why they have control in the first place is because everyone consumes by want not need. Of course the idea of shared community and having less to give others equal scares most ppl, thats how you were programmed to think. We have become metaphorical hamsters, gathering more than we need to keep ourselves fat and happy in our littles beds as the bigger picture slides on by. Even for those who do not plan to have children why shouldnt you worry about the future of others? (If you believe in past lives do you really want to be reincarnated into the future we're headed towards?) instead of being patriotic to your fabricated "nations why not be a proud member of earth and start supporting it from the roots up?( not directed at anyone in particular, again just more things to think about)

You need a vision. Its a common leadership understanding - if you have a vision that everyone can get behind then the combined power of all those behind it makes it happen.

Therefore, for me, I think it sufficient to have a clear image of what it is that one wants. Then to focus on that envisioning it as if it had already happened, and then let the universe do its magic. I am not good enough to tell it how to do that - but it is clear that there are people on this thread that are. More power to you.
