This the Russian perspective on earth changes. Hard facts
that are going unreported in America.The atmospheres of the
planets are changing. Dr. Dmitriev's work shows that the
planets themselves are changing. They are undergoing
changes in their atmospheres.

For example the Martian atmosphere is getting sizably
thicker than it was before. The Mars observer probe in 1997
lost one of its mirrors, which caused it to crash, because the
atmosphere was about twice as dense as they calculated, and
basically the wind on that little mirror was so high that it
blew it right off the device.

Earth's moon is growing an atmosphere

Also, the moon is growing an atmosphere that's made up of a
compound Dmitriev refers to as ''Natrium.'' Dmitriev says
that, around the moon, there is this 6,000-kilometer-deep
layer of Natrium that wasn't there before.

And we're having this kind of change in Earth's atmosphere
in the upper levels, where HO gas is forming that wasn't
there before; it simply did not exist in the quantity that it
does now. It's not related to global warming and it's not
related to CFCs or fluorocarbon emissions or any of that
stuff. It's just showing up.

Magnetic fields and brightness of the planets are changing.
The planets are experiencing sizable changes in their overall
brightness. Venus, for example, is showing us marked
increases in its overall brightness. Jupiter has gotten to have
such a high energetic charge that there is actually a visible
tube of ionizing radiation that's formed between its moon,
Io. You can actually see the luminous energy tube in
photographs that have been taken more recently..

And the planets are having a change in their fields. The
magnetic fields are becoming stronger. Jupiter's magnetic
field has more than doubled. Uranus's magnetic field is
changing. Neptune's magnetic field is increasing. These
planets are becoming brighter. Their magnetic field strength
is getting higher. Their atmospheric qualities are changing.

Uranus and Neptune appear to have had recent pole shifts.
When the Voyager 2 space probe flew past Uranus and
Neptune, the apparent north and south magnetic poles
were sizably offset from where the rotational pole was.
In one case, it was 50 degrees off, and in the other case the
difference was around 40 degrees, both of which are pretty
big changes.

The overall changes could essentially be broken down into
three categories: Energy field changes, luminosity changes,
and atmospheric changes.

Overall volcanic activity has increased 500 percent since
1975 On the Earth, we're seeing the changes even more
ompletely.

For example, Michael Mandeville has done research that has
shown that the overall volcanic activity on the Earth since
1875 has increased by roughly 500 percent. The overall
earthquake activity has increased by 400 percent just since
1973.

Natural disasters increased 410 percent between 1963 and
1993

Dr. Dmitriev did a very elaborate calculation of natural
disasters. He showed that if you compare the years 1963
through 1993, the overall amount of natural disasters of
all different kinds - whether you are talking hurricanes,
typhoons, mud slides, tidal waves, you name it - have
increased by 410 percent.

The Sun's magnetic field increased by 230 percent since
1901

There's a study by Dr. Mike Lockwood from Rutherford
Appleton National Laboratories in California, who has been
investigating the Sun. He has discovered that since 1901, the
overall magnetic field of the Sun has become 230 percent
stronger than it was before.

More than just Earth Changes

So, all in all, what we're seeing is a lot more than just what
they call Earth Changes. Some people get into the idea that
there is an interaction between the Earth and the Sun that's
going on here. Very, very few people are aware of the work
that is being done in the Russian National Academy of
Sciences in Siberia, specifically in Novosibirsk, where they
are doing this research. They've come to the conclusion that
the only possible thing that could be causing this energetic
change all throughout the Solar System is that we are moving
into an area of energy that is different - that is higher.

The glowing plasma at the leading edge of our Solar System
has recently increased 1000 percent

Now, check this out. The Sun itself has a magnetic field,
of course, and that magnetic field creates an egg around
the Solar System, which is known as the heliosphere. The
heliosphere is shaped like a teardrop, with the long and thin
end of the drop pointing in the opposite direction from the
direction that we're traveling. It's just like a comet, where the
tail is always pointing away from the Sun.

The Russians have looked at the leading edge of this
heliosphere, and they have observed glowing, excited plasma
energy there. This plasma energy used to be 10 astronomical
units deep (an astronomical unit is the distance from the
Earth to the Sun, 93,000,000 miles). So ten astronomical
units represents the normal thickness of this glowing energy
that we used to see at the front end of the Solar System.

Today, that glowing plasma has gone to 100 astronomical
units deep. Although Dmitriev's paper does not give an exact
timeline, we can assume that this increase happened in the
same 1963 to 1993 period as the increase he found in natural
disasters. Whenever it happened, that's a 1,000 percent
increase in the overall brightness of the energy at the front
end of the Solar System.

And this means that the Solar System itself is moving into an
area where the energy is more highly charged. That higher-
charged energy is in turn exciting the plasma and causing more
of it to form, so you see more luminosity, more brightness.
This energy is then flowing into the Sun, which in turn emits
the energy and spreads it out along its equatorial plane, which
is called the Ecliptic.

This in turn is saturating interplanetary space, which causes
the solar emissions to travel more quickly and charge up the
energy on the planets.

And this is conscious energy that is changing how the planet
works, how it functions, and what kind of life it supports.
The harmonics of the DNA spiral itself are altering. That's
the real, hidden cause of spontaneous mass evolutions in
previous epochs of time.

All this is happening all at the same time, and it's all working
up to a crescendo where there is going to be a sudden shift.

In other words, we will get to the point where we are so
far into the new level of energy that there will be a sudden
expansion of the basic harmonic wavelengths that the Sun
emits as it radiates energy out of itself. This increase in
energy emission will change the basic nature of all matter
in the Solar System. The planets are pushed slightly farther
away from the Sun and the atoms and molecules that make
them up actually expand in terms of their physical size.

Overview

The significant – nay, unprecedented -- weather changes, currently alarming millions here on Earth, are ultimately part of an overall, mysterious transformation that is affecting the Sun, a number of other planets and many of their satellites… all across the solar system.
In this Report we shall be citing specific scientific papers backing up these “system-wide,” apparently systemic changes -- evidence derived from published, mainstream sources, compiled by researchers at major institutions, who obviously (from the authors’ own comments) haven’t themselves fully grasped the magnitude (to say nothing of the underlying cause) of what they’re seeing… or, why they’re seeing it right now.
The “cause and effect” of these remarkable planetary transformations, we believe, is explained by appealing to a new form of Physics -- not yet embraced by most of mainstream science. In fact, this is an “old Physics” -- once the centerpiece of 19th Century, pre-quantum reality. At its most fundamental, it is a Physics based on the literal accessibility of “higher dimensions.”
This “higher dimensional/hyperdimensional” description is not just an abstract concept, left over from a few mathematicians a hundred years ago -- but is a serious, quantifiable new model, regarding the real domain of energies that invisibly flow into and out of our “three-dimensional” reality… literally creating in the process all of physical matter… as well as its observed, three-dimensional, highly complex interactions.
In addition to its fundamental hyperdimensional component, this “new Physics” is intimately coupled to a modified concept of a spatial “aether.” This “aether,” however, is distinctly different from another old 19th Century concept – an “electromagnetic aether,” proposed then as a medium (analogous to air or water) necessary to carry rhythmic light and radio vibrations across “empty space.” This “new aether” also has no connection to the now popular term “zero point energy” -- the current quantum mechanics description of vacuum processes proposed by mainstream physics to generate matter and energy from empty space.
This new, modified aether is, in fact, a “massless, non-electromagnetic aether” – a charge-free transfer medium pervading all of space, and conveying “hyperdimensional energy” from more complex, higher dimensions into “our” dimension.
In the model of Hyperdimensional Physics proposed by one of us (Hoagland), it is the innate rotation of mass in three dimensions (or, the gravitational revolution of “one mass around another mass, via an orbit”) that opens up a literal “rift,” or “gate,” between dimensions. “HD energy” flows through this gate, modifying the massfree aether in this dimension -- creating a variety of observable and measurable physical effects, including the cyclic appearance of matter and energy in our dimension. The overall quantity of energy “gated” into this dimension is directly proportional to “the total amount of angular momentum” in the spinning or gravitating system involved…
In an orbital system, this total quantity is also “modulated” -- by the constantly changing geometric relationships between the various masses in their orbits; certain “tetrahedral” angles (60 and 120 degrees), allow maximal energy transmission between dimensions; while other angles (90 and 180 degrees) interfere with that transmission and restrict it. These geometric effects are due to the inevitable “resonance and dissonance effects” of interfering wave patterns in the underlying aether “matrix.”
The simplest solar system analogy would be “multiple ripples on a pond” – with the overlapping “energy ripples” being the vast range of frequency alterations of the underlying massfree aether, caused by the hyperdimensional energy entry into our dimension via the rotating Sun, its rotating and orbiting planets… and their rotating and orbiting moons (see illustration, below).
In other words -- the entire “solar system” functions as a real, hyperdimensional, interconnected, resonant (or at times, dissonant) system…
The dramatically changing planetary effects we are about to recount in this Report, we believe, are a direct result (in the Hoagland Model) of these complex spins and geometrically-changing orbits of the solar system’s currently known planetary members, and their quantifiable effects on this underlying resonant aether pattern; augmented (in this Model) by additional, yet undiscovered planets that are also affecting the pattern – but which are orbiting far beyond the boundaries of the presently known solar system…

By far the most complete laboratory work on the basic properties of this underlying, critical “HD transfer aether” -- required in Hoagland’s Model to transmit the hyperdimensional information into our dimension -- has been carried out by Dr. Paulo and Alexandra Correa. A comprehensive overview of their extensively documented research and experiments can be viewed at aetherometry.com. (http://www.aetherometry.com/) The late Dr. Eugene Mallove, former Head Science Writer at MIT, and former President of the New Energy Foundation, as well as Editor in Chief of its scientific journal, Infinite Energy, described it thus:
“What is Aetherometry and how to begin to understand it? It comprises the study and measurement of the aether -- not the static, electromagnetic "luminiferous aether" of the 19th Century, but a dynamic non-electromagnetic aether that is amenable to measurement through the deflection of electroscope leaves, mercury thermometers, Geiger-Muller tubes, oscilloscopes, Tesla coils, Faraday cages, and other commonly available instruments and circuit elements. Of course, anyone who is a closed-minded believer in Einsteinian relativity -- the Special or General theories -- would find little or no reason to investigate Aetherometry…”
While the Correas’ work is entirely separate from our own, both authors strongly believe that there is a fundamental connection between a “massfree aether,” and the equally demonstrable hyperdimensional energies it is conveying into our three spatial dimensions. Further experimental work… will advance efforts to ultimately prove or disprove such a critical connection.

Hoagland's “magnum opus” -- The Monuments of Mars: A City on The Edge of Forever (North Atlantic Books, Berkeley, 1987) -- proposed the first 20th Century restatement of the old 19th Century Hyperdimensional and Aether Model, coupled with the specific discovery of hyperdimensional planetary features identified via contemporary telescope and spacecraft observations. Hoagland showed that “geometric resonant energy fields” within these nearby planets directly affect their observable “atmospheric signatures,” as well as the critical location of major surface features – such as the latitude of the largest shield volcanoes.
Specifically, the focus was on the simple geometric solid known as a “tetrahedron” -- a four-sided object, with each side as an equilateral triangle. Like the other four "Platonic Solids" -- the “octahedron, cube, dodecahedron and icosahedron” -- the tetrahedron will fit perfectly inside of a sphere. If one of its tips is aligned with the north pole of a rotating, planetary sphere -- then the other three points will all emerge at 19.5 degrees, south of the equator. Similarly, if a tetrahedron is hypothetically placed inside with one tip pointing towards the south pole, the other three “vertices” will emerge at 19.5 degrees north of the equator:

As explained in a series of Hyperdimensional Physics papers (www.enterprisemission.com (http://www.enterprisemission.com/)) authored by Hoagland et al., many planetary energy phenomena are seen to emerge directly at this critical 19.5-degree latitude on a variety of planets. Gaseous worlds reveal uniquely energetic "cloud bands" at these latitudes and giant spiraling vortexes at the exact tips of the tetrahedral geometry -- such as the Great Red Spot on Jupiter, and the Great Dark Spot on Neptune. Solid planets tend to demonstrate the largest volcanic “upwelling, hotspot activity” at those latitudes -- such as the Big Island of Hawaii on Earth, and Olympus Mons on Mars…

In this Report, we will combine Richard C. Hoagland’s Hyperdimensional Physics Model (published at http://www.enterprisemission.com/hyper1.html (http://www.enterprisemission.com/hyper1.html)), with David Wilcock’s Convergence Model, as expressed in his third book, Divine Cosmos, published at http://ascension2000.com/DivineCosmos (http://ascension2000.com/DivineCosmos). We believe this synthesis can most easily explain the “mysterious” solar system changes currently occurring. When this paper refers to “the Hyperdimensional Physics Model,” both of these sources are being drawn from in that definition. It is outside the scope of this presentation to fully identify and prove all the postulates of these overlapping HD Models (or their individual variations), so these cited documents should be consulted for a more complete understanding of both authors’ work. For someone reading this who tends toward the non-technical, here are a couple of additional analogies.
Magnetism is not a directly visible energy but we know it is there, because of its effects on other things. By the same token, beneath the surface of a body of water, you can’t tell which direction the currents are flowing … except by observing other physical things that the water is moving -- such as particles of sand or sunken leaves. Hyperdimensional energy is not directly visible either – but we can see its effects throughout the entire solar system, such as through the emergence of anomalous dust, gas and ionized particles, as well as otherwise-inexplicable geometric phenomena in certain fluid (planetary atmospheric) systems, which appear to be the result of pressure currents caused by resonant vibrations in some hyperdimensional/massless aether “fluid”. So, on to our examples.

The Sun


Since at least the late 1970s, the Sun’s overall radiation emissions (as measured by increasingly sophisticated satellites) have increased by 0.5% per decade, which one NASA scientist said “could cause significant climate change” if such effects were to continue over several decades. [15] (http://www.enterprisemission.com/_articles/05-27-2004_Interplanetary_Part_2/InterplanetaryDayAfter-Part2.htm#_edn2) In 1999, a third NASA experimenter observed high increases in the amount of helium and heavier charged particles released during solar events, showing that a real change is occurring in the solar wind component of the Sun’s energetic output, neatly paralleling the other observed changes.. Prior to 2003, the two strongest solar flares on record were rated at a previously unheard-of X20, and occurred in 1989 and 2001. Then, in November 2003 a flare occurred that some estimate to be at least 200% more powerful than any ever seen before, at a whopping X40 … or higher.[17] (http://www.enterprisemission.com/_articles/05-27-2004_Interplanetary_Part_2/InterplanetaryDayAfter-Part2.htm#_edn4) As is expected in such events, a coronal mass ejection soon followed – releasing a huge expanding bubble of billions of tons of electrified gas into the solar system. These and other events in late 2003 caused one NASA scientist to say that the Sun is now more active than in living memory, and “there has been nothing like this before.” [18] (http://www.enterprisemission.com/_articles/05-27-2004_Interplanetary_Part_2/InterplanetaryDayAfter-Part2.htm#_edn5)

Despite all of the above evidence, the case for a fundamental solar change was never truly complete until late last year, with a study that coincidentally emerged just three days before this massive solar explosion occurred. Ilya Usoskin, a mainstream geophysicist, used polar ice core samples to prove that the Sun has been more active since the 1940s than in the previous 1,150 years combined. [19] (http://www.enterprisemission.com/_articles/05-27-2004_Interplanetary_Part_2/InterplanetaryDayAfter-Part2.htm#_edn6) The Sun’s subsequent fury, just days later, only served to underline and emphasize the point. Considering that the Sun contains fully 99.86 percent of the mass of the solar system, making the planets look like grains of sand by comparison, these continuing changes will undoubtedly affect everything within the Sun’s formidable magnetic, radiative and gravitational grasp…
Mercury

Despite huge surface temperatures, Mercury seems to have ice in its polar regions. This is blamed on comet-based ice that crash-landed into “permanently shadowed craters,” which NASA scientists admit is a “problematic” assumption to make; the ice supposedly has survived for millennia, whereas a NASA probe landing at the pole is only expected to survive one week in the heat. [20] (http://www.enterprisemission.com/_articles/05-27-2004_Interplanetary_Part_2/InterplanetaryDayAfter-Part2.htm#_edn7)Mercury also has an unexpectedly dense core of iron, consisting of almost half of its entire mass, [21] (http://www.enterprisemission.com/_articles/05-27-2004_Interplanetary_Part_2/InterplanetaryDayAfter-Part2.htm#_edn8)and a strong dipole magnetic field as well. Scientists would like to know how these anomalies are possible. [22] (http://www.enterprisemission.com/_articles/05-27-2004_Interplanetary_Part_2/InterplanetaryDayAfter-Part2.htm#_edn9)
Venus

The amount of sulfur in Venus’ atmosphere was found to have decreased “dramatically” between 1978 and 1983. [23] (http://www.enterprisemission.com/_articles/05-27-2004_Interplanetary_Part_2/InterplanetaryDayAfter-Part2.htm#_edn10) Unfortunately, no study we have yet located assigned a percentage figure to this planet-wide change. But in order to earn the word “dramatic,” it could well have been a 1000-percent decrease (or more!) of sulfur compounds, in only five years.
This huge atmospheric “global change” is currently blamed on a hypothetical “giant volcanic eruption,” which released these sulfur compounds all at once into the Venusian atmosphere, sometime just before 1978 (when a fleet of US spacecraft synchronistically arrived to measure the immediate aftereffects). This anomalous sulfur then mysteriously settled out of the Venusian atmosphere at a very rapid rate.
Importantly, this “volcanic” model cannot be proven, as this alleged eruption was never seen -- either by Earth-based telescopic observations in this timeframe, or by the just-arrived Venus-orbiting spacecraft. Despite this striking lack of actual observational confirmation of such a planet-wide event, NASA simply doesn’t suggest any other possible cause for such a massive, mysterious, global transformation of the entire atmosphere of Venus in only half a decade… [24] (http://www.enterprisemission.com/_articles/05-27-2004_Interplanetary_Part_2/InterplanetaryDayAfter-Part2.htm#_edn11)
Even more interestingly, Venus’ overall night-side “airglow” brightness increased by a whopping 2500 percent in roughly the same timeframe -- between 1975 and 2001. [25] (http://www.enterprisemission.com/_articles/05-27-2004_Interplanetary_Part_2/InterplanetaryDayAfter-Part2.htm#_edn12) The new airglow is green in color, which indicates oxygen atoms, and these oxygen emissions are as strong on Venus as they are in Earth’s own oxygen-rich aurora (!); so one possible explanation is that there has been a massive increase in the oxygen content of Venus’ atmosphere. We also have yet to find a single study that mentions this “dramatic” global decrease of atmospheric sulfur in 1978-83, while simultaneous mentioning the airglow brightness increase, even though the sulfur study was published in Scientific American and other mainstream scientific sources -- as there is no current “mainstream model” that can explain both of these changes as being part of one unified phenomenon.
The last of the six Venus images presented here (below), lower-right pane, shows a curiously geometric pattern associated with this overall 2500% airglow brightness increase – a linear feature that reaches almost halfway across the visible atmosphere of the planet. This anomalous “geometry” suggests to us that hyperdimensionally-forced “fluid changes” in the Venusian atmosphere could somehow be associated with this dramatic brightening, based on the HD model as described above and in our previous works.

A careful study of this 2002 image reveals that the geometric atmospheric formation observed in the lower-right pane may be caused by a tetrahedrally-shaped “energy field.” A picture is worth a thousand words, and Figure 7 says it all. (The position and angular relationships of the linear formation mate precisely with the edge of a hypothetical tetrahedron “inscribed into the sphere” of Venus.)

I remember about three years ago Venus was really really brighter than usual and yet there was nothing about it anywhere that i could find that even mentioned it.It was very bright for a few months and i looked everywhere for info on it but couldn't find a thing about it.

But of all the things the Jesuit member of the S.I.V. told Barbato in 2001, two are really disquieting from my point of view. We can begin to look into the first one: At the very least, beginning in 2004 Planet X (the Sumerian Nibiru) would have begun to affect the Solar System with its presence (see my interview with Cristoforo Barbato on pg. 40, UFO Notiziario, Italian bimonthly magazine, number 62, April-May 2006).

Is there any evidence of it? The answer could be yes because the evidence seems to come from several sources, not just one. Let us see what they could be.

First of all, anomalous Sun activity. If you have patience you can review the data recorded by the Nobeyama Radioheliograph (NoRH), a Japanese radio telescope which works as a radio interferometer dedicated to observing the Sun. As Khoji Lang pointed out, "The Sun definitely is strongly connected with what's going on down here on Earth." Kofi Annan today slammed global warming skeptics as being "out of step" and "out of time," but how will altering human activity halt climate change when the evidence clearly indicates that the sun itself and not SUV's is heating up the entire solar system?


"The U.N. chief lamented "a frightening lack of leadership" in fashioning next steps to reduce global emissions. The simple fact is that throughout the ages the earth has swung wildly between a warm, wet, stable climate, to a cold, dry and windy one - long before the first fossil fuel was burned. The changes we are now witnessing are a walk in the park compared to the battering that our planet has taken in the past.
This is not a defense of the oil cartels or the Neo-Con wreckers, who would have every motivation to ignore global warming whether it is man-made or not.
Nor is it a blanket denial of the fact that the earth is getting very gradually hotter, but how do we reconcile global warming taking place at the farthest reaches of the solar system with the contention that it is caused by human activity? Have our exhaust fumes left earth's atmosphere and slipped through a black hole to Triton?


The assertion that global warming is man made is so oppressively enforced upon popular opinion, especially in Europe, that expressing a scintilla of doubt is akin to holocaust denial in some cases. Such is the insipid brainwashing that has taken place via television, newspapers and exalted talking heads - global warming skeptics are forced to wear the metaphoric yellow star and only discuss their doubts in hushed tones and conciliatory frameworks, or be cat-called, harangued and jeered by an army of do-gooders who righteously believe they are rescuing mother earth by recycling a wine bottle or putting their paper in a separate trash can.


Fearmongering about an imminent climate doomsday also hogs news coverage and important environmental issues like GM food, mad scientist chimera cloning and the usurpation and abuse of corporations like Monsanto flies under the radar.
Global warming is cited as an excuse to meter out further control and surveillance over our daily lives, RFID chips on our trash cans, GPS satellite tacking and taxation by the mile, as well as a global tax at the gas pump.


The extremist wing of the environmentalist movement, characterized by people like Dr. Erik Pianka (http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/april2006/050406religionofgenocide.htm), advocate the mass culling of humanity via plagues and state sanctioned bio-terrorism, in order to "save" the earth from the disease of humanity. Nazi-like genocial population control measures and the environmental establishment have always held a close alliance.


The orthodox organized religion of global warming and its disastrous consequences for our freedom of speech, freedom of mobility and our right to remain outside of the system, needs to be questioned on the foundational basis that the phenomenon is solar-system wide and it is mainly caused by the natural evolution of the sun and not human activity.

Lot of things is going on recently on our planet and in our planetary vicinity, let's mention couple of interesting anomalies:

There are at least four unexplained anomalies connected with astrometric data. Perhaps the most disturbing is the fact that when a spacecraft on a flyby trajectory approaches the Earth within 2000 km or less, it often experiences a change in total orbital energy per unit mass. Next, a secular change in the astronomical unit AU is definitely a concern. It is reportedly increasing by about 15 cm yr−1. The other two anomalies are perhaps less disturbing because of known sources of nongravitational acceleration. The first is an apparent slowing of the two Pioneer spacecraft as they exit the solar system in opposite directions. Some astronomers and physicists, including us, are convinced this effect is of concern, but many others are convinced it is produced by a nearly identical thermal emission from both spacecraft, in a direction away from the Sun, thereby producing acceleration toward the Sun. The fourth anomaly is a measured increase in the eccentricity of the Moon's orbit. Here again, an increase is expected from tidal friction in both the Earth and Moon. However, there is a reported unexplained increase that is significant at the three-sigma level. It is prudent to suspect that all four anomalies have mundane explanations, or that one or more anomalies are a result of systematic error. Yet they might eventually be explained by new physics. For example, a slightly modified theory of gravitation is not ruled out, perhaps analogous to Einstein's 1916 explanation for the excess precession of Mercury's perihelion.

The researchers looked at five deep-space probes — Galileo to Jupiter, the NEAR mission to the asteroid Eros, the Rosetta probe to a comet, Cassini to Saturn, and the MESSENGER craft to Mercury. Each spacecraft flew past the our planet to either gain or lose orbital energy in their quests to reach their eventual targets. (Galileo made two flybys.)

In five of the six flybys, the scientists have confirmed anomalies.

"I am feeling both humble and perplexed by this," said Anderson, who is now working as a retiree. "There is something very strange going on with spacecraft motions. We have no convincing explanation for either the Pioneer anomaly or the flyby anomaly."

In the one probe the researchers did not confirm a noticeable anomaly with, MESSENGER, the spacecraft approached the Earth at about latitude 31 degrees north and receded from the Earth at about latitude 32 degrees south. "This near-perfect symmetry about the equator seemed to result in a very small velocity change, in contrast to the five other flybys," Anderson explained — so small no anomaly could be confirmed.

The five other flybys involved flights whose incoming and outgoing trajectories were asymmetrical with each other in terms of their orientation with Earth's equator.

For instance, the NEAR mission approached Earth at about latitude 20 south and receded from the planet at about latitude 72 south. The spacecraft then seemed to fly 13 millimeters per second faster than expected. While this is just one-millionth of that probe's total velocity, the precision of the velocity measurements was 0.1 millimeters per second, carried out as they were using radio waves bounced off the craft. This suggests the anomaly seen is real — and one needing an explanation.

The fact this effect seems most evident with flybys most asymmetrical with respect to Earth's equator "suggests that the anomaly is related to Earth's rotation," Anderson said.

As to whether these new anomalies are linked with the Pioneer anomaly, "I would be very surprised if we have discovered two independent spacecraft anomalies," Anderson told SPACE.com. "I suspect they are connected, but I really do not know."

Unbound idea

These anomalies might be effects we see with an object possessing a spacecraft's mass, between 660 and 2,200 lbs. (300 and 1,000 kg), Anderson speculated.

"Another thing in common between the Pioneer and these flybys is what you would call an unbound orbit around a central body," Anderson said. "For instance, the Pioneers are flying out of the solar system — they're not bound to their central body, the sun. For the other flybys, the Earth is the central body. These kinds of orbits just don't occur very often in nature — it could be when you get into an unbound orbit around a central body, something goes on that's not in our standard models."

We will list the recent large-scale events in the Solar System in order to fully understand, and comprehend, the PlanetoPhysical transformations taking place. This development of events, as it has become clear in the last few years, is being caused by material and energetic non-uniformity's in anisotropic interstellar space[2,3,4]. In its travel through interstellar space, the Heliosphere travels in the direction of the Solar Apex in the Hercules Constellation. This shock wave thickening has caused the formation of a collusive plasma in a parietal layer, which has led to a plasma overdraft around the Solar System, and then to its breakthrough into interplanetary domains [5,6]. This breakthrough constitutes a kind of matter and energy donation made by interplanetary space to our Solar System.

In response to this "donation of energy/matter," we have observed a number of large scale events:
A series of large PlanetoPhysical transformations.

A change in the quality of interplanetary space in the direction of an increase in its interplanetary, and solar-planetary transmitting properties.
The appearance of new states, and activity regimes, of the Sun.
1.1 A Series of Large PlanetoPhysical Transformations.
The following processes are taking place on the distant planets of our Solar System. But they are, essentially speaking, operationally driving the whole System.
Here are examples of these events:
1.1.1 A growth of dark spots on Pluto [7].
1.1.2 Reporting of auroras on Saturn [8].
1.1.3 Reporting of Uranus and Neptune polar shifts (They are magnetically conjugate planets), and the abrupt large-scale growth of Uranus' magnetosphere intensity.
1.1.4 A change in light intensity and light spot dynamics on Neptune [9,10].
1.1.5 The doubling of the magnetic field intensity on Jupiter (based upon 1992 data), and a series of new states and processes observed on this planet as an aftermath of a series of explosions in July 1994 [caused by "Comet" SL-9] [12]. That is, a relaxation of a plasmoid train [13,14] which excited the Jovian magnetosphere, thus inducing excessive plasma generation [12] and it's release in the same manner as Solar coronal holes [15] inducing an appearance of radiation belt brightening in decimeter band (13.2 and 36 cm), and the appearance of large auroral anomalies and a change of the Jupiter - Io system of currents [12, 14].

Could it be revenge for being demoted to "dwarf planet" status (http://www.gearlog.com/2009/03/illinois_pluto_is_a_planet.php) in 2006? New Hubble Space Telescope photos show that Pluto has turned redder--as if it were angry--and its ice sheets are also shifting around, according to the Associated Press (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100204/ap_on_sc/us_sci_pluto).

In recent photos, Pluto is turning up significantly redder than it has during the past several decades. It still looks vaguely yellow-orange, but astronomers claim there is about 20 percent more red pigment in there than there was before, the report said. This is despite the fact that a "season" lasts 120 years in some regions of the planet.



"It's a little bit of a surprise to see these changes happening so big and so fast," said astronomer Marc Buie of the Southwest Research Institute in Boulder, Colo., in the article. "This is unprecedented."

The current hypothesis is that solar winds strip hydrogen atoms out of the planet's methane, leaving carbon-rich areas that tend to look darker and redder, the report said, though why it's happening so quickly isn't yet clear.

Since Pluto takes 248 years to revolve around the Sun, it's difficult to figure out what's going on; the last time Pluto was at its farthest point from the Sun was 1870, about 60 years before we even knew it existed, the report said.

Two Suns? Twin Stars Could Be Visible From Earth By 2012
The Huffington Post – January 22, 2011.

Dr. Brad Carter, Senior Lecturer of Physics at the University of Southern Queensland, outlined the scenario to news.com.au. Betelgeuse, one of the night sky’s brightest stars, is losing mass, indicating it is collapsing. It could run out of fuel and go super-nova at any time.

[…] But doomsday sayers should be careful about speculation on this one. If the star does go super-nova, Earth will be showered with harmless particles [neutrinos], according to Carter. “They will flood through the Earth and bizarrely enough, even though the supernova we see visually will light up the night sky, 99 per cent of the energy in the supernova is released in these particles that will come through our bodies and through the Earth with absolutely no harm whatsoever,” he told news.com.au.

Carter suggests Betelgeuse could go supernova at any moment (true), and when it does, 99% of its energy will be released as neutrinos that will irradiate our solar system (true). But he says there’s nothing to worry about since they are harmless (false).

The strange case of solar flares and radioactive elements

[…] It’s a mystery that presented itself unexpectedly: The radioactive decay of some elements sitting quietly in laboratories on Earth seemed to be influenced by activities inside the sun, 93 million miles away.

[…]The story begins, in a sense, in classrooms around the world, where students are taught that the rate of decay of a specific radioactive material is a constant. This concept is relied upon, for example, when anthropologists use carbon-14 to date ancient artifacts and when doctors determine the proper dose of radioactivity to treat a cancer patient.

[…] On Dec 13, 2006, the sun itself provided a crucial clue, when a solar flare sent a stream of particles and radiation toward Earth. Purdue nuclear engineer Jere Jenkins, while measuring the decay rate of manganese-54, a short-lived isotope used in medical diagnostics, noticed that the rate dropped slightly during the flare, a decrease that started about a day and a half before the flare.

[…] Their findings strengthened the argument that the strange swings in decay rates were caused by neutrinos from the sun. The swings seemed to be in synch with the Earth’s elliptical orbit, with the decay rates oscillating as the Earth came closer to the sun (where it would be exposed to more neutrinos) and then moving away.

Going back to take another look at the decay data from the Brookhaven lab, the researchers found a recurring pattern of 33 days. It was a bit of a surprise, given that most solar observations show a pattern of about 28 days – the rotation rate of the surface of the sun.

The explanation? The core of the sun – where nuclear reactions produce neutrinos – apparently spins more slowly than the surface we see. “It may seem counter-intuitive, but it looks as if the core rotates more slowly than the rest of the sun,” Sturrock said.

All of the evidence points toward a conclusion that the sun is “communicating” with radioactive isotopes on Earth, said Fischbach.

There we see a possible link between neutrinos and radioactive decay on earth. Radioactive decay is a purely quantum mechanical thing, it’s not caused by any physical factor. Therefore neutrinos affect quantum processes, such as decay rates. Note that biological and neural activity are also based on quantum processes.

Why is this important? Next item:

Wikipedia Entry: Geothermal Gradient

The geothermal gradient is the rate at which the Earth’s temperature increases with depth, indicating heat flowing from the Earth’s warm interior to its cooler surface. Away from tectonic plate boundaries, it is 25-30°C per km of depth in most of the world. Strictly speaking, geo-thermal necessarily refers to the Earth but the concept may be applied to other planets. The Earth’s internal heat comes from a combination of residual heat from planetary accretion (about 20%) and heat produced through radioactive decay (80%).

So 80% of earth’s core and mantle heat comes from radioactive decay. Radioactive decay rates are affected by neutrinos. Supernovas release 99% of their energy as neutrinos. Taken to its logical conclusion, this implies that if Betelgeuse goes supernova and becomes bright enough to appear like a second sun, Earth will be irradiated by those neutrinos, decay rates will be altered, and there could be enough of a change in core-mantle temperatures to upset the convective processes and disturb the tectonic plates, hence global earthquakes and volcanoes. It need not be Betelgeuse nor 2012 specifically, but something else like detailed in LaViolette’s Galactic Superwave Theory.

Other implications:

1) Dating via Carbon-14 and other isotopes may be thrown way off by solar or interstellar neutrino radiation, since it assumes a constant decay rate, which in actuality may be arrested or suddenly accelerated by sporadic high intensity neutrino showers.

2) Wilhelm Reich discovered that orgone energy (crude form of etheric energy) affects radioactive decay rates, even neutralizing certain radioactive materials. If neutrinos also have this effect, perhaps orgone and neutrinos are closely related. If so, maybe supernovas and solar flares release bursts of etheric energy.

3) As is known in occult and contactee writings, changes in etheric energy affect human perception and consciousness. For instance, if Earth were to enter a dense region of etheric energy, people would automatically shift into a state of consciousness similar to that of clairvoyant trance or the kind of psychic activation experienced in the presence of powerful shamans or alien entities. In the terminology of Carlos Castaneda, this would involve a radical shift in the assemblage point. If this were to happen concurrently with global seismic upheavals, that would make for an extremely entertaining ending to the World as We Know It.

I reference the above news articles not to predict doom, but to explore a single physico-etheric mechanism that could account for a broad range of end-time prophecies.

Jupiter is famous for its Great Red Spot. This spot has persisted for at least 300 years, since it was first viewed through one of the first telescopes. This region of high pressure, frequently referred to as a storm, consists of clouds whose tops are higher and colder than the surrounding region.
Jupiter's Great Red Spot has had company in recent years. The appearance of Red Spot Jr. in 2005 and another smaller red spot in 2008, all in the same area, has led some to speculate that Jupiter is undergoing climate change.
Climate Change on Jupiter

The words "climate change" are big buzz words in the media at present, generally referring to man's alteration of Earth's atmospheric composition. Climate change has natural sources as well. Climate change has been occurring on the planets since long before man arrived. The climate change on Jupiter is unrelated to what is currently occurring on Earth.
Complicated atmospheric systems have cycles. Jupiter appears to be entering a new cycle. One of the paradoxes about Jupiter's atmosphere is that the upper level clouds have the same temperature at the poles as they do at the equator. In order for the temperature to be so homogeneous across the cloud tops of giant Jupiter, a lot of mixing must be going on.


Dr. Philip S. Marcus, Ph.D., Professor of Fluid Mechanics for the University of California at Berkeley, says, "When things move chaotically, they are really, really good at mixing." He compares the cloudy atmosphere to bumper cars, which constantly jostle each other and transfer energy.

Mars is being hit by rapid climate change and it is happening so fast that the red planet could lose its southern ice cap, writes Jonathan Leake.
Scientists from Nasa say that Mars has warmed by about 0.5C since the 1970s. This is similar to the warming experienced on Earth over approximately the same period.
Since there is no known life on Mars it suggests rapid changes in planetary climates could be natural phenomena.


The mechanism at work on Mars appears, however, to be different from that on Earth. One of the researchers, Lori Fenton, believes variations in radiation and temperature across the surface of the Red Planet are generating strong winds.

Simultaneous warming on Earth and Mars suggests that our planet's recent climate changes have a natural—and not a human-induced—cause, according to one scientist's controversial theory. Earth is currently experiencing rapid warming, which the vast majority of climate scientists says is due to humans pumping huge amounts of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. Mars, too, appears to be enjoying more mild and balmy temperatures.


In 2005 data from NASA's Mars Global Surveyor and Odyssey missions revealed that the carbon dioxide "ice caps" near Mars's south pole had been diminishing for three summers in a row.
Habibullo Abdussamatov, head of space research at St. Petersburg's Pulkovo Astronomical Observatory in Russia, says the Mars data is evidence that the current global warming on Earth is being caused by changes in the sun.


"The long-term increase in solar irradiance is heating both Earth and Mars," he said.

Also, the moon is growing an atmosphere that's made up of a compound Dmitriev refers to as "Natrium." Dmitriev says that, around the moon, there is this 6,000-kilometer-deep layer of Natrium that wasn't there before.

Natrium, as any high-school chemistry student knows, is the old name for sodium, from which the symbol Na is derived, as in NaCl = sodium chloride (common salt). Natrium is not a compound, it is an element. That should be enough to set off your BS detector, quite apart from the author's complete lack of supporting references.
