Some clever dick is trying to get PR likes about my English rust belt hometown. The city centre is a hell hole and local government are smart city fanatics. Not so sure they will print my response.

Please feel free to add to the debate!

My comment;

In Sunderland city centre, a city with a population of 277,000 you can buy fresh food to take home in two places now Tesco is closing:
Marks and Spencers and if it's not too windy, the market outside Wilkinson's.
If you attempt to eat a Sandwich, you are dive-bombed by Seagulls.
The planners of Sunderland are deluded with Agenda 2030 5G smart city own nothing rent everything be happy, human habitat zoneness and forget the absolute basics.
