Virus truth leader Willem Engel from viruswaarheid.nl (https://viruswaarheid.nl) was arrested again on Sunday. The Public Prosecution Service says that he has been arrested because he “did not comply with the conditions that were set for his release”.
Engel was released on Wednesday after he was arrested for posting ‘incendiary corona-related messages’. His pre-trial detention was suspended on the condition that he refrain from making statements on social media. Engel was on his way to a corona protest in Nijmegen.
The arrest sparked a wave of outrage. “Police again masked, do not identify themselves, handcuff Engel while he simply cooperates, cannot or will not say to which location he will be transported. Another very dubious state of affairs,” responds journalist Annelies Strikkers.

“It’s sad that there are people who think this is normal,” says director Dick Maas. Entrepreneurial coach Fiona Zwart adds: “The true face of power is becoming more visible every day.”
