2000 Mules, a 90-minute documentary produced by Dinesh D’Souza, is the visual tip of the ballot trafficking iceberg based on the digital evidence collected by True the Vote (TTV) and OPSEC. Utilizing geospatial technology to ping cellphones using data from apps, Catherine Engelbrecht, founder of TTV, coordinated with Gregg Phillips’ OPSEC team of cyber analysts to establish a “pattern of life.” They then corroborated those anonymous cellphone data trails with publicly available dropbox surveillance videos. Phillips has been doing highly specialized work on elections globally for forty years but the technology used in this project has only been around for the past few years.

The AP published a “hit piece” on May 3, attempting to expose TTV’s “flawed analysis of cellphone location data and ballot drop box surveillance footage” presented in 2000 Mules. We will examine those claims, weaving in information from the movie and conversations with Engelbrecht over the weekend.

Notably, the AP story states neither D’Souza nor Engelbrecht responded to “a request for comment.” At least in Engelbrecht’s case, she was given little to no time to respond. She “received the request for comment at 11 p.m., and this story was published the next day.”

I think the simple answer to your post's title MoJo is that the FBI/DOJ are both complicit and were very active participants in the election steal: they were determined to undermine the Trump administration who were being far too successful in their objectives, the working Americans had hope and a job, the stock market was booming, energy production through the roof - it was obvious to me a distant observer how it was playing out, the very instruments of American justice and probity, the institutions that underpin the very existence of your republic have fallen long ago to the global criminal cabal, looking to the FBI/DOJ for a remedy is just futility personified. I've watched the '2,000 Mules' documentary and it's dynamite - but will ANYONE in the political establishment do ANYTHING about it.... it's one thing to to hypothesize about the extensive infiltration of the system with 21st century fascists disguised as democrats (small d and capital D) - about a media totally devoted to fake news and propaganda - about the corruption of the judiciary and end of the rule of law and order.... but to witness it is surreal especially knowing that so many people have no idea what's going on and don't want to know...

Durbin, Grassley Press FBI On Reports Of Widespread Rule-Breaking In Sensitive Investigations

According to a newly publicized internal audit, FBI agents violated agency rules at least 747 times in 18 months while conducting investigations involving political candidates, public officials, religious and political groups, and other sensitive matters

WASHINGTON – U.S. Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin (D-IL), Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA), Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, today requested information and an independent Inspector General review following a newly publicized 2019 Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) audit that revealed widespread violations of internal FBI policies governing investigations of political candidates, public officials, religious and political groups, and other sensitive matters. As reported (https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2022/mar/11/fbi-audit-reveals-agents-rule-breaking-investigati/) by The Washington Times, the internal review revealed a ratio of slightly more than two rule violations per sensitive investigative matter reviewed by FBI auditors—including agents’ failure to obtain approval from senior FBI officials to start an investigation, failure to conduct a necessary legal review before opening an investigation, and failure to tell prosecutors what they were doing. In light of these new revelations, the Senators sent a letter to FBI Director Chris Wray to seek more information on the 2019 audit, as well as a letter to the Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) to request an independent review of the FBI’s widespread violations of its Domestic Investigations and Operations Guide (DIOG).

In the letter to FBI Director Wray, the Senators requested an unredacted copy of the 2019 audit and a detailed explanation of what remedial steps, if any, the FBI has taken in response to its findings.

“These widespread and apparently systemic violations of approval and notification requirements make clear that the FBI has failed to rigorously adhere to the DIOG,” Durbin and Grassley wrote. “The sheer number of FBI investigations that failed to comply with the DIOG’s rules suggests a pattern and practice of evading the rules, which consequently opens the door for political and other improper considerations to infect the investigative decision-making process.”

In a letter to Inspector General Horowitz, the Senators requested an additional audit of the FBI’s compliance with the DIOG’s requirements for conducting sensitive investigative matters (SIMs).

“Due to the nature of their subjects, these investigations present heightened constitutional and civil liberties concerns and therefore merit greater scrutiny and supervision,” Durbin and Grassley wrote. “Accordingly, we ask that the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) perform an additional audit of the FBI’s compliance with the DIOG’s requirements for conducting SIMs. Among other things, the audit should address the FBI’s compliance with relevant requirements during SIMs pending from July 2019 to the present day, including additional SIM-related guidance and requirements imposed by the FBI in response to OIG’s December 2019 report regarding Crossfire Hurricane.”

I was surprised how much our US media is silent on some very important issues. Hardly any news on 2000 Mules and only Fox news discussed Hillary being complicit in Russia-gate, all other news channels said zero on this subject. But Americans are more aware now and reached beyond the inflection point of being aware vs not aware. The wheels of justice move slow. Americans and most citizens around the World just want to live a good life with their families but when people reach the precipice that's when action usually happens.

"The Wall Street Journal ran a scathing editorial on May 20, called "Hillary Clinton Did It".
This editorial began:
"The Russia-Trump collusion narrative of 2016 was a dirty trick for the ages -- and now we know it came from the top -- candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton."
The editorial quickly explained:
"That was the testimony Friday by 2016 Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook in federal court [in Washington, D.C.], and while this news is hardly a surprise, it's still bracing to find her fingertips on the political weapon."
(Also not surprisingly, The May 20 print edition of The New York Times did not include a story on Mook's testimony.)
Mook's testimony was heard at the trial of attorney Michael Sussman, charged with lying to the FBI in calling to their attention a story that Donald J. Trump, by means of connections with Russia's Alfa Bank, was colluding with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The lie at issue was not the false claim about a Trump-Alfa connection, but the charge that Sussman brought this matter to the FBI as a good citizen, and not as a representative of the Clinton campaign.
As the Journal editorial noted:
"Prosecutors say [Sussman] was working for the Clinton campaign."
The editorial pointed out,
"Mr. Mook said Mrs. Clinton was asked about the plan [to call attention to the Trump-Alfa ties] and approved it. A story on the Trump-Alfa Bank allegations thus appeared in Slate, a left-leaning online publication."
After that, the Journal explained how the Clinton campaign used the self-generated news of the investigation and the initial Slate article that came of it, both of which they had planted, as the basis for making tweet after tweet to the press about the Slate report to churn up mass coverage about it in the press and convince the public that the investigation was about something serious.
The concluding paragraphs of the editorial are worth quoting in full:
In short, the Clinton campaign created the Trump-Alfa allegation, fed it to a credulous press that failed to confirm the allegations but ran with them anyway, then promoted the story as if it was legitimate news. The campaign also delivered the claims to the FBI, giving journalists another excuse to portray the accusations as serious and perhaps true.
Most of the press will ignore this news, but the Russia-Trump narrative that Mrs. Clinton sanctioned did enormous harm to the country. It disgraced the FBI, humiliated the press, and sent the country on a three-year investigation to nowhere. Vladimir Putin never came close to doing as much disinformation damage.
The harm done to the United States by the perfidy of the Clintonistas cannot be overemphasized.
That "three-year investigation to nowhere" represented the Clinton-Obama attempted takeover of the government. (Call it the COAT campaign.) With congressional Republicans unwilling to prevent the COAT campaign, the Trump administration was blocked from putting U.S.-Russia relations on a rational, mutually beneficial footing, to the point that, under the present Senate leadership, the specter of war with Russia is no longer an unthinkable thought. The COAT campaign succeeded in keeping the Ukraine pot boiling, with the water first heated by Obama's stirring up of anti-Russian feelings in Ukraine, leading to the Maidan revolution that ousted the legitimately elected president of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych.
A political opposition ready to lie about Donald J. Trump, supported by a media prepared to believe the worst about Mr. Trump has given us the current reality where the deep state is using NATO as an instrument to humiliate Russia, and Republican leaders in Congress are going along with the plans of the deep state to make the globe an unsafe place except for the globalist hegemony.
Most of the press will indeed ignore disclosure of the source of the baseless accusations of Trump-Russia collusion -- it is no accident that the New York Times ignored the Mook testimony in its May 20 editions. It is, moreover, unlikely that the press will be humiliated by its mendacious coverage of Hillary Clinton; the media, on the contrary, wears its mendacious coverage of Clinton and the anti-Trump neo-totalitarians as deserving of journalistic honors.
Never in the history of this Republic have so many citizens been so ill-served by so many "elitists" in government and the media."

"Republican lawmakers decried Tuesday’s acquittal of former Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann by a federal jury Tuesday, with one GOP senator calling it “proof there are separate systems of justice in America.”

Sussmann was found not guilty of a single count of lying to the FBI when he passed the bureau now-discredited information in 2016 linking then-candidate Donald Trump and Russia. The jury in the two-week trial was drawn from heavily Democratic Washington, DC, and the judge in the case was appointed to the federal bench by President Barack Obama.

“I’m shocked the DC Clinton donor jury let Clinton’s lawyer off…HAHAHA just kidding, absolutely no one is shocked,” tweeted former first son Donald Trump Jr. “Hunter Biden off next then Paul Pelosi etc etc. We all know how this goes by now…Only people not tied to the establishment DC swamp ever face accountability.” Echoing Trump Jr.’s language, the official Twitter account of the House Judiciary GOP posted:
“The Swamp always protects its own.”Sussman failed to disclose he was a lawyer for Hillary Clinton’s campaign when he passed along the information supposedly linking Donald Trump and Russia to the FBI.

Special counsel John Durham himself took his courtroom defeat gracefully, saying in a statement that while he and his team were “disappointed” by the outcome, “we respect the jury’s decision and thank them for their service.” Reuters

Legal experts said they weren’t surprised by the verdict and that Durham was behind the eight ball from the start due to pre-trial rulings by Judge Christopher Cooper as well as potential jury bias.

“The Durham prosecutors were facing extremely adverse conditions in this trial,” George Washington University Law School professor Jonathan Turley told The Post. “Judge Cooper imposed strict limits on the scope of the evidence and possible examinations that prevented the prosecution from showing the origins of this information and the broader role of the Clinton campaign.”

“The jury composition was also challenging,” Turley added. “In a city that voted over 90% for Clinton, this was a nightmare jury pool. The judge also rejected requests to bar a couple jurors who raised legitimate concerns over their objectivity for the prosecution.”

In one instance during jury selection, Cooper overruled prosecutors’ objections to seating a man who had donated to Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign, noting the prospective juror had “expressed a high degree of confidence” that he could be impartial.

Despite Sussmann’s acquittal, Turley claimed the evidence against the attorney was “remarkably strong.”

“However, the prosecution faced a virtual obstacle course of adverse rulings and other challenges,” he reiterated.

Former federal prosecutor James Trusty also noted concerns about the jury, pointing out that three panelists had voted for Clinton in the past and contributed to her campaign.

The jury selection “had to have been worrisome from the first day for Durham’s team,” he told The Post, adding that he was “only a little” surprised by the verdict.

If the government gets “stuck with really bad partisan jurors, you take your acquittal in stride and you have no legal recourse,” Trusty went on, adding that it is generally easier to make mistakes in jury selection that benefit the defense.

Despite the uproar, not all legal experts are convinced the government had a slam-dunk case on its hands. “The evidence was there, but the govt did a terrible job trying this case. They would have had a hard time getting a conviction with an actually neutral jury based on how their evidence was presented,” wrote Virginia lawyer Leslie McAdoo Gordon on Twitter.

“Let me put it another way,” she added. “In this jurisdiction, with this judge, Durham’s team should have been making it hard for the jury to acquit, but they didn’t.”

McAdoo Gordon did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for further comment. "

Michigan Republican legislators have called for a new probe into the 2020 election as documentary film "2000 Mules" presented evidence from the True the Vote investigation. The True the Vote investigators utilized cell phone location data and surveillance video to reveal what they claim as a well-organized operation in battleground states conducted by left-wing groups, which gathered mail-in ballots and paid mules to put them in drop boxes – usually in the middle of the night. The Republican members of the Michigan House of Representatives pressed Attorney General Dana Nessel in a letter "to investigate, and bring charges if credible evidence is found, the Secretary of State of Michigan, members of her office and any organizations or individuals for crimes related to fraud committed in the 2020 election and crimes brought to light in the documentary '2000 Mules.'" The legislators called for an investigation of Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson for using "4.5 million dollars of CARES funds to recklessly mail absentee ballot applications to all registered voters not on the permanent absentee voter list," mandating "Michigan clerks in October 2020 to presume the accuracy of absentee ballot signatures … in contrast to state law, and not responding to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests by voters and groups like the Michigan Grassroots Alliance related to the voter rolls, Canton Township's voters, and City of Detroit ballots." The state representatives mentioned that in "2000 Mules," Michigan "was named as a state that had such mules influence the 2020 Presidential Election." (Related: Mounds of evidence suggest widespread election fraud in Michigan, Pennsylvania.) They also ordered an investigation on the influence of the Mark Zuckerberg-funded Center for Tech and Civic Life in Michigan cities. The lawmakers noted that some $7.6 million was divided among 19 municipalities in 474 grants – the most for any state in the nation. Dinesh D'Souza's documentary provided insight into appalling evidence of a nationwide ballot trafficking plot that happened during the 2020 presidential election. Former President Donald Trump previously mentioned that many ballot trafficking mules have been discovered on government surveillance video. "With the recent release of the documentary '2000 Mules,' there is additional evidence of individuals (referred to as mules), who would repeatedly visit ballot drop boxes and deposit multiple ballots, allegedly for payment, in states with controversial elections in 2020, such as Georgia and Pennsylvania," added the letter penned by Rep. Steve Carra.

An Arizona election worker earlier said the sheriff's office in Yuma County is leading an investigation into the 2020 election that targets non-profit associations that are involved in ballot-trafficking operations. Earlier, a former mayor in Yuma County was indicted in an alleged ballot-trafficking scheme that was discovered in the True the Vote probe. In northeast Washington state, Spokane County GOP State Committeeman Matt Hawkins has requested county commissioners for a "comprehensive election system audit" to "restore confidence in our elections." Hawkins demands the complete inspection to involve the software and hardware of tabulation machines and procedures for ballot distribution and collection. In Delaware County, Pennsylvania, former Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar and 2020 election voting machine warehouse supervisor James Savage have been charged with election fraud and destruction of evidence in the 2020 election. "Defendants intentionally and fraudulently conspired to and did destroy, delete, secrete and hide November 3, 2020, election data, materials and equipment to prevent discovery of election fraud and election law violations in Delaware County, which the defendants also conspired to commit and did commit while carrying out the November 3, 2020 election," the case stated.
