Max Igan talks about this in many of his latest walkie-talkies down in Mexico, where he felt a strong need to re-locate after feeling that his personal freedom was under imminent threat in his native Australia. I'm still grasping the implications of this, but he's mentioned our prized DNA has a connection to the source/field, and is in the process of being harvested to change our frequency, for complete control over our biological and mental (also spiritual, but I do have doubts over our Divinity so easily being up for grabs) faculties.
