A 3 hour interview with Garry Nolan live. He talks about his studies on experimenters, UFOs and meta materials and biological affects from encounters. Time is taken up in translation.

He is questioned by a panel of 4 South American researchers whom have a wealth of knowledge in the UAP field.
This makes it more compelling than been interviewed by others whom are completely new or ignorant to the field. One of the researchers Andrea, was the person that provided the original metamaterial to Vallee and Nolan for examination. She also provided metamaterial from previous encounter to Lou Elizonda.

Richard Dolan posted in his paywalled members site an excellent bullet point list synopsis of the interview. I will paraphrase a few points from that list and then comment.

Carlson asks who are these beings. Nolan doesn't answer directly but shares that his "colleagues" believe the materials they are studying are "not from Earth."

If a.) beings have a base on the moon, have established colonies in Mars and perhaps on other livable bodies of other planets (the planets themselves or their moons) where all are within our solar system and b.) were originally located in any of these locations "not Earth" they are technically extraterrestrial.

Some of his colleagues like Jacques Vallee hypothesize that at least one aspect of the phenomena is "hyperdimensional" in the sense that they are not from this time.


Nolan said, "Whatever it is, it's clearly been here for a long time," which emphasizes his question, "whose planet is this really?"

Now consider the research by Farrell, Bosley and Dolan who posit a breakaway civilization.

Add to that the research done by the Nazi's - specifically Project Chronos (The Nazi Bell) which would yield anti-gravity, free energy and time travel.

And then consider who may have been the lovely "gods and goddesses" of the Greek pantheon for example (and there are many parallel stories in other cultures).

It is not far fetched to consider that some of these "UFOs" may very well be the players behind all of the above (or how they got there).

If true, and there are those in positions of power and government and world religions, etc. who happen to know this... maybe now folks might understand why "disclosure" hasn't happened.
