UFO over the Sea of Galilee, Israel

This video was taken July 5th, 2022, at 9:15 pm near Tiberias, Israel by a friend of mine on her phone. It was seen by her as she was out walking her dog and she took several videos. Her hand is quite steady and she took other videos, but this is the best and longest or them.

Video was taken from a hill 300 m above sea level. The Sea of Galilee is 200 m below sea level. The object was just a little above eye level.

I would call it a flickering orb. It sometimes changes color and position in an unusual way.

Please feel free to comment on the above or analyze it. As far as I know, this video had yet to be analyzed by any dedicated ufologists.

There is a regularity to the flickering, it strikes me as rhythmical, musical. (The barking dog tries to imitate it.. Then the wind takes over..)
I am under the impression that I have already seen such films: the same type of flickering orbs, similar patterns. Probably analyses have already been done, yet results not been published.

what strikes me is the time/ distance between the visuals of the object. you see it and then its a distance away that looks like it moves fast from one point to another

i have seen deep space objects that blink, but nothing like this

If anyone wants to see this type of craft with their own eyes all you need to do is go outside at night and look up.

I see them from my backyard in an area with LOTS of light pollution in Colorado.

If you are in a more rural area you will likely see dozens of these things zig zagging across the sky.

Since they are MUCH brighter than any star you can find them by looking at the sky just after sunset, because these things come out 20-30 minutes before any stars do, but the best time to see them is late late at night after 2am or so.

This is very similar to what I saw October 2020. I saw it move quicker and more abruptly than a plane or helicopter. It also pulsed different colours, orange more than blue from memory. It was possibly over water, not sure if that's relevant.
