I had long heard of northern Canadian youth sniffing gasoline (ref: ~1:13 in vid), but didn’t know about how, as adults, they progressed to expensive prescription drugs. OxyContin: “$400. (Cdn) per tablet” (ref:~2:25). Vid says “50% of” some communities are doing this stuff. Sad.
